A scary thought just popped into my head...This might be my last journal entry with a subscription O.O Frightening...Oh well ^3^ I enjoyed having my subby and I LOVE Sensei for getting it for me

Sorry about the lateness of Christmas presents. It's not like I've been busy, but my brother's been a computer-whore recently, so that's more of the actual excuse than anything. But I have all but one sketched and scanned, so it's only a matter of time~!! Thank you guys for putting up with my lateness

I've decided to hold a contest since a lot of people have done it in the past and are doing it now and will do it in the future *breathes*. Since Valentine's day is coming up and I'm a narcissist, draw/sketch/pixel/ANYTHING Michiyo (see ID) and Sasuke enjoying this fluffy holiday. You can make it anything you want (cuddling, kissing, SEX, genderbending [that means Michiyo would be a man and Sasuke would be a woman], ect.). Pretty much, you have free artistic license!! ^.^ I'll be deciding the winners myself.
Prizes -
1st Place: Three drawings of ANYTHING (within reason).
2nd Place: Two drawings of ANYTHING (within reason).
3rd Place: One drawing of a chibi of your choice.

So I went bowling yesterday and had a blast (even though it was just me and one other friend)~!! I even learned how to play pool!!!

My Sincerest Apologies

So, yeah, sorry for the lack of activity over the past couple days My computer's monitor had a spazz attack and it was really dark and really hard to see anything. But I got a new one so it's better now ^_^ As for everything else, I was enjoying Christmas, so I had little time to do anything on dA.

Christmas

I love Christmas Everyone's so kind and giving, I can't help but get into the holiday spirit~!! x3 The only part I detest are the carols...not the songs themselves (I like some of em :3), just how overplayed they are >_< They're on every single radio station, in every single store, and they were even playing BEFORE Thanksgiving!! WTF!?!? Wal-Mart had its tree and decorations up and everything >.< But at least the television stations are staying with the holidays...

Anyway, I'm gonna make a Santa list of my own this year ^3^ I'll be making presents for my friends and anyone else who wants one!! So, if you're not already on, just stab me in the toe (preferably with a pen) and tell me to fix it. I tend to be pretty stupid There won't be a naughty list though And tell me what you want, too

My Life

Well, now that I'm finished with that little rant, I'm gonna fill you in with what's goin on in my life.

-I'm siiiiick =_=;; I has a stuffy/runny/itchy nose and a sore throat. It's not too bad, but I almost threw up the other morning so I decided to stay home

-Auditions for the school musical, "How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying", are coming up, and I'm thinking about doing it. I'm not really sure, cuz I have NO idea what to do Because my voice is kinda low for a girl, and my teacher's like "if you're a girl, don't sing a guy song and vice-versa". The problem is, I don't sound good singing a girl's song TT^TT

Twilight

Frankly, I think it's a bit over-rated. I like it and all, but it gets waaay too much attention. And I'm sure Naruto gets similar comments. I liked Twilight before the whole craze set in, and I wish it never had. It totally ruined the fandom for me. But there were a couple problems I had prior to the craze, as well.

1. Bella is very mary-sueish. She does practically nothing to get Edward to fall in love with her; before she becomes a vampire, she is always having to be saved by Edward, Jacob, or someone else; and she has Jacob, too, and breaks the poor puppy's heart.

2. Edward is not all-that and a bag of chips. In my opinion, he's way too soft and way too perfect. And to all of those fangirls who think "OMG HE IZ SOO HOTT!!!ONEONE", he is a character in a friggen book. Everyone has a different image of him and none of them are exactly alike.

3. I'm tired of hearing what's in Bella's mind. I thoroughly enjoyed the section in "Breaking Dawn" that was in Jacob's point of view, but cried when it reverted back to Bella.

My Life

-The play's over. We finished all the shows without much pain involved. I have a little more time now.

-My pixel account is keeping me relatively busy. I've received a few requests that I'd like to get done as soon as possible so I can do what I want to do, but I know that won't happen TT^TT

-I've recently started reading "The Prince of Tennis" and I must say, I'm liking it so far. I'm not a huge tennis fan, nor do I ever see myself taking it up, but I really like all the characters (especially Shusuke ).

In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire country. That's why we have only one religion in America.

Which is exactly why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children.

10) Gay marriage will change the foundation of society; we could never adapt to new social norms.

Some of you might've noticed that I deleted a lot of stuff from my gallery, including the things I get the most faves on: my stamps. It didn't even take five minutes to make them, and yet I got +300 faves on my homework stamp. And what I actually try on, like my dolls, bases, and other fanart, get -20 or so. It's disappointing, but it's the way deviantart works. Now, I didn't delete them to prove a point. I deleted them because I didn't think they were good enough. That's just because I have high-ish standards when it comes to my submissions.

Another thing, there's so much drama that goes around here on deviantart and I'm tired of it. I'm not angry or anything, I'm just tired. I normally get along fairly well with others, in my opinion, and rarely, if ever, get into fights. That's only because I follow two simple rules:
1. If you don't like it, don't comment.
2. Hate the pairing/character/series, not the art.
I just hope that, eventually, people will come to realize that sometimes, saying nothing is better than saying something, and is also the more mature option.

Now for something really stupid to lighten the mood. Guess how many Cnidarian species there are!! THERE'S OVER 9,000!!!!!!!

well, school's been going smoothly. i'm doing well in all my classes, but considering i've only been in school two and a half weeks, that's not saying much

in other news, my birthday is comin up!!!!!! i finally finished it!!!! the scarlet letter is no more >8D

wow, i was gone for 3 days and i get 127 deviations and 55 journals and more than half of those journals were either from clubs or about the avatar series finale

yeah, i watched the very end of it. enough to see zuko become fire lord, demand where his mom is, to see sokka's amazing drawing, and to see aang and katara kiss. i totally coulda predicted that but hey, i like it nonetheless

yeah...this summer i have to read two books instead of the usual one. i have to read the walking drum and the scarlet letter. i finished the walking drum today and i thought it was pretty good for something the school board makes us read. but i'm really not looking forward to the scarlet letter. if that wasn't bad enough, i have to write a dialectical journal on it. i had to write one last year for to kill a mockingbird but that was different. i actually LIKED to kill a mockingbird (it's sooooooooooooo good!!!!!!!!! ). but the scarlet letter was written in, like, the 1700-1800s whereas walking drum and mockingbird were written more recently so the language is less outdated. i really don't wanna procrastinate but...*sigh*...

GRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!! the title pretty much says it all...

i was typin up my latest fanfic, "trial and error" *see to-do list*. it's rainin hard here so i decided i'd save it so in case we had a power surge, i wouldn't have to type all i typed again (i got about 1/4th of it typed). so i clicked "save as" like i always do...and it froze...the whole document...froze...it does that sometimes so i waited...and nothing happened...

I HAET JOO COMPOOTAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!



well, i'm really excited!! guess why.

i'm gonna go see the phantom of the opera at the pac this sunday!!!! i LOVE the phantom~!!!!! the music...the plot...the PHANTOM~!!!!!!!!!! LURB~~~~~!!!!!!!!!
