Yeah, beautiful play that has taught me so much, I can't even say thank you. I started out at the beginning feeling quite unsure of myself: What am I doing? I'm not one to like attention. I'm not one to enjoy spotlights.
But I was one to learn, to improve, to gain confidence needed to lead the play into something we all can be proud of. The last 2 months were hectic and busy. Life was full of stress, was full of disappointments and satisfactions, was full of future expectations but then I walked onto the theater and I found myself being supported by so many people.

My eyes were opened and I see myself growing and evolving into something I was proud of. For the first time in a really long time: I was proud of myself; because what I did: I wanted to do and therefore, it was beautiful to me.

There was a beautiful moment after the cast party on Friday that made me realize how perfectly genuine this play is. My friend, dramamate if you will, and I were walking from the party to the car and all of a sudden she pointed at the sky and gasped: "Look at that shooting star! Do you see it?". I looked up but of course I missed it and I was told to make a wish anyway. That was when I looked up at the sky and was marveled at how beautiful the stars shined that night. And I said aloud "The stars are beautiful... because of a flower that cannot be seen... The desert is beautiful too..." I went on, continuing on the dusty desert path, "What makes the desert beautiful is that somewhere, it hides a well." It is strange that simple story of a prince could be real.

This play has influenced me in so many ways. It taught me that a journey will never end until we finally find what we are looking for: that flower in the stars. Well, here's my first blah blah:
Here's a creepy thing. This kid in my chemistry class is creepy. He knows so much about me it's not even funny. He knows I have a dog (chihuahua) and stuff like that. And then, he said that I'm passive... which is kind of true. Man, this kid better not be stalking me because that's not cool!!! I don't want a stalker... especially him for a stalker. He says he has "sources" but I don't think he knows anyone that I talk to a lot. CREEPY CREEPY kid.
This week has been so great! I got up at 7AM on Thursday and 8 AM on Friday. Strange but I still got really sleepy in History. I guess it doesn't matter how much sleep I get, I'll still get sleepy. It's registration and I got all the classes I want but not the teachers I want. I got Ylas instead of MagDance and Klees (my current math teacher) got really angry. He was like "Ah! What did you do that for? Ylas is such a bad teacher." Yeah, that's Klees I guess. His class has been really fun and that is mainly because his life has been going well... I'm guessing. I'm taking French again... -__-' Hmm... I wonder if that's a good thing. 2 years of French and my accent still hasn't gotten any better. I'm getting better at understanding the readings we do but I still don't get what the teacher is saying when she says it really fast.
Guess what? Kissel's going to be a dad. He's my drama teacher. I've already made babysitting arrangements with him though. 5$ an hour and if he raise my grades... I'll think about reducing the price.

I don't know why I'm telling you guys this but I'm going to anyway. In drama, we have to do this new project where we take a duo scene and we reinterpret it and we redo the scene and we're going to make it completely different. My friend and I, we're doing a scene from Mulan where she goes and see the matchmaker and we're going to make it into a game show^^ It's going to be so great!!!!
