I still remember the simple times where we first talk to each other, then joking around, and pretty soon you know the whole story, we became more serious and trustworthy of each other and here we are now *chuckles* She's been for me through thick and thin in spirit and tries to cheer me up whenever i need it.

I know its not a big issue for anyone of you but this day is a reminder for me and her of how far we got with being together.

Thanks love, for loving me and letting me loving you for this past year. And just as important as that, I want to thank everyone who supports our relationship and being positive towards it. Every small thing you do or say for us really means alot ^^ So thanks again my friends, even though i'm with her now, that doesn't mean i forgot all of you heh heh, just keep in touch so i can keep talking to you cuz i tend to get brainfarts

Well, i hope all of you had a good Halloween Holiday and a safe one at that too if you went to parties. I did as well, being the reason why i've been busy making my outfit by hand and not being able to do any holiday pics, boo hoo yeah sad i know lets cry a river.....lol

Anyways, went to the Monster Ball party that my organization at college made...mm forgot how long it has been since it started....ummm 6 to 7 to 8th year Monster Ball this time? i dunno. Went alright, too bad some of my cuzins were drunk already before the party. So when we arrived there, ha ha they just sulk at the table before they let it out, and one of them went home early that it felt like he didnt even have a chance of Monster Ball. Yep, shouldn't drink before the party, but then again they'll never listen >_>;;;

But everyone came home safe, thanks to the DD including myself :3

We'll just have to see next year, and maybe i'll be gundam lol till then, i'll try to get some pictures of my costume

So again, hope everyone came or stayed home safely druing that night.

I know its been a long time since i update here.

Had a summer job of working in the same bakery again so i can have some cash to spend whenever i need to.

But now i'm released from it since it was just part time and relaxing as much as i can before heading back to the university for classes whoo!....hope it'll be better than my last school performance

Anyways i saw a neat black Wacom Bamboo Fun Tablet 4x6 that i just had to buy since its more updated than my old wacom white white tablet.

So i decided i'm going to sell it when i get the shipping and handling things work out before officially selling it, maybe here or on FA by journal using paypal or by the ebay website. I'll also get some photos done too if some want to see it anyway if you have no idea what it looks like lol

Since I originally bought the tablet for $55 dollars, i've decided to cut 1/4th of the original price, making it $30 US dollars. Yet I'm going to find out the shipping and handling for this baby. It comes with the tablet of course, plus its original pen and the wireless mouse. It even has my old Yeng Li desktop printout for the tablet background design for personalization, but its easy to take it out and put your own in it.

Feel free to write down any interest in this tablet, because it could use another nice owner and home. It has served me well but technology is advancing but for those of you who needed an affordable tablet, this is the one for you.

I'll update again when i get the S&H info from my post office and take some decent photos of it ^^

Because I have found and been with a special person for a good while. And that is Sirpa .



We met on DA last year in february. We were friends at first. We talked for a while and share music. Sometimes we draw pictures and exchange them to see how we think of them. After we kept on contacting...it seems i started to like her more and more each day i talked to her.

Pretty soon i dunno what happened, it seemed i asked her if she liked to be my girlfriend...hm hm...and...she said yes in the mid of November of 2008.

I felt really happy and glad that she accepted it and she also wanted me to be her boyfriend too. So that doubled my feelings about that day =^^=.

I love her very much. She's nice, wonderful, pretty, friendly, and very easy to talk with and to have fun with most of the time ^^. I sented her gifts and she sented me equally the same. one of the best ones was a big teddy bear big enough to hug during the christmas holidays. I treasure the bear and any of her gifts dearly, they mean alot to me because thats how she can only send her love in physical form for now to the US.

But there were tough times when we decided to be together but we're strong and will continue to be for each other no matter what.

Even though we are far away from each other, that'll make our bond even stronger. And i know someday i'll see her for real face to face.

Some of you may not like or support the stuff i'm typing in this journal. If you don't like it...then don't read it and go on your own business, because i want to express my love for her in this journal and i can't keep it in anymore X3.

I love her very much!!!

Now this journal isn't an emergency, but its an update that i want you guys to know just in case.

For me, my college classes will be starting in 4 days. AND i have decided to leave my laptop home so i can do more better for the spring semester. yeah, so you won't be hearing from me for a while until i see that i made some better acedemic improvements, and when i do, i'll bring it back. Until then i'll be updating my journals only at the library, and if i do come home for a weekend, i might be able to update some drawings.

Thats all so far for me.

Just hours ago we did our Asian Student Association Annual Monster Ball. Overall it was pretty decent and there were many people who came out, most with some attractive, unusual, rare, and exotic costumes X3

I took a few photos myself whenever i really had time to spare of taking out my cam and giving it to someone to take for me. Plus i took some profile shots of my costume to see if i want to upgrade it one day if i felt like going to the Animazement Con at Durham NC.

Well its that time again of going back to school or college for some of us

Just got back at the university and setting up all of my stuff.

Nothing much to say, i'm kinda tired and all. Well at least i got 5 days until college starts

Got some hard classes coming up this semester, but i might be lucky enough to have the friday off without any classes at all heh heh ^3^, if one of my classes finally tell the time we meet because its status is still "To Be Announced"

Well, i went to the georgia aquarium for a vacation with my family; it was nice and all....mmm, i wanted the food in their food court XD cookies....cakes....oh yeah....well um, i might post some photos whenever i can. But seriously, don't expect it to be high quality first of all, i didn't use much of my flash since its the rules on some areas, and my digit camera isn't a 600 dollar one lol, but i'll see if i can edit just a bit to make it clear.

Other than that, i'm going alright with my summer class, not too hot but not too low, just keeping it steady so i can transfer the credits since it doesn't affect my GPA.

mmm, might try to draw sometime whenever i can. Sheesh, with summer courses, and the summer feeling, its kinda hard to sit down and draw for a few hours

Well, when i finish taking my exams, i'll be going back home; my home of course which means i won't be able to go online as much as i used to because we use dial up which is pretty slow

However there is a change that my dad might....MIGHT change to DSL which i think it won't block the phonelines if i'm right.

Until then i won't be online as much as i used to over here at the university. Sooo bye bye fast internet lol.

Plus i'll be trying to work at my old place again at Ingles; now expanded into a bigger store. I'll work there again because its close to me somewhat and i get paid every week at least over a 100 depending on the position and hours. Hmm either i'll work as a pharmacy technician....if i can.....or i'll work again in the bakery makin.....COOKIES LOL

Plus i'll also be attending a summer course in order to get some credits.

Well thats all i have to say, so be patient if i can't go online as often as i used to; uploading my DA or FA stuff....but hey, you guys know that already eh?

Well today is Mothers Day!

So for anyone out there, STOP what you're doing and go spend some quality time with your mom.

And if you can't be there physically, CALL HER AND TELL HER HAPPY MOTHERS DAY, and i 'll do that myself since i'm 100 miles away from home studying for a finale tomorrow at college.

For some of you who may not like your mom, remember that she let you into this world and took care of you. If she did not love you, then why did she do what she did...

well i just want to make another update on the ol' jurnal

Now i bet you be thinkin "hey, why isn't Chris doing coloring with pictures?"

Yes i understand and saw that my submissions are now just sketches.

Reason why is because you should all know that my major at my university isn't art. Its human biology. So the way how i seem to progress through mah classes isn't as spicy as i wanted to spice up.

Soooo, i won't be doing any coloring till i see myself improve on my courses.

The only time i'll color is if its not a giant drawing project or its not a serious drawing.

So thats on the update of why i'm not coloring as much as i use to. Got it yall?

eh...i've been doing a lot of thinking about myself....

ever since i started using MSN Live few months ago...i thought it would be fun...but its just things change after that...i dunno...

i like to talk to everyone on MSN especially good friends...however...they just seem to change the more i talk to them...

There are times where i hear some bad or sad news....and you know i want to help as much as i can do...at least give some confort....

But whenever i try to be positive...the reply just doesn't seem to be what i expected...i don't know....

Anyways mentioned of an anime convention that was close by to Greensboro. Its located in 4700 Emperor Blvd, Durham of North Carolina...which is about an hour drive from here.

The convention is called Animazement and will be held on may 23rd through 25th.

That last submission should at least get some attention ( I hope), but what am i really missing? Feels like everyone is progressing while i'm still at the same level no matter what i do...seems as though i'm at a limit or something There are even younger artists who can do incredible jobs with their work and i do give them a well earned credit.

Hmm, the more i look around DA and my friends, the way i see how i just seem to feel like i'm just an average around-the-bend artist....what am i missing?...even commissions aren't doing anything to help and the price i set on them are like pocket change!

Also, I know that in order to make friends here, i need to take the initiative. But what if you watched the person and doesn't watch you back or at least comment on some of your works. I know some people who i did this whenever i watched them. I'm not forcing them to watch me, but what if i say one of their characters eye catching and i wanted to draw them so that they can take a look at it and tell me if its great or not, you know, just feeling a little appreciated and to show that i admire their skills also. I don't want to note them every time because thats just annoying to them (its like poking them million times)

Yeah, i know i draw a lack of gifts for everyone or lack of drawing one of their characters, but as the suggestion above, will they appreciate it? I mean, i done a small amount like that and yet he or she didn't notice and comment on it event though we had conversation once in a while when i first met them. I hope they don't take it for granted.

I even try to do something thats nearly ecchi, but i bet some on-and-off viewers who pass by say or think "oh look! nekkid girls, but wait...this guy seems to do the same old lame pattern work, needs a lot of improvement, ehhh lets go look somewhere else thats more appealing. Besides, where are the nipples?"

I don't really know myself now, i'm not in art block or anything. I'm still drawing because i have an entry i need to do for a contest. Its just that i think this is nearly my limit for me....but thats just me

BTW if you didn't read this to understand whats going on, i don't really care. This tells me who are true to me or not. And for any of you who complains instead of giving positive criticizm or words of hope, i don't care either.

Well, after the burial of my grandfather this past weekend, everything starting to calm down a little, but theres a lot of pressure for my dad since he's the oldest son and for myself since i'm the oldest grandson. I'm starting to worry about my grandmother at home. Plus after the incident at my house, i'm starting to feel paranoid of my dad whenever he's sleeping because he somewhat has a diabetic problem.

Don't know whats going to happen in the next few years, but i know i won't like it.

Other than that, my classes this semester are seemed to be fine. My schedule seems flexible between class and spare time, so i might get to draw something whenever i have little homework.

Nothing going much around here for now, just trying to get use to the classes information subjects.

Might do an art trade with and leave the comission list to see if anyone wants one because i don't do requests that much

Reason why i not on DA or FA for a while is because right now at my place everything is chaos, because my grandpa died....

I dunno why he just did, i wanted to ask him so many things. It happened on Sunday at 2am. i heard from parents that my grandma was shouting his name while we were all asleep. Then may parents woke up and saw that he isn't responding. I heard my father was shouting his name, and nearly crying when i was coming to.

Then as i saw what happened when i finnaly was wide awake, my mother called 911 and with help any way i can, i moved the cars on our driveway out so that the ambulance have room. My grandpa finaly threw up and we've heard some normal breathing, but he's still unconscious. Finally when the paramedic came, they said his blood sugar level was high, after all, we all new he was a diabetic. So they took him to the hospital...

Later on a Sunday evening while i was watching over my younger brothers, my parents came back. I was approaching them to ask hows grandpa until my dad finally said that my grandpa is no longer with us.....this was the first time that i saw my dad cried all out...because that was his dad that disappeared from us on that day. It was due to his his heart just gave out causing a stroke while at the hospital...

Reason way there's so many DAMN things going on is that my grandpa was the colonel in the Vietnam War, the highest ranking ever for our hmong community and history.

Now that he's gone, my grandmother cried nearly every day because she would imagine that he would still just be here at home drinking his coffee and enjoying the morning....but not there's no one there. She's like a lonely fragile little girl. So my brothers and i will have to give her extra love and care...i really do feel sorry for her...

So i'm sorry everyone for not being on for the lack of internet connection and a holiday pic due to unpaid bills and the death of my grandpa. But i'll at least submit a picture that i was able to finish before the incident. right now i don't want to do anything art related and i know i do still have a request to do and comission to pay, but please, just be more patient until things calm down for me.

So Grandpa, wherever you are now, i hope you find peace.

Today after my next to last exam, i went to the atm machine to check my balances in my checking account. Seems i'm in NEGATIVE $9!!!!!!!! >.< Guess it was all that christmas shopping heh, went a little overboard on what i bought for my family.

Weird, because i deposited some money yesterday....guess i'll have to wait until they officially deposit it into my account.

I ordered a tablet from Ebay, and it came today (finally after 13 days >.< )

Its a wacom tablet about 4x6 in. Plus no need for drivers, even though some mentioned certain tablets are compatable with a few computers.

Want to use it right away, but maybe later because i still have research to do. I dunno, might submit a quick tablet sketch later to see what you guys think.

Hope you guys had a great and/or relaxing thanksgiving. I for myself wish i had more time to relax. In my culture, we celebrated our Hmong New Year so i was busy doing things. Barely had turkey though heh heh

Anyways, i've been looking around DA recently while viewing and commenting on my messages, i seem to think that i'm loosing my artistic ability. Everyone who are barely younger than me seems to have more luck of drawing and gettting more attention then i do. Yes, i know everyone will and have said they continue to draw no matter what because they love to. But whats the point to loving it when theres only a few who love it or just saying that to make them feel better. Yes, people love to see porn, naked ladies/anthros and other perv things and i know that, but i have drawn to nearly some of that and my latest work has seem to be very different from my original schedule, yet i do not see any change in the views. I just want to know....WHAT DO YOU WANT TO SEE?! >.<

Come to think of it, people who are majoring in art or cartoonin/animation, actually do a whole lot better than people who majored differently rather than art. I intentionally wanted to major in art, yet i have to major within the medical field. Time and time again, people who have seen my works rather than DA people said i should have majored in that kind of stuff. So now, my judgement on the college i have worked on to enrolled in between the praise and encouragements of my works are starting to cloud up little by little....i'm starting to wonder who am i and what is my purpose......heh, okay that was a little to deep

Of course some would say to move out farther from here to go to places where art/cartooning is welcomed. However thats not easy in my culture's beliefs. Our generation and family wants us to find a career and life that will be able to help our elders and family, in other words, finding that job thats highly demanding that will let us get the job, and able to make plenty money to help the tight budget we lived on for long time. So we're still different from any typical Americans.

I don't know....i like to draw, yet my talent are starting to disappear little by little.

Thats just my thought.

I dunno why i don't get any comissions.......i'll draw anything for ya, even porn if i have to. I'm not limiting myself to any genre you know. THe cheapest thing to buy from me is a pencil headshot which is only $1. that shouldn't be that hard to buy.

College okay, just need to study.........some more study. Have a Psychology exam tomorrow....damn, already...

Thought about getting a PS3 for christmas.....who knows...but i'm scared it might have a defect like my brother's 360.

On FA, i was able to color my 1st mature work. Well, its the one that gets a lot of views, but damn, submit his and he had more views than mine even in the same day he submitted it, you should check it out. >.< I gotta figure out what i'm missing from my skills or works.

Funny thing is, its not a really serious pic. It was made for the Fat Friday School festival when i was still in high school, yet no one bought copies. However it was able to get a lot of viewers.......creepy....

Going home this weekend, my little brothers called on Monday right after my second class of telling me to bring the PS2 controller back......funny thing to call for.

This past Saturday, we had our Monster Ball within the campus. It was great, and there were many awesome costumes. Plus, we had a costume contest for a boy and a girl 1st place. Everyone knew that i will be the winner and at that time, they were right. The prize was a $10 gift card to wal-mart. Well, i didn't do that costume job for 2 months for nothing. The party went great and there were no fights or quarrels. So i'll be submitting my shots, and please take a look at them.

BTW is doing commissions; so please be generous and buy one from her. She'll be very grateful if you do. I've already ask her to do one for me and i can't wait. :3 So get one from her today!

Other than that, college is getting a little hard since i need to pass two of my classes. So as it always been since i've started here, i'll try to submit something whenever i have free time, aiight?!
