I try to tell myself often just how short life is. Sometimes its hard to get it though. Work is what it is life is what it is. Sometimes its just so hard to remember that most things don't really matter in the end. What does it matter if I have a bad day at work. Hi!

Just got home from Reno, NV. I had an awesome time though on the way home we got stuck in traffic and I got a horrible sunburn on my left arm. I am too frickin white I cant even step out into the sun without getting burnt! The drive home seemed like it took forever its usually about a four hour drive but with traffic add another hour. We stopped by Ikea on the way home I love that freakin store! After that I spent $60 on rocks. Not regular rocks though gemstones and whatnot. I had such a great time it really sucks that we had to come home. Now my husband has to go back to work tonight and then me in the morning. Its depressing! My husband and I had such a great time together I hate the thought that it had to end. Being together like that really makes me appreciate how lucky I am to have someone so amazing in my life and I really am lucky. I wish you could know my husband he is so funny and soo smart and very good lookin. Wavy brown hair and killer brown eyes with long curly eyelashes that any woman would be jealous of (he he he)He also has the cutest little freckles and sexy arm muscles. Sorry I haven't been very vocal here on dA lately! My work keeps me tired! Soooooo tired. My mind cant seem to function words into sentences anymore! I find it hard to even write which completely depresses me!!! Things in my life have been pretty ordinary lately. Nothing of real importance except for I'm going to Reno next week. That's not too special though considering I go there a lot! Even though I haven't been vocal on dA I have still been very active reading journals,

I like the new dA v6! I know a lot of people had a problem with it and believe me I was skeptical at first but now I love it!!! The only thing I don't really like is the fact that one of the MAIN reasons i subscribe to dA is because it was a lot easier to read your messages and look at art. Now everyone can so all a subscriber really has left is no ads, more shots per page, & better journal options. I don't use my journal very often anymore and when I do I cant even find a css that i am actually happy with so what am i paying for?

You know I haven't taken a picture in about a year? How depressing is that? My camera sucks I can't use it anymore. I keep saying I will buy another but I never do. I can totally afford it but *sigh* I just don't buy it. I have lost focus with the things that matter to me. My friends, my writing, my photography (no matter how horrible) all taking a back seat to the overpowering stress and anxiety of my new job. I have only had it about four months and already I want to quit. I am good at my job I just don't like it! The past few weeks have been crazy ones for sure. My husband got a new job working overnight. Its hard being alone every night it kinda sucks! but hey more money right? I miss him thought! He is sleeping right now its my day off and i am soooo BORED!!!

Went to the movies last weekend and saw "Forgetting Sarah Marshall". It was awesome i would recommend it to everyone! We also saw "Smart People" It was good to not as good but Ok.

For the past couple of weeks i have been hunting for new css. I am bored with the one i am using now. I was going to make my own but honestly I'm too lazy! I start it I'm not happy with it so i don't finish.

My work has been good. I have gotten used to my new job now and I'm actually pretty awesome at it! The other day i had to take a class for my job that required me to drive almost two hours away. Somehow i got freakin lost in San Francisco I hate driving there too many one way streets and pedestrians. We were lost for almost an hour and i ran a stop sign! I did get to drive across the Golden Gate Bridge for the first time thought. I have ridden across it before but never driven. It was cool! The class wasnt worth the trouble though. All i did was sit there for an hour and a half and listen to some bitch talk about herself. Not exactly my idea of a good time!!!

I have some other things to put up later on but as i said before I AM TOO LAZY to do it right now.

My hubby wants me to get a Mac but the one that i would want costs double the Dell i don't see myself crazy enough to pay that!!! If anyone has any suggestions let me know. Game Update

The Giants lost!!! bad 2 but i still had a lot of fun! The tickets i won were for a Luxury Box so we got free drinks and were treated very special. A friend of mine from work was also there and we had a really good time together. I definately plan to go to another game sometime! At&t Park is very beautiful with an amazing view of the bay. I loved it. Even the baseball was fun despite the horrible loss!!! Well Thats it!

My title says it all! I am not doing anything today!!! It is definitely my lazy day and I LOVE IT!!! Heck i didn't even wake until 1pm (he he he). Of course i was up until three or four so i guess sleeping all day does make sense.

I recently bought a sewing machine. I used to take sewing classes in high school and really liked it so i hope i do well. For valentines day my husband is buying me an Ikea Desk to put my sewing machine on. [link] I know he is supposed to buy me jewelry or something romantic like that but hey this is the only thing i want.

I am buying him a new computer monitor. I think this is the first year we chose our own gifts and guess what. I LIKE IT!!! Not that he is a bad gift buyer he just isn't very good at taking hits.

Something i find very odd about myself: i will get on some sort of kick and watch the same DVD over and over again until i am completely sick of it. Odd huh? I may watch it ten or fifteen times sometimes even right after i just watched it.

There is nothing ever on TV on Sundays! I hate that! Sunday is usually my lazy day and here i am bored as heck! I hate football so i don't even freakin care at all about the stupid super bowl! I am sure my dad is in heaven today though. Whenever i talk to him over the phone (he lives 2000 miles away) he always talks about football. I sit here like yak yak yak whatever! I love him thought he is crazy but still awesome and a really really good father who did anything i needed for me when i was a kid. Sometimes i miss my family because i live so far away. My sis and her kids especially. She has always been my best friend for as long as i can remember. Sometimes i consider moving back home (Tennessee) but i just cant do it! I love my life here so much i wouldn't be happy anywhere else.

My title sound a little morbid? Well its not really. ÂDead Like MeÂ is a TV shows from a few years ago. I remember the commercials for it. I never gave it a chance. Honestly I figured i would hate it. Unfortunately a lot of people shared my opinion. The show only lasted two seasons. Recently it went into syndication on a local channel here my husband was watching it one night while i was on the computer. I was only half watching it not really paying attention. A few days later i was bored as fuck and messing around on our DVR i noticed that he had recorded it. So i was like what the heck i put it on and watched it. IT WAS AWESOME!!! I cant believe how stupid i was for never giving it a chance. When the next episode came on the next week i watched that too and was completely hooked. I ended up making my husband buy both seasons on dvd [link] I have watched every episode and i am absolutely in love with the show. The characters, the acting, the writing, The storyline all very good. I hate, hate, hate, that its no longer on the air. Don't that just irk you when you discover something when its already to late. There is a movie coming out sometime this year but i know it wont be the same. Anyway if you see this show coming on TV in your area watch it i PROMISE you wont be disappointed!!!

In other news work sucks. yeah but whats new right? I dont think i have ever told anyone what i actually do at work. Well i am a Jewelry Sales Coordinator which is fancy talk for i set up jewelry displays for a living. It fun usually good hours decent pay I get to meet a lot of cool new people. One sucky side effect is when the price of gold goes up my life begins to suck! Like last week for instance i had to pull two overnighters because the price of both gold and silver went up considerably. I worked my ass off. Anyway thats what i do. Doesn't it sound glamorous? (NOT)

I haven't been writing in a while haven't been much feeling like it.

I am going to try to maybe work on a few things tonight but i am to much of a procrastinator so it probably wont happen!!!

Things at home are well. My husband was sick last week. It was pretty bad but he is better now that goodness. He has been sick three times in the past two months. I on the other hand hardly ever get sick

I threw out my back on Saturday

I have been in bed ever since. I tried to go to work this morning but i couldn't toooooo much pain!!

Something scary happened to me at work the other day. A man followed me to my car and tried to get inside with me. It really scared the hell out of me! I called the cops but you know they couldn't do anything about it. The police around here really suck!!!

I am dying to know what my husband got me for Christmas! Its in this huge box and i have absolutely no clue what it could be

. He already got his gift from me but i am planning to buy him something else.

I can't wait to go to Hawaii!! It still a really long time away though which sucks! At least i still have Vegas to look forward to thats only about 4 months away. Also Reno in January i usually have fun there!

I really hate the postal service here in CA! My sister and i both sent off packages to each other on the very same day she received hers Friday and i haven't seen mine at all

I have been doing a lot of jigsaw puzzles lately. It calms me down which believe me i need!

I think on Thursday i am going to get a Christmas tree. Honestly i am not a very religious person but i have always loved Christmas in a very nonreligious way that is.

OH man i am soooo psyched right now!!! Well recently i decided that for my vacation this year i was only going to take about a week off of work and drive down to Las Vegas. I am going to be there April 20th-25th and I'm pretty excited about that. I haven't been in about five years so I am sure a lot has changed. Well Thats not really the exciting part. The Exciting part is in September I AM GOING BACK TO HAWAII!!!! Its only going to cost me $500 and spending money. My husbands grandmother is paying for the rest of the trip!!! Its so awesome my year next year is going to ROCK!!! Also in January we are heading back to Reno but hey that doesn't compare to Vegas and Hawaii at all!!!

Its so hard to believe that thanksgiving is Thursday. This year has passed to quickly!!

January 4th ill be in Reno NV again! Yay!!!! I love Reno its so awesome. Actually i just love to get away all together. I love love love vacation!!! I'm not sure where i am going to go on vacation this year but I'm open for suggestions!

Yesterday was my 24th birthday. IT WAS SOOOOOOO awesome!!! I had a really good time with my husband. He made me a scavenger hunt to find my gift. No one has ever done anything like that for me before. He is great and guess what he got me. [link] Its exactly what i wanted!!! I also got an itunes gift card and a bunch of other crap!!!

I wasnt online yesterday so i have soooooo many deviations and comments and journals to go through oi its to much!!! But i love it of course.

I was really bummed about dA the other day and well they still haven't fixed my problem but i guess i am still going to resubscribe.

maybe i still don't know. oh f**k it i don't even care anymore let them screw me i still enjoy dA!

This has been a crazy week! Work sucks!! but i really don't care to talk about that so...

There was an earthquake here the other day It was only a 5.6 but it was the biggest one i have been in since i moved here in 2002. IT FREAKED THE HELL OUT OF ME!!! I don't particularly like the shaking and the clanging noises. It didnt seem like it would ever end! It was CRAZY!!! Now my sis is trying to convince me to move back home to Tennessee. Sorry Tracy but i have a little more ambition for my life than working at the local wal-mart or some stupid ass factory. Not that there is anything wrong with either of those jobs its just not what i want for me!!!. I actually have a few friends that work at Wal-Mart. One of them just recently got fired

They screwed her over real bad!!! She has a kid to i feel for her. I am actually going to her house on Wednesday for her sons 1st birthday!!!

On the subject of birthdays mine is friday i am soooooo not looking forward to it. *sigh* Its really going to suck too!! I dont really have anything planned my husband is cooking for me and thats it. Sad!

I am getting a new cellphone this week sometime. I am leaving t-mobile they suck. my husband and i are going to give verizon a chance. Its cheaper and my sis has it so i wont waist minutes talking.

My sister Tracy and i have a very odd relationship. When we were kids she hated me and then when we were a little older we were best friends and then after i got married we didnt talk for almost two years and now we are completely close. Its so odd our relationship but besides my husband she is my best friend. Its odd to be so close to someone your related to.especially since we have always been so evil to each other.

Evil things Tracy did to me:
1) when we were little she pushed me off of the hood of my dad's car I fell backwards onto the front porch steps and it hurt like a bitch.

2) When we were kids she bit my ring finger on my left hand because i was putting it in her face. It bleed a lot! she begged me not to tell so i didnt but i did cry over it. To this day i still have a scar that is very obviously teeth marks but also to this day neither of my parents know.

3)When we were kids she pushed me hard to the ground making me pass out

4) she convinced me to jump off of the trunk of the car with a sheet telling me that i could fly

5) she has hit punched and yelled at me more times than i could ever count!!!

6) she has ditched me for her friends

7) she constantly makes me feel guilty for leaving her

8) she owes me $50 that i know i will never see

9) when we were kids she convinced me to walk across a broken log resulting in a horrible scar on the back of my leg which i still have

10) she got pregnant at 16 (I was 12) and left me and i missed her horribly every day and usually still do

11) When she had her second kid she made me sleep on her living room floor for a week because she didnt want to be alone. (she took the couch) At this time she had a yippy little dog (that thought it was a cat) that jumped all over me ALL NIGHT LONG!!!

List of evil things that i have done to Tracy:

1) When we were kids i would get her in trouble all of the time for basically no reason

2) (this is the most evil) When i was 12 i told my mom that she had sex with her boyfriend in our bedroom (which she told to me in secrecy)

3) I moved 2000 miles away from her and lost all contact for two years

4) When we were kids I convinced her to walk across my moms ceder chest to pretend we were playing circus which ended up breaking and causing a horribly noticeable hook shaped scar on her leg

5) i almost got us into a car accident and then yelled at her about it (i am such a jerk)

I would like to point out her list is much longer but i am sure if she read this not only would she kill me and then laugh but she would have many horrible things that i have done to her and cant remember to put up.

All in all i love my sis and miss her every day. If i did move back to Tennessee she would probably be the one reason i would be moving back (also her girls). We may have been completely evil to each other our whole lives but there are a million wonderful nice things that we have done for one another that i would never have the time to put up.

I am soooo excited about tomorrow

I am going to Reno, NV for my husbands birthday. Its going to be fun!

I have been playing around with my journal a lot lately and just cant be happy with it

About myspace ~ It seems that a lot of people on here hate myspace and thats cool but i personally like it. I am really not on there a lot but i still find it cool. Its a great way to find cool new bands and singers. Also if it wasnt for myspace i wouldnt ever get to talk to many of my old friends from high school. I dont get the hate for myspace i personally am
not a friend whore like most people i only allow people i know or bands i am interested in onto my list. So if someone out there reads this who truely hates myspace please let me know why i am very interested!!

Work was crazy today! There is a new girl but i dont want to talk about that!!!

I always have hecka stuff to say in my journal until i am actually writing it. Crazy huh?

I got into a huge crazy debate about religion at work today. I know that religion is always a touchy subject but it was very interesting to learn the very different views of one of the closest people in my life. I just want to tell everyone DONT GO THERE! As long as you dont know dont ask. For reference on my religion just know that i am an optimist i believe that ANYTHING is possible!!! I am happier this way

I am sooo tired right now! I need to do some writing tonight though *sigh* I really wish that i could put up some of the book that i am writing on here but i just worry about it getting stolen so i don't! All i dare put up writing wise is crazy half ass poems that i wrote in about two seconds and probably sound like the ramblings of a crazy woman! *which i am by the way*

My Birthday is coming soon *November 9th* I was getting a really awesome camera but i put that off until early next year now i am getting a guitar. I have always really wanted to learn and i found a good deal for one (its on sale hence not wanting to wait) I cant wait to get it!!! I am sooo eager to learn something new for a change. At my work i never get to learn anything and i love love love learning new things so it sucks but now YAY i get to learn a new skill!!!

Guess What! Its almost my birthday!!!

On November 9th i will officially be 24 years old

I feel older though

Its my work it bums me out and i have to act all mature (which i am totally not!!!) Its going to be a sucky birthday this year! I am not even going to get my gift from my husband until the 29th because its my Christmas/anniversary/Birthday gift all wrapped up in to one. I am soooo excited because i know what he is getting me and its awesome. A Canon Digital Rebel XTi 10.1MP Digital SLR Camera with EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 Lens (Black). I am sooo soo soo soooo excited i have always wanted a good camera but never could afford it and the camera i have now is soo sucky that it bums me out but soon that will all change!!! I love my husband!!! He is soooo awesome for getting me this!!! I CANNOT WAIT!!! His birthday is October 24th but i already gave him his gift and believe me it was not as good as what he is getting for me!. I got him NHL center ice he wants it every year but i always bitch because its like $150.00 and i don't understand why anyone would want to pay sooo much money just to watch something on tv. But anyway i got him that because i knew he wanted it bad. I guess i did good but its not as good as what im getting so i feel guilty but i will make up for it somehow.

My wedding anniversary is coming up November 22 i will have been married for 5 years. That is weird to say because it doesnt really feel like its been that long. The good thing is that even after 5 years together we still love each other like we did back when we first got together so so so long ago. I'll tell you the secret~ WE ARE COMPLETE OPPOSITES!!! That is what works for us being nothing alike.

The craziest thing happened here the other day. Look with caution Its disturbing!!! I literally live right down the road from where this happened. Its sick!!!

Yay it rained here yesterday!!! I LOVE the rain it makes me sooo happy! I prefer it to normal weather. I wish that i lived somewhere that it rained all of the time!

Tomorrow is my husbands niece's birthday. Unfortunately she is having her party at Chucky Cheese I hate it there. It smells like dirty children and old cheese. The pizza sucks and everything is sticky. She has it there every year. I wasn't able to go last year but this year im stuck. o_O I dont want to gooooooooo.

Work has been crazy this week i am doing three people's jobs for only my pay *sad*. I had my yearly evaluation last sunday it went awesome!!! My manager said horribly flattering things about me i am still blushing! I also got a big fat raise which is totally awesome!!!!

Its almost my birthday which is sort of depressing every year that passes i sit back and wonder where in the hell it went. I just turned 23 and now im going to be 24 i am still not used to saying 23!!! I miss being 21 it really is an awesome age!

Today was totally a hectic day! I was so busy and alone at my work all day. Then when i went out to my car to go to lunch i discovered that i had locked my keys inside again!!! I spent my whole lunch break waiting for AAA. I ended up eating my lunch on the back of my car.

I just glad i still have a car because it was sitting in that parking lot for four hours with the keys dangling in the ignition in OAKLAND. like twenty cars have been stolen from there this year. Its craziness!!!

Anyway the real reason for my journal today is to show some tree appreciation! There is nothing i love more than a good tree photograph so i have decided to put up some of my personal favorites!

Today was a crazy day! It has actually been a crazy week for me! I am having horrible work issues and also family issues. I need at least one good week i think i might deserve it. Another thing is that i cant seem to write lately. I have been so bummed out about my work that my mind is soooooooo screwed up! I always get really bummed out when i cant write to i feel like im wasting my time.

I cant even write this journal I'm so messed up! The problem with my work is that a bunch of people quit so now i have to cover for them which means coming in on the weekends. I HATE WORKING WEEKENDS!!!! I took this job to have the good schedule and weekends off i used to be a manager over 50 people but i stepped down because i hated the hours and the stress! Now my job is ok but nobody seems to want to work! People make me sick. Anyway on a happier note i REFUSED to work this weekend and got off

but i do have to work next

hopefully though we will get a few more associates by then and i wont have to. With my luck i probably will though. I am really not looking forward to working seven days in a row i havent done that in almost two years. *sigh* Well i guess I better get off of here now talking about this is bumming me out!!!

is out of him mind!!! Everyday he asks my opinion on several different things and then when i give my opinion he puts it down! Every time he asks me which i like better and i tell him he doesn't agree with me at all. I just want to know why he bothers asking if he knows he is going to hate what i say.

So i have decided that I'm boycotting all of his crazy questions from now on. He is getting no more opinions from me!!

Anyway it may sound here like i hate him but the truth is i totally love him he is special and odd which attracts me!

Man i had a crappy day at work today!!! My manager called off so i was alone all day long and had to do all of her work or else i would get into trouble. It sucked its hard having to do everyone's job. Also when i went in today i found out that one of my coworkers quit which adds that much more work for me.

*sigh* I also have a horrible feeling that my manager is going to change my schedule and that hurts because my hours totally rock! Maybe i should just quit I think its time for a change anyway. I want to find an awesome job that gives me a challenge. I keep going over in my head what i want to do but just cant think of anything. I get offered jobs all of the time but none of them seem to speak to me. I don't know what to do

Something totally creepy happened to me the other day at work. I got this phone call from some guy that i have no clue who he was. He kept asking me about my marriage and how i have been. He knew my name and everything. He said he was going to come and see me when he got the chance but he would NOT tell me who he was. It was sooooo freaky!!!

Another crazy thing happened to me today. My sis called and told me that this morning she was with her guy and they were talking about the house they live in. My sister was saying that she absolutely hate the house because its next door to my mom who is totally off her rocker. Well when she went home she found that a man had ran a Semi truck into the side of her house!!! I wish i was kidding about this but i am not!! It was a good thing my dad was outside and saw everything because the man took off with the truck. The saddest part is that my sisters doggy Morgan was inside and it scared her. Poor baby!

On a happier note i have decided to buy a subscription to deviantART!!! Probably not until tomorrow or Wednesday though cause i got a lot of stuff to do tonight so im tooooo busy!

After Ikea we went to costco which was totally WAY to busy!!! people go crazy trying to get the free samples of food they give out its worrying really to think people really act like that. I saw a man today push past little kids just to get a small piece of chicken bake thingy. I was there for about an hour and bought only Irish cheese (which totally rocks) water and orange chicken. I had fun just looking around and watching all the getto acting people.

Then after we left costco we took a very short drive across the street to Wal-Mart. My friend works there so i never have to wait to long in line. It was totally packed there even worse than costco. I dont really like going to Wal-Mart to often but i needed some stuff and they were right there so i dropped in. I am pretty sure that Wal-Mart is an Evil corporation bent on word domination. I don't know if all Wal-Mart are evil but i do know that this particular one treats my friend pretty crappily. I have heard horror stories from here that make me sad for the world. But i still shop there sometimes so i guess that says something bad about me

Anyways after that we got Super yummy Chinese for supper it was pretty awesome but i didnt eat to much because i wasnt really all that hungry.

Eversince we ate i have been hanging in my bedroom with my husband watching tv. There is supposed to be a meteor shower tonight and I'm pretty psyched about it. Apparently The meteor shower is i think like five days long starting last night but i went out last night to see it and it was to cloudy

I hope i get to see something tonight but if not tomorrow night is supposed to be the best so I'm staying positive. I have never seen a meteor shower before but my husband has. He has seen or done everything that i want to do in my life. It makes me sick that he has accomplished most of MY dreams but this was all before we met

The man doesn't know how to turn down the freakin radio or computer he blasts the shit. My husband has to go in to his room daily and ask him to turn it down.

I dont know what the hell i am going to do there are so many issues there that me and my husband are arguing over it. I am so so so sick of this living arrangement and with that i could kick his ass to the curb. I am trying to sympathetic but i have taken all that i can. I wish he would get back together with his stupid wife and that i only had to see both of them once a year like before.
