I work as a graphic designer for Centinela Feed and Pet Supplies http://www.centinelafeed.com/, a small chain of pet stores throughout the Los Angeles and south bay area. I make the signage and ads for the stores, as well as writing articles and copy. It no longer works without its power cord. Not for more than ten minutes or so, anyway. And it doesn't warn me its battery is low, then go to sleep like it should. It shuts itself down. But whatever. I'm not all that likely to use it someplace where I can't plug it in anyway.

Now the button for the trackpad is messed up. Sometimes I press it and it does nothing. Other times I press it once and it double clicks. Which means simply selecting something is difficult.

I'm praying for a cheap fix. For anyone not keeping up with Daisy is Dead, the site just underwent some major changes. My other comic, :iconfreshman15: is now being posted to the Daisy site to suppliment the now once a week updates of Daisy. This also keeps me making new F15's, even though they're no longer being published in UCR's newspaper (unless Taryn tells me otherwise!) Good things all around. 1. I think I did the most experimentation with media when I was really little. I scribbled stripes on a big piece of paper, then cut it out in various snake shapes (which my mom then asked me to tape to a lampshade in the living room to display them, making me the proudest five-year-old ever), I tore sheets of construction paper into different shapes, glued them to white paper, then made them into animals by adding details with black marker, and I did a bunch of pictures with this really nice, fancy colored chalk my mom had. Wednesday, after being picked up from Santa Rosa's tiny airport, doing a little shopping, and watching several hours of daytime TV, Amanda and I joined Chelsey and the rest of her lady pals for six hours of drunken limo funtime! We found him trying to log in to his computer account, having trouble typing his password. He looked and acted sleepy (which my dad often is) but it was just a little weirder than normal, so we got my mom to come look at him. When yelling at him and shaking him didn't get him to "wake up" my mom called 911. Paramedics arrived very quickly (it's nice living close to a hospital and even closer to a fire station) and took him to the ER. A Cat Scan revealed that a burst blood vessel was causing pressure to be put on one side of his brain.
