also, i am in the middle of a book called The Botany of Desire, by Michael Pollan. the book explains the relationship between humankind and 4 different plants that humans have cultivated through history. exiting read for plant nerds like me .This book is damn interesting, as well as easy to follow, as it is written for the layman.

Stand with legs a moderate distance apart
Stretch out arms parallel to the floor
Lift palms to parallel the wall, you should feel a slight tenseness in your wrists, but not a pain
Going one arm at a time, roll your arm (palm still stretched) behind your back, completing a full circle motion.
You know you did it right if you feel an interesting tingle or pulsation in your shoulder, you'll know when you get it.

Just thought i would share, I found it interesting, whether you believe in chakras, or anything for that matter
