It might not look like there's much there - but that's because I've got much better at editing my photography work down to just one or two of the best shots per session, rather than uploading the whole lot.

Uni's starting to get a little scary now - we've reached the top of the mountain of degree-ness and are now about to ski down the slopes of the last term to the jump of the degree-show, and then right out into the plains of Real Life. lol

Anyway - as always, there's loads of good stuff in my favourites to have a look at so don't forget to have a browse through there too!

Soon be starting my third year at uni - still loving it! I'm hoping to get a first so I can do a masters at the National Film and Television school and hopefully get a scholorship! I've got a pretty good chance I think since I got a first this year - just as long as I get this dissertation done... damn new tablet distracting me.... lol!

Also coming soon (as well as the aforementioned digital painting) some lovely summer photography from a recent walk in the country.

Trying to get a website up and running too... Got a friend helping me out there but I need to design some backgrounds and buttons and things.

As always, have a browse through my faves - there's so much talent out there so appreciate it damn you!

Currently doing (or trying to do, in-between agonised screaming at the computer) some film work and integrating my photography into it but haven't worked out how to show videos on deviantart yet... hmmm...

Also having fun with some more traditional stuff - Oil painting, film cameras, black and white film, box brownies etc.

And finally am working on some printmaking stuff... an etching. Its just something that I'm doing on the side, as a strange form of meditation to calm my mind after tormenting it with the anguish of technology. You'll see that one day.

Anyway... as always, have a browse through my faves, there's tonnes of great stuff, funny stuff, interesting stuff (some all three) in there from hundreds of great deviantartists.

Fred - he would teach gardening, and he would be one of those teachers that swears mildly and everyone likes

Quite definately... if a little old.

#3. 12 sends 8 on a mission. What is it and does it succeed?
Mum asks the Morrighan to get her boy back from wherever he's gallivanted off to - strange since she's from a different story lol.

#4. What is or would be 9's favourite book?
Ratty doesn't read, but if he did it would probably be either about ratcatching, hunting techniques, weapons, or the worker's rebellion.

#5 What would make more sense for 2 to swear fealty to 6, or the other way around?
6 to 2 - Lord Arken is already Fred's boss anyway...

#6 For some reason, 5 is looking for a roommate. Should they share a studio apartment with 9 or with 10?
Both would be ridiculous... Ratty would be suspicious of a dead woman - he'd call it creepy (this is an imp talking), Emlyn would be scared of Ratty, and Emlyn and Victoria share too much history to share a room together. Yet they are both dead... maybe they can let bygones be bygones

#7 2, 7 and 12 have dinner together. Where do they go, and what do they discuss?
Lord Arken, Bill, and Mum. Well they'd eat good old traditional english grub, and Mum would do most of the talking - she'd natter continuously about the house and the food and the furniture and the carpet and the curtains, whilst Lord Arken, hardly eating a morsel, would stare at nothing with his chin on his hand, and Bill wouldn't be speaking because he'd be tucking into the delicious grub that he, of course, made.

#8 3 challenges 10 to a duel. What happens?
Mrs Bustle would scold Victoria for being dead and leaving her husband Lord Arken all alone like that, and she'd scold her for not wearing a scarf "you'll catch your death you know" (!!) - it would be a duel of words, mostly Mrs Bustle's.

#9 If 1 stole 8’s most precious possession, how would she/he get it back?
Technically the Morrighan doesn't really have possessions, but if anybody could steal one, it would be Eva. The Morrighan would simply be patient until Eva's time came, and then she would take it back again. After all, the Morrighan has all the time in the world.

#10 Suggest a title for a story in which 7 and 12 both attain what they most desire.
Hmm... well they're both technically characters that haven't really got much. I think it would have to be called Cruel Fate, because it would all go wrong, obviously.

#11 What kind of plot device would you use if you wanted 4 and 1 to work together?
Blackwell would meet Eva in the other realm (even though he's from a different story) and help her o find her way, whilst also being enchanted by her faerie power (Eva would be a young woman by this time)

#12 If 7 visited you for the weekend, how would you get along?
Cool... he could show me how to do the perfect roast, and I can show him how to cool "outlandish foreign muck" like curry and bolognese. It would be a very well fed weekend.

#13 If you could command 3 to perform any one task or service for you, what would it be?
Clean my room! lol

#14 Does anyone on your friends list write or draw 11?
No-one knows my characters yet they're still in the early stages.

#15 If 2 had to choose sides between 4 and 5, which would it be?
Lord Arken would definately side with Emlyn as they have past history and she died in his arms, and he is technically the Acting-Father of her child, whereas Blackwell is from another story, another time, and probably a slightly different universe. It would be safe to say that Lord Arken probably doesn't know him. Mind you, you never know what'll happen in the tween places!

#16 What might 10 shout while charging into battle?

Welcome and thankyou for visiting my page I'm mostly a traditional artist, working with Acrylics... Although at times I do experiment with unfamiliar styles (like digital!!). I hope you enjoy your visit here!

Woo Uni! I've been here exactly two weeks and its been great! I've made friends, I'm really enjoying my course, I like the area. Obviously I've been a little homesick sometimes, and have been missing Matt (my boyfriend) and also my mum and dad got a new kitten and I'm not there to see it he's sooo cute he's grey and fluffy and tiny and feisty and his name is Jasper

You may also notice that I have a million and 1 favourites! I tend to fav at least one thing per day so there's quite a lot in there. I'd advise you to have a little browse around because there is some really great, high quality work in there... I've set my favs to random so that you get the whole range and the first ones aren't just left right at the end where no-one's gonna look. Have fun!

Mood: Woohoo bday soon!!
Reading: Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell

I haven't done any photography in aaages, and I've hardly uploaded any of it, so I went for a walk today, and took the opportunity to learn to use the digital camera rather than SLR (still got a film to develop from that). It's great being able to see your photos right when you get back.

Anyway, I took photos until memory ran out (damn memory) and when I got back, I uploaded them to puter, and adjusted the colour resolution and did some cropping on a lot of them to improve them, as it was an overcast day.

Over the next few days I'll be loading them all up... I don't want to upload them all at once because I don't want to bog people watching me down with a billion images to view!

Yay finished the scary war gas-mask people one... now I'm gonna start work on a harpie.. but she'll be hard because I'm trying to draw her as two things at once.

How cool is that??

I'm also working on two pictures at the moment (but not today as philosophy exam is tomorrow.. gooo philosophy!!)

The first is a picture of a harpie type thing and theres a Rhyme written over the top of it. And the second is a scary painting about ww2, with gas mask people, and kiddie-style aeroplanes, and its all in yellows, reds, browns, and black.
