In what sadistically stupid mind was this related to northern ligthts?!
For those of you who has read it, and have seen it,
Why? why was svalbard before bolvanger?!
why did the witches not have brooms?
What the hell is up with Lord Asriel?
All in all, the best character was John Fa, he had the right eyes, personality and all the rest.
Mrs. Coulter couldn't scare a 7 year old child with her performance, Sorry, but she can't act Mrs. Coulter at all(and originally poor marisa had black hair, not blonde)
Also, what the hell? the magisterium did not have that much influence in the book, they were mentioned, but they didn't try to kill asriel, the master of jordan did in behalf of lyra's safety. Speaking of asriel, why wasn't he giving the impression of a caged animal?..He just looked out of place -.-
When lyra was at bolvanger, why wasn't she back using the ventalation shafts to walk about? what happened to the kitchen's being set on fire, AND WHY THE HELL? did the end the film there? There is no correlation between the film and book whatsoever.
they gave away important clues at the beginning that wern't meant to, what happened to that man who contacted the witches? lyra had a part to play there.
Why was billy the one in the hut by the lake? he was not the boy from the beginning who was helped to explain who the gobblers were.
What happened to the big party where lyra was filled in by lord boreal and the scholar about the gobblers.

What the hell happened to iofer racknison?and his palace of gold leaf? his council of bears?
Also, why wasn't mrs coulter mentioned when Lyra talked to him? and why didn't she leave to the ante-room to use the aleitheometer and be comforted by pan?
When iofer dies, lyra was meant to put blood moss into his wounds, and then fall asleep and be woken by roger when the bears brought him back. Then they together leave to find asriel's home in svalbard where lyra is told what dust is, then roger is taken from her, and so the betrayal that the master talks about in the beginning comes to pass( if you have joined the huge question of what really was the betrayal he was talking about, this is my understanding of it) Then she watches him be killed before marisa and asriel talk, and then leave. Him across the bridge and her back to power.


Overall. This is not northern lights placed as a film, it is little better than a mere fanfic idea that was half-assed.
feel free to point out my spelling mistakes, my book has gone wandering so naming is harder than normal.

"what do you want with me?" the bandit who still held her moved his hand so that she was in the crook of his arm
"my pretty, we want so fun and you are avaliable right here, do you take us to be fools? if so your night is long awaiting the dawn" saralias stared and growled
’damn I need a distraction’she thought
the bandits turned to see sara leons run out of the trees bellowing at the
top of her lungs at a man who was just at her heals,
"you'll never catch up now julian" the man whose name was apparntly julian shouted back
"just you wait sara, im faster than you think" with that ten wolves burst out after the two racers one saw saralias and stopped with that the others stopped julian had also stopped
"what is it?" the wolf looked at saralias and julian blinked
"the girl?"the wolf nodded and julian looked for sara leons giving up he yelled
"Hey sara, the wolves have something for you" sara stopped and saw saralias
"oh are you a nobel?" saralias gasped as the bandit pulled her
sharply to him and look threatingly at sara leons
"this girl is ours sara find your own" with that saralias closed her eyes
"let me go, i dont really want to hurt you" the bandit laughed
"you hurt us? now that is a good one"
Saralais's eyes remained closed she wispered something that the bandit
could'nt even hear the to everyone's astonishment th bandit turn to water
and saralias stood with water whippingaround her and a water nymph looking
at her and after a second it spoke
"saralias, what shall we do with this man?" saralias opened her eyes and turned to the water nymph
"do what you feel like i have decided that you deserve a treat and so here is the first of it" smiling the nymph took the man to her world and disappeared the rest
of the bandits ran for their lives and saralias sunk to her knees saraleons
walked to her
"what did you do to him? and was that a water nymph?"saralias
smiled
"yes that was a nymph she is my protector,guradian you could say. she
has taken that bandit to her home where that bandit will soon go mad it is
her choice and it is my pleasure to treat her" sara just stared
"so what is your name?" saralias looked up to sara leons face
"my name is saralias"at that sara took saralias's hands and pulled her up, looking into the teenagers eyes she saw laughter behind the brightness of her deep scarlet eyes sara
smiled "then saralias, permit me to greet you as you truely deserve"

half the time, suddenly the coach that she was riding in stopped and she
felt a strong hand clasp the back of her neck the sharp edge of a dagger
slid gently across the front her neck and a harsh voice wispered in her
ear
"you are a little child and i am bored do you understand?" saralias
nodded her head slightly and felt herself being led out of her carriage and
into the cold winter wind which nipped on her ears she saw bandits laughing
at her she blushed and stood waiting for whatever these bandits would try on
her. She swallowed and cleared her throat
"what do you want with me?" the bandit who still held her moved his hand so that she was in the crook of his arm
"my pretty, we want so fun and you are avaliable right here, do you take us to be fools? if so your night is long awaiting the dawn" saralias stared and growled
’damn I need a distraction’she thought
the bandits turned to see sara leons run out of the trees bellowing at the
top of her lungs at a man who was just at her heals,
"you'll never catch up now julian" the man whose name was apparntly julian shouted back
"just you wait sara, im faster than you think" with that ten wolves burst out after the two racers one saw saralias and stopped with that the others stopped julian had also stopped
"what is it?" the wolf looked at saralias and julian blinked
"the girl?"the wolf nodded and julian looked for sara leons giving up he yelled
"Hey sara, the wolves have something for you" sara stopped and saw saralias
"oh are you a nobel?" saralias gasped as the bandit pulled her
sharply to him and look threatingly at sara leons
"this girl is ours sara find your own" with that saralias closed her eyes
"let me go, i dont really want to hurt you" the bandit laughed
"you hurt us? now that is a good one"
Saralais's eyes remained closed she wispered something that the bandit
could'nt even hear the to everyone's astonishment th bandit turn to water
and saralias stood with water whippingaround her and a water nymph looking
at her and after a second it spoke
"saralias, what shall we do with this man?" saralias opened her eyes and turned to the water nymph
"do what you feel like i have decided that you deserve a treat and so here is the first of it" smiling the nymph took the man to her world and disappeared the rest
of the bandits ran for their lives and saralias sunk to her knees saraleons
walked to her
"what did you do to him? and was that a water nymph?"saralias
smiled
"yes that was a nymph she is my protector,guradian you could say. she
has taken that bandit to her home where that bandit will soon go mad it is
her choice and it is my pleasure to treat her" sara just stared
"so what is your name?" saralias looked up to sara leons face
"my name is saralias"at that sara took saralias's hands and pulled her up, looking into the teenagers eyes she saw laughter behind the brightness of her deep scarlet eyes sara
smiled "then saralias, permit me to greet you as you truely deserve"
saralias looked for one moment then nodded, sara leons pulled saralias to
her and kissed her softly.
