Hi,

I'm Claus Schmidt from Denmark, EU.

I do photo, photo-manipulation, and the thing in-between known as "darkroom work". I do other things as well, but those are the types of work you will find here.

Everything I put up on these pages is digital work.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Here you'll find:
----------------------------------------------------------------------

(a) The gallery section (latest items)

(b) The scraps section (older items, still good)

(c) NEW: A small portfolio site with few hand picked images

Use the links to the left on the gallery pages to see pictures from both sections grouped by subject. All groups are a work in progress so the contents of each "folder" is subject to change.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Elsewhere:
----------------------------------------------------------------------

(1) My web site: clsc.dk has several thousands of photos of all kinds.

(2) My flickr account: clsc.dk street photo with photos of streetart and graffiti.

(3) I'm authoring a photobook on Streetart and Graffiti in Denmark and I'm contributing photographer on another one.

(4) Sometimes I'm featured in a gallery with a photo or two, but you'll have to be in Denmark at the right time to see.

Thanks for visiting me, leave a comment if you like to.

Have a nice day.

I have been asked if other artists could use my work as part of their work (aka. "stock"). This journal entry will have my current policy on this issue, and when I update everybody who has me on their watch list will be able to see if and when I change my policy.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

First I want to say that I will be very glad if anybody would want to use my work in their work. I will not allow all my work to be used, and not all people to use it, but I will allow at least some use.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here are the rules, effective until changed:

I do not submit my work here as stock, but please ask if you think you might like to use some of it.

You can not ask for a "general" permission to use any work, and you can not ask permission after you have used it. You must ask specifically for each single work you want to use, before you use it. Permission that is not in writing, and is not given in advance, is not valid.

I promise I will take your request seriously. If you ask you may get a "no" but you may also get a "yes". If you don't ask you have given yourself a "no" in advance.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please observe:

Everything I upload here is 100% copyrighted material, and if you don't get my permission *first* you must NOT use any portions of it in any way, shape, or form. I refuse any and all requests in advance unless I explicitly say "yes" for each specific item, use, and user. So, not asking equals "no". Asking and getting a "no" equals "no". Asking and getting no answer equals "no".

Only a yes in writing, per specific item, given before your use, and to you, equals a "yes". Everything else is a "no".
