Kuroshitsuji, also known as "Black Butler" is a manga written and illustrated by Yana Toboso. The manga is published under Square Enix and it first began on September the 16th 2006 and is still currently ongoing with 7 volumes in total. With major success the animation studio "A-1 Pictures" decided to adapt kuroshitsuji into a 24 episode long TV Anime Series. The anime began in October 2nd 2008 and ended in March 26nd 2009. With even more success a second season has been planned as a sequel. Though really read the manga, the anime is just a bunch of filler, and ends very filler'ish as well.

The story takes place in victorian england and its about a manor house situated just on the outskirts of England. The manor house is owned by the Phantomhive family, however only one member of the family is left alive and that is the 12 year old son Ciel Phantomhive. However the little boy is not all alone in the manor he has a butler, a black butler in fact called Sebastian Michaelis. And he just isn't any butler he is a "damn good butler". Together with Ciel they work directly under the queen victoria herself. He works as a special law enforcement unit to solving mysterys and problems that plauge London.

What I loved about this manga, was how sad and depressing Ciel's backstory was. I believe you need a really sad childhood to have a really powerfull main character. Ciel maybe 12 but he is ruthless in his actions as well. Together with Sabastian they solve a mystery in each major arc, and it ussually ends with alot of people dieing. Yet the manga is not about Ciel and Sabastian alone, there are the other servants of the Phantomhive Family household. There is the chinese nobles like Lau, or the indian nobles like Prince Soma, and heck there is even shinigami in this story! And with all this set in victorian England it sets the table very nicely for a wonderfull cultural lesson into the life of nobles.

Sebastian Michaelis: The manga is about him, because he is the black butler, and he calls himself "one hell of a butler". That is very true, Sebastian is possibly one of the most intresting butlers in all of fiction. However I might as well say it now, he is not human, he is a demon in contract with Ciel, which at that point made the manga a hundred times more intresting. He is impervious to bullets, can manipulate fire, and expert in hand to hand and has extreme agility with intense reactions. He can also do the gardening, cooking, fencing, dancing, magic tricks, play any instrument. He can do all these things and do them better then anyone, he is truly friggin excellent.

Ciel Phantomhive: The main protaganist of Kuroshitsuji and he is the one who is holding Sebastian by the leash. I have got to say now, he has to be the most iconic shota type character I have ever seen. 12 year old boys do not look like him, he look way too much like a girl, and dresses like one as well. Anyway even though he is 12 he is very mature and responsible and very rarely emotional. Sometimes he seems like a spoiled brat, and in other times a war general ready to slaughter a village of innocent people. He works under Queen Victoria to clean up all the filth in England. Alone he would have a tough time, but with Sabastian as his butler he is unstoppable.

The art style is indeed very good, however for a monthly release you would expect a much more higher quality of art. However that is not really neccessary because I believe that the art style is good enough and it is very solid indeed. When your flipping through the pages of the chapters you will see the light humour scenes with little artistic effect. However once you get to the more serious elements of the plot the art style suddenly kicks up a notch!. The shadows and shading when the scene is at night is well done, and even the smallest details are all drawn in the food for dinner. The art style flows really well for the manga and is not too high quality, yet when it needs it, the art is truly amazing.

Ouran Highschool Host Club was first a manga created by Bisco Hatori from August 2003 and is still ongoing with 13 volumes. The the animation studo Bones decided to animate Ouran Highschool Host Club and create a 26 episode long TV anime series. The TV anime series began April 2006 and ended September 2006. Now this was also another difficult choice on whether you should read the manga first, or watch the anime first. Even though the manga does have the full story and is still ongoing, for the true comedy of Ouran High School Host Club it is best seen in the anime. This is because the animation, voice acting and music make the comedy much more hilarious then in the manga! and you should be watching Ouran Highschool Host Club for laughs!

Haruhi Fujioka receives a scholarship with the prestigious Ouran Academy. Haruhi while checking out the academy stumbles upon the third music room to which when she opens the doors, is greeted by group of six extremely attractive male students. These six men form a group called the "Ouran Host Club" whose mission is to entertain female clients. Haruhi from common backgrounds finds the host club egotistical because with their wealth they have a high opinion of themselves. Haruhi tries to escape the host club and forever erase these moments from her mind when she accidentally breaks an antique vase valued at ¥8,000,000. Thus haruhi has to work off the debt as a servant. However when the host club finds out she is a girl, they decide to make her a host and thus becoming the seventh member of the prestigious host club.

If there is one thing I can praise ouran Highschool Host Club for and that is it's unique plotline. The anime is essentially a reverse harem romance, which is quite rare as a harem anime will always have one guy and five girls. Where in Ouran Highschool Host Club we have one girl, impersonating a boy who is surrounded by 6 boys! I just love how fresh this plotline is it really breaks the trend in generic harem animes. Yet being a reverse harem would not be as successfull if it did not have the key vital ingrediant, which is the comedy. The romantic comedy focuses on the relationships within and without the Club and satirizes the clichés and stereotypes that endure in series aimed at girls. The story casually breaks the fourth wall in fiction and they always do it as hilariously as possible! The plot starts out simple yet when it develops and become more serious it is very easy to follow. The only downside is, the anime ended terribly.

Haruhi Fujioka: Haruhi is the "natural type" and one of the most unique female characters you will come across. She is the main female protaganist of the anime however she plays the part of a male to fit within the Host Club. It's that she does not mind being mistaken for a boy because not only does she have no intrest in romance, she believes that the person on the inside is always better then what you see on the outside. Where Haruhi truly shines is that she is from common backgrounds and compared to the rest of the extremely wealthy members of the host club they always think she is poor! the sheer difference in wealth and status between the characters always makes Haruhi sneer.

Tamaki Suoh: Tamaki Suoh is the president of the Host club and the "Prince type". He is extremely passionate and kind, always ready to help people, and has an interest in many things. Not only is he the most physically attractive but he is proberbly the most gentlemanly character in the entire manga. However his family is also one of the wealthiest in the ouran school commanding a great deal of influence throughout japan. Wow it seems he has many great qualities eh? well he has as many good qualities as he has bad ones. This is because he can be very silly and melodramatic at times, and somewhat selfish and narcissistic. However most of the time he is absentminded when doing this.

Kyoya Ootori: Kyoya is the vice president of the Host club and the "Cool type". He is most commonly known as the "mother" of the host club, while Tamaki is known as father. However he is mostly known as the "Shadow king" because even though Tamaki is president and in control, Kyoya really does most of the work to ensure the Host Club always performs excellently. So Thursday 20th August 2009 was the day all A-Level Students got their results to which they would need to get into University. All together I got an A-A-C with the first A in Graphic Products, the subject I made the School Academy design, the second A in Law, and the C in Art where are made all the cardboard models. Then I found out I got accepted into the university Oxford Brookes which is the one I wanted to go to. I move to Oxford on 19th September 2009. Starrks Los Lobos zanpakuto is half way done, and Harribels Tiburon I've just started, await them soon.

These days social media and job search go hand in hand. Of course the age old knock on the door and “are you hiring?” scenario is still out there but many people favor job search via networking and making use of online job search sites. Over the years networking platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn have become a must for job seekers. If you aren’t on the web, at times it’s almost impossible to secure a job. However, some people seem to keep forgetting that social media if not utilized properly can hurt your job search and can lead to job loss. We came across one and had to share it.

The image above clearly shows the implications if you use social media platforms the wrong way. Of course, when you have a Facebook account it’s your personal account. However, it depends how you are using it. Are you using it to simply connect with your friends and family or are you using it to connect with professionals? Before you go ahead and utilize the power of free speech on Facebook or any other social media platforms make sure you watch what you are saying. Social media has given us tremendous amount of power in terms of job search but it has also made everything we do much more vulnerable. The saying “choose your words carefully” might be true now than ever before.

Just make sure before you publish anything on twitter, facebook, linkedin or anywhere else, you haven’t friended one of your colleagues or bosses before you make a rude remark about them. And even if they are not your friends, there are still ways things can get out, so at times it’s best to keep it yourself. Just cause social media is about transparency doesn’t mean you have to be transparent in everything you do. Transparency comes with a cost, in some case it’s you giving your own privacy and in some case losing a job, just like the one above.

It is a clear cut situation that what she did was a very stupid thing, and thus her actions has labled her as a very stupid girl, that likes to post everything that happens in her life on Facebook. Negima! Magister Negi Magi, known in Japan as Magical Teacher Negima! is a manga created by Ken Akamatsu known for his best selling work of Love Hina. The manga was created on Febuary 2003 and is still ongoing with 26 volume in length. The anime studio had decided to make negima a TV anime series which began from January 2005 and ended June 2005 with 26 episodes. Then a new anime series called "Negima?!" was created as a retelling of the original Negima Story which aired October 2006 and ended March 2007 with 26 episodes in total. Then two OVAs produced by Shaft were released, a Spring OVA and a Summer OVA in October 2008. A third set of OVA's were produced called "Shiroki Tsubasa OVAs" which covered chapters 176 to 183 of the manga which aired from August 2008 with the second in november and the final in Febuary 2009. Finnally a fourth set of OVA's was created called "Mo Hitotsu no Sekai OVAs" which covers the current arc of the manga.

There once was a legendary mage known as "Nagi Springfield" whose nickname was "Thousand Master" who was well known throughout the magical world for his assitance in the great war. However this was all 10 years ago as Nagi Springfield was never seen again leaving behind his only son Negi Springfield. Even though Nagi Springfield has dissappeared all those years ago Negi once saw his dear father rescue his village and even gave him his trusted staff. Negi knows that his father is alive somewhere in the world and aims to become a Magister Magi which translating from latin means "Master Mage". Negi is 10 years old living in wales and has just recently graduated from magic school at an extremely young age! He has been given his duties to carry out in the real world, it seems his profession is a teacher in a school. Oh no it appears he is teacher of an all girls school and his entire class is all older then him!

Now here is the problem with Negima, by all means it is a fantastic magic plot driven manga, one of the best I have ever read. The fights are amazing which are way better then what you see in most shonen manga's. However Negima! is a Shojo Harem manga deep down to the core. Most of the manga is about girls messing about teasing and poking fun at negi because he is 10 years old. There is alot of comedic nudity, as in negi winds up in the wrong place at the wrong time. All the student's share some kind of relationship and some try and win over the love and effection from Negi, even though he is a 10 year old kid. Ah I hate all the shojo romance in negima! However even with all that I just said, if you get past that, then what will open up to you is a magnificant and adventure filled plotline full of magic! Magic spells, magical creatures!, magical castles, dungoens, dragons! and the fight scenes are amazing!

Negi Springfield: Negima has a cast of 31 characters in Negi's class, so that is alot of characters, and alot of personalities. Anyway Negi is the 10 year old Genius Mage aiming to become a Master Mage like his father Nagi. If I could name the character most like a gentleman in all manga fiction it would be Negi, because at 10 years old, and growing up in wales he is a perfect british gentleman. He talks with calm peacefull tone and always puts others first before himself. He always strives to save his classmates when in danger, while also teaching them the techniques for survival. Negi can create Pactio's which are a form of magical bond between people. For example various members of Negi's class students have a pactio with Negi and can use an array of different magic. Thus in battle Negi can call forth the magical abilities of all of his students!

Nagi Springfield: Nagi is the legendary Master Mage named "Thousand Master" why the reason of the word "thousand" they say he knows a thousand spells, or has a thousand people he has pactios with. None the less in the Great War in the magical world many years ago Nagi Springfield and his team of mages called the "crimsom wing" alone changed the course of the war by fighting back against the enemy nation. His magical abilities are the strongest in the world which means he is one of the most powerfull mages in all of history. A Seattle bank teller has lost his job because he ran down a would-be bank robber and held him until police arrived. Jim Nicholson, 30, who had worked for more than two years at a Key Bank branch near the Seattle Center, says he understands the bank's strict policy that employees comply with robbery demands and avoid confrontations. But he told The Seattle Times that instinct took over when a thin man in a beanie cap, dark clothing and sunglasses pushed a black backpack across the bank counter on Tuesday and demanded money. Nicholson threw the bag to the floor, lunged toward the man and demanded to see a weapon. The man bolted for the door with Nicholson in pursuit.

He chased him several blocks before knocking him to the ground with the help of a passer-by. Nicholson then held the man until police arrived. On Thursday, Nicholson was fired. Key Bank spokeswoman Anne Foster declined to comment on Nicholson and his actions. Police and the FBI discourage such heroics. Bank tellers are trained to get robbers out the door quickly and are advised against possibly escalating a situation over money that's federally insured. Nicholson said he understands why he was fired.

"They tell us that we're just supposed to comply, but my instincts kicked in and I did what's best to stop the guy," he said. "I thought if I let him go he would rob more banks and cause more problems." Seattle police Sgt. Sean Whitcomb said the best course for citizens is to be good witnesses to crimes. "When confronted by a violent criminal, it is best to comply unless they feel their personal safety is in jeopardy. It is possible that taking action and confronting the criminal may lead to the injury of the victim or other bystanders."

So yeah I can understand why they would fire him, it is a pretty dangerous thing to do. Sure running after the robber and stopping him would save the day, and you would be pretty proud of yourself as a hero. However you have put yourself in great danger, what if you stop him, and he pulls out a gun and shoots you dead? because of your actions the bank will get blamed for one of their employees trying to stop the criminal. Sure its nice to be a hero once in awhile, but you cannot act on instict because that can still get you killed.

K On! first started out as a Japanese four-panel comic strip manga much like how Lucky Star first started. It was written and illustrated by Kakifly and was first released may 2007 and is still ongoing with 2 volumes. Then the animation studo "Kyoto Animation" already famous for haruhi suzumiya and lucky star decided to make K On! into a 13 episode long anime series which began April 3rd 2009 and ended in June 26th 2009. The name of the anime "K On!" is Japanese for "Light Music" when translated from "keiongaku" you see "Kei-on" get it? even though it's light music it actually means more like pop music for the japanese.

The story centers around 4 high school girls who are all new highschool students and they need to be a member of a school club. "Ritsu" a girl appears into the picture and she loves music she plays the drums! so she wants to join the schools light music club, she even drags her unfortunate friend "Mio" to join as well who thankfully plays bass guitar. But oh no, shock horror the light music club is on the verge of disbanding because there are not enough members. However not to fear as another girl appears named "Tsumugi" a keyboard player, but there still one short. Thats when the main female protagonist comes in named "Yui" she can play! nothing? but they have enough members, the club is saved, yui learns to play guitar and they play at the school fesitval, the end.

So K On! doesn't really have a plot, thats because its a "slice of life" anime, thus its an anime based around the lifes of the characters. So its best to talk about how K On! makes you feel when you watch it. And when you watch it you will notice that this is a really "warm and fuzzy" anime, I have not seen such an warm and fuzzy anime before, what the characters do isn't amazing or exciting, but it puts you in a real good mood at the end of the episode. It's difficult to explain really, there are sad and there are fun moments in K On, and its just seeing how these 4 girls will work together, but heck there not going to be doing outragous stuff, its still bound to reality!

Yui Hirasawa: Yui is the main female protagonist of K On! She plays a "Cherry Sunburst Gibson Les Paul Classic" electric guitar that she nicknames 'Giita' heh thats cute. She is the clumsy kinda spaced out kinda girl. She doesn't like the torment of studying or school, she wants to have fun with her friends and eat snacks all day. She is very easy going and gets easily distracted thus she gets really bad grades at school. She is also quite forgetfull, yet all these qualities make her the bright bundle of joy she is. Because she can always find a way to cheer up your day with her sparkling attitude.

Ritsu Tainaka: Ritsu is the president of the Light Music Club and plays a Yamaha Hipgig Drumset. She is the crazy and wild one of the four. She is very upbeat and always wants to try out new things, though she gets easily carried away with what she is doing sometimes. However she has a bad habit of forgetting important information like club activites and announcements which causes a whole lot of trouble. She is best friends with Mio, and she always loves to tease her and likes to crack jokes and be sarcastic almost all the time. She always tries to push the light Music Club forward to higher things.

Mio Akiyama: Mio is another member of the Light Music Club and plays a left-handed, "3-Color Sunburst Fender Jazz Bass" guitar in the anime. She is the shy girl of the group, but the most mature and responsible as well. She gets excellent grades at school however she is easily terrified at gross or horrifying things, much to the excitement to her best friend Ritsu. She is the main vocalist of the Light Music Club and also writes the songs for the band to play. She chooses to play bass, as the guitarist is always in the spotlight, however shes the vocalist, which kinda puts her in the spotlight.

Tsumugi Kotobuki: Tsumugi, known as "mugi" to her friends is another member of the Light Music Club and she plays a "Korg Triton Extreme 76 Key" keyboard. She has the warm and kind personality, and her family is incredibly wealthy. Kenichi was first a manga started in August 9, 2002 and is ongoing. It was adapted into an anime which was 50 episodes long and started October 7, 2006 and ended in September 29, 2007. Kenichi! is short for "Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple" or "Shijo Saikyo no Deshi Ken'ichi?," literally meaning "History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi". Kenichi! is a martial arts manga, but I swear right now it is the funniest comedy martial arts manga you will ever read.Now believe it or not but this review was actually written in as an Anime review. However I had to change it to a Manga review because I was eventually convinced I could recommend it to people easier as a manga.

Now the plot is left to be much desired lol. I would say this anime is more about fan service then a credible plot but lets go anyway. Kenichi is a first year student at this highschool I cannot remember. He is a weak boy and always gets beaten up by bullies and gets picked on by his best friend nijima. One day while walking to school he finds a girl who flips him upside down accidently. When the girl goes over to help the poor kenichi, kenichi looks up and sees a beautifull girl whose name is "miu". Kenichi then makes a new friend at the school and wants to take up karate to help make him stronger so that he will one day protect miu. However he sucks at martial arts until miu invites kenichi to her house. Kenichi excited rushes to her home only to find an old dojo called Ryozanpaku. Miu lives at a dojo? maybe he can ask for them to teach him!

Unknowlingly the dojo is inhabited with 5 master class martial artists. These 5 martial arists are master level meaning they have have mastered every technique in their chosen martial arts and have gone further to develop their own. They live only to train and follow the life of a martial artist. Miu's grandfather owns the Dojo and agrees to teach kenichi to become a martial artist. The story then follows with kenichi learning 5 different martial arts from 5 different masters and combines different techniques to defeat his oppenent. All the techniques shown are based off real life techniques might I add. So basically kenichi gets thrown into training every day and night becuase he has no talent what so ever! He fights delinquients until he faces ragnarok the group behind all the pain and sorrow.

Kenichi Shirahama: The main character and hes just lik everyone else. He learns martial arts to protect his friends and to find the meaning of true strengh, which is very generic. Het gets put through the toughest training you can imagine and his comedic responses are down right hilarious. He gets taught all 5 chosen martial arts from which he combines the techniques together to make devestating combo's! His special attack can be considered the 1 inch punch which he utilises all 5 movements of his martial arts to deliver a single powerfull blow

Miu Furinji: She has never seen her parents and has been brought up by her grandfather. As young as age 3 she was brought on a journey across the world to learn martial arts. Her life from a very young age has been all around martial arts and she in the anime is one of the strongest fighters. However she only fights the female enemys that kenichi won't raise his fist to. She loves cats, and is perfect in every form of gymnastics becuase of her flexibility. She thinks of Kenichi only as a friend, while kenichi is head over heels over her, poor girl.

Shio Sakaki: And here is why Kenichi the anime is so good the masters! Sakaki is the master of karate and is considered a 100th Dan black belt, when the limit is 10th dan lol. He is about 30 years old and a alchaholic and grew up on the streets constantly in streetfights. His body build is huge and has large muscles and has tremendous power. With his Ki stare he can make an entire room of people full unconcious. He regularly punches through concrete walls and punches steel beams as practise. When teaching karate he always says defence is the best.

Apachai Hopachai: The master of Muay Thai, from a very young age he was always was forced to fight in illegal underground matches. Rhode Island teens under 18 can’t work with power saws or bang nails up on roofs. But dance at strip clubs? Sure. Just as long as the teens submit work permits, and are off the stripper’s pole by 11:30 on school nights. “But we regulate it.” Providence police recently discovered that teen job opportunities extend into the local adult entertainment world while they were investigating a 16-year-old runaway from Boston. The girl told detectives that she worked at Cheaters strip club this spring, and the police got tips about other underage girls working at another club on Allens Avenue.That’s when the police found that neither state law, nor city ordinance bars minors from working at strip clubs.

Those under 18 can’t buy pornography, and no one may take pictures or film minors in sexually suggestive ways. But the law doesn’t stop underage teens from stripping for money. Even if the police saw underage boys or girls on stage at a strip club, they wouldn’t be able to charge them or the club owners with a crime. “I’ve been doing this a long time,” said youth services Sgt. Carl Weston, “and I can’t find anything that says it’s illegal for a 16-year-old or a 17-year-old to take her top off and dance.” State law says that anyone who employs a person under 18 for prostitution or for “any other lewd or indecent act” faces up to 20 years in prison and up to $20,000 in fines.

So essentially it states that if your under 18 and living in Rhode Island, then federal law and state law actually does allow you to work as a stripper, when amazingly you cannot even buy pornography while under the age of 18. Its that it is only illegal if it is lewd and sexual, however that is a subjective meaning and state law says that stripping is not lewd. Heck it even says teenagers can do indoor prostituion and yet it still wont be illegal! hah amazing, rhode island must be an intresting state, does anybody live in rhode island?

The link above was the first DA Art contest I created last year. It was well received and I got a modest 30 entries for the contest. Now I am considering holding another art contest on Monday 3rd August 2009 however I am having money restraints at the moment and so it would cost alot of money for prizes. So im thinking of not going through with it at all. However if enough people comment saying that might like it, then I might go ahead with it. Elfen Lied started out as a manga created by Lyn Okamoto which began June 2002 and ended November 2005 with 12 volumes in total. Then a few years later the animation studio called ARMS decided to animate Elfed Lied and create a 13 episode long TV Anime Series. The anime began July 2004 and ended october 2004. Then in apirl 2005 an OVA was released named "10.5: Regenschauer". Now it was kind of difficult to decide to review the manga or anime, I mean the manga has the full story with over 100 chapters, and the anime condensed it in 13 episodes somehow. However the anime has the legendary Opening theme and it extremely graphic, while the manga art style is very softly drawn. However violence always wins in the end so I am reviewing the anime.

The Diclonius are a species of evolved humans with two horns and vectors, transparent arms that have the power to manipulate and cut objects within their reach. These arms are capable of incredible strength able to lift from cars to entire battleships! However they also move at super sonic speeds easily able to cut down bullets in mid air and slice a tank into swiss cheese. Diclonius are being held in a special experimental facility off the coast of Kamakura in Kanagawa, south of the city of Yokohama and all of the Diclonius are girls. However one night Lucy a teenage Diclonius escapes from her restraints and trys to break out of the facility. She effortlessly killed everyone in the facility with her vectors and makes it outside. However a camper has been waiting outside in the watch tower and with his 50. Calibre he scores a headshot on Lucy. This causes lucy to fall into the ocean only to be washed up on sure in the south city of Yokohama, however with no memory of what happened because she has become Nyu!

First things first, Lucy has the scariest rape face I have ever seen for a female character, I mean just look at her! your gonna die. Well anyway the plot is extremely sad to say the least, I found myself being rather depressed that these cute girls with horns are being experimented on in a far off facility. What makes it even worse is the amount of innocent people that just end up dieing, its hard to know whether Lucy or Nya as a single person is the protaganist or the antaganist of the story. However it is that complexity which makes the plot line great! sadness and depression is a powerfull emotional tool which makes the reader question him or herself. We follow the story of these Diclonius and especially Lucy and how she interacts with human life. When you see Nyu in character she is harmless and cute and would not hurt a bunny, then you see Lucy who is violent and dangerous and would skin the bunny while it is alive.

Lucy: She is the main female protagnist and the teenage Diclonius who escaped the experimental facility at the beggining of the anime. First things first, how the heck did she survive a 50. calibre bullet in the head? I dont care if she wore a helmet the impact alone should of removed her head from her body. And what is that helmet made of anyway? well anyway she is an extreme hatred to all humans because of the treatment she received as a child. When I mean treatment I mean like the worst bullying you have ever seen! so she has a good reason to go round killing humans without a second thought, however she could take it easy a bit I mean. She will kill men, women, old men, old women, girls, boys and even babys she is a killing machine driven by hatred and revenge! what makes things worse is that she is the most powerfull diclonius in the anime.

Nyu: When Lucy was struck in the head with a 50. Calibre bullet, I am still stressing about it now, but anyway Lucy had shifted personalities. When she awoke she became Nyu, or should I say became one of the most cutest anime characters in existence. She becomes completely selfless and is always smiling craving for attention. She behaves like a kitten or newborn puppy unaware of how the world works and only wants to be with her loved ones. In this form she does not even know she is a diclonius and thus cannot use her vectors, why Nyu does not even know how to go the toilet properly in at the start of the anime. For anybody who has seen the video I posted on sunday, you must voice your opinions to others in this journal! because most of you don't watch the DA videos I make XD and if you have not seen this epic video yet then you are missing out! anybody who has seen the video will agree! Oh yeah by the way the chinese name of the play differs greatly when written in english, I doubt this is an accurate name for those who wanted it.

The pool can be a dangerous place: Kids can get sunburned or slip on the wet deck. But can the pool get you pregnant? Magdalena Kwiatkowska of Poland thinks you can. She is suing an Egyptian hotel because she claims her 13-year-old daughter became impregnated after swimming in its pool during their recent holiday. Ms.Kwiatkowska says that there must have been errant sperm floating around just waiting to implant themselves in an unsuspecting female taking a dip. She swears that her daughter did not meet any boys during their vacation, so the mysterious sperm in the pool had to be the culprit.

Surely this lawsuit will be thrown out of court on inconceivable (pun intended) grounds. First off, wouldn't the chlorine kill any random sperm? But even further, did Ms. Kwiatkowska follow every moment of her vacationing daughter to prove, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that she spent absolutely no time with anyone of the opposite sex during their Egyptian holiday? The only reassuring thing about this story, perhaps, is that frivolous lawsuits are not exclusively an American thing.

I am back as Mr exclusive with the news around the world, but I must apologize that I bring you old news, well it was from the 12th but anyway I found this hilarious. The polish mother is hell bent on sueing the hotel, because their pool impregnated their daughter. There are several facts which make this whole argument illogical. Firstly swimming pools have chlorine, which acts like a bleach and kills anything dirty in the water, including sperm. Also sperm can only survive at most from a minute while outside the body they have a short life span. So the only explanation is the daughter had sex in the pool, or that she was real close to a person who had sex in a pool. The mother just wants money from sueing the hotel.

Professional snipers have been brought in to guard a vulnerable colony of penguins in Australia. The deployment follows the mysterious deaths of nine of the flightless birds over the last two weeks. The mutilated bodies of the animals, known as fairy penguins, were found in a national park near Sydney harbour. The main suspects are dogs and foxes. At 40cm tall, the world's smallest penguin species is clearly no match for such aggressive enemies.

To even up the fight, two snipers have been deployed as bodyguards. They have started night patrols and have instructions to do what it takes to protect these tiny creatures. They have joined a legion of volunteers, who have also been guarding the birds during the hours of darkness when they are most vulnerable to attack. Traps have been also been set in a concerted attempt to catch Sydney's penguin killers.

Air Gear is a manga created by Oh! great which is a action sports comedy, while also being quite ecchi. It was created in May 2003 and is still ongoing with 23 volumes in total. Air Gear was then made into a TV anime series by Toei Animation which spanned 25 episodes and began from April 2006 and ended september 2006. The anime did rather badly overall as it is one of the best examples of a "rushed to close ending", where no questions were answered and fans were left "eh?" hence why I am reviewing the manga! Heck the manga did so well it won the 2006 Kodansha Manga award as it was recognised as a truly great manga among the rest.

The story centers on a guy named Itsuki "Ikki" Minami, who is a student and a delinquent. Ikki is the leader of a youth gang, which is actually just his friends. One day he gets roughed up by a gang wearing At's. Ikki goes home disgrunted but vows one day to become an AT Rider. At's are essentially rollerblades that runs on two wheels and are powered from an energy source and they move much like moterbikes. Thus with AT's or Air Trecks you can race eachother while wearing them, while racing up wall's, jumping or doing all arounc tricks. Thus the world is "Air Gear" where all the youths have At's and race eachother. If you are an AT rider then you ussually join a team, and once in a team you can battle against other teams. However that is for small fry. There are some riders who are named "kings" and these kings are the master riders of a known element like "fire", "fang" or "wind". Every AT riders dream is to become the "Sky King" which commands the entire sky and rules all under heaven. So Ikki wants to be sky king cool eh?

The story starts out simple it is a boy with a dream which is rather generic. However being applied to a sports manga, and where the sports is completely unique it can do quite well. All the characters fall into different teams and the manga consists of them battling. However that is not all there is to it, all the characters have their own mysterious pasts. I mentioned that there are characters who call themselves "kings" well these King At Riders are given special AT's which are far from normal ones. Their AT's has as much sophistcated technology like a space shuttle!. For example the Flame regalia actually causes flames, or the Fang regalia causes getsuga Tenshou's and such. So all these King riders are the best in the world, however they all wait for the person who is the "Sky King". The sky king is the greatest AT Rider in the world, and the Sky gear, well who knows what the hell it is! all we know is all the villians want it.

Itsuki "Ikki" Minami: Ikki is the primary protagnist of Air Gear, and the leader of the Air Treck team "Kogarasumaru". Ikki is a delinquent who does not take anything from anyone! he has no parents or family and he lives with the Noyamano family which consits of 4 sisters. Of course with them not being real sisters, Ikki always trys to tease them, leaving him with a large wound in his head in the aftermath. However to become sky king is his dream, he has the ability to see the "wing road" which grants him the ability to make tricks and maneuvers very easily on a battle field. However he also has amazing physical endurance and strength allowing him to sustain a great deal of damage. With his gifted abilites he is seen being one of the closest to the Sky King. He is by far the best AT rider of Kogarasumaru and has full confidence in his team mates.

Kazuma "Kazu" Mikura: Kazu is Ikki's childhood friend and whenever ikki gets into trouble, well you can bet Kazu will be the one to clear up the mess afterwards. He is always seen wearing that stupid hat, let me see your hair dammit! Well anyway his position in Kogarasumaru is the "racer" as he is easily the fastest AT Rider. He is so fast many people say he is like jet fighter soaring through the sky. When the plot turns and the world of Air Gear is no longer a childrens game, but life and death Kazu feels the pressure of the world on his shoulders. However Kazu is not alone and then he really shows what he is made of! So yeah I might as well announce this now. On Thursday 25th of June I am going to mainland china for 19 days and I will return to the UK on the 14th of July 2009 So basically, I am going to university in september, my brother has returned from finishing university and has lived her for a while now, my brother almost 30 still has not earnt enough to live alone, and my parents are not getting younger by the second. So my father thought it would be a good idea to go on one last family vacation abroad together, because it will be the very last time.

We are visiting mainland china, which is primarily in the south east of china and we will be spending most of out time in Hong Kong. I have been to china before, when I was 9, so almost 10 years since I have last gone. Hong Kong is basically china's version of japans tokyo, they are both very crowded and super rich citys. You can buy anything pirated in Hong Kong, why Hong Kong is the capital of the world when it comes to pirated goods, from DVD's and video games to clothes and cars. Also its one of the most bustling citys in the world at night!

Anyway we are going for the purpose of entertainment and sight seeing, we are basically looking at the ancient chinese culture, landmarks and architecture, and being chinese ourselves there is no language barrier. So yeah I will be bringing my labtop along and using it before I go to sleep in my hotel rooms. So I will still upload deviations, however I might not be able to make journals, as it is difficult to pre make them. However one thing is for sure, I most likely will not be able to reply to any comments in the 3 week period. Consider it my vacation away from DA.

A teenage girl is suing her tattooist she claims tattooed 56 stars on her face after she asked for three. The girl is suing for over $15,000 in damages for “the graffiti that ruined my life”, after the tattoo artist allegedly thought nothing of giving her eighteen times the tattoos she requested. The man responsible for the ‘graffiti’, himself covered in tattoos and piercings, insists he only complied with her instructions, and at the reasonable price of $90. “I maintain that she absolutely agreed that I tattoo those 56 stars on the left side of her face,” he said. A witness to the affair confirms the tattooist’s statement.

The girl is most upset by the tattoos: “It is terrible for me. I cannot go out on to the street, I am so embarrassed. I just look horrible.” Having no desire to leave a customer unsatisfied, the tattooist has agreed to pay for half the cost of laser removal surgery, though this will still leave the girl with white facial scars on the tattooed areas. The girl insists for the full cost of the removal, despite the tattooist claiming she was satisfied with the service until she went home to her father and boyfriend. “They are saying things now, like I doped her or hypnotised her. What rubbish!”

Although the tattooist serves customers at a tattoo parlor in Belgium, he is Romanian and is said to have spoken only poor French and English, which may have contributed to the confusion. “I think he didn’t understand what I wanted,” she said, “But I explicitly said in my native tongue, French, and also in a little bit of English when he looked confused, that I wanted three little stars only near my left eye.” The tattooist argues the girl was awake and checked in a mirror several times to see how the work was progressing. He has decided from now on to get written consent from customers for any procedure he undertakes, but does not regret his actions. “I don’t regret it. Death Note was first a manga created by Tsugumi Ohba a very mysterious author whose identity and even gender has not been revealed. None the less Tsugumi Ohba is very much praiseworthy, because Death Note was the first manga he had created and it got serialised by the famous "Weekly Shounen Jump". Most authors first ever manga's ussually do not perform well, however creating a story like "Death Note" has led him or her unparalled fame and success, what a genius eh? Anyway it began from December 2003 and ended May 2006 with 12 volumes in total.

Now the manga was already quite popular in the Weekly Shounen Jump, but when it was adapted to an anime, the popularity exploded. The Animation Company "Madhouse" took Death Note and adapted the manga into a 37 episode long anime series that ran from October 2006 to June 2007. Finnally when everybody thought Death Note could not gain any more popularity a Live Action Film was made by Shusuke Kaneko that was released June 17 2006. With the release of the movie the Death Note franchise had finnally broken though the roof and truly became "iconic".

The story centers around a young, intelligent and Handsome highschooler named Light Yagami. He is a bored individual getting the highest scores on tests and dating all the prettiest girls in school. However life suddenly becomes more intresting when he finds a black book named "Death Note". When he touches this book a shinigimi appear named Ryuk, Light is first hesitant but eventually believes what he is seeing is real. Ryuk explains how to use the Death Note for Lights own deeds. The Death Note can kill anybody, anywehere and at anytime. With such power Lights already Huge Ego and Personality develops a "God Complex", his mission is to clense the world of all evil by punishing criminals. However the worlds greatest detective is having none of it. A mysterious man named "L" puts his life on the line to bring the killer named "Kira" which the public has named Light, to justice. A deadly game of cat and mouse has been started and the shinigimis look down upon the world laughing...

Right lets disect the plot. For too long has action manga's dominated the Weekly Shounen Jump, a mystery manga on the level of Death Note changed all that. As a mystery manga it is very well written, though it is simply not complex enough to become truly great worthy. The plot did not advance to far ahead or became to ambigious for the common manga reader to understand, no it kept a steady flow throughout. "Cat and Mouse" fiction is decided upon the cunning and tactics the characters use to outwit eachother and In Death Note it has acomplished this successfully. We have Light a guy who scores perfect marks on exams, his antagonist will have to be just as smart, if not more, the man named "L". In the beggining of the manga "L" and Light are simply dancing around eachother. Its not until when L and Light join forces does the anime lieft off. The term "keep your friends close but your enemys closer" could not be any more explored then this anime.

The tricks that Light and L use against each other are ingenious using deception and cunningness that the reader cannot simply predict. As the episodes roll on the excitement levels rises, the characters get to the point when even the smallest slip up will give the entire thing away! Then we get to the climatic end of the halfway point of the anime. Of course this is a spoiler, but most fans will agree that Death Note simply never reached the same level as it did in the first half compared to the second half. They say the characters in the second half simply did not match up to the previous original. However characters are born, and they die, the story must continue. So the story did continue but not up to the same standard. Then we have the finale of Death Note, the end has been reached at last. Are we left with an empty feeling? or do we feel satisfied after being taken on a rollercoaster? In the end, the plot was thrilling and exciting wasn't?

Starting this July, the statue will be available for free public viewing for two months at the Shiokaze Park on Tokyo's artificial Odaiba island. The theme of the three-phase Mobile Suit Gundam 30th Anniversary Project is "Always Beginning." The life-size Gundam represents the "Real G" phase of the project, while this August's Gundam Big Expo convention represents the "Feel G" phase. "Soul G" will be a collaborative music event planned for the Gundam franchise this year. An anime adaptation of Harutoshi Fukui's Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn novels and a film version of Sunrise's Mobile Suit Gundam 00 television anime series were both announced earlier this year.

I was keeping up with the news how Japan was building a life size gundam model months back, however not really worth posting, because it barely resembled a gundam. However the Gundam now is practically completed! there is a few more additions and improvements that are needed for completion when it is unveiled officially to the public, but these things are like smoke and mirrors effect. Anyway it looks pretty cool when you look at it in the day with all the details, but when you look at it at night all the lights turn on! like some large mecha christmas tree. Oh well I am sure it will not be too long until Japan makes some real life sized gundams, that actually work, maybe in the far off future in 2050. Though the gundam looks pretty generic and basic, they should of made Gundam Freedom or Master Gundam, that would be cool.

It is actually difficult to find the sales rankings of manga, because they do not always release them. Anyway what you are seeing is the sales rankings of manga sold in japan for the first two weeks of June so far. So as you can see, in a time span of only 2 weeks the japanese people buy alot of manga. We see One Piece is ranked number 1, it is always ranked number 1, it means statistically it is the most popular manga, it means you should read it and be apart of the cool crowd. Bleach comes in second, though I like how One Piece has sold more then double than it. D Gray-man is selling good even though the manga is on hiatus.

Bakuman is a fairly new manga, and it is doing really well, ironicly just like how the plot in the manga is going. Bastard is a 20 year old manga yet it is still dominating the manga sales chart, you really got to give the manga credit. Yay for vagabond! more people need to read it, and any other manga written by Takehiko Inoue. I read a few chapters of To LOVE-Ru and did not like it. Then finnally its nice to see Vampire Knight be up their, it seems shoujo manga is not doing well.Naruto is missing from the manga charts, as it did not receive a new release recently).

Just so you know the person I am featuring is actually 2 people in reality on a shared account, so what I say applys to both of them. When the both of them cosplay in their pictures they look like gracefull angels because surely, they are just as beautifull. They are like 2 girls seperated at birth and whenever they meet together they show off their cosplaying prowress amazingly! Their cosplays are so well made! the dresses they make seem like ones you can buy straight off a rack at a worldwide fashion brand like gucci. Both of them are so very pretty and their eyes are very mesmerising which makes for amazing photos. Their photos are so well formed and they look so professional something straight out of a fashion magazine. They are both just so good! they could step onto a stage and be deafend by the roar of the crowed.

Shin Angyo Onshi by Youn In-wan

This manga is known in the west as "Blade of the Phantom Master" where it is known as "Shin Angyo Onshi" in the east, which roughly translates to "Royal Secret Commissioner" The most intresting thing about this manga is, it is actually a korean manga and not japanese, yes korea does make manga's. Shin Angyo Onshi was created by Youn In-wan which ran from April 2001 and ended September 2007 with 17 volumes in total. In 2004 Shin Angyo Onishi was made into a full length animated film which was released in 2004. Much of the premise for and characters of Shin Angyo Onshi were drawn from the classic Korean tale, The Legend of Chun Hyang, which im sure nobody here knows. This manga ended in 2007, but korean scanlaters are virtually non existent now.

Plot/Story (10/10)

Shin Angyo Onshi takes place in the fictional land of Jushin, modeled after feudal Korea. In the Land of Jushin existed secret government agents called the angyo onshi, who traveled the countryside in disguise. They were charged by the king with finding and punishing corrupt government officials, and bringing justice to the country's citizens. However in the present Jushin has been destroyed and has been split apart into different kingdoms each owned by tyrants. The Angyo Onshi now longer exist as they have all been wiped out, or have they? there remains one Angyo Onshi left who goes by the name of Munsu. Munsu is on a mission to travel the land to find the man who assinated his best friend, the king of Jushin, an act that led to the fall of the country. This Munsu is not an ordinary Angyo Onshi though. In the past he used to be the most powerfull swordsman in Jushin, while also holding the rank of "legendary" as commander of the armies of Jushin.

Oh my good god I love the plotline in Shin Angyo Onshi! sure its a story about a person who wanders the land like vagabond on a mission to exact revenge on a person who killed their loved ones. It might sound generic but this manga does it so damn well. Munsu is not your average hero protaganist, he will gladly leave his friends for dead. I am not kidding he will use the dead bodys of his companions as a meat shield if he needs to escape danger. I said he was the most powerfull swordsman in Jushin, however that was in the past he uses guns now. The reason is because swordsmanship is an honorable fighting form, while guns are for cheaters and are disrespectfull. He uses guns because he matches those qualities rather well. If people are dieing right beside him he will not even hesitate, he will continue walking by because he is on a mission. He does not have time for small fry, he is your anti-hero.

Characters (9/10)

Munsu: Munsu is the anti-heroic protagonist of the series and a third mahai amen osa from the fallen kingdom of Jushin. Since Munsu is an angyo onshi he carrys a mahai amen osa which is a medallion shown in the picture above. Munsu has the most powerfull a 3 horse mahai amen osa which calls forth the phantom army. The phantom army are immortal spirits that are commanded through the mahai amen osa however they can only attack humans, they cannot attack demons, wierdly enough. However Munsu does not use his mahai amen osa all the time he is a skilled gunslinger using a variety of guns to get the job done. He is the long range fighter and does not like to get down and dirty, he would very much like to shoot you 30 feet away while sitting in a couch with a beer in the other hand. Munsu is cold hearted and if he does help you, there will be blood and torture .

Sando/Chun Hyang: Sando acts as Munsu's 'Sando', or bodyguard in another word. When she was kidnapped by a corrupt lord who wanted to make her his personal bodyguard. Her her lover embarked on a futile quest to become an amen osa to try and rescue her one day. However he runs into Munsu one day, and long story short he gets killed. Munsu rescues Sando and tells the news about her lovers death. She decides to protect Munsu from now on, to honor her loved one. Munsu could not really give a rats ass if she follows him or not. Sando is a a beautifull women with really long black hair. She also wears next to no clothes wearing only leather straps and an orange cape. She uses a large sword in one hand and can transform her other arm into a giant claw. Neon Genesis Evangelion by Gainax

Evangelion first appeared as a manga series by Yoshiyuki Sadamoto from febuary 1995 and is still ongoing with 11 volumes. Not long after the anime studio Gainax created the Neon Genesis Evangelion TV series from October 1995 to March 1996 with 26 episodes in total. Gainax was relatively new in the anime studio bussiness because Neon Genesis Evangelion was their second ever TV Anime Series created. After the success of the TV Anime Series 2 films were created. The first was "Death and Rebirth" aired in March 1997 which aimed to recreate episodes 21 ,22 ,23 and 24 of the TV Anime Series. The second film was "The End of Evangelion" aired in July 1997, which recreated episodes 25 and 26 of the TV Anime Series. The films were made to recreate the ending of the TV Anime Series because there was much outcry from the fanbase because the original ending was extremely complicated.

Then a third film was created called "Revival of Evangelion" which aired in March 1998 which acted to fill in the gaps between the first two films with re-edited footage. A decade later "Rebuild of Evangelion" was created as a tetralogy of animated films which are a remake of the entire original anime series of Neon Genesis Evangelion. The first of the three films called "Evangelion 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone" was aired in October 2007, with the second called "Evangelion 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance" which aired in June 2009 and the final film called "Evangelion 3.0 Final" with no release date yet confirmed. Neon Genesis Evangelion is a Mecha, Psychological, Apocalyptic/post-apocalyptic, Drama themed anime which is so confusing that even with the huge number of films made to help make it easier for the viewers to understand, we still dont know what the hell is going on.

It is 2015, and the world has rebuilt after a global scale disaster in 2001, but the time of reckoning has come--mysterious invaders known as angels are descending to Earth one by one to try and bring about the end of mankind. But mankind is not unprepared; a secretive project has developed EVAs, gigantic biological humanoid fighting machines, to stop them. But not just anyone can pilot these weapons of salvation. Fourteen-year-old Shinji Ikari, estranged son of Gendo, is called to the project by his father. Together, Shinji, the egotistical German girl Asuka, and the mysterious, emotionless Rei are tasked with finding a way to control the EVAs to thwart the invasion. But what purpose do the angels really serve, what is the secret of the EVAs, and what is the true goal of Gendo and his shadowy organization?

I had to copy and paste the above plot summary from an independent site because it was simply too difficult for me to "sum up" in one paragraph the entire story of Neon Genesis Evangelion. It is quite literally the greatest "Mind F***" anime ever created. The anime series tackles themes of religious refrences like Judeo-Christian symbols from the book of Genesis and Biblical apocrypha among others. In later episodes the main characters show traits of psychoanalysis who display various emotional problems and mental illnesses. Its not suprising that Hideaki Anno, the director of the anime series, suffered from clinical depression which influenced a great deal of the anime. Hell even George Lucas had a fever and thought up of the legendary film star wars. It is really difficult to explain the plot, because it is built in a way that every viewer will have his or her own interpretation of the events. Quite simply this might be the most complex plotline for an anime series you have ever seen. If you understood the conversation between Neo and the Architect in the film Matrix Reloaded, then this film is for you.

The Bleach Swordmaking Industry gone wild

In recent years, more like just last year the swordmaking industry has been growing larger and larger and one of the main reasons is the spread of japanese culture across the world. Okey im talking about the popularity of anime growing more global everyday. Well anyway metal replica swords of animes have always been of poor quality, as they are ussually always poor copys, they simply do not match the details shown in the anime, they could be wrong shape, form and even colour! however this journal is not about a rant, this journal is about how the swordmaking industry has been making more and more swords from the anime bleach. Cat in China grows a pair of wings

A kitty in Chongqing, China, is getting some extra-special attention these days: The furry feline has developed wings! Though born looking completely normal, once the cat hit the age of 1, he began growing wing-shaped appendages on either side of his spine, the U.K.’s Daily Mail reports. While some think the bony limbs may be a mutation of some kind — or even a Siamese twin growing inside the cat — others speculate it’s a genetic change perhaps caused by chemicals ingested by the kitty’s mother while she was pregnant. Highschool of the Dead by Daisuke Sato

Highschool of the Dead is a manga series written by Daisuke Sato and illustrated by Shouji Sato. It was first created in September 2006, and is still ongoing with 5 volumes and over 30 chapters. To put it simply High School of the Dead if entirely a zombie manga, and zombie manga's are extremely rare. If you love zombie films like, Dawn of the Dead, 28 Days Later, Land of the Dead, or games like Resident Evil or Dead rising then this manga is for you! However as a seinen manga it takes months between releases of chapters, and currently the last chapter was released all the way back in 2008.

Plot/Story (9/10)

Its a nice spring day, and all of the students at Fujimi High School are enjoying yet another bustling day of learning. One such student named Takashi Komuro is enjoying some nap time on the school roof. It seems today will be just like any other day. Suddenly Takashi is awaken by a shocking scream, he runs over to the fence to see "strange" people at the gate. These people bite one of the teachers who tries to find out whats going on. The teacher dies oh no! other teachers come to his help, but for some reason the teacher "awakens". Takashi runs down back into school and grabs his friend Rei Miyamoto a childhood friend. When she asks what is the problem the only reply he can give is "were in danger". As the two leave the classroom the have entered a nightmare, the entire highschool is crawling with zombies, the students are being eaten alive, the teachers are all dead, and whats worse, the situation is happening all over the world...

I LOVE Zombie fiction it is just so awesome, and bloody! I love zombie movies, my favoruite being Dawn of the Dead being completely set in a mall. The thing is you are not given an explanation of why or how the zombie outbreak has occured, much like George A. Romero films. Actually if George A. Romero made a zombie manga about highschool students then it would highschool of the dead. No explanation is given about how the people turn into zombies, except if you die you become a zombie. Did I mention there are scenes where characters look like the actors from Shaun of the Dead? or an entire arc is where the survivors are in a mall, like in dawn of the dead? High School of the Dead is so graphic! it focuses on what the characters emotions and feelings they experience in a zombie outbreak all their familys and friends die, they only think about headshots now.

Takashi Komuro: Takashi is the main character, and for once I like a main character who does not question life or has sad scenes that take up an entire chapter. This guy right here does what he needs to do, when his best friend he has known all his life turns into a zombie, what does he do? he bashes his skull blean off his body, because thats what his friend would of wanted! He kills and kills zombies because he needs to survive he is out trying to protect his friends drom dieing left and right. You might think "whats a teenager doing so well in a zombie apocolypse?" well in times of life or death danger some people evolve into hero's or leaders. Takashi evolved into the leader of the group of survivors and is doing a great job.

Kohta Hirano: He is the gun otaku of the group, which is a good change from the generic manga otaku, as Kohta has actually said he hates manga. Well anyway he is the fat, snotnosed, square eyed boy that we first see him as. He is 16 year old and he was bullied alot in school, however with all the bullies now dead or zombies, he grows into a hero. On a one-month trip to America he was trained by the US military contractor Blackwater USA which furthered his obsession over weapons. Thus in the manga when he does located guns, he does not have this magical ability to use them professionally like in most generic films, he has had training. Not just that but he is the marksman of the group where he uses a rifle or semi-automatic to fight the undead.

Saeko Busujima: High school senior and president of the school's kendo club, she is extremely skilled with a bokken and close combat. As president she keeps a very cool headed mind and always keeps her composure to be ladylike. Even in the zombie outbreak she remains cool and when she attacks with her sword she never fails to slice on target. The beginning of the MCM Expo

I attended the London MCM Expo on Saturday 23rd of May 2009 and it was an even bigger success since the last time I came back in October of 2008! This time I was going with two friends where the pirate from Pirates of the Carribean on the right was Muzz, and in the center was kyle as Cid Highwind from Final Fantasy 7, which leaves me on the left as Kisuke Urahara from Bleach. The MCM Expo is not an anime convention per say, it is a convention of Movies, Video Games and Anime so us three had cosplayed to reflect that. I had 3 hours in sleep in total, because too many things were running through my head the night before. Thus I woke up at 6:00am after sunrise and put on my cosplay at 7:00am. I had a family member agreed to drive me and my friends to the London MCM Expo and back for £18, which split between the three of us meant we paid £6 for transportation which isn't bad. I had to meet my friends at my school as the pick up point at 7:30am and then we departed.

I was not excited about the event until the night before, however the closer we went to destination my heart thumped harder. I discussed between my friends and I the plan for the day which was wait in line for tickets, sell my sword, attend the actual MCM Expo, meet people, attend the Bleach Group meeting, the Guinness World Record Attempt and take Video Footage and Photo's. My friends laughed at how seriously I had organised a fun day out. When we arrived at the MCM Expo at 8:30am my head appeared out from the car door and I thought to myself "Im back home". Since the three of us had bought fast track tickets we simply needed to stay in a que until they officially started accepting the tickets and let people in at 9:00am. Well waiting in line I met the person I needed to see the most which was ~the-last-quincy because he was purchasing my Senbonzakura. He paid me the money, we posed for a photo, and now he is in possession of the sword.

When the clock striked 9:00am the line finnally started moving and people were let into the MCM Expo. We had decided to purchase anything we needed at the opening of the MCM Expo because there is not much people, and every stall is fully stocked. So we searched around for possible merchandise to purchase, however once again everything was overpriced and I will say now, I bought nothing, and neither did my friends. I went to check out the swords, but I knew if I bought one all I would do with it is stick it in my closet forever. Plus there was not any "good" swords there was only the "less crapiest to the most" hell even the wooden swords they sold were cheap knock-offs, they were barely imitations and only served a purpose in an un-choreographed swordfight between people. I did not care about the video game, movie or even anime section of the MCM Expo. My friends and I stepped outside the Excel center where the real fun began.

The actual convention pales in comparisons to overseas as the MCM Expo does not offer any real interactivity with the visitors, its only purpose is to sell high priced merchandise. The real fun is the people who attend because without them a convention fails. We started recording the various video footage of all the different cosplay groups to make the May 2009 MCM Expo Video. We saw ~SodiRyfe who was like the greatest Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Carribean cosplayer ever! and my friend Muz dressed as a pirate enjoyed his time with the group very much, even engaging in sword fights. While this was going on I met *NekoFlameAlchemist cosplaying as Genesis from Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core, her rapier looked fantastic and she looked even more amazing! At around this time Kyle had left us to join in the que to sign up for the Guinness World Record Attempt of breaking their previous record for largest group of video game cosplayers!

Then I had my fun by meeting a large number of people from DeviantArt.
