So...as you can see the last three months have gone by with few (read: no) new updates to the gallery. I have good reason as always. Reason 1: If done right, studying for college finals in the ivy league is equivalent to the self destruction of creativity and, at times, one's will to live. Reason 2: I've been devoting time to my second love, the guitar. But alas, it's summertime and slowly but surely the old drawing bug is crawling its way back from the recesses of my being. Up next is another redone Marvel piece of mine, so be on the look out for that gem.

Recently I've been dealing with a lot of different things and I think the best way to express everything is through my art. Sounds rather trite I know, but I really need to get these things out there, not for anyone else's benefit but simply for my own. And thus I've started work on this little pretentious four part series, "The Eclipse Rising." It started with the one piece that's already on here and, like most of my projects, things exploded from there. In the end I don't expect any sort of emotional relief from this whole ordeal, but at least I'll have a somewhat accurate record of everything.

So I was looking through my gallery and I've decided to pull a George Lucas. I'm redoing around six or so of my old works, just because I'm a bit of a perfectionist. Obviously the result won't be perfect, but it'll be better than what I could manage a couple years ago. Stay tuned.

...or so I hope. Lots of crazy shit has been going on lately. Namely the system. Gettin' me down. As usual. After a year (more actually) long hiatus, here I am, back for good. Bringing the people what they want: more mediocre uninspired artwork. Thanks to all who kept giving me the favorites/comments in my absence. I'll be sure to check up on everybody's work (I mean it this time).

The college application process finally seems to be over, now it's just time to wait. Now that I pretty much have nothing to do in the way of academics, I can get more art done. I have a few pieces I'm considering putting up here, so we shall see. Sorry to all who I haven't commented on recently.
