ATTENTION!!!

This is an update for any whom would like to join me in brainstorming out a labor of love for this zuda comics deal.... [link]. I have read over it and it seems like something that would be a lot of fun considering one comes up with a great, gripping story/original idea that would be hopefullt turned into a published comic via dc comics!!! Well if anyone is interested in joining up with me on this just lemme know and we can come together on what we could do! and by the way.... sad loss in the passing of mike wieringo... i read the news today and I feel like God wanted to get some work done up there in heaven, so rest pleasantly ringo sir! prayers are with the families and friends of this amazing talent and assuredly amazing man!!!

I know I said that I am trying to change my style for the better but it has become alot more difficult than I had expected. It has become very discouraging and disheartening and I feel like I cannot for some reason get back into the zone and it is a very inoppurtune time for that believe me! I have friends whom I am working closely with and I know they believe in me but I can only ask that those friends please continue to do so.... I need the help. I want this so badly and I am refusing to accept the possibility that this could'nt be what I am supposed to be doing. I have faith in God and I know He will let this happen for me when its right.... my faith says to keep praying. I need not be preachy though.... for those out there whoknow I need it... please help me.

That is the connection I have with this guy who resides in my mind.... we have made a connection and now he needs me to tell his story in much the same way an autobiographer would convey someones' story to their fullest satisfaction. Glitch and I have been melding minds and we are fleshing out his story and prepping it for chronicling.... so get ready!!!! With a new year I have to admit I dun' see myself being able to change things that need to be changed, and yet I know I can change things that may not need to be changed... which is usually the problem I suffer from. It's gunna be a new year that will present new challenges and a few easy streets, bigger and better joys and scarier and more encompassing fears. We know who we are on the inside but not everyone else is going to know that right off the bat. For instance, I know for a fact on the inside of my heart of hearts I want to be in the comic industry in some capacity... it has been my passion for the longest, and I will not change for anyone... but will anyone else know that? Have I convinced myself that I will just fit right in there somewhere? On top of that, have I convinced myself so there will be no way for me to see the forests for the trees? I know I can do it... but I also know it is a cutthroat industry and you have to stay with the industry and change and morph your style accordingly, and I plan to do that for this new year. What about you?

1)First off and rightfully so... i wanted to highlight Devin Richard and his unwavering ability to speak to my soul through his writing... even if he knows or not.... he speaks the truth!

~ First of is " I heard the King ".... When I read this the first thing I thought was that its all too true that those who preach down to you about just cracking open a King James version bible and picking a random ( and often times vague ) passage are more often than not dusting theirs off on sunday morning when they hit the chuuch and can't really tell me or anyone else what God would say about any given situation....

My whole point is that this piece is superb due to the fact it gushes forth with truth, thus sayeth yon noble christopher of East Houston.

~The next one I wanna highlight is " Friendly Advice " .... Its a short, toi the point spill about how honesty and healing, though often seprated by the shallow- minded as being on opposite sides of the spectrum, are really hand in hand when it comes to rectifying a problem on most any scale. Note that his faith once again shows itself prominently and completes that circle.

~Lastly, I will share with you a piece that could rile up the ignorant and shallow-minded within the first 10 words..... " Unjust ".

I wanna point out that this poem was written by a black man, so if it is simply beyond you to think that a black man can encourage and uplift his fellow man, no matter what color, then I suggest some overhauling of your personal views. This poem basically lays it out to where there are no feasible questions about what this world and everyone in it needs. I second his motion of lifting up everyone around you... i mean.... tis the season is it not?

2) The one, the only, Nick Mockoviak!!! This guy is definitely outta the box on his designs..... let us explore shall we?

~ " The Clash Of The Titans " is a great piece and a big step forward for nick..... he has shown promise in veering away from floating objects in space ( face it, we all do it ) by incorporating a background that follows the primitive nature of my two fave icons of reel and nintendo rampage fame, Godzilla and King Kong!!! Its a fun piece and keeps me young.

~ " The Dark Tower " is cool to me for a few reasons... first off.... he illustrated one of the greatest writers of all times work, and quite well I might add.... and I admire that cuz' I have been wanting to do that for the anne rice taltos book.... and if you have no clue of what I am talking about... go get it, its great! Nonetheless.... nice work nick for being able to focus and do the back shadow and utilize the blacks in this pic!

~ " Superman Ross Practice " is a great work because it really stands out for the fact that Nick harnessed the hatching style in a reasonably similar sketch of the original..... its amazing to me that he could switch up the style of shadowing and still be as close to point as he was.... it looks great and besides that ALEX ROSS is the bees knees..... i could never hold his brush.

3) I have been commissioned to point out some faves of mine in wulfgarfs gallery...lemme give you all the run down on what i likes....

~ " Dwarf and hammer ".... well i like this piece alot because the pencils are solid and I love the effect the shading has... the cors aren't shabby either!

~ " serpent king " .... this is an awesome piece cause its very intimidating and the green in his costume is very aesthetic!!! great work man!

~ " Goblin " ..... i am quite simply a goblin-a-holic!!!!!! its a great profile!

~ " Spider-Man vs. Mercury " ..... i faved this piece due to the potential collision factor and the new spidey costume which i have been up in the air about... it makes me like it!!!!!! great basic colors too!!!! It works well!
