Err I probably should say I've been very busy with my art course and that :yay: I passed my crit assessment. I promise to take photos of my art from the last year and post them sometime.

But most likely when I come back from scooting off to Adelaide for 3 weeks. >.> I leave this Sunday (but I'm procrastinating doing the things I should *head*desk*)

Currently making Hyakutoku kimonos for my brother, sister-in-law and their brand new baby. Ah damn I'm actually an Aunt now (scary thought).

Fanfiction
I'm unendingly sorry for those waitng on a new chapter of my fics. I'm eternally grateful for your patience. I honestly want to complete them and will endeavour to be a better updating writer. All I can say is that I have a SasuSasu oneshot that is stalled, a HB chapter wavering between cutting it short to post and a bit of DoaD might need to be rewritten a little to account for recent manga events.

Conventions
Anyone else excited for WAI-CON 09! Hmm, I totally think cosplayers should wear a nametag with our name and most common known alias. Hell I might actually know some people but don't even realise it because I'm crap at remembering names and people I've met.

*has mental blank* So, anyone going that I know? Have I met you before? And are you cosplaying? >.> (man I feel like a fool for asking these questions)

I'm doing some amvs for the contest. I won't publish them on my video accounts until the con's over so look forward to at least 2 in February.

Cosplay
I will ABSOLUTELY finish my Sasuke cosplay first week I'm back in Perth. I wanted to wear the shirt while there but alas there was no time to make it. My sword is nearly done :yay:

Finally found a female character I could decently cosplay and I really like. Behold Faith from Mirror's Edge [link] Have found an official image of her arm tattoo so I'm estactic. I think I'll make the entire costume from scratch since I figure it's too hard to alter clothes that won't look right in the first place.

If there's an Itachi going to Waicon, can I please be your otouto for some of the day? Also I want steal your Akatsuki cloak and have photos with you! (If someone does reply to my request for real, I'll be wonderfully surprised)

So yes, I'm going to Supanova this weekend. I've done another Naruto cosplay to go in and I'll probably also wear timeskip!Sasuke (from Wai-con 07) on one of the days. If you happen to see/notice me, I won't mind people saying hello.

Really want to see L Change the World in the preview sessions and Stargate Continuum. Watching the cosplay comps, amvs and everything else will be exhausting but I think I'm up to it xp

Cosplay
I chose Shizune rather than doing Tsunade because a) I look really crap in a blonde wig o.0 and b) the clothes were simpler to make XD (I only had time the weekend past). I also found a pig plushie that I'm dressing up and taking as Ton Ton.

I wanna make Sasuke's latest shirt, it looks good and plus I don't have to worry about strapping my chest for an open shirt Was gonna have it for Supanova but I got to find the right type of zip before I do anything. And I'm excited about his new wristguards as well. ^.^ I love arm accessories. Might go to G03 in it lol

TAFE
1st semester of my tafe art course is finishing next week and I can't wait 'til my crit. assessment is over. Am procrastinating more than I should right now so I might have to get the whiteboard out and write a list with things to complete each day.

Fandom
I really really want to thank everyone who is waiting so patiently for the next chapter of Hidden Beneath, and hopefully won't abandon me any time soon. I'm going to have a nice long writing session once I'm on break so I'll be working on HB, more of Deceptions of a Dragon and another SasuSasu oneshot.

There's also thoughts on another amv, possibly not Naruto this time *gasp*

I did an exercise similar to this at a high school camp with a partner, and we wrote down things down on a 4 square grid with headings: I know/You know, I know/You don't know, I don't know/You know, Unknown. It was quite enlightening, as I had forgotten I'd talked about certain things with him before.

The Nohari window is the inversion of the Johari window.

For the last semester I chose to do 2 subjects from a cert 3 in art, Produce Prints and Drawing. You've probably noticed that I have posted a few prints from my course already. I had my final assessment on Tuesday so I will try to submit all works by end of year.

I passed with impressed comments from my lecturers.
