The CP9 Fan Club is dedicated to Cipher Pol 9, an organization of the manga/anime One Piece.

What is CP9?
CP9 is a group of special agents supported by the World Government, whose task is to protect the interest of their superiors, although it is labeled as the interest of "the whole world". They are able to use a special technique called Rokushiki, as they are allowed to kill any person marked as a threat by the World Government.
