Marisa here.
Jenna dear decided to take her time with the pictures so...i attempted to load some new ones.

My neighbors have the most beautiful garden and my initial reaction walking home from school was, "call Jenna. Alice in Wonderland photoshoot"

So we had some fun with that.

After the garden we moved to my front lawn, then to the back lawn, then my puppy decided he wanted to me a flim star too.

Other series will be up shortly(hopefully). I would have put more up, but i'm afraid I didn't put up the ones that are up correctly. So Jenna might shank me as it is. Oh well.

I dunno.

This was part of the gigantic shoot of chocolate-y goodness. And I think we still have two or three more mini sets.

So today we went to Marisa's house to go do some photo shooting.
And we wanted to use her brother's car, which was sitting in the driveway. Not to drive around in, just for a...prop, I suppose.
So we grabbed the keys and and unlocked it.
I soon found that the lighting sucked, as the sun was behind her house.
So Marisa says, "Let's back it out of the driveway!"
Marisa does not yet have her license, and I really didn't feel like crashing a car that wasn't mine, plus I didn't have my permit with me (I do have my permit...but I'm still learning... Don't judge me! ).
So she hops in the car, and says, "Tell me what to do!"
I realize that its probably better to tell her the right way than to have her crashing through the garage door, so I walked her through backing up.
She makes it out of the drive and almost turned around before she ran into a curb and almost hit a lightpole.
It was at this point that she said, "Fix it."
So I put the poor car back into the driveway and refused to get back into the car with her.
I remained firmly planted in front of it with a camera. And we did
The pictures turned out okay, but I think I'll put them up in scraps later, the lighting was pretty terrible.

Anyway.
That's all.

Remember that gigantic photo shoot I told you about?
Yeah, well, we're still using the pictures from that.
This is by far my most favorite theme/shoot/whatever we've done so far.

No, Marisa isn't actually a cheerleader. Its a dance team uniform for one thing, and she decided not to go for the team after all.
But we can always pretend.
There are a couple other pictures which I almost put up, but decided for the betterment of the stock world I wouldn't. They just aren't as good as these, a little blurry or a missing hand. If you really want to see them, give a shoot and I'll put them in the scraps.

Anyway.
We're still not sure what our next shoot will involve, but most probably a costume and a deck of cards.
We'll see what happens.

So, we've started.

The first of a couple series of pictures from our big photo shoot last week.

An interesting thing we tried.
We'd get all costumed up, and start posing, and then whoever was photographing would yell out something.
So during this one part (Marisa was a cheerleader), I'd say, "Scheming!" or "Crushed."
So for this one, she yelled out, "OMG A STALKER!"

So yeah.
That was about how the afternoon went.

The rest of the pictures are up.
Marisa and I were very busy today.
In a record breaking photo shoot, lasting an hour and a half, with two costume changes each, three CD's worth of music, and 137 shots, we have pictures enough to last for several weeks.
We'll be doling them out slowly.
I'll post the first batch tomorrow or the day after.
Its a lot of sorting.

The story behind today
So it was looking to be an excellent day.
Jenna didn't have her camera, but Marisa had two at home, one of which was brand new.
No one was home, and we had the whole house to ourselves.
We set up a nice sheet in an empty space downstairs and picked out the costumes we wanted to use.
We also had a full two hours, as opposed to the hour and 15 minutes we normally do.
Jenna changed into the costume while Marisa was playing with the camera.
And then. Oh and then.
The camera refused to turn on.
Both of them.
So basically, we were stuck. We tried some routine trouble shooting stuff on the new camera, but nothing seemed to work.
Finally, we managed to coax the old camera into cooperating, and got about 20 shots before it died.

And THEN.
Jenna left it up to Marisa to put the pictures up.
But for whatever reason, Marisa's wacky computer won't do it.
So, she emailed some, but not all. Hopefully by tomorrow we'll have this straightened out, and a few more pictures in this series will be up.

Now I have to start my homework.

This was a bit of a pain.
So we go into the room with the comfy-bed, and find that someone's older brother is using his room again.
Not to worry!
We dumped all the sheets off, and piled the pillows in one corner.
Yah!
So Marisa goes and tries to do some balancing dance moves.
It doesn't work.
So we take the matress off the bed frame, then spread a sheet on the ground. There were several moments were Marisa was woobly, but we managed.

A bit about this shoot...
So.
Like I said, Jenna'd come over everyday for this week and had not brought her camera.
So today, being Thursday, she did.
Unfortunately, we had to catch a bus at 1:30.
School gets out at 12:15.
So we fairly ran all the way over to Marisa's and snarfed down some food.
Then Jenna shoved some costumes at Marisa.
And then we got to work.
All of these shots were done in about 15 minutes, our short shoot yet.
