HEY, I have a job.
But that's not important right now. I want to write about how I've come to the realization that I require a hat. Well... I suppose "require" is a bit much. But it sounds more intriguing than "I'm looking for a hat, durr durr durr."
Anyways, let me continue...
Winter is soon approaching, and with it's lovely frost bite comes the snow and cold. I think I may have a toque stored someplace for such a time, but this year I've been pondering about a possible change of hat. I'm thinking something classic looking... like what Polly wears in SkyCaptain [a fedora?]. Or mabie a hat like Detective Murdoch's [whats it called?].
...A hat where, if someone were to see it, they'd know it was me. And they'd all say "My oh my, that hat looks so handsome on you, Dj." And I could be all like "Oh I know. Ohohohoh~"
...A hat so epic that if I were to tip my hat and wink at you, you'd jizz your pants right there.
So far I haven't found such a hat. I'm sure one must exist though.
And so... The search has begun!

On to business...
Hwooo... Posting after a long absence is never good. Nor for you, or I. But if you're still reading this I guess that's just as well. Sit down, relax, take off your socks and I'll tell you of what has happened in these passing weeks.

The town's bus system is on strike. Apparently they don't get paid enough. As a result, most of my time away has been time spent without a change of location.

Papercrafts and Pepakura modeling
It keeps the mind off unhealthy thoughts which resurface now and again to derail me. Sometimes they find ways to stack themselves like dominoes, unleashing like a torrent if ignored for too long. It's a constant struggle of focus... which can be tiresome, if not an annoyance, to one's daily life.
Several days I find myself alone not only in a physical sense, but in a metaphoric state of being left behind. ...It is my hope that with time, these feelings will pass. The weather could most likely be to blame in such an instance, perhaps. Until then I spend my days doing whatever comes to mind. Mostly reading. I've always had a thirst for literature, it seems.
Right now I am reading "The Accordion Crimes". Comics have also occupied my time. Just finished reading this week's "Invincible IronMan" and "Amazing SpiderMan". Although attention hasn't been entirely on those series, as you most likely can assume. Another series by the title of "Ruse" has caught my attention. Speaking of which, the comicbook shelves are in definate lackage of Victorian Era comics, which is rather bothersome for this fan over here. There are also times I'd give anything to find a copy of "Starman", but that's an entirely different genre of comic right there.
I have also become more aware of the newspapers, especially anything in relation to world affairs. [the weekly funnies are interesting too, but they currently seem a bit dull and overshadow the fact that I am without a doubt, entirely useless at sudoku]
Speaking of useless...

Writing letters
I'm dreadful at it. To even receive a posted letter from someone is more than I can ever ask for. And I think that might be a crucial difference between it and email nowadays. There's just something so much more realistic about reading a written letter than reading font displayed on a screen. Even if I'm not the fastest writer [apparently I hold a pencil "wrong"], I want to try and write more. I want to look back on those letters and smile, knowing it wasn't on a screen, but in my hands and in my heart. Speaking of which, I should post that letter to them soon. ...As soon as I figure out which one to post, that is. It seems I've ended up with about a handful of letters, all addressed to the same person.
I cannot even begin to fathom why. I suppose just wanted to write to them so badly that I kept going, and starting over. *le sigh* ...Such a let down I've become!

To be honest... I'm scared.
...TERRIFIED actually.
It's my first attempt at a character... About a million things are running through my head right now. What if it's not good enough? What if it IS good enough? What if...? What if...?
...I had to redo alot of the typed bits, because I lost it from the transition to my other laptop... and same goes for the fanart. I was so rushed... I was only able to submit one picture.

_{Sometimes I hate this computer. It's what... a pentium 2... at most. Barely any RAM and a 20G HD. It takes me 4x as long to do something on here. Heck, I can't even run MSN or PS2 without it almost freezing. Anyways, that's the reason my OC entry is lax... and why It's taking me so fucking long to do anything on here.

My days grow closer with each rotation of this hopeless planet, and like her, I forever continue to grow weary... Less than 20 days from now I will be attending Anime North. I've spent almost all of my time working on my younger sister's Pearls costume that I haven't even started anything for myself. ...Which means I'm stuck going as young Edgeworth again. Bah...

_{I will be attending the Masquerade Ball this year once more. Masks are required for admittance, and I haven't figured out what I'm going as! So I got this idea.... there's this Iron Man Mk3 helmet I had been working on for a friend [but stopped due to lack of funds and epic lazyness]. ...So I might see if I can put it to use or something if I have time. The ironic part is that they serve alcohol there. So... I'll have to resist the temptation of liquor as much as I can. Cause y'know... Booze and IronMan don't mix well [unless it's for the lulz]. LOL}
To be honest... I just want Anime North to be over already, so I can continue my mundane life which I cherish so closely [yet constantly abuse].

Free comic book day was on Saturday! It was perfect for going outside, taking a walk to all the stores and grabbing some comix. So there I was... sporting my custom pimped out STARK INDUSTRIES shoulder-bag, a hawaiian-style shirt with a badass Gundam on it, a recently cleaned pair of glasses, gnawing the hell out of a toothpick which was begginning to splinter at the corner of my mouth, and the most laid back summer slackage attitude I've had for a long time. So here I was.... Half awake at 8am on a Sunday, standing out the front of the local anime store waiting for it to open [i don't even LIKE anime as much as I do comix. But what evah, my dorky friends suggested we meet there]. I chatted with some random civillians about how fucking cold we were untill the doors finally opened. The best free comic I pillaged was a #1 of Daredevil: Bullseye that is in amazing condition. I don't even think it's even been read yet! The free Green Lantern comic, was really good too. I'm glad my friend Rob suggested I pick it up.
I really wanted to get the entire Civil War ark book [it's about 1.5 inches thick, and heavy as hell, but totally worth a read], but I was a few dollas short... So I picked up the complete book of The Illuminati for $5. [[_{Here's a pic of the cover art:} [link] ]]
In the end... FCBD was alright. The gundam shirt attracted more "omg! I love it!" moments than my Stark bag, which was a bit of a suprise. Though the "THERE'S WEAPONS IN THAT BAG!" guy was hillarious too. I even got to see that new Wolverine film, which was pretty kickass. Overall, my comicbook grabbyness was well worth my while. Though what suprised me the most is that there wasn't very many comics for kids this year. My little sis LOVED the Tiny Titains and Gumby [and other] comix I got her last year. ...The only kiddie based comix I managed to snatch this year was a Sonic and a Transformers one. AND WHERE THE HELL WAS MY OWLY?! I loved that little dude!

By the way... I do not own my Macbook anymore [my college is incredibly ghetto]. Expect my online visits to be -5 degrees, and cloudy with a chance of showers in the evening. Seriously... this computer is OLD! I think it's a relic...
Anyways... I am thinking of getting a laptop/desktop computer. I'd like something that would have lots of RAM for my photoshop photo editing needs, and hopefully something I can pimp out in some way or another... Gaming would be nice, but isn't nessesarily a must. Any suggestions?
Also, for anyone who's been trying to call me: I'm sorry I can't answer. I ran up my minutes, so I can't reply to calls or texts anymore. Please try to understand...

How often I toyed with the dark thoughts of my own destruction in those days. I too, have accepted- even embraced illusion when the pains of truth were too much to bear.

I'm not going to bore you with the details... But reading it again was really emotional for me.
That stupid letter made me realize how much I've changed.

What's happened since last entry
-Shoveled snow in driveway that was knee deep
-Watched Nightmare Before Xmas for the first time.
-Got hit by car. Very exciting, but do not want to do that again anytime soon. Foot and knee really badly bruised. Don't feel any pain, possibly from nerve damage.
-Drank last can of Birch Beer
-Can't wait to visit and Sam over the break!
-Ate at Ronald McDonald's place for first time in 6 years. Was not lovin' it as much as I thought.
-Found out brand of hairwax I use is not from UK, but from Germany. ...Interesting.
-Started this journal at 1am... It's 5am now.
-Ex classmate died. Drank themselves to death. Very anti-climactic. Hadn't talked to them in years after grade-school. Owed me pair of shoes... Something tells me I won't be getting those back. ...Oh well.
-Passed my classes! Hurrah! Now... 2nd semester...
-Haven't been on rp for long time. Been too injured, trying not to fail classes, and maintaining living quarters to even begin to think of rp right now. Next semester will be hell of alot more buisier, so I'm thinking of giving it up. Damn you, Phoenix!

What's Happened So Far

What's up, mah hommies! Won't be on as often due to photoshoots or other events of life. I'm working on what little commissions I've gotten in the mean time. And school too.
I've also decided to take on Keyboarding. I'm using a little keyboard I've had since I was a kid, so I'm glad I can put it to use still. And I'm in no rush, so I'm just doing what I like and trying to teach myself at my own pace. I still can't read sheet music, so I use my ears instead. I have a lot of trouble differentiating and identifying tones, but I do my best.

School is going well. I might borrow a Canon 5D and shoot things at the studio. Macro shots probably. Or one of my cosplays. I have a ton of insects to photograph now. My newest, a June Beetle and a BumbleBee, are what I'm looking forward to photographing. I'll need to go out and buy a remote timer eventually though. It makes shooting easier. I just... need to find $30 first. *sigh*
Apparently, I also need to purchase myself new clothes. Gah. I don't like shopping. Too many women there, argh! Um... I'd like to get more collared shirts and some long sleeve sweaters to wear overtop. According to Meika, I look smart when I dress like that. ...It seems to make her happy, so why not?

I ran into some of my pals who are a year ahead of me in the course now. Every one of them looked like they weren't getting any sleep, or depressed. It's odd. I kinda... feel for them, in a way. I realize I shouldn't be talking, since I'm not in the same boat. They do have a lot more riding on their shoulders... But, there's something about their misery which strikes a framiliar chord within me. Perhaps it's a bittersweet memory, comparing their passions and enthusiasm from 1st year. I don't know. But what I do know is I'm going to work even harder now. ...I need to be as good as, if not better than all of them, regardless of our class differences.

_{Saw a squirrel get hit by a car. I was fairly close. Close enough to her some weird cartelege noise as it impacted. It's throat got sliced open up to just past it's ear by what I think was the car's liscence plate. The car kept driving of course, and all that was left was a small dying animal, blood erupting from it's mouth....
I feel stupid getting emotional like this over something so insignificant... but... I don't like seeing anything get hurt. I really don't. I know it wasn't anyone's fault. I just... I don't know... I can't think of anything else to say about it...}
...Because of this event, I've gotten an idea for a photo essay I'd like to do sometime. I think photographing roadkill would be informative and something different. Roadkill isn't something everybody sees up close and in your face, so mabie I could... just... bring it closer, y'know?

I'm trying to figure it out, but I can't seem to get the hang of it. If anyone else out there has an LJ account, add me! I need to practice using LJ before I get good at it. It'd be a great help!

In other news... School will be starting soon. I'm not worried at all. Upon the contrary, I'm rather looking forward to shoving my photos into my prof's faces. I'll be with a bunch of young students around the age of 19 this time around. I hope I don't feel too old around them...

I bought a used 28-80mm f3.5 lens for only $20 about a week ago. Although I wasn't aware it was actually dropped at one point... I found out later when I put the lens on my cam and the auto focus began to make some really odd noises. Seriously, it sounded as if it were vomiting and having a seizure at the same instant... I opened up the lens and located the problem, but I couldn't fit it because it's too worn down. I closed it back up and reassembled it. My $20 wasn't a complete waste though! I can still use manual focus. I'll just have to be extra careful to make sure my photos are sharp. Overall, I'm happy with my $20 non auto-focus lens! I've decided to name it "Manuel". And now I also really understand the inner workings of a camera lens!

On the weekend, I was in Toronto. I checked out FanExpo and took a few photos. My pals dressed me up as HoboEdgeworth for the day and made an interesting improvement to my grey white hoodie. It was quite fun! I'll probably go for real next year, but I'm not going to bother getting a pass. Which leads me to mention plans for Anime North...

My little sister Meika has wanted to come to a convention for the past 4 years. She has asked me to cosplay with her as a dynamic duo to Anime North, since I'll be her guardian during the trip.
So far, she wants to go as Trucy Wright/Pearl Fey, one of the Katamari dudes, someone from brawl, or Toon Link. It really doesn't matter to me what she goes as though... She's going to be so adorable no matter who she dresses up as!

Seriously. I can't stop eating them. I don't care that they taste gross, they're so affordable. I'm poor. And I don't care how "undignified" I look while eating them. I need to fill my stomach, and that's what matters most right now.

I shouldn't even be checking my DA. I really need to find a job. And another place to live. I know I have talent, but no one's looking for a freelance photographer this summer. Our city is overcrowded with them, and so, i'm left to dwell in the shadows of the experts because of my inexperience. *sigh*

I'm tired. I doubt I'll be submitting anything for a long time. Hang tight. I'll be back eventually.

I went to Anime North 2008 last weekend. I decided to dress up as a character from Ace Attorney seeing as how I was co hosting a panel of it. But I didn't know what character to go as! I had originally planned to go as HoboPhoenix, or one of the Gavins [seeing as how I've been told I resemble them]. In the end I decided to go as Edgeworth.... NOT JUST EDGEWORTH....

Heh.... I never really liked his character in the series much. But after cosplaying him, I grew to understand what makes him tick inside his head. For starters, his suit has many layers to it and flashy details. It was a challenge because I couldn't exert myself too much. If I did, I'd create body heat which would practically bake me from the inside out. ...Yes, water was a great ally that weekend! Also, the neck tye [a cravat, yes?] I used was made to be tied like a real one. Which was so awesome! But it obstructs the vocal chords [so much that my voice was higher pitched than normal] and prevented me from taking deep breaths. ....I was also carrying around a breifcase, which served as a very convenient dump for anything I was given. Apparently the fangirls liked my costume! Glomping is illegal at our con, and yet I was still glomped 3 times.

The hotel I stayed at was alright. Definately not the best tho. But I have to admit, the cleaning ladies were sooo nice! They LOVED my costume ....Umm, ALOT. [Oldbag, anyone? LOL ] and one even gave me a few of those fancy looking mint candies.
I was on the 9th floor & HAD TO RIDE THE ELEVATOR ALOT. [I'm actually claustrophobic, so I actually really really dislike elevators in real life] So.... Much to my demise.... I rode the elevators. As a joke, when with other AA fans, I'd start slowly counting to 10, as I huddled in the corner of the elevator. They laughed so hard! ....I felt so lonely in my corner.

Later that day.... I GOT A NOSEBLEED. Yep. A real nosebleed.... At an anime convention. And guess what? I was still in costume too! OH, HOW EMBARRASSING! And I never figured out what caused it... BUT I HAVE A GOOD IDEA WHAT DID!

Anyways... Registration was completely a waste of time. It was un organized and mediocre at best. I got my pass and I put it in my breifcase. THAT WAS IT. I never once was asked to take it out to show security or anything. Srsly.... I may as well have saved my money and not bothered with a pass and just went anyways! Augh! What a waste of paper!

I met lotsa really fantastic people there. I was in a "Ace Attorney" panel with Croik, SilverWind, SpaceCyote and our moderator we liked to call MaskDeMaskque ^^ I also met alot of the gang from court-records.net, including an amazing Gumshoe cosplayer! There was so many people at the photoshoot! I got to walk with a Dahlia Hawthorne to the meeting spot. Outside the panel, I met a great Phoenix cosplayer and even an Ema! We had so much fun together, and we even did a few yaoi-ish photos. Oh Yeah!

But the best part ever....
was when I WAS SKIPPING LIKE A PANSY!

IN CONCLUSION I think my costume was reasonable considering the resources and time I had. I definately had a ton of fun! I can't wait to see everyone next year, AA costumes or not. And yes, everyone who was at the panel, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you, and I have one more thing to say....
....OBJECTION!!!!!

PRINT COMP EATS MY TIME

Because of Print Competition, the time i usually have set aside for working on HoboHat orders, fanart, manipulations, cosplay, etc is on hold....

Ah crud... I feel as if I'm stuck in "Slow motion mode" or something.
I can't seem to find enough time for anything at all.

Every year we have a Print Competition within the Photography program. This worries me... Alot. I've never entered before. And this is my first year. We all have been given a week and a half to submit our flawless prints. I have one picked out so far; and I need 4 prints total. We are allowed to submit anything. It can be past works or we can even set up a photoshoot and get more recent photos.
I have no idea what I'm going to do for the other 3 prints.
Any ideas? Or suggestions?

Which brings me to another thought....
I CAN'T EVEN PLAY APOLLO JUSTICE TILL PRINT COMP IS OVER!!! :iconohoesplz:

I'm in my Photo Theory class... Bored as usual.
but anyways....

I'm thinking about making a seperate account for my photography. I think it's crowding all my pretty arts. And I've been seeing at trend where people will only either pay attention to my photography or my arts... NOT BOTH! So perhaps I'll split the two mediums into 2 accounts. To make it easier.

A ton of photo projects are on the go right now. I have about 5 photoshoots planed on the weekend. Due Wednesday... And after that is another batch of the never ending projects appear. *Le Sigh*

School has started...

School has started and so the workload and anxiety resurfaces with it. *le sigh*
Photography is fun, but I'm finding it hard to stay focused and motivated to take pictures. Taking Photographs for my classes has become more of a chore than a experience. It's kinda a let down from what I expected.
I am rather annoyed at it now, but I'll continue to snap the shutter at my subjects anyways.. I can't let my tuition money go to waste.
In a few years time, I'll be free from this place and be allowed to take pictures of whatever I want. I'll probably be one of those starving artists too, but no matter, I love instant noodles!
Perhaps I'll do a side career in Biology, Film/Theatre, or International Law. I always liked/was good at those subjects in school, and am very interested in them. I'd really like to be a costume designer for theatre or even film. But they get treated pretty miserable.
I know for a fact that I will stay away from the Retail industry. Too much anxiety... and really stupid customers.

I've been thinking of writing some scripts up to post here [film, theatre, etc]. I have so many ideas that would be fun to get written down. Not fanfic though. Definately not fanfic... O_O
The trouble is that I don't want to give people the wrong impression of my works... I'd like to share them, but a part of me does not want to be the stereotypical obsessed and over-confident jerk. Always starting a sentance with: "In MY series..."
I'm not saying everyone who writes a fanfic, or original story, etc is like that. I'm just explaining that I do not want to come across that way.
I will think about it.... But for now, I have Photographs to take!

The hat is entirely hand made. I decided to finally put my knitting skills to good use! The hat is knitted, which means it will keep you toasty warm. …erhaps a bit too warm. The smiley button is a pin, so you can stick it on your backpack if you really want to. Because thatâs what all the super cool people do!

However, because it is handmade means that it wonât be made overnight. It takes about 6 weeks to finish a batch of hats [in between costume making, school, etc, etc. I do have a life outside DA yâknow] *Although if you need it done before a specific date, please tell me and I will try really really hard to finish it by that date. I will seriously knit until my hands bleedâ¦ [ok ok maybe not the bleeding part, but I will be knitting alot!]

==AN EXCITING STORY==
On Saturday, I went out with some friends downtown in costume. I wanted to wear my Cosmo [Fairly Odd Parents] costume, but it wasn't finished. I was really excited becaise I got to wear my Hobo Phoenix costume instead! Oh man, it was awesome. I was really comfy warm in the chilly outdoors of downtown. 2 RANDOM PEOPLE KNEW WHO I WAS!!!! OMG! That definantly made my day. Seeing as my town is really slow when it comes to game culture. I was walking along then I hear: *car horn* [roll down window] IT'S NARUHOBO!!!1!!11 YEAH!!!
Ohohoho! That was fun!
There were alot of people dressed up -one of my favs was a guy dressed in a life jacket, water wings, flippers, and a shark head. He also was wearing a speedo. The poor guy was freezing!

Tweens... Sometimes I just want to slap those kids. For some reason, all [if not most] of them in my city are complete @$$holes that have been completely warped and raped constantly by the media. Seriously... Where has respect gone these days?!?!
*LE SIGH* Today, it all started when I couldn't find my favourite grey toque I always wear, and it was really cold out. And when I say cold, I mean REALLY cold! O:
I must have been half asleep or just plain tired, but I wore my Hobo toque outside while running errands. I was on my bike, enjoying the day, Then BAM!
Just like that.... Out of nowhere I hear a voice yell "Fag!" D:
I didn't react to it at all. I couldn't. I wouldn't. I have to show strength in front of those cowards. I just kept riding. And riding.... Showing weakness is what those vultures prey on.
I know I sound like I'm making a big deal out of this... I just wanted to get this off my back...

I dress different because I feel like it. Why is it such a big deal?!?!

I was hugely disappoined with DA the other day. I don't want to rant and rave about it, so I'll keep it small....
Ok. So... I was having a grand time editing stuff and whatnot on my laptop. I made what is called a "Colour Profile" and other reference materials. [Note: You use them for costume desighn and character analysis, etc.] The images weren't mine... But the desigh of the layout and compilation were. Which made me undecided about submitting it as a deviation. [I spent alot of time on it in Photoshop though!!!] In the end, I submitted it and stated in the writeup all the copywright stuff and mentioned that it was for costume references and colour profile.
The next thing I know DA was like
"You can't post this. Desighns and layouts suck. Ergo... You also suck."
...What is going on?! I see so many copywrighted works here all the time and DA doesn't care. This is truely maddening....
I suppose it is because this is an "art" site. An art site which frowns upon layout desighn, I suppose.
*LE SIGH...*
Anyways, it's not such a big deal. I've gotten over it, and I'm moving on. Just thought I'd expain why some submissions have been banished from DA.

At Anime North, I plan to go as a Mascot [those fuzzy costumes with big crazy heads] I was thinking since AA3 is out this year, I'd go as Phoenix. Why a mascot? Cause everyone knows I go all out on cosplaying. [Flashback to Norrington cosplay...XD]
Plus, it's never been done before!
I might even be getting a cute little Pearly to come with me when I do Mascot Wright. Perhaps I could persuade her to go as Minuki when I cosplay Naruhobou...

Ok my head must be broken or something... It's 3 am (I think... Is it rly?!) and I'm on the computer, eating a bowl full of baby carrots while listening to Elvis/Techno and I just realized that Heath Ledger is a really pretty guy. *thinks* Hmm Nope, wait that's normal... @_@
I had a dream of Heath Ledger a while ago actually... He was cooking in my kitchen and I was at the dinner table like "I'm hungry dude. Cook now". So he cooked up some scrambled eggs and toast and put pennies in it. Yeah, pennies actually cooked into the eggs! Perhaps it was a penny for my thoughts? I dunno. But anyways, the rest of the dream was us walking through the park and picking up pennies on the ground and then making a necklace of them. Interpret it as whatever, I really don't know.
Wh00t! Summer is awesome! But I'm already bored. XD I guess I need things to do.
CANADA DAY WAS AWESOME!!! A big thanks to people who celebrated it!
I heard today that the US is launching a spacecraft, and that it has a small piece broken on it. To me nothing would scare me more than having to go up in a damaged spaceship. And I guess that's what turned me off from wanting to become an astronaut... Spacecraft are very different than cars, you can drive a car with a bagillion gashes and dents in it and still get from point A to B, but spacecrafts need to be in uber good shape. Especially these days because space travel is still a bit iffy perhaps. If I ever become a bazillionaire I'd probably invest it in Germany's space projects. They're so L337 in spaceness!
Either that or I'd make a personal rocket helicopter zepplin stealth contraption! Yus! *Marks on "to do" list*
Anyways, I hope everything goes ok at the launch.

Anime North 2006 was sooo much fun! For those of you who didn't know, I cosplayed as Kurosaki Ichigo from Bleach... The one with the cape, ya! (My cape was a bright lightish yellow. If you look at any of the Bleach photoshoot pictures, I'm very noticable because of the cape! And i made a sighn that read: "TIDE WITH BLEACH", I dunno if alot of people got the pun though because it was pinned to my back and I couldn't see the people's reactions.
A big thanks to the Stratford groupies!! All your costumes were excellent!!
I might be able to go to the CNAnime convention in September (Yay! Tsubasa Chronicles cosplay! ...Perhaps)
Holy macaroni! There were alot of Bleach cosplayers there too! I was like "Woa!". Being at the photoshoot was like a mosh pit, well... more like a mosh pit with seizure inducing camera flashes... *_* Ah! My eyes!
I bought lotsa stuff! One Piece: Zoro towel, Advent Children Cloud action figure, Kingdom Hearts manga, and Kuroneko shirt... Yus!

Art destruction... Stupid rain...

I've got some bad news my friends....
It never occured to me that my backpack wasn't waterproff, not only that. But, I have also discovered that my art folder that all my art is stored in is also not suitable for the rain. As a result of my idiocy and the stupid water mostly all my pieces of art were ruined.
In other words....
Water+Art=Very bad
And to add insult to injury, my art as also growing moldy spots! Gross!
Anyways, enough of that! I'm gonna get a real waterproof folder. Not a waterproof backpack though. That way I have an excuse for not doing my homework! Heh heh heh!
