Edit: The app sheet has been put up and the group's now open for rejoining! Some things may still be updating and such but all the important stuff is done. As for the war, it's been decided it'll only continue if there's enough members wanting to participate in it, if the amount is not reached the war will continue in another way. So!  I apologize for not having published this journal last night with the plot comic (it was late and sleep beckoned me too strongly).  Let's go through how the war is going to be run!

The war will be fought in ROUNDS.  Each round will be divided up into a couple City Missions where you can draw your character supporting your city!  Since these will get bonus mission points (how many points depends on the current mission), it is encouraged that you participate in those missions in order to push up your City's points.  Some missions may be City-centric, others may be Fantasia- ]]>
