So many time without do any journal updates, either deviations (well, I had done "some" submissions).

At this moment, I have some sets of photos to put here:

In other way, I have some old fractal works which I wanted to upload to here, some of them with a lot of processor work (1 day processing because HD image storage).

And, YAY, I bought a 23" WideScreen monitor... it's great to image work! That machine is running Windows (logically) and my laptop is still running Linux (Ok, I have clean it on the other day because organization questions).

For now it's everything, I will try to keep this updated

It was time to start putting my digital art, not only photography. I have a lot more fractals in the hard drive, but many of them are small and I don't want to put them all here

I have a long but small journey with fractals. If you have seen my old gallery (tr4cid.deviantart.com), I had there some fractals.

I start in this world about 3 years ago, when I start to play with GIMP. My works were only some things like wallpapers for my personal use. After that, I see Apophysis and start to play with it, but I didn't have really made interesting things, my fractals were only a small modifications of Batch processing. After some months without touch on Apophysis, the small "bug" inside me, call to start looking again for Apophysis and, I return to make some fractals, hopping to get better in my results. I improve a little, but not very much until now. I'm a very big learner yet. But yes, I tried Ultra Fractal some time ago, but I like much more Flame Fractals. When I "believe" that I want to improve in Ultra Fractal too, I will start to play a little with it... (Being a Photoshop's Like Fractal Program is interesting).

I don't have, yet, the flash lamp for my camera. I'm trying to make some experiments with it, so I opened this section. It will contain, like in Lisboa Aprendiz set, an amount of photos for learning propose.

[ EDIT: at this moment i don't have any flash light on my camera, after more than 7000 flashs the lamp is dead. I hope to fix it soon, but well, it isn't a big deal, 100% of the photos here were taken without any flash light! ]

This set will bring some photos of my progression during my time on some places of Lisbon with my Sony DSC-P43.

This journal will be updated with the list of the new photos of the set. The main objective is try to make a composition of what I can do with this machine and, what I can learn with it. Normally I will choose 5/10 photos of 80 that I take by each day of trip. This set will be useful to learn the basics of Adobe Photoshop retouch to increase the quality of the final result.

Besides this, I try to figure out some type of art expression for each photo. Each one is symbolic and I will not tell the meaning.

This will be the first page of my travel to be a amateur photographer in many areas that I have interest. For now... I will do much more Street Photography that others... but it's the progression. I want to develop my skills each day, each photo.

I hope you see them...
