What this means:
If you have a work that you are currently making with my stock. Please double check the rules before you submit. Works featuring my old stock will still be allowed and please continue to give credit and inform me with each subsequent use.

I do intend to continue as a stock provider here at dA, hence hiatus instead of full closure. Until I can purchase a camera to take photos of myself however things will remain pretty quiet around here. I attempted to set up a paypal to take donations for a new camera but to be honest i couldn't quite figure it out. Advice is welcome.

In the meantime just keep on keeping on and follow the rules. Also keep your eyes peeled for rule breakers outside of the community for me and let me know if you spot anything out there in your web-travels so i can asses the damages and deal with the offenders properly.

Thank you to everyone who has shown me support, and encouragement since my very first submission! Your suggestions, advice, and pats on the back have all been taken to heart and I've learned so much. Should i try out for America's Next Top Model cycle 9?

Things to consider:
+pros: it holds the possibilty of doing everything i never got to do with my modeling career before. High fashion, runway, and weird unique editorial shoots. The chance to be a part of something beautiful. The parts of the industry that i worked for 6 years and spent $20,000+ trying to achieve and never making it.

+cons: after my retirement from modeling i'm sort of over it and indifferent. And i'm really enjoying school i was accepted into a graphic design program with a waitlist...and America's Next Top Model would potentially take me away from that.

I need to make a desicion by this coming saturday when i will need to make the trip down to Chicago for the casting call.

I'm making a poll [link] ...vote, tell me what you think?

First let me say thanks for all the feedback i've received so far. I'm taking all of your comments to heart and appreciate your support. There is something additional i'd like to address however and that is that I've seen this come up a lot in your comments and i want to also clarify that I have already put school on hold for 3+ years for modeling, and went nowhere, so to me an additional year is kind of a big deal. Thusly adding to my hesitation with re-entering the modeling world. I'm not trying to be a downer i'm just trying to give you all a little more insight into my dilemma.

In fact overall the first week went pretty smoothly. Only one of my instructors is an intolerable ass the rest are all very kind and patient and understanding. I still haven't gotten a good feel for how busy the course work is going to keep me but i'm sure after a couple weeks i'll have an idea. Long story short schools not stressing me out nearly as much as i had expected.

Speaking of ideas though. I need to make a photo collage for my intro to computer graphics course. Any one have any ideas for a theme?

So my other account *carynvstheworld has been dormant for sometime now because of a creative block, until recently when i found a passion for photo hunting. Anyway this is my first real foray into photography - I've spent far more time infront of the camera than behind it - so I'll be honest I don't know what I'm doing. And admittedly i'm using a crappy handheld point and shoot type digital camera. But all things considered i'm pretty proud of my new found creative outlet and i would muchly appreciate some feedback on my photos.

Due to cronic missuse of my stock photos i am seriously considering either shutting down my stock account or seriously pairing it down, and re-vamping with digital photo sets taken with my own digital camera. These pictures i have posted are expensive and I have forewarned on numerous occasions that i was concerned about the amount of missuse i've seen. Not only were my copyrights violated on many occasions but the submission policies of dA have been violated too. If i do not see marked inprovement in the treatment of my stock over the next 2 weeks expect drastic changes.

And due to a handful of requests by other deviants and my friends here on deviant art i have decided to make some of these photos available here for use in art works. I must say I've been quite flattered by the interest shown! It's an amazing feeling to be included in a piece of artwork! All completed works will definately be featured in *cvsw-stock's favorites gallery! So thank you for considering me!

if you use one of my photos you must please inform me either by note or comment on the image you used (front page comments dissapear after i recieve just a handful and are unretrievable so i may never know you used it if i get more than 20 front page comments in a day)

if you use my stock in one of your works please remember to link to *cvsw-stock in your deviation description!

work featuring my likeness is not to be submitted as available for prints (basically meaning you are not to make profit off my likeness) without my expressed and specific permission so please ask first.

my images are not to be used in any graphics that are supposed to represent you or others for that matter so please refrain from using me in deviant ID's and avatars failure to comply with this guideline will force me to report you to deviantART.

DO NOT take my images and repost them elsewhere w/o watermarks while otherwise unaltered. Pretending to be me or using my image for any false representation will be taken very seriously and I will pursue my legal rights as the copyright holder and as an individual who does not want their physical identity stolen.
