my digital camera is dead
its cracked and the screen has been...strobng, for lack of a better word.
its been flasshing every time i attempt to turn on the camera
then it goes black
so im mad
and theres no way im getting a new camera for christmas
because im getting a car
yay!

it was my great uncles
he "crashed" it
put a little dent in the drivers door and the fender
then sold it to my dad
he also wnet out and bought a brand new tahoe
the mans single and 87 years old

because i was on the verge of a meltdown when finishing them up

but im very proud of myself
and i got a commission from one of my friends for her sister's gift.
so im happy.
i got chocolate
a necklace
and really fuzzy pj pants with tinkerbell and cupcakes on them
some friends are giving their gifts at a party next week
i wanted to see faces and reactions
so i gave them today

But is there a beginning or an end to time?
We're both math nerds, in essence, and both hate the idea of infinity, imaginary numbers and neverending numbers. But the idea of a deity seems just as irrational to us.
So if there was an infinite cycle of Big Bangs and Crunches, the was there ever a beginning? Will there ever be an end?
In the human scheme of things, us humans make up 1/10 Billion. In the cosmic scheme, we are 1/infinity. In math, that is considered zero.
So, if we assume that at one point there was nothing: no space, time, matter, anything.....then how did something get there to create anything? And you can't assume what happened and know whether it's correct or not. So, this implies that you can't know anything about anything, pretty much. We are nothing in the grand scheme. And does anyone know what the grand scheme of things is? Of course not. And if anyone does, then they aren't able to share for whatever reason. Maybe that's what's wrong with society. The people who are aware of the grand scheme of thing are considered mentally disabled. I've always had a hunch that they were smarter than anyone thought. Maybe we should give them more credit. It may be worthwhile.

Over the weekend I went completely bonkers and drew three things.
They came out good, too.
I'm partway through another Hayley Williams drawing.
She's so fun to draw with her hair so many colors.
I love my Prismacolor Pencils.
I'll never be able to use Crayola again.
For anything.
I think my artist block broke because I got overly stressed.
Scratch that.
I KNOW being overly stressed broke my artist block.
So even though I hate this situation I should thank people for getting me to draw again.....
Hm....
I'll have to dwell on that.
So Facebook has Pirate as a language choice.
It is amazing.

Turns out there was a hole in the tubing on my pump.
I went into ketoacidosis. Got dehydrated. Woke up at 1:30am, went to the bathroom, puked. On my pajama pants. Take them off and try to get to another pair. Checked blood sugar on the way. Great. Over 600. Program it into my pump. Give myself insulin. Find that insulin is running down my leg. Crap. Change pump site. Drink half a glass of cold water in on gulp. Feel like I'm gonna puke. Can't get to toilet because there's puke blocking my way. Puke in same place as before. Mom comes out and yells for not getting to the toilet. I ask her if I should give myself more insulin or not. She calls doctor. I drink more water, but not as much. Puke again. Doctor calls, says to give 20 units by injection. Wait an hour. If meter can give a number, correct according to that number. If over 600, call him. Do the injection. Lay down for a bit. 4:50 check sugar again. Over 600. 20 more units and push fluids, if I puke I go to the ER. Mom and I already making lists of what we should take. Drink water. Puke 3 minutes later. Go to bathroom. Get clean clothes. Book. Meter and diabetes stuff. Take 2 sips of water. Walk out the door. Get to hospital. Puke in parking lot. Sit in parking lot for a few minutes. Get inside. Sit in uncorfortable plastic chair until they're ready for me. 4:30 I see the doctors and nurses. They try to get IVs in me. 3 times. Blow it all 3 times. Give me an under-the-tongue anti-nausea pill. I drink 5 glasses of water rapid-fire. IV attempts cancelled. Finally leave. Released while bloodwork is funny. Doctor knew that. Running fever. Eating way too much protein. Figure out I have a bladder infection. Makes sense. Oh joy. But I got a pair of Cowboy boots and an iPod touch (both early) for my birthday. I'm happy.
I also know that a friend's going to buy me Breaking Dawn, but I have to wait until the first day of school to get it and I'm really depressed about it.
Not really.
But we did have to go to Walmart today to get school supplies for my sister, and there was one copy sitting on a shelf. It was so hard not to get it.
I just got back from Missouri. We stayed on the Purina Farms there in Gray Summit (a pretty much non-existant town) because relatives work/live on the farm. It used to have an area where they ran tests to see how different types of their dogfood affected dogs, but that part was shut down so now all they have is a visitor's center and a dairy part of the farm.
My mouth is doing better. I discovered a few days ago that I can't eat ribs or chicken legs without first cutting the meat off of the bone. But that and popcorn are about the only things I can't eat at this point.
I'd have a lot of interesting photos up from vacation if MY FREAKING CAMERA HADN'T DIED! It made me sooooo mad. Does anyone know if having a cracked battery cap will affect the entire camera? I know on my pump if there's a crack anywhere I might as well call in dead for the next couple days and call Smith's Medical.
But oh, well. I'm good aside from the random complaints. Gracie's still full of piss and vinegar. And she still singss for her supper....hahaha.

You post YOUR OWN ART, not pictures you think are pretty.

Today alone I found 2 people that had found pictures online and put them on here. People had also commented saying that it was for ART, not photos you find on Google or whatever.

Something else that disappointed me was the fact that one of the photos was on the list of Popular pieces. It was a photo that has been all over the web. Most people have seen it, and I'm assuming that they KNEW it was illegally submited, but didn't really care and Favorited it anyway.

What people don't understand is that deviantART gives you a Copyright when you post your work. So you could get in serious trouble for Copyrighting something to yourself when it's already Copyrighted by someone else.

That's why it's so important to credit where you get stock from, or mention that you've manipulated a photo you got from [INSERT URL HERE], so that you aren't saying it's completely yours, but the manipulated version is. I get permission from people here on dA if I'm going to do a drawing from one of their photos, or make a sculpture of something they've done, etc.

This is one of those things that bothers me. I also have been angered by the amount of deviantART work I've seen on Facebook, MySpace and Photobucket. I feel like deviantART should make it so that you can't right-click on the site to save photos. I realize there are other ways to steal work, but not everyone is aware of them and it will slow many people down, especially those stealing artwork.

I've always been quiet. Not necessarily by just not talking much, but I have a very soft voice. I can shout in a classroom and still not be heard by people in the back. It drives me insane, because people don't hear what I have to say. Most of the time I can say some pretty life changing things. I've been told more than once that I seem wise. I'm 15 years old, how can I be wise? I don't deny that I am but it just seems weird.

I guess it's because I've been through so much. It makes me see the real world for what it really is and make decisions that can be life changing. When I was 2 I was diagnosed with diabetes, when I was 5 I was in the hospital because I was dehydrated from the flu and my diabetes was out of control, at 6 I broke my arm, when I was 12 an uncle I'd never met died, he looked just like my dad, and he had 4 kids I didn't know existed, when I was 13 I went all suicidal and was in counseling for a month, 9 hours a week, when I was 14 I tore a ligament in my foot, my grandpa died from malpractice at a hospital, and I had my appendix taken out. It makes life interesting, to say the least. My pump's malfunctioned twice since I got it when I was 11. I kinda wanna know what's gonn happen next, you know?

It is soooooooooo freakin' cute. It's a Cavachon, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Bichon mix. She thinks she's a big dog, but she's only 6lbs. at the moment. She's named Gracie Rae. She looks kinda like a cow. DEAD SERIOUS. She's cow patterned. She likes to grab on to my German Shepherd's tait. Heidi doesn't like it. But they play so well together. It's hysterical watching Heidi walk around following Gracie as their way of playing.
I uploaded a bunch of stuff from the past year today, as I'm sure those of you that read this (no one) have noticed. I'm really proud of all of it and I'm glad I finally got it all up here.

I was gonna go to school cuz I wake up and always feel sick. I kinda have a morning sickness thing. Can't eat for hours after I wake up, either. So my stomach was upset and my mom said she'd take me to school. I said okay. Not five minutes after the bus went by I was puking. It went on all day. I'm still getting over it. It was over a week ago, and just a 24 hour bug.
I'm supposed to finish a painting and Da Vinci machine by next Monday. Is there a diference between water-based oils and water mixable oils? I might look that up.

Guess what? I FINISHED MY PARAMORE PIECE! Now I'm thinking about making a big series out of it...I'm pretty sure I am going to, but no gaurantees. I took it to school yesterday so I could use a paper cutter to trim it down some, and everyone's like "Did you really draw that? Wow, that's amazing!" Someone was even talking about it today again.

In my art class we're working with watercolor. We had to blow up a photo and paint it using a color scheme. I'm doing either monochromatic or analogous. I think it's gonna be analogous. I picked a photo from a magazine that was about six years old. It was entertaining looking for photos. I even found a Seventeen from 1997. It was weird to see N'Sync in a magzine. Me and a friend kept making fun of it.

In my after school art program, we just started a p0roject in which we're each going to recreate a renaissance piece. I can't remember what one I picked, but it was really neat. I get to cut my own canvas and everything. I've never done that before so I'm excited. I think we're working with...water based oils? I think that's what they said.

My grandmother is doing great right now. One of my aunts flew in on Wednesday, the other left today. I'm sad. I got really close with her and I'm not sure how to take my other aunt. She's more wild and I have to stay on guard with her around...At least that's how I feel around her.

My granfather is a stubborn ass hole ex-policeman. He's been an alcoholic most of his life, which led to him getting a foot amputated since he wouldn't go to the doctor. They had to keep cutting more and more off, and also on the other leg. He just recently was put into a nursing home for whatever reason. He started threatening to kill the nurses and said he had a knife hidden. He was then transfered to a Mental Ward in a hospital. Right after he was transfered, my grandma got sick. She was in bed all weekend, then on Monday she was taken to the hospital. She had a partially clogged artery, but they didn't know how bad so they were going to operate. That freaked me out. So she got the operation on Wednesday, and her artery was clogged by 80-90% rather than the 30% anticipated, and her heart rate increased so they had a minor panic during the operation. Later that day her heart stopped beating for 7 seconds and she blacked out. Thursday her heart stopped beating for 15, 7, and 9 seconds and she blacked out for all of them. She got a pacemaker put in this morning and is supposedly fine right now. I've barely made it through school this week I've been so ready to cry. I started randomly crying in class randomly on Monday, before any of the real shit started happening. And now I'm so relieved and exhausted. I'm not used to being so terrified of anything.

My Paramore drawing is comming along slowly but surely. Maybe I'll try to take a picture to show you all how I'm doing. Not that anyone cares at all, but it'll give me something to do.

One of the Jared Leto rejects I'm thinking about turning in to a picture of Edward Cullen from Twilight, but I'm not sure yet.
In my art class we are drawing shoes. Line-art shoes. I kind of like, even though it's tedious, because I never would have thought that drawing shoes could be so...calming. Especially with 20 other kids in the class. I'm more of a loner, so I'm not used to drawing with a whole bunch of people around me. But I'm doing pretty good.

I feel like I've grown up so much lately. I feel like my speech is more mature, and I think more like an adult. It's kinda scary. I'm only 15 years old. I feel like I'm thinking like a 50 year old. It's confusing.
I've become a Facebook Addict in a matter of 3 days. It's really sad.
I've also become obsessed with Pandora Radio [link]
You put in some artists and it plays similar songs. I love it. I've discovered a lot of music from it. I highly recommend it.
I took a push up test in Gym the other day. I got 7!!! HELL YEAH!!!
And I was in so much pain yesterday and today. I'm doing better now, but it was terrible.

That's so far. I want many more. Mom asked me if I had enough and I said no.
I've got one of the two books I have to read for summer reading done. I read The Hobbit, which turned out to be really good when you read it all the way through, and as soon as I'm done with the book I'm readiung now, I have to read The House On Mango Street. It'll take about an hour. then I have to write an essay for Hobbit and do some art for Mango. OMG!!! I'll be 15 in less than a month!!!! I'm so excited!!! I can't wait to drive. It'll be awesome. I'm about halfway done with it.
Some would disagree, but it's the truth. The coloring will be the easiest part of it.
I've got the rest of the dog to finish getting points for, and the guy's head, which means absolutely nothing to you, but...whatever.
I got into an argument with the guy that sists next to me in math. He doubts my artistic ability.
I doubt his mental health.
He doesn't understand how I can make the coloring look realistic. I don't really care. He's just stupid and I gave up trying to explain it to him.

In other news...
I'm working on a glass painting project of the Wicked cover....But still kind of different. I've finished the first piece of Elphaba, and I just barely started Glinda today. I tripped while I was cleaning up and got paint all over the place. It was funny. I've also started painting a box....So far it's black, and I plan on writing Don't Panic on it along with a bunch of other stuff.

I'm crushed.
Matt's leaving 30STM.
That's got me very disappointed.
