It has been so very very long since our last update, but unfortunatley I have had no time to run the club.

But importantly Iam seeking someone to run the club. Its a shame for the club to be inactive. If you think you can run club-ariel please send the club a note.

Since the creation of the Walt Disney masterpiece back in 1989, there has been a generation who grew up with Ariel and have grown to love the classic under-the-sea tale. ......THE DISNEY ARTIMPICS (since it’s the olymics). Please nominate your deviant in this journal. btw you can nominate someone who isnt primarily a disney fan artist..(ie loish)

After one week we will list all the deviants who have been nominated and from there we will be calling on people to vote. We will list the nominated into 2 categories (digital and tradtional) and once we have a popular choice from each category we will have a final and from that a winner!

Currently to join club.ariel you are required to send the club a note…… but we have decided to change the rules.

We are almost about to hit 7000 page views, so you can imagine we receive quite a few notes requesting to join. So the new rules are as follows….

TO JOIN: All you have to do is DEVwatch the club.

_{Which means to access our member gallery all you have to do is click on the “complete list” of watchers on our front page. We no longer add icons to our member gallery}

If your considering submitting work to the club, please read this page carefully or your work may not be posted

We welcome our members to submit Little Mermaid fanart. It's a way for other fans to see the tallent out there and even get some traffic your way! You can submit Fanart or Fanfiction.

However please make sure if fits the guidelines;

It is your own work, you are not submitting anyone elses work or claiming someone elses as your own
No screen shots please
:heart; No pages from colouring books, or traced images from merchandise.
If your work has a mature stamp, then its not for our gallery.
This is kind of obvious, but it must have some Little Mermaid content.

Please follow these guidlines, because the club will not post work which does not do so. This is because it is dangerous for the club and DA will ban us.
