I was thinking charging maybe $10-15 for a short 1-2 page comic, 3 if it has to go that long and I can't squeeze it into 2 pages. They'll probably be black and white tho, idk.

And that the Budweiser truck was making a SPECIAL DELIVERY FOR DIE OF DIR EN GREEEEY!!!

And other wacky wacky antics. Much fun and laughter was had. OH AND A HOBO GOT HIT BY A COP CAR LOLOLOLOLOLOL it was okay tho, he wasn't hit that bad, it was more like the car bumped into him. Plus he was really crazy and drunk and I hear that he was threatening some of the people in the line :/

Doors opened at 7PM and they started letting us in.

DUDE. First thing we noticed: NO BARRICADES. GASP.

According to my research, it means WE GOT TO BE CLOSER TO THE STAGE OH SHIIIIIIIIIT.

AND WE WAITED ANOTHER 2 HOURS. IDGI. I was already tired as fuck standing in line all goddamn day and now you making this Mexican wait another two hours while staring at a red curtain? OHOHOHO! Well played, JACKASSES! DX

It probably wouldn't have been so bad if they DIDN'T PLAY THE SAME DAMN 5 SONGS IN A LOOP. That was driving me insane. No, seriously. I felt so miserable ;_____;

SO THE SHOW. The SHOOOOOOW.

Alluva sudden THE LIGHTS GO OUT AND SA BIR started playing and the crowd FUCKING ERUPTED. Like a volcano, like a volcano.

DIR EN GREY walked onto the stage, one by one, and took their places. SA BIR ended and they started playing VINUSHKA.

HOLY FUCK. VINUSHKA IS LIEK MY FAVORITE SONG OFF OF UROBOROS. IT WAS SO GODDAMN BEAUTIFUL LIVE.

I don't remember the setlist in the exact order or in it's entirety cuz I just lose myself in the music and forget wtf is going on XD SO IT'S PRETTY MUCH ALL A BLUR.
However, this one and this one are pretty accurate.

Merciless Cult is one of my favorite live songs. It's just so much fun barking along to it with Toshiya XD

It's kinda wierd. I always that that if I ever heard this song live, I would cry my eyes out. But I didn't. Not that their performance of it was bad, it was near perfect imo, but idk, it just didn't grasp me.

REIKETSU NARISEBA
FUCKITY FUCK FUCK. This was probably the best song of the night. As it started, everyone around me jumped and pogo-sticked. Then, when it tore into the chorus, we all broke out headbanging and moshing OH FUCK IT WAS GREAT. LOL this song always makes me feel like Kyo is pointing a finger at me and criticizing me lol

The encore was reaaaaally short, I think it was like only 3 songs? They played The Final (which, honestly, I'm tired of hearing live), ASOM (FUCK YEAH), and Gaika blahblahblah (great song live)

Hardly anyone remembered it, we don't have any money so we couldn't even celebrate, aaaand I had to spend it with strangers.

The reason why I spent it with strangers is because a new friend of my mom's offered to have a little dinner for me at her place. It was a nice gesture and I appreciated the thought but I HADN'T EVEN MET HER OR HER FAMILY YET. My birthday was already sucking as it was, I didn't want it to be AWKWARD on top of that!

Turned out she and her daughter were pretty nice, had an alright time, food was good BUT the lady was REALLLLY PREACHY. She started preaching to me about my piercing and all kinds of other shit. I was like, "Really, lady? On my Birthday?!" DX

Sigh, and on top of all the crap we're going through right now...something's wrong with my truck's radiator. I can't drive it for too long before it starts overheating and I have to stop and wait for it to cool down again. GAWD, WHAT-FUCKING-ELSE CAN GO WRONG?!!

January 31, 2009 - Sam's Burger Joint, San Antonio, TX

I've lived here in SA all my life and I pass by Sam's ALL THE TIME but I've never been there D: It was pretty confusing driving around the place trying to find parking, I was so lost and confused XD So, we got there around 7 PM and there was a pretty long line already formed. I expected people but not that many so I was surprised.

They open the doors at 8:05 PM and the line starts to move veeeeeeery sloooowlyyyyy.

By the time we get in, all the front is taken up but we got pretty decent spot save for ALL THE FREAKING TALL PEOPLE. It sucks being short :/

So while we wait for the first act to come on stage (which was pretty small, there wasn't even a barricade) everyone just kinda chills and mingles. Then the loud music coming from the speakers stops and Kiwamu and GPK step onto the stage.

GPK then takes his microphone and calls out something like "We are GPKISM!!" and they start their show.

I've never heard anything by GPKISM before so I have no idea what songs they played. Their music reminded me of Kaya's music tho. Very danceable too. Too bad I don't dance D: I didn't totally hate it tho, infact, I kinda liked it. I just won't dance to it.

GPK's English is actually pretty good. At some point in between songs, he started talking to the fans and then shoves the mic in Kiwamu's face.

GPK: Kiwamu, do you have a message for the fans?
Kiwamu: Hi, hello...???
GPK: *says something to him in Japanese*
Kiwamu: Nani, nani?
GPK: Message, for fans D:
Kiwamu: ...Hello.

GPK takes the mic back and explains to us that Kiwamu's shy XD

They finish their set and leave the stage and it's quiet again.

But not for long as A BALL OF BOUNCY COLORFUL GAY BOUNCES ONTO THE STAGE. DJ SiSeN bounces on to the stage with a parasol followed by three girls in cyber rave outfits (who I guess were his backup dancers or something). They take their places on the stage and SiSeN starts DA PARTAY. The crowd was pretty tame tho, except for the little groups of people dancing. BUT, when SiSeN brings out a bag, stalks around the stage, and tosses out CANDY the crowd goes fucking INSANE XD And sometimes SiSeN would stick a piece between his teeth and lean down infront of us, letting whoever snatched it out of his mouth first have it. Sexy.

They finish and we wait for BLOOD.

Then Kiwamu, GPK, and this vampire-looking white guy (I think his name was Roger?) come onto the stage. So I'm like WTF this isn't BLOOD D: Roger takes the mic and does some talking. Something about how this is BLOOD's final tour, it's been great, etc, and something about KAEDE and RYO deciding not to join the band for the tour and that GPK will be filling in for keyboard. Everyone's like WHAT THE FUUUUUUUCK. SRSLY WTF. Btw did anyone catch why they weren't there? Did he even say? I couldn't hear very well @___@

So at first I was under the impression that Kiwamu was the only one from the band that was doing the tour and that Roger was gonna be doing vocals (lol) and GPK keyboard. I thought this was total bullshit, I was ready to leave when I hear screaming and I turn around and see that Roger was gone and Fu-ki has taken his spot on the stage.

Up close, Fu-ki looks very...womanly. He wasn't wearing much makeup except for a little eyelliner but he looked EXACTLY like Koyuki Kato. He has a very nice smile too. *A*

I've never heard anything by BLOOD before except for one song so I have no idea what they played. The music was alot like GPKISM's music except....darker. Fu-Ki was really good at getting the crowd involved. Shouting stuff in English like, "HEY, HEY, HEY! *pumping his fist*", "Are you ready for headbanging?! *points to his head*", "Let's dance together, move your hips! *wiggles his hips*" XD

In between songs, he told the audience something that got to me.

Fu-ki: This is our last tour, so...Welcome to our Funeral.

That made me sad And I think it was at this time that he also said something like, "Because this is our last show, we'll play old songs. Do you know a song....about A FUNERAL?!"

FUCKING INSANITY. It gave me chills, because I knew where this was going. THE FUNERAL FOR HUMANITY FUCK YES THE ONLY SONG I KNOW BY THEM LOL!! XD

November 25, 2008 @ House of Blues - Houston, TX:

Got there at the buttcrack of dawn, waited 12+hrs in line, finally got in. I managed to get a spot two or three rows from the stage, but I got pushed back throughout the show so I really couldn't see much with the wall of all people in front of me :/ The Human Abstract was....very emo. I couldn't get into them at all. THEN OMGOSH DIR EN GREY!! They were AMAZING as usual, unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the show as much as I would've liked to. I pretty much stood there trying to hold my ground and catch glimpses of the band playing while fangirls are trying to force themselves to the front. Ah, why do shows in Houston always suck for me? *EMO*

After the show, they had a signing session right there at the barricade. Toshiya and Shinya showed up for this one. I usually try to make things like this memorable for myself buuuut I kinda blanked out D: So yeah, I said hello to each of them and they signed my cd. THE END :/

NEXT UP, DALLAS! My dad was supposed to drive to Dallas since I drove from SA to Houston (also, I WAS TIRED AS FUCK) but he was driving like a tired drunk and kept swerving within the lane AND IT SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME ithoughtiwasgonnadieomg;A; So I took over.

I WAS REALLY TIRED THO. My vision was all blurry and my eyelids felt heavy. So I stopped at Valero and met my new love, RED BULL. Smooth sailing from then on.

November 26, 2008 @ Palladium Ballroom - Dallas, TX:

We got there around 10 AM and there were a good 20 or so people already lined up. So we wait in line for like 8 hours. As time passed by, more and more people started gathering at the front. One of those I'M-HERE-SINCE-THE-BUTTCRACK-OF-DAWN-BUT-I'M-ALSO-HOLDING-SPOTS-FOR-15-OF-MY-FRIENDS-WHO-ARE-NOT-GONNA-SHOW-UP-UNTIL-A-COUPLE-HOURS-BEFORE-DOORS-OPEN things. It pissed me off.

Lucky for us tho, when the doors finally did open, everyone rushed in and kinda got jammed in the doorway lol. Me, Kristin, and Terashii linked arms (in the order) and WE BULLDOZERED OURSELVES THROUGH. FUCKING BARRICADE RIGHT IN FRONT OF DIE. (>0<\m/

The Human Abstract sucked.

LULZ Dir en grey's setlist was the exact same as the night before except for like two songs I think. BUT IT WAS AMAZING THO. And I kept watching Die, he's so...amazing up close (and pretty.) NEW GURLFRANN GET? Toshiya even visited our side briefly at some point Kaoru did not :/ The crowd sucked tho. There were a couple of 3-or-so-person moshpits going on more towards the back and aside from myself, that was pretty much it. Yes, myself. I am a one-person moshpit D: AND NO, FANGIRLS TRYING TO RUSH TO THE FRONT SO THEY CAN TOUCH KYO DON'T COUNT AS MOSHPITS. This is my favorite band AND I FUCKING ROCKED OUT AT THEIR SHOW YEAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!

In the morning we woke up and decided to go to the San Antonio TOC show afterall. Well, at first we were just gonna hang around and see if we could stalk the bands but then decided that if cheap tickets were available, we would actually go in to go to the signings since we only managed to catch the MuccyMcFuckMUCC signing in Corpus Christi.

So we get there about an hour and a half before doors open and MANAGE TO SCORE FLOOR TICKETS AT THE DOOR. So yeah, we decided we would stay for D'espairsRay, but then LEAVE so we could actually make it to ALL the signings. JESUS it was motherfucking hot. Thank jesus we didn't have to wait that long.

BLAH BLAH BLAH fast forward to D'espa. D'espairsRay played their set and again, I couldn't really get into the music but, this time, the crowd was alot more responsive. I MOSHED MY ASS OFF. I had so much freaking fun. *A* I started out like 10 or so rows back and pushed my way up to the third row from the barricade. IT WAS FUCKING AWESOME. OMFG I'M SO SORE AND TIRED but I'm happy :3

We left the floor as soon as D'espa was done and ran around the coliseum to see if we could find where the signings were gonna be held. Guess who we found. HARRY. D: He actually seemed nice, which I found strange because he always seemed like an arrogant asshole to me. He told us when and where the signings for each bands were gonna be and advised us to get in line early and shit. It turns out the D'espa signing wouldn't be for another hour, the MuccyMcFuckMUCC signing 30 minutes after that, and The Underneath 30 minutes after that.

So we went back onto the floor to catch some of MuccyMcFuckMUCC's performance. Dude. Tatsurou was barefoot and wearing a white tshirt 5 times too big for him and FUCKING PARACHUTE PANTS. AND Yukke WAS WEARING A FUCKING SKIRT. HOLY SHIT.

We managed to catch a couple of songs, including Fuzz and Libra. I think they played the exact same setlist from the night before D: D'espa, too. We would've stuck around for The Underneath's performance but if we did, no D'espa signing for us again D: So we got outta there and made our way to the signing booth. We waited and waited and nothing eventful happened until ZOOOOOOM Karyu comes zipping by the line IN HIS FUCKING SCOOTER. IT WAS EPIC. Hizumi was chillin in his shades whoo!

The band takes their seats behind the table and THE LINE STARTS TO MOVE D: My turn comes around and I lay my towel on the table for Hizumi to sign. It was a bit wrinkinled, so the translator of whoever it was standing next to Hizumi smoothed it out for him bcuz COOLSHADES!Hizumi can't be bothered to do it himself.

The D'espa signing is kind of a blur to me right now... but I do remember my towel got signed, I RESPECT KNUCKLED all of them, Zero's smile is so PRETTY, and Tsukasa respect knuckled me back REALLY HARD.

Next, MuccyMcFuckMUCC <333 I swear, they are the sweetest, coolest people on the fucking planet. I didn't want them to sign my towel again, or another one of my dollars, so I just had them sign the MuccyMcFuckMUCC poster they were giving out.

It went pretty much the same with Tatsurou. Once they were done with me, terashii asked Tatsurou if he could take a picture of him. Tatsurou didn't really say anything, he just posed. Yukke squeezed in with Tatsurou and posed too. Result: a picture of Tatty and Yukke that looks like something they would ttly post on their MYSPAZZ XD

We got up and left really early so we could get to the venue 10:00-11:00ish. Corpus is only like 2-3 hours away. Jolie had decided a couple of weeks ago that she would go with us so I was happy My dad came with us too in case something happened, because I know next to nothing about cars and I'm inexperienced on the road. :/

Anyway, we get there on time but there was only one guy in line, so we decide to head out to the beach for a bit. Jolie collected some seashells and I wrote in the sand:

It didn't last long, some kids playing on the beach ruined it D: After a while we headed back because terashii was paranoid that OMG THE LINE IS GONNA BE SO LONG BY THE TIME WE GET BACK D: Only like 3 or so more people arrived while we were gone tho.

So we dork out while we wait for the doors to open and then it starts lightly raining. It wasn't bad but it stopped after a while. THEN IT CAME BACK and it was like HOSHIT FUCKING COLD. It got really freakin cold. We had expected typical summer!Texas weather so NONE of us thought to bring something to keep us warm or protect us from the rain.

At some point we're informed that they're not gonna allow this and this and that and that into the venue so if we have a car we better go stick our shit in ther right now. We had brought our digital camera for whatever reason that compelled us to AND WE WERE FREAKING OUT BECAUSE OMG MY DAD TOOK MY TRUCK SO HE COULD GO GET SOME REST AT A MOTEL OR SOMEWHERE AND WE HAD NO WAY OF CONTACTING HIM BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH I LEFT MY CELL PHONE IN THE TRUCK IT WASN'T GETTING ANY SIGNAL D:

But this one beautiful, genius girl who was standing in front of us in the line suggested to us hiding it under the port-a-potty, because, really, who's gona stick their hand under a port-a-potty to see if they can find anything? So we wrap it up in some random plastic bag we found on the floor and stick it under the port-a-potty XD

FINALLY AFTER FOREVER they start letting people in. While performing a pat-down, Jolie is caught sneaking in her disposable camera. They let her in but threw her camera away BECAUSE OMG NO CAMERAS ALLOWED D: Aww, poor Jolie! All those photographic memories she took trashed :/

Anyway, as soon as we get past the front gate we make a run for it to try and get spots front and center at the barricades. And we do, because we're awesome But the stage was so far away from us still, and it was so high up and I'm short. Goddamn even the barricades were a bit high for me, I could barely swing my arms over them x.x

The stage was set up weirdly. It was a huge stage, yeah, but they had set up like a third of it as the second stage and the rest as the main stage. So while the second stage bands played, mainstage bands were doing soundchecks and shit. I thought that was rather...not quite right but watev. First to get up on the second stage and play was July Alive. Emoshit's not my thang. Well, actually, not even the Jrock bands are my thang. I never really could get into D'espairsRay or MUCC, their music never really grasped me, and before the concert I've never heard anything by The Underneath. The only reason I went to the show in the first place was because I was hoping it would relieve some pent-up tension and energy.

Next, after July Alive, D'espairsRay hits the stage. As Zero is walking in, a guy behind me shouts, "OH MY GOD! THAT CHICK IS HOT!" It amused the hell out of me, mostly because I know he knows that they're all guys, I heard him talking about the Jrock bands earlier. Zero OMFG is so fucking pretty in person. And they're all skinny as hell. I mean, I know Jrockers are skinny, it's obvious from pictures and shit, but in person it's like HOLY SHIT YOU MUST BE ANOREXIC OR SOMETHING.

Their performance was great and energetic and all but I just couldn't get into the music. Plus, I only recognized two songs from their setlist, neither of which I particularly liked :/

Lol, while they played their set I mimicked Hizumi's dramatic hand movements XD At some point, an empty paper cup with ice still in it flew from the crowd at Hizumi. It didn't quite make it all the way to Hizumi, it fell into the large space between the stage and the barricades, but I laughed Oh, and from my spot I could see Tatsurou rocking out and headbanging to D'espairsRay at the inner corner of the stage. From the minute I woke up that morning I had this feeling in my gut that something was going to go wrong. My brother and I got up, ran around trying to get everything ready, we even called for a cab really early to make sure we get to the bus station by 10:30 AM.

So, we're outside our apartment with our luggage, waiting for the cab, right? Well, the cab shows up, drives around real quickly, doesn't see us, then leaves. I start freaking out. WTF WTF WTF WF. So we call another cab and tell them to hurry up plz. Finally, they show up and we leave.

We screech into the bus station right on time, only to find out that the bus hasn't even arrived yet. At first, I'm relieved we made it, but a bit annoyed that now we had to wait for the bus. It got there around an hour and a half later. So, yeah, I kinda wanted to get there early but that wasn't going to happen. Long story short, we arrived at the hotel around 6 PM when we should've been there around 3-4ish.

Anyway, we drop our shit off and take a cab to the convention center.

Kay, let me get this out in the open. Anime conventions are not my thing. What's my problem with anime conventions? Anime, animefags, wapanesefags, and jrockfags.

When I say "jrockfag" I mean annoying fangirls who squee over pussy jrock bands. Like, Alice Nine or some other crap band like that.

Anyway, we go to the registration booth to pick up our pre-registration badges but OMGAH the registration booth is closed. WTF AW HELLZ NAW. I BETTER GET MY BADGE. I GOTTA GO TO THE FUCKING CONCERT. D<

After much confused running around, we get our badges Alrighty, now to get to the Jhouserock booth in the dealer's room to pick up our tickets.

SO RIGHT ABOUT THE CONCERT 8D

We got some pretty damn sweet spots front and center, baby! Dude, RENTRER EN SOI blew my fucking mind. They were amazing. Sad thing tho, the concert is a free event to all convention-goers (except to those who chose to buy VIP tickets) but the hall they played at was not even halfway full .___.

And the crowd sucked. No one moshed. There were a few headbangers but that was about it. *sadface* Others were either: A) all "Woo! Yay!" while doing some wapanese arm-movements or some shit or B) just nodding along to the music.

THE SHOW RENTRER EN SOI PUT ON WAS FREAKING GREAT THO. Satsuki was a little energy ball, all glammed up with blonde curls, eyeliner, and leopard print outfit. Mika rocked out in the back on his drumset. Shun and Takumi got the audience all riled up with their fist pumps. And Ryo, Ryo just reeked awesome.

And they played 2 encores *A* During the show, Satsuki kept stumbling and almost completely falling over because OMG TOO MUCH HARDCORE HEADBANGING MAKES HIM LOSE HIS BALANCE D: And the microphone cord kept getting caught in something whenever he tried to move to a different side of the stage. OH AND OMG at some point he walked over to Takumi, played with his hair a bit and wrapped his arm around him XD The fangirls really liked that. Oh yeah, and at some point, Ryo was drinking a beer while playing and when he was done with it he threw the bottle out into the audience.

At the end, after all the encores, they started throwing stuff out into audience. Shun and Takumi threw out picks, someone threw out his shirt, Ryo threw out a waterbottle, several of them threw out towels. OMG. There was this one towel, I don't know who's it was but I saw it flying in my general direction, so my hand plus 129837183972 other ppl's hands try grabbing for it. Five or six of us grabbed it at the exact same time and no one wanted to let go.

People started to leave since the show was over, so now we had more room to play tug-o-war with the towel. [Feb. 18, 2006] Inward Scream 07 - Houston, TX

Not going to say much about this show because I didn't have as great of a good time as I could have. When they finally let us into the venue I started out being in the second row of people towards the center but by the time Dir en grey came on I was back like seven rows and all I could see was the backs of people's heads. It sucked. I managed to catch a couple of glimpses of the band though D: Sucks being a short Mexican. But I screamed/sang along, headbanged, and moshed anyway.

Oh! They played KASUMI and BOTTOM OF THE DEATH VALLEY! THAT MADE ME SO FUCKING HAPPY! ALL I NEED NOW IS TO HEAR MARMALADE CHAINSAW LIVE AND I CAN DIE HAPPY!

Oh yeah. There was this group of ohmyGOTH!fans that were acting all "hardcore" while waiting in line. They were screaming and headbanging in a we're-gonna-start-some-shit-up-in-here manner. It was funny though, they were the FIRST ones to start whining about the pushing, they started fainting one by one. Lame-O! D: Geez, you'd think they've never been to freakin' rock concert before.

I almost had Shinya's drumstick. It was IN MY GRASP! But it got away! NOOOOO!

[Feb. 19, 2006] Inward Scream 07 - Dallas, TX

There were SO MANY people cutting in line. I saw people sitting there since freaking dawn get pushed back further in line while people arriving 10 hours later waltz up to the damn front. So many people cut in front of us to the point that I didn't give a fuck about being fair anymore. My brother and I walked up to the front of the line and pushed ourselves in. Fuck yeah!

At some point a van from a radio station arrived at the venue and started playing The Marrow of a Bone. People were all "TURN IT UP! TURN IT UP!" xD

Wahahaha! I made it to the barricades, baby! Right in front of Die too! *A* Bleed the Dream and Fair to Midland weren't too bad, I actually kinda enjoyed Bleed the Dream. The vocalist from Fair to Midland...either he was high or retarded. He had this look in his eye and he dropped the mic somewhere and was just walking around in a circle for two minutes. But no one really cares about them xD

AH! AH AHHHHH! Dir en grey's roadies took FOREVER to set up their crap. They turned out the lights and they were STILL setting up. GKJSHALDKJSAKHURRYUPMODEPLZ! Then...guess what. Freaking G.D.S. D: KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL! I've never been so close in front of Die. They started with THE FATAL BELIEVER and it freaking blew my mind. WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW! I think I got all of them. The stage and lighting was AWESOME! And they even had a smoke machine and and and those FANCY FLASHING LIGHTS THAT MAKE EVERYTHING APPEAR SLOW-MO! KAHGSDHKJHAKJHDASKJD!!

The show was SO FULL OF AWESOME! I was headbanging jumping and screaming all the lyrics at the top of my lungs. I even did the 'Oi!' thing the Japanese fans do for Clever Sleazoid but I was the only one doing it ._. I FORSRSLY did not expect Shokubeni. Kyo did his little dance for Itoshisa. Yes. And during the acapellas Kyo went into frenzies.

After they played the IIID EMPIRE they left the stage for a break. People started chanting "DIR EN GREY! DIR EN GREY!" but soon stopped and started another chant, "ENCORE! ENCORE!" I don't like wasting my breath for that because it's not going to make them come out faster, if they're coming out at all anyway. But they did. It was a glorious moment.

At moments Die would get closer to us and teasingly play in front of us then snatch away. For a while it was just him but then TOSHIYA bounced on over and played! AND. THEN. HE. LEANED. IN. AND REACHED OUT TO TOUCH OUR HANDS. HE SLAPPED AT MY HAND RIGHT WHERE I GOT THIS CUT AND IT HURT LIKE A BITCH BUT IT WAS TOSHIYA SO IT WAS ALL GOOD. And then he left and KAORU JOINED IN ON THE GET-THE-FANS-ALL-EXCITED FUN!

So...for this grading period our major project in English class is going to be making a storybook (with a sci-fi theme and illustrations) directed at elementary kids.

I already have my story somewhat thought out! xD Mana is the queen of...something...from the future who for some reason decided to travel back in time to steal Kaoru's guitar. Kaoru and his Diru friends build a time machine and travel a gazillion years into the future where they find and befriend the helpful-guide-creature Gackt. Gackt takes Dir en grey to Mana's kingdom but omg Mana was expecting them and has an army of Gazette!bots ready to attack! There is an awesome battle which Diru wins and in the end Kaoru gets his guitar! 8D

You know what's stupid? Today my parents decided to have a barbecue. We were supposed to have beef fajitas, chicken, sausage, and pork ribs x___x; Everything else turned out fine, but the ribs were burnt to a crisp! And omfg my dad makes a big fucking deal about it and puts the blame on MY MOM because omg she put the chicken on the grill first and she wasn't supposed to. And he starts RANTING about it. D:

"I knew what I was doing but your mom is stubborn! I told her not to put the chicken on but nooooo! There's a reason why I didn't want her to do that, you see, if you put chicken on the grill it'll 'sweat' and all the grease will drip down onto the fire and make a big blaze! To cook ribs properly you need a slower fire, that's why they got burnt! It's your mom's fault!"

So he goes on like that acting all I'm-Mister-Barbecue-Expert. Okay. But...see...after he put the ribs on the grill...he came back inside and had a beer D: And when he went back outside, they were burnt. If he knew that...why didn't he stay outside watching over the meat? See what I'm saying? I tell him that and he tells me...

"Why didn't YOU stay outside?!"

So...it's MY fault now? Wtf?

I really HATE how he NEVER can admit he did something wrong. Here's something Mr. Red Forman from That 70's Show taught me:

We got there around 1:00 PM because we left San Antonio once dad felt like leaving x___x; There was already a small group of reaaaally fangirly Diru fangirls waiting at the front of the line, they said they've been there since 8:00 AM. D: Lucky them, they got to see Diru EATING inside the building through the glass windows and KYO SMILED SHYLY AT THEM at some point.

Anyhoo, we waited in line for about 5 hours and this 'chief of security' guy comes out to tell us a couple of rules and what we can't bring into the arena. We had to throw away Michelle's present for Toshiya, fireworks in the shape of a small tank. We brought candy with us just in case this happened 8D

About 15 minutes later they seperate us into two lines, guys and gals, and start the inspection. Inspection was a breeze even though I had my PLC messenger bag with all the crap I needed with me. xD That totally does not make me any less manly, does it? D:

We got fairly good spots towards the left side up against the barricades. Woohoo, right up front again! But then I had to pee and asked Terashii to save my spot. When I came back though, someone was in my spot and I was all "WTF Terashii?! I thought you were gonna save MY spot! D:" then the dude in my spot apologized and gave me my spot back and I was happy. But then something happened, I don't know/remember exactly what, but I somehow ended up standing BEHIND Terashii instead of next to him D:

The show opened with Bury Your Dead. Once they were done I begged this one guy, who was with his boyfriend (they were so stinking adoreable together), to let me have his spot because I was just there Dir en grey and that I would leave immediately once they were done. And then he did the nicest thing. He let me have his spot! Only he left his hands clamped onto the barricades and he and his boyfriend were smooshed up against me so I couldn't really move much xD;

Next thing I see, Dir en grey's roadies running around all over the stage yaaaaay! AND OMFG JOHN LO WAS THERE! I was so happy to see him for some reason that I yell out "JOOOOOOOOOHN!!" as loud as I could and waved at him. He waved back, all "o.o;" xDDD

Then, Dir en grey walks on stage, take their positions and start the show. I don't remember much of it actually, it was great but not as amazing or as long as the San Antonio show. ;

BUT! During one of the quiet parts (you know, when they're done with one song and about to start the next) I yelled out "GANBATTE KAORU!" AND HE LOOKED STRAIGHT AT ME AND NODDED IN A WAY THAT TOLD ME HE UNDERSTOOD WTF I WAS TRYING TO TELL HIM *_______*

Me: *to Terashii* DUDE! HE TOTALLY JUST NODDED AT ME! KAORU NODDED AT ME!
Terashii: DUUUUDE!

The show was over sooner than I thought it would. But since Dir en grey was over, Terashii, this really nice Diru fan we recognized from the Austin and San Antonio shows, and I linked arms and wriggled out of the pit like a GIGANTIC THREE-PERSON WOOOOORM!

For the Meet and Greet thing, we ended up buying ANOTHER copy of Ryoujoku no Ame because it was the cheapest. 'Another copy?! Aww, wtf am I gonna do with this one? I'll probably sell it..." I thought.

While waiting in line for the Meet and Greet, I tried to get their presents ready.

Terashii and I were trying to decide who to give what and when and shit. It was confusing xD I decided to ALSO give whoever was gonna come out and do the Meet and Greet thing a DOLLAR. Just because. I was gonna give them a 5 dollar bill but I couldn't find it Dx We were also rehearsing what to say to them xD; Live wa sugoii, arigatou. Live wa sugoii, arigatou. Live wa sugoii, arigatou. xDDD;;

UWAAAA! Toshiya and Kaoru came out to do the Meet and Greet thing! It went something like this...

Me: *stops infront of Toshiya*
Toshiya: *smiles and sticks his hand out*

My brain kinda froze for a bit and then I realized I should do something and I did.

Me: *shoves bag of presents into Toshiya's hand* Uh....FOR YOU! PRESENT!
Toshiya: Oooooooh! *smiles and puts the bag down so he could shake my hand*

It's all kind of all blur but I'll try to be as accurate as possible!


So, I woke up at exactly 5:06 AM, got ready, we picked kawa11da1sh1luv up at her house and drove to the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater from there.

We arrived at the venue around 9:30 AM and omg guess what, we were totally the first ones there xD A few other people arrived shortly after but we were the only ones there for quite a while. But, wherever we lined up, they kept telling us to lineup somewhere else x.x; Still, second in line's not that bad, ne? A few hours after standing outside in the heat, a nice staff lady passes out a sheet of paper with a list of the bands that will be playing, what time they'll be playing and for how long. So, Dir en grey's playing right after Flyleaf and for ONLY 35 MINUTES? You've got to be kidding me! D:

At some point this one guy realized he forgot something in his car, I think it was his ticket, and since there was already a significant amount of people waiting he didn't wanna risk losing his spot right in front of one of the gates. He started asking if anyone would be willing to stand in his spot for a while and that he would give whoever would do it $5. So I did it, easiest 5 bucks I ever made xDDD;

They FINALLY started letting people in at about 1:10 PM, making them go through inspection first though. Our sign didn't make it through D: BUT OMG OUR CAMERA DID! 8DDDDD We also got these nifty bright green wristbands.

While walking around the venue looking for the entrance for the fucking orchestra pit, we spotted JhousRock/Jpophouse/Free America's Harry Lo at some booth just chillin' and babbling with someone. That bitch D: I kicked dirt at him just as he turned around haha x___x;

Anyway, we find the orchestra pit entrance, a bright green sign reading "Entering Moshing Area is at Own Risk". Huh, okay 8D We flash our wristbands and tickets at the staff people and go in. Dude, we got the SWEETEST spots RIGHT UP FRONT AND TOWARDS THE CENTER AGAINST THE BARRICADES! YEAH BABY!

All that shit about the stage being omg 8 feet tall and that omg you won't even have a good view of the band? Not true. The stage was BARELY as tall as I am, 5'3". We had one hell of a good view.

All the second stage bands SUCKED. Bullets and Octane, DEADSY, Bury Your Dead, 10 Years, they all SUCKED. Thank god I had earplugs, God forbid I lose my hearing to them! x___x; Although Bury Your Dead reminded me alot of Deathgaze, except...like...way more boring D: It was kinda funny to me that like...while all these bands played, everyone just kinda stood there and didn't really move xD Mosh pit will be dangerous my ass, the REAL moshing was going on OUT IN THE LAWN!

Okay, 10 Years is done playing and roadies rush on stage moving the bands crap outta the way. Other roadies start taking down 10 Year's big huge banner thing and reveal holycrap DIR EN GREY'S BANNER! It was beautiful *___* Some people were confused, wasn't Flyleaf supposed to go on first? .____. Ah well, who cares xD At this point, I rip out my earplugs because Dir en grey must grace my ears in full volume!

Then, Japanese roadies start rushing onto the stage and getting Dir en grey's equipment setup and who do I spot among them actually doing something? Harry! >_< I yelled "BIIIIIIIITCH!" at him but I really doubt he heard me. He yelled at poor Seek, reason enough for me to dislike the hell out of him. After everything is set up and the sound checks have been done, Dir en grey walks on stage.

Everyone just starts screaming their asses off as Shinya, Toshiya, Die, Kaoru, and Kyo walked on stage (more or less in that order). They were beautiful *___* Oh my god, Kyo's hair was so BRIGHT I thought it was glowing!

Dude, my feet were aching like fuck because I've been standing for HOURS, I almost even fell asleep against the barricades during one of the second stage bands (haha) but as soon as Dir en grey came on, the pain and my tiredness went completely away and we all rocked our heads off. Headbanging, jumping, screaming, it was the best *_____*

Kyo, Toshiya, Shinya, and Die all showed such amazing energy and a powerful stage presence (Kyo did the whole blood thing too, and ACTUALLY SANG MOST OF THE LYRICS! Not half-assedly either! He was AMAZING!) Kaoface just kinda stood there and played his guitar looking all "-__-;" xD; I love you nonetheless Kaoface ♥

Duuuude! I swear Toshiya looked DIRECTLY at us! I SWEAR! And at some point he threw his waterbottle in our direction, I ALMOST HAD IT! But it slipped out of my fingers and spiraled into Michelle's direction, who tried to grab it but it fell from her arms and into the hands of someone else. Damn.
