There's only a few weeks left in the fall semester here, and guess what? I'm still broke. So I opened a shop on CafePress because YES. I'm getting DESPERATE. Not that I really have a lot of faith in this, but it's something. I'm still undecided about the commissions issue, so we'll leave it be for now.

In other news, I move back into the dorms in a week. Cool beans. But I'm so effing poor at the moment that stress has kinda killed my soul, and I've been trying to figure out what I can do to make a little money. Commissions have, of course, crossed my mind. They've always been open to my friends in the real world, but I can no longer accept favors as payment (as much as I love brownies, sketchbooks, etc., etc.). THIS GIRL NEEDS MONEY. NOW. So, I've been thinking about opening commissions here on DA, but I don't know how well that would fly. I suppose if anybody would be interested, comment and tell me. Then I shall consider it even harder.

After the tragic event at Virginia Tech, my graphic novel chapter is too inappropriate to have displayed in the school's hallways at the moment due to the rather important climactic scene in which one of my characters is shot. I personally don't find this too disturbing as 1) it's completely fictional 2) people get shot. It happens. A LOT, unfortunately. Deal with it, and 3) it's artistic 'cause I say so.

Anyway, I'm just venting. Venting is goooood for teh soul. And I ate half of a chocolate bunny, and have no regrets.

Woooo... I feel angsty.

I have sooooo many pictures I want to post, but I am lacking the ability to do so due to the not-so-working digital camera I generally use BECAUSE my scanner is hooked up to my other computer which is all the way upstairs and I'm a lazybutt and is... kinda weird. I don't know. The point is I have been drawing stuffs, it's just... you can't see it unless I show you in person (and even then you still might not see it 'cause I don't think about it 'till too late!)
