Step One:

Make a post (public, friendslocked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want. If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you. Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ, or link to this post (it'll be public) so that the holiday joy will spread.

Step Two:

Surf around your friendslist (or friendsfriends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:

If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it. You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

The List

1. Anything Hayao Miyazaki related. I have the DVDs but if anyone can find plushies or figurines or cards or little trinkets like that, I will be a very happy girl.
2. Art! Draw me stuff. It would be especially cool if you drew something based on one of my favorite movies, since I'm a movie freak (If you want the full list of my favorite films, just leave a comment. It's easier that way.)
3. A ravenclaw scarf.
4. A Series of Unfortunate Events book, I only have #1 & 2.
5. Hey plushie makers, wouldn't it be cool if an okapi plushie existed? Just saying...
6. Chocolate!
7. A mixed CD of songs you think I would like.
8. A custom My Little Pony based on one of the Cirque Du Soleil shows. Because I think that would be awesome.
9. Broadway show ticket(s).
10. An oboe.

Hey, a girl can dream.

I'm not posting my contact info for all to see, so if you want it, just comment!

Time to say...something.

I have an actual art comission right now. Sorta. I'm designing publicity for a play that I didn't get into acting-wise. But it's not something cool like a poster design. It's a logo and the name of the play, basically, and it's going to be made into stickers. Maybe. Assuming we can find people who know how to do that.

Right, but here's the problem: illustration and graphic design? Not the same thing. Some people can do both, but that doesn't make them the same thing. Director man seems to be under the impression that it is the same thing, hence why he expects me to be able to do this entirely on the computer. Fat chance of that. It'll get done though either way. The only reason I said yes was for resume material.

Other than that...nothing much really. My family is moving to the Seattle area while I'm still in the NYC region. That's gonna be rough. I feel like I need to go to the mall and spend disgusting amounts of money.

I don't really know what to do for Halloween. My friend was planning on making us all dress up like Family Guy characters, and I agreed to be Meg. But if no one else does it, I'm just going to look like myself. So I'm thinking of trying to find a secondary costume.

I stole it cause I can.

1.)What is your deviant-name and what does it mean?
Dangerousseeds. It comes from the expression, "You've planted a dangerous seed in my head."

2.) Why did you join this site?
I wanted to be able to post my work on a website that didn't cost anything. Plus I really like looking at everyone elses work, and I get inspired by it.

3.) What fandom were you obsessed with when you joined?
Sonic the Hedgehog though I focus more on Knuckles and the Archie echidnas. I'm also a huge Harry Potter fan but I don't actively seek out that stuff in the same way. Knuckles fandom is just so hard to come by.

4.) Were any of the fandoms you have currently brought about by this site?
Yes. Customized My Little Ponies. Okay, so I'm the only one who thinks that's cool. I'm used to it.

5.) Look into your stats. What is your:

- Most Favorited Deviation: Door Number 578
I couldn't tell you why.

- Most Viewed Deviation: Knuckles Strange Discovery
Well, that one is at least funny.

- Most Commented Deviation: Frida Kahlo
I know there are other Kahloists out there, dammit!

6.) How many watchers do you have at this moment?
*Sigh* eleven.

7.) First ever watcher?
AuroraderValani. Not that I know if she ever pays attention to this, but thanks.

8.) How many pageviews do you have at this moment?
2,954.

9.) What is your artist's title shown beneath your "status"?
Self-Perclaimed Genius. Well, confidence is key.

10.) What is your most "meaningful" work?
I guess Somewhere Else.

11.) Best COMPLETED piece you ever did?
For now I would have to say Somewhere Else.

12) Work that took the longest?
Most definately Somewhere Else, it took a month.

13) DA artist who has influenced you the most?
No one really has influenced me style-wise. But I would have to say panatenshi because we know each other, we're the same age, and she's much farther ahead than I am professionally. I will catch up with her, goddammit.

14.) What is currently the funnest thing to draw?
I don't know, I kinda have a love-hate relationship with the process of drawing, if that makes sense.

15.) Easiest thing to draw?
I seem to have a better time doing portraits than most other people.

16.) Your first ever giftart was to:
I haven't made giftart to anyone yet.

17.) First ever giftart received was from:
I have not recieved giftart from anyone yet.

18.) How many clubs are you in?
None, but I watch some groups.

19.) How long have you been here?
About a year and a half.

20.) Are you on any other art sites?
Not yet.

21.) Can you remember the old DA layout?
I remember liking it more than this one.

22.) Are you still as passionate about art/poetry/prose as when you
joined this site?
Yes I am. Although it doesn't always show up here because I'm a lazy bum who doesn't always know how to get started.

Oh, and that terrorist thing that happened at the London Airport? Happened the day after I left.

And now this is my last day before I leave again. To Bermuda. It's a cruise that takes of relatively nearby so I won't have to deal with an airport. I hate cruises, but I will try to amuse myself. And it will be with my extended family, who I will try to avoid as much as humanly possible.

Wow really long time since I wrote an entry. I usually use my livejournal more, that's probably why.

List of things that have been going on since I wrote last.

1. The job at the movie theater bites. And it bites for three reasons: people are lazy, people are stupid, and people are mean. We were cleaning one of the theaters, someone left a used baby diaper on the floor. I was working at the consession stand, a middle school kid was paying for a four dollar item and she handed me a hundred dollar bill, and I wanted to slap her. The theater is grossly understaffed and very few people actually do the job they're paid to do. But I'm turning in my two weeks notice very soon, so that would be good.

2. My England trip is fast approaching, and I feel in no way prepared. I was talking to a friend of mine that is studying abroad in Korea now and she said that she felt the same way. I still don't know a lot of what we're going to do there, I'm supposed to get a packet but I haven't got it yet.

3. My Abuelita is here because my mom wanted to through her a 75th birthday party. And naturally we thought that some people wouldn't be able to come, but that didn't happen.

We're having 50 people coming to our house.

That's insane. She might as well be getting married.

4. My grandfather was also here. The first thing he said to me, as he says every time he sees me nowadays, was, "Looks like you've lost wieght since the last time I saw you!" So I killed him. Well, not really, but that's what I felt like doing.

He's bringing his girlfriend to Abuelita's party. His girlfriend that he dumped twice so far, I heard. Apparently she spends too much time with her friends for his liking. My grandfather is not a liberated man.

5. Watching documentaries can be very inspiring. I rented a dvd of documentary short films, and they're really cool, really make you think.

6. I've been extremly lazy in terms of drawing. I'm not happy about that, I really should do something. Hopefully the creativity will start up again soon.

7. I've taken up two new hobbies this summer: bellydancing and baking. I'm very good at both, if I do say so myself. At least I'm better than the worst baker in the world (Mom), and I'm better than most of the people in the bellydancing class who have taken the classes for the entire year.

Well I guess that's it for now. Ran out of juice.

So I have now been on summer break for the past two weeks or so. I have five sketches for friends that I've been meaning to get started on, along with a few personal projects, but things have been crazy.

So for the first time I am employed. At a movie theater. I'm nervous about it, because it's a very big theater and I tend to get frazzled easily. That and I never wanted to work there, the movie theater was my last choice. I was hoping for the bookstore or the art supply store.

But I'm at the movie theater. On memorial day weekend. With the release of X-Man 3. Joy.

I also filled out most of the paperwork for my trip to England this year. Which I am excited about but also very nervous about as well.

My family may also be moving to Seattle. I don't particularly like this because we just moved to this house last summer and I have yet to build any kinds of memories here, since I'm always away at college. I will also almost certainly have to have an apartment when I graduate, because flying all my stuff all the way to Seattle will be a bitch.

So, yes. Crazyness. I don't particularly want to have to think about these things until the moment comes. That's how I treat everything. Maybe that's why I'm a huge pocrastinator. But it keeps me from going insane and blowing things up, so I'd say that's a good thing.
No, I'm not a terrorist, idiot.

My roomate has brought to my attention that Teen People, which I try to avoid as much as possible, has come out with "the "25 Hottest Under 25." Zhang Ziyi was on this list (way back like right after Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon came out) and Orlando Bloom and Alicia Keys long, long ago. Lets see, I have tons of work to push back still, lets have a look.

Carrie Underwood: No one cares.

Ashley Simpson: No one cares.

Hilary Duff: No. No no no no no. Talk about someone who should never be famous. My mother had a girl scout troop who was infatuated with her for some reason, so I've had to endure her movies and her songs. She's wretched. (And in the interview shes like, "why do people make snarky comments about me?" Maybe it's cause you suck.)

Jo-Jo: Isn't she kinda ugly? I think so anyway.

Scarlett Johansson: Agreed. Nice big checkmark there.

Kristin Cavallari: Anyone famous for reality TV gets an immediate "no one cares."

Beyonce Knowles: ...Okay...well, yeah, she's hot...and one of the few "stars" that annoy me, but...seriously...I thought she was 29 already. I could have sworn that she was 25 at the peak of her success years ago. She's going to be in the new Dreamgirls movie, by the way.

Keira Knightly: Agreed, and I keep forgetting how young she really is. But apparently she's only a month older than me. Scratch that, like two weeks older than me.

Justin Timberlake: Oh for the love of god, get over yourself.

Byrce Dallas Howard: Yes. Don't be like Lindsey, babe. Say red, girl.

Michelle Williams: It took me a while to figure out who this person is, but she was in Brokeback Mountain. Well, she's cute, I don't know about hot.

Alexis Bledel: Big hearty yes. Gotta love Rory. And those big blue eyes.

Jessica Alba: Yes she's hot. Not a fan of her movies thus far, but I liked the first season of Dark Angel, before they started the "chosen one" crap.

Chris Brown: Don't know him, don't care, most likely a rapper.

Lindsey Lohan: She was cuter as a red head. I don't really give a shit about Lindsey Lohan, quite frankly. I've never seen Mean Girls and have no desire to. And she should really eat something.

Anne Hathaway: I'm not sure I agree with the "hot" tag, but I do like her.

Jessica Simpson: Okay, a lot of people say that that tv show made her look more obnoxious than she is, but I don't think thats true at all. She's obnoxious. She's so obnoxious. You can't just make that up, folks. And have you ever heard her sing live? She's horrible. And I know that whenever I watch any of the Simpson shows that I want to beat the crap out of their parents. Repeatedly.

Kelly Clarkson: Get over yourself.

Ciara: Don't know her, don't care, most likely a rapper.

Jake Gyllenhaal: Yes yes yes a thousand times yes! *Pets the screen.*

Amanda Bynes: No.

Natasha Bedingfield: Again, not sure I agree with the "hot" tag, but I do like her voice.

Noodle (from the Gorillaz): Okay, yeah, she's cute, but she's also a fricken cartoon character! Are they just running out of people now?

The kids from Desperate Housewives: Um, yeah...about them running out of people...

The kids fron High School Musical: Dear god that's disturbing.

Yay randomness.

I'm turing 21 next Friday. Too bad for my crazy bohemian actor type and spaced out english major friends, I'm not particularly fond of drink. However, I do enjoy the pina colada's. So I shall get a pina colada. Because I can.

The two weeks of homework hell are over. I have a bunch of new stuff that needs to be photographed or scanned for the likes of this site. All of my paintings are either not done, at the art building, or loaned to the Asian Club for this...thing they're doing.

I'm officially accepted to this study abroad program to London over the summer. Very excited about that. Have to get all my forms ready.

I filled out my first job applications over spring break and felt like an ass in the process. I felt like I kept saying the wrong things.

I haven't done any plays yet this semester. Good because of all the work I've been getting, bad because I miss it.

It is both an amazing and disheartening day when you realize that your art teacher owns your ass. I went to NYC this morning to see my painting teacher's gallery, and suddenly my little weekly painting excersises seem so pathetic.

Picture this: The first time you look at one from a distance, you may see a beautiful, romantic but realistic painting of pink and gold roses in this random tropical climate, with the peaches and the glorious peacock sitting on a tree branch. You vaguely notice that something's in the back of the landscape, in the distance beyond the tree branch, but it doesn't register yet. So you think, "Oh. Flowers. Whatever."

Walk a little closer, and you begin to notice some strange things. Like the fact that the tree branch the peacock is sitting on is covered in snakes. And the dead birds tied to the tree. And the various iguanas and other lizards eating insects on the forest floor. And you think, "okay, a little wierd, but still pretty scenic."

And then you finally pay attention to what is happening in the distance...and you see astronauts getting attacked by a giant octopus. And the octopus is winning, pulling off peoples legs and decapitating people in a bloody battle.

And they were all like that, looking so innocent on the surface but on closer inspection reveals to be anything but. They're all meticulously detailed and huge, it took her a year to do each painting.

I'm ready to do whatever she wants me to now...

I was looking for info on sideshow freaks (don't ask) and found this.

Diprosopus and Sonic Hedgehog

Since several hundred thousand (possibly several million) separate proteins are involved in the making of a complex life form, biologists often give them whimsical names in order to keep them straight. "Sonic hedgehog" was the name given in the 1980s to the protein, found only in embryos, which is responsible for establishing the body's midline. A sonic hedgehog deficiency was found to be the cause of cyclopia - a gruesome, fatal birth defect in which both eyes are contained within the same socket, giving the appearance of the legendary Greek Cyclops. Cyclopia is a symptom of holoprosencephaly, literally "whole forebrain", meaning that the brain is not divided into hemispheres like a normal brain, but is rather a single lump of tissue. Since the hemispheric division of the brain - produced by the sonic hedgehog protein - is the basis for the midline, embryos without divided brains are confused, so to speak, about how far apart their eyes need to be. Sonic hedgehog is the reason most of us have two eye sockets, set a reasonable distance apart, with a symmetrical nose in between them. A "cyclops" has only one eye socket and no nose.

Though less understood than cyclopia, sirenomelia (literally "mermaid limbs" - a fatal fusion of the lower limbs into a single, flipper-like extremity) is believed to be another defect caused by sonic hedgehog deficiency.

What, then, is the outcome when too much sonic hedgehog is introduced into a developing embryo? Scientists have produced this scenario artificially by dousing chicken embryos with an abnormally large dose of the protein. The result is that many of the chicks are born with their eyes very far apart. Some even have two beaks. This would suggest that duplication of the facial features may in fact be caused by an overdose of sonic hedgehog - not by incomplete twinning, as is frequently believed. Armand Marie LeRoi (author of Mutants) maintains that Ditto, a two-faced pig who appears in a California sideshow, is an example of how sonic hedgehog can be the cause of diprosopus.

Here's the thing: this says that they came up with the name in the 80's, but the video games didn't come out until the early 90's or so...

Okay, so now we know where Sonic's name comes from! But...um...ew...

(I mean no offense to anyone with the conditions described above Technically, you're DEAD if you have the conditions described above, but people seem to get upset really easily on deviantart.)

My teacher for my women's worlds class is a former hypmotist. According to her, she's the first hypmotist employed for medical purposes. She had a case where this man was very allergic to all forms of anesthesia, and he needed surgery on his testicles. So she put him in a trance so the doctor could start cutting.

Gotta love my school.

Only had my first painting class today. We're going to have one painting due each week. In other words, Calcia Hall is going to, once again, own my soul.

I don't know what the theater club I'm in is planning on doing this semester. Maybe I should actually go to a meeting or two.

I told a friend of mine that I was going to customize a my little pony for her, but I never actually got around to doing it. Even so, when I finish it I'm going to have to find out how to send it to Korea. She's spending a semester abroad, the rotter.

Ah yes, the other class I've had was human sexuality. Don't have anything more to say other than it looks interesting, to say the least.

I feel like this journal is just becoming a liteny of "I have to do this, I have to do that," so here's some random things.

Here's a funny conversation with my friend Vin while eating in the campus cafeteria.

Vin: This turkey looks like vomit.

Me: Yes it does.

Vin: (Bends the fork in half and plants it in the Turkey mush) I'm rebeling against my food. (Looks at it for a moment.) I could probably put this in Calcia Hall [the art building on campus], couldn't I?

Me: You probably could, but you would have to develop a theory for it first.

Vin: What do you mean?

Me: Well...turkey is typically associated with Thanksgiving, and the fork kinda looks like a person with a broken neck, which could signify the death of the Native Americans. Your act of rebelion against this food shows your anger at past atrocities. It could signify how one event changes the course of entire civilizations.

Vin: ...You're used to doing this in class, aren't you?

Me: Yup.

Another story: For my research paper I needed to read "Avant-Garde and Kitsch" by Clemit Greenberg, a landmark in art critisism. The essay contains this sentence:

It is a platitude that art becomes caviar to the general when the reality it imitates no longer corresponds even roughly to the reality recognized by the general.

I just stared at that for a moment and then put it away. I knew what he was talking about, but seriously. Couldn't he get out of his pretentious streak long enough to make his metaphors a bit more comprehendable?

Don't have much to say actually. I've been falling behind on my drawings and my book making and I need to pick that up. Thanksgiving is next week and I'm kinda anxious to go home and take a break. It'll also be really nice to spend time with my brother. We're very close and we haven't been able to see each other since we're both in college. Even though my relatives are coming to our house this year *groan*, me and my brother can always take the car and escape somewhere.

I have my classes chosen for next semester. It promises to be very busy. Let's see, I'm taking Beginning Painting, Beginning Film Making, Beginning Life Drawing, Beginning Karate, Women's Worlds, and Human Sexuality. Don't ask me what possessed me to sign up for Karate, seeing as I'm a sore loser and I'll be very pissed off if I do badly at it, but whatever. I'll try it.

I've been looking at those customised My Little Ponies that some people do. I might try making some for myself. I have some pretty good ideas... Maybe over christmas break when I have time.

Hopefully I'll be able to get the wireless internet connection software dowloaded so I can post things while I'm at home. I'm pretty sure my brother has it figured out.

So my roomate asked me if I wanted to go trick or treating this year, sort of half jokingly. And I thought...actually, I would love to go trick or treating this year. I haven't been trick or treating since I was 11. Slight problem though: I have rehersal on Halloween. Well...I'm sure we'll figure something out.

I saw Corpse Bride a few days ago. It would have been fine if it weren't for all the god-awful singing. Wow, is it terrible. The soundtrack really killed the movie for me. And that's sad, because the claymation vastly improved and the story was okay, but I just couldn't enjoy it.

What possessed them to make this a musical anyway? It made sense in The Nightmare Before Christmas, cause that was the same time that The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast and all those great animated musicals came out. But they're not exactly popular anymore. Plus the fact that not one of the voice actors could really sing...blech.

So I'm in the middle of several projects, both school and non-school related. I'll get something posted eventually.
My illustration teacher gave us three assignments for this semester. And we have to do them all at the same time. It's gonna take a while.

I know I haven't done much here in the past week or so. I've been busy. Going through auditions for The Shadow Box. Callbacks are tonight. I sort of have an unfair advantage, because I've worked with this director before and he likes me and knows what I can do. Also there is this one character named Beverly, who is supposed to be ubber strange and, in the scene I was reading, stoned and drunk. And I'm always typcasted as the weirdo. Not that I'm complaining, mind you.

If I get into this it'll be my first drama. I mean, this play is depressing, man.

My family is now in Spain without me, the rotters. We have family over there.

My Contemporary Arts professor is really starting to bug me. Mind you, I was already pissed off at this class. I was expecting that it would concentrate on what was happening in the art scene in the past five to ten years or something. However, we're doing the 40s to the 90s. Not only have I already had a class that has gone through that time period therefore making this reduntant, but if something happened sixty years ago, guess what? It's no longer contemporary.

Anywho, back to why the teacher is annoying. He tries too hard to be your friend. He spends half an hour trying to get to tell you how your week was, what movies have you seen, even if you got hooked up or dumped. Also he just broke up with his girlfriend, and he will bring it up every chance he gets.

I'm done with my useless rantings and meanderings. Drawings and...stoof...will come soon. Including one with a crab on it!

I have put down photographs that I think turned out pretty well that I spent a lot of time on. So what gets all the favs? The picture of Knuckles looking at a jellyfish. Unbelievable.

I guess this means that I don't need to do a lot of work on peices in order to get noticed around here. "Hey, look! Here's a picture of Knuckles balancing on a toilet seat! Ho ho ho I am so funny."

I'm actually not upset about it, the whole thing amuses me. So don't mind me, I'm just crazy.

Anywho, not much is happening in my life, except for some personal drama that I don't feel like broadcasting to the world. Classes are okay. The classes that I have where I actually create things are Advanced Illustration, Humor/Satire Illustration, and Book Arts. So I'm excited about those things.

Also, the theater group that I'm in is starting it's run. The plays we're doing are The Shadow Box and In The Blood. And the auditions for the first play are "tenatively scheduled for next week," whatever that means. Hopefully it's not while I have a class.

I know that my entries here have been sort of short and boring. So I'll try to make this interesting, even though I am fairly certain that no one reads this.

Classes so far seem interesting. So far I've been to U.S. History Since 1876, Humor/Satire Illustration, and Fundementals of Speech. The Humor/Satire one looks like it's going to be a lot of fun. Our professor showed us a portfolio of his work and I actually recognized the drawings. Apparently he works for the New York Times. So that's awesome...

My schedule has two days a week with only one class and three days that have two classes each. How I managed to do that while taking 18 credits still astounds me.

I'm still working on Illustration sketches for class. No reason they shouldn't be done in time...

I miss my best friend deeply.
The meetings for the theater club I'm in start next Monday. It'll be good to see some old friends again.

I'm going to be gone for a week. I'll be on a trip with my family, oh joy, oh rapture.

Not just my immediate family, my extended family too! And all of my cusins are younger than me! And one of my Aunts wrote a book on nutrition, and the other is a nurse, and they'll be nagging me about my diet the entire trip! And my conservative catholic grandfather is coming, and we never have anything to say to each other! We're going to Fire Island, all of us will be in a tiny cabin, and I'm probably going to be put in a room with a seven year old! Can you feel my excitement yet?

Well, at least I'll be able to get some drawing done, and hopefully my cusins won't find my sketchbooks and destroy them. I'll be taking some pictures too. And I'm bringing my henna stuff.

I also found all these old disney video tapes and we're going to have a little party thing every night and watch a bunch of them. It was partially my mother's idea: she has a skin condition where if she stays in the sun for too long she will get sores and blisters, so she can't go outside for very long. So she's not thrilled about this trip either. I haven't seen some of these films in a while, so I'm excited. And I found We're Back among the tapes! Remember We're Back? I was so happy, I thought that I had gotten rid of it.

*Sigh* I'm going to pray that this trip isn't going to go over as badly as I think it will...

Other happenings in my world include going on the birth control pill after I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. If you don't know what that is, it's basically a hormone deficiancy that makes me more prone to heart disease, diabeties, and cancer, which the pill will help to keep at bay.
Having a summer revolution or two (or eight) makes more sense to me than a New Years revolution. So here's a list of all the art I'm hoping to do over the summer (in between moving to another state, my brother graduating from high school, a trip with my family, and a possible trip to Europe by myself, and surely a bunch of other crap that I have yet to forsee.)

1. I have actual homework assignments over the summer from my illustration teacher. I have to do a number of large scale drawings from life, three of witch must be self portraits. Woo.

2. I read that there was an illustration exhibit where the artists were asked to "visually interpret a favorite movie, or depict a scene from that movie, or a scene they wished had been in it." I thought that was cool, so I want to give it a shot.

3. I would like to do the same sort of thing as above only with musicals and plays that I like.

4. There's the old idea that I've had floating around in my head for a while: to illustrate scenes from my favorite fairy tales and folk tales.

5. Maybe I'll do some Knuckles fan art. Maybe.

6. I would like to attempt collage.

7. I would like to attempt painting again.

8. I would like to do all of these tasks with a joy for the process, not a concentration on the final result.

All of this isn't gonna happen, but one can hope, right?

I don't know about anyone else, but I got bored of that old entry being up, so I figured that I'd just write something even if it's just me mumbling.

So, I have been completely unproductive. No photos, no doodles, no writing, have barely touched my art homework...so there probably won't be anything up for a while yet.

Sorry! I didn't lie when I said I was a pocrastinator.

On a completely unrelated note, Banksy is my new hero.

What? You do not know of the exploits of Banksy? Oh woe to thee, that you have not heard of him sneaking into all four of NYC's top museums, and putting up his own art peices! Woe to thee, that you know nothing of his exibit that featured graffiti on barn animals! Woe to thee, that you have not seen his graffiti all throughout London, including the elephant's enclosure in the London Zoo, where he wrote, "I want out. This place is too cold. Keeper smells. Boring, boring, boring." Oh, woe to thee, you poor soul!

He's a geurrilla artist, putting up his own artwork illegally in public places. Like Robin Hood robbing the rich and giving to the poor. It's kinda like that. Only not really.

He has a website. Go check him out. You can thank me later.

This is for all of my friends, close and far away, that always ask what I'm working on nowadays.
My craziness has infiltrated deviantART. Resistance is futile.
