Macbook

Just picked one up, and loving it. I'm interested in learning how to customize it now, which is motivational in some sense. I'd love to start getting into skinning on the Mac, but, need to figure out all the tools and everything. Also, if you have any nice apps to recommend for OS X, let me know.

Can't wait to get Leopard now.

I'm wondering if anyone out there who reads this journal, or stumbles upon it would be interested in creating a site related to geek/tech/funny news and what not. Everything I attempt to start, be it, customization or blogging results in a lack of motivation. I feel a new wave of motivation coming, and if I can find some other people that are interested in creating this new site, i'd be more inclined to stay active, and hopefully turn it into a fairly decent site. Details are in the air now, as i'm just trying to think of details now, but, if some people respond, then we'll talk. So, let me know if your interested.

Also, I WILL get a new screenshot up within the week. If not, then someone can punch me right in the face.

Also, I'm going to the Blackhat Conference in Vegas next month, i'm so excited.

_{Awesome, finally hit 3000 pageviews. I really wanna start skinning again, but Vista isn't really customizable as XP was. So, I might either dual boot them, or just rack my brain trying to skin vista somehow, I highly doubt I would be able to get the minimal style I like on Vista, but maybe something pretty close. I bought a new computer recently, and I'm in love with how fast it is, and a 22" monitor too, really nice. Never had a machine like this, so I wanna see what I can come up with. _{Man, i've been at a lost for creativity for awhile. I can't come up with any new ideas for anything. I've been trying to get a new set-up going, but, falling short of ideas. I'm using the whole mire suite right now, and its sick, but just wanted something different.

_{I'm also kinda bummed I havent put alot of work into the new OC suite, I got pieces of the litestep done, but, just can't focus on what i'm doing. Just been stressing out about shit. But, today is a new day, and its the start of a 4-day weekend, and Thanksgiving. So, hopefully this weekend, i'll enjoy some time with the family and be all set.}

Well, its friday, this week has gone by incredibly quick. I love it. And now its time for the weekend, which will most likely consist of drinking, and custo'ing. I heard this song from 'Fort Minor', which consists of Mike Shinoda from Linkin Park, yea, I know, its linkin park, but, his album is his solo rap project, and is actually pretty good. But, the song "Where'd You Go?" is a great song, and I think you should listen to it. I started playing diablo II again after a year long hiatus from it. Its actually pretty fun. If anyone who reads this is on it, let me know. Im in a really good mood right now, and only got 5 more hours of work left till the weekend! Woohoo! Take care everyone, and have a great weekend!

I got promoted yesterday to Senior Airman, im in the Air Force if you didnt know, or if you care. But, anyways, felt pretty good to put it on after 3 years. Only one more year to go.

Currently:
__ Im still working on finishing the vs, trying to come up with more gradients to incorporate.
__ Still trying to resolve the miranda row height problem
__ Phelix is getting some time off for spring break, so hopefully we can speed up the process of releasing the vs, and other parts such as winamp, icons, and whatever else we can come up with.

Im glad i've been able to upload some deviations lately, good to see some comments and what not, thanks everyone.

Custo to-do List:
- Reshack run box
- Fix miranda row height somehow (if you know how to do that, let me know, for some reason, in the options whenever I change it to like 10 or something, it just goes back to 16 pixels)
- Think of suite/vs name for upcoming release
- fix shutdown dialog

Im really bored at work right now, so I thought id update this, and just write some things down I needed to get done.

Well, im gonna try to be more involved in deviantART, I never knew what to think of deviantART at first, but after browsing here alot lately, i've recognized this is a great community. So, I think ill stick around here for awhile.
