All the kids were coughing up storms while i was there.

so anyway, seems like everybody is very eager to hear about my trip so i will tell you XD lol

so we had to wake up at 3 in the morning to get to the airport at 5 on June 28th. I was so tired when we got to the airport. We creaked in and sent our luggage through. Then we headed over to security, i said good bye to my family and :iconjyosh-dono:. He got up really early to see me off ^///^ he is such a sweetie ^/////^ anyway, myself and two of my friends got a chai tea to wake us up as we waited for our plane. our plane was supposed to leave at 7 and around 6:30, we found out that the plane was having technical difficulties. They told us to go to a different terminal and meet someone there who would put us on a new flight. Of corse they didnt tell us who this person was let alone what they looked like so when we got there we where totally lost. This lady in a green suit finally found us and started sorting out our new tickets. It took a while cause she messed up a few so...ya...XD soon after we got our tickets we found out we had to SPRINT to the terminal where our plane was waiting! The lady in green told them to hold the gate open for us but we still had to hurry. So we finally got to the gate after running through security (first time i ever actually ran through security) and running to our gate with supper heavy backpacks. We got on the plane that was taking us to San Fransisco and got there totally fine, found our next terminal and boarded the flight to tokyo. That flight was painfully long...it was a ten hour flight and i only slept an hour on it..my eyes were on fire and i was exhausted!!! We had a long drive to the hotel and when we got there, we met the Nevada delegation. They had 26 students in their group and two leaders and we had 10 students and one leader in our group so we were a big bunch of people. After a quick hello they told us to hurry and take our bags to our room cause we had to hurry to dinner. Our two delegations walked to a neighboring hotel were they had a small cafeteria and food ready for us. We had rice with mushrooms and chicken in it with this weird red sauce, french fries, fried chicken, a salad, broccoli, cauliflower, and a tomato ish soup. It was prety good but the only thing going through my mind was going to bed...after dinner, we walked back and i just crashed when we got to the hotel. I got a lot of sleep but woke up twice when my roommate snored really loudly XDDD so yeah...that was the first day.

Day 2:
It was raining out side. I went down to breakfast at 7 and it was a really nice buffet with windows looking out to the street. It looked really nice out with all of the rain! So the plans for that day were to walk the government buildings on a guided tour, have lunch there, go to an anime presentation, visit a Shinto shrine, go hopping around tokyo and go to lunch. I think thats all we did that day XDD lol anywho, the buildings were pretty cool looking and for luch i had ramen!! it was amazing!!!! we went to a cafeteria in the government building and you would look in a case filled with wax food replicas, find what you wanted and what number it was, and then go to machines behind you were you would insert your yen and pick your item. you would then get your ticket and wait in line and give the ticket to a person and they would make your food.The bowl i got was huge and i finished it all plus all of the broth! It was amazing!!! I think ill post some pictures later lol. so after lunch we headed to a middle school to go to this anime thing. We all thought we were going to a studio and drawing anime and what not but actually we were going to a class room and dubbing over some anime. It was fun but i got my hopes up for a drawing thing...o well XD i went up to dub but i did it with the leaders and they didnt go by the script so that totally messed me up XD i didnt know what to do XDDD lol we got guys to play all the parts in the dub and it was hilarious! The mini story was a girl who has a dream and her mom says she will fall in love soon according to here dream. Then the daughter goes to a movie with two of her girlfriends and bumps into this one guy and she thinks she is falling in love XDD it was hilarious when all the guys did it!!! XDD so after that we went to a shinto shrine and it was gorgeous!! We saw a lot of priestesses that were dressed in the red and white outfits and bought some cute charms and got a lot of pretty pictures! I will be there for my birthday! woooo! but ill miss my friends and family on the trip and my birthday....so...ya....lol im so excited!! i got 17 days left until i leave! its going to be awesome! i will take lots of picture and share them with you guys! i am going to take a picture of every meal before i eat it also lol ^^ i thought that would be pretty cool! ^^so...yeah...thats pretty much it....i got the ACTs this saturday...uggg....so dont want to take them XD i will still work on that drawing today thouh so dont worry ^^ it will be up either today or tomorrow ^^

I know i have only been gone for like 3 days but i will explain why. I came down with the stomach flew on monday night and hell just started there. I was sick all night, all day tuesday and finally i am starting to recover today. I am still really weak but better then the last few days. And i want to give a special thanks to for coming over and taking care of me practically all day yesterday! my parents where busy all day and my brother didnt really know what to do so Josh really helped me ^////^ thanks dear! I also tortured myself by watching TV XD i couldnt eat anything cause it would come right back up so i was starving for two day. Watcing TV is the worst idea to keep your mind off of food. There are so many food commercials it isnt even funny! All day i wanted popcorn shrimp, corn on the cob, a smoothy, and a hamburger! i was so hungry XD finally last night i was able to eat a bowl of chicken noodle soup (without the bits of chicken XD) but was still hungry. I knew if i ate more that would be the end of me though. so....yeah....i am going to eat more of that soup this morning for breakfast! wooo!!!! *dies of huger* XD
Anywho, since i got sick i was really able to work on any art. Just slept and barfed XD lol Also i am waiting to get photoshop and i should get it soon. My 30 day trial expired a while ago XD um....whatelse....i have a crap load of homework to catch up on and a presentation tomorrow (or monday depending on how far my class gets today) so i am freaking out about that cause i have been sick and havent had much time to prep for all that....sigh.... i really hate getting sick......
on the good side i got a new phone!!! I got my dads old I phone! wooooo!!! i love this phone! XD lol he used the points on his card to get the new 3G and gave me his old one. its like the god of all phones XD lol its really handy! for example, on friday i went to a Robotics competition with my team (yes i am on a robotics team) and we where supposed to go get pizza so i got my phone and looked up a place on mapquest! But iy ended up being a very stressful adventure XD lol so...ya....i got this application on it that is a Japanese learning tool! Its really cool! I learned a lot in a short time!
so...um...yeah.... i think thats about it...just wanted to tell u all whats been happening and why i wasnt active for like 3 days XD lolso ill talk to u all later i guess!

Also i need to learn some more Japanese before i go this summer so i will study that. I need to get a new calender for all of this....XDDD lol I will also post some pictures of my characters but i am going to put watermarks and my name all over them XDDD lol u really dont want them to get stolen! That will com eventually XD

This was my response to it i posted on the article page:

This policy really confuses me. I am afraid for my original characters and all of my art work now! I don't totally understand what "is and isn't allowed" but tracing/copying someone's art work and not giving them credit is wrong. Just tracing there art isn't good at all! When i was younger, i did trace out of how to draw books of DBZ and Pokemon and stuff like that to get better but i never took someone else's original art and copied it exactly an claimed it was mine. That i feel is not right at all! Allowing copying in the first place shouldn't be allowed.
I am really afraid for my original works for my manga! I have worked long and hard on my graphic novel for the past few years and it would be devastating to wake up one morning to find someone stole my ideas/pictures! I would be crushed! I posted my art on DA to let other people see it and give me there opinion not for it to get stolen or copied! That would be terrible! I never want that to happen! I know i run the risk of that by posting my art online but i would think some people would have some dignity in them to just respect us hard working artist. I know i traced to get better but i didn't steal original work from other artist on the internet. I just used how to draw books...
I don't feel that this idea is fair to those artist who do work hard to put out there own art work to show to their fans. Copying isn't right and shouldn't be taken lightly....

I am sorry to say but i am taking down all of the jade dragon stuff that i have posted on the internet....i really dont want it to be stolen...i am sorry to all of my fans who love my work but i cant risk someone stealing my stuff....thats the last thing i want to happen...if any of you see art theft please tell me asap so....ya....thanks....this really makes me upset and i am sorry.... i wish i could keep the stuff up but i really want to get my book published without any problems...

ok so i have been working hard on my manga. i really would like to get it to the publishers asap so....ya....its hard to do this and all the school stuff i have to do. i am still trying hard! right now i am working on the character pofiles for you all to see! i should have the next character up this week. My plan is to post 4 boys (3 out of 4 doner) then 4 girls then 2 boys and the last 2 girls. I know the order might make not to much sense but its how it is working ok lol XD

I was talking with yesterday and he gave me some amazing ideas for my manga! I now for sure have the entire story line figure out in my head and..... I AM GOING TO MAKE A SECOND SERIES OF BOOKS! WOO!!! I cant tell you what happens on the second series before i even publish the first series so bare with me.

Speaking of publish, guess where i am going this spring break! Possibly TOKYO POP HEADQUARTERS! I am just going to maybe ask them what they think of my art style, idea of manga, maybe if they want to publish it etc. I was also wondering if you guys have any other publishing companies that u can think of that might except a manga like mine? I am thinking of going to many publishers sometime in the next year so....ya....i need some to go to.

Also i know this has nothing to do with the book but i got a new dragon so please go visit him or her....whatever it turns out to be XD She/ he is at the bottom of the journal entry.

You all probably saw that i have posted pictures of some of my characters with there animal spirits. Well i am going to do that for all of the characters so you can see them all! School is going to start tomorrow and i have a paper to finish today so i wont have much time to work on the picture. They will be posted eventually. Also, if you see any art thieves, please tell me right away! That would be much appreciated!

http://dragonlover687.deviantart.com/journal/22081746/ Sat, 20 Dec 2008 09:05:11 PST hey everybody! if you counldnt tell by the title i just got back from an EPIC snowboarding trip! lol anyway, my family, my boyfrind (Josh), and i all pilled into the our car and drove for three hours up to the hotel we were staying at. That was a very uncomfortable trip XDDD we didnt stop for a rest or anything so when we did get out of the car my legs were so sore! XD o and also a funny part is that when we were weaving through the mountain road my mom was flipping out!! If my dad went one mile over the speed limit she would freak out! She was so scared that he might accidently drive off the road and all of us would fall to our deaths XD it was funny because of the way she was acting and screaming at him and she even laughed at herself but i felt bad that she was so scared.
anywho, we finally got to the hotel and it was just beautiful outside! I havent seen snow in so long!!! it was so pretty!!!! after we finished unpacking the car, Josh, my brother and I went and played in the snow....well maybe not literally but we did walk around kicking off the icicles that had formed and the bottom of the gutters XD then we went to the hotel lounge and got free fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and hot tea ^.=.^ mmmm....happy dragon belly ^.=.^ anyway, after that we went to dinner and came back, watched a movie on TV and went to bed around 9:00. None of us slept that night....it was terrible.....Josh, my brother, and dad got some sleep but i was up until 1 in the morning filled with caffeine from all that cups of tea i drank XD and my mom was up because the air was really dry and had no moisture. And around 10:45, these people just got in in the room next to us....uggg....they were so load! stomping there feet and making so much racket...and of corse of all the rooms that were available (cause the entire hotel was practically empty) they had to put those people in the room next to us....
Well finally, everyone got to sleep around 1:30. I was the only one the next morning who only got 6 hours of sleep!! WOOO!!! I usually get a lot more then that so i was really tiered..... So that morning we all head out to the slopes. We get there around 9 ish and start right away. Josh and I are the only one snowboarding and this was our first time doing it XD we started on the bunny slope and failed miserably the first hour or so. We keep at it for three hours straight!!! falling....getting back up....climbing up the hill a bit....and finally when we kind of got the hang of it, we went up the lift to the top of the bunny slope. Josh picked it up really fast but I on the other hand kind of struggled. I got the concept but it was kind of hard....i could start going but i didnt fully grasp how to turn and the most important thing, HOW TO STOP!!! O.o lol
After those three hours, I tell Josh i want to take a brake so we go into the ski lodge and eat the sandwiches we packed, some nachos and a soda. Then we go back out and try again for another two hours. By the end of the two hours i was beet....i was not in the type of shape you need for snowboarding and my legs and arms wouldnt compute with what my mind was saying to them.....they were just so dead....so i stopped and Josh went for another two or three times down the hill. while he was doing that, i made a sphinx out of the snow XD then we came when he was done and made a pyramid. XDDD lol then we both just died there in the lodge XD lol finally my parents and brother were done for the day and we headed back to the hotel. When we got there, we packed up all our stuff, loaded in the car and headed home. We finally got home yesterday around 9:30.
I woke up this morning and my shoulders, arms and calves hurt so much.....so.....ya...... XD i didnt have anytime to draw so i am sorry everyone XD i will post a drawing ASAP! well i got to go. Talk to you all later!

_trying to make it match with an anime character, could be always the same or a different one each time

I also saw the twilight movie on friday. Im at a cross roads with that one. I know for sure the book was better but the movie wasnt half bad. At least it was a better try then the try they did with Eragon Well anyways, i thought ome parts were good and Jacob and Edward were total hotties! XDD lol
I really like Alice though! They did a great job picking the actress for her. so...um...yeah....overall i thought it was worth the money even though it wasnt my favorite movie of all time. I was screaming like a little fan girl the entire time and critiquing the movie as it went so...ya....XD lol just ask i killed his hand during the ballet studio scene XD

Thats because i have been really busy with school. Im in the play this year and this is our last week of performances so probably after that i can get more art done. I have been studying a lot and have had a lot of tests over the past few weeks so that has delayed the profiles a little bit more. Also, i was wondering if you all want profiles for the dragon forms of my main character? i wasnt planning on posting them but i have had second thoughts. Just wondering what you all think.

By the way,i was wondering if i should open up comissions. I have to raise money for my trip to Japan with People to People this summer. I was thinking of selling my art work for money to help me with this trip so....ya....i was wondering if anyone would buy or if you all think i am not popular enough yet to get a good amount of commsions. So...please tell me what you think of that.

i watch the finale last night and....wow....it was amazing!!! O.o this had to be the best mike and brian have done!! i mean the animation was fantastic!! and i also loved how the entire story played out like thait was like....wo....thats all i can say....i ranted on for a good hour with my friend after wards. XDD lol we both thought that it was just amazing!!!

i am kind of sad that it didnt end zutara (and was rejoicing cause he is a kataanger) but i was still pretty happy with the ending. at least zuko ended up with may....better then nobody i guess XDD i just thought it was so cool! except there where some loose ends...

i know this probably wont happen but i think that maybe there will be one last episode where zuko goes and tries to find his mom....They totally presented that new idea right at the end!!! UGGGG!!!! and they also gave us the false hints for the zutara possibility...anyway back to loose ends. there was zuko's mom and....welll....i cant think of them right now XDD i knew them right after i watched it but i cant think of them now XDDD lol

anyway, overall i thought it was really cool!!! i loved how aang used the avatar state like that and also how instead of killing ozai he took away his bending!!!! O.o omg!! that was so cool!!!!

when i was watching this all (i was babysitting and the persons TV wasnt the best) we didnt hear what the heck that turtle lion said but luckily my friends explained it to me later XDD lol i was lost through most of the episode after that turtle lion XD that was pretty dang awesome to! that turtle lion! amazing idea! lol XD

i cant really think of anything else at the moment....think i will add more to this entry later when i am not half asleep XDD got up way to early this morning!! XDD lol need......sleep....O.O

ok so i am entering Slinkers contest [link] and there are two oprions i want to do
#1 is drawing me in my bankai form
and
#2 is me as a vizard
i cant really decide for certain on either one so i am going to draw both of them. i would like all of you to tell me what you think of them and which one you think i should submit. I really want to make this an awesome picture and i need criticism, critiques, and the information on which one has a better chance of winning. I will be submitting the rough work of both sometime in the next two weeks or so so keep checking your deviation watch please! Im really excited about doing this and i want to put my best job forward!

the one big thing that has made me upset is that i cant hang out with my boyfriend on the weekends....he is a senior so he will be graduating and going off to college in a short time....he has 5 days of school left and then graduation soon after....we still have summer i know nbut i might be busy and such...this sucks....
also i lost my job for a while. they said that they didnt need me any more but now they want me back so thats a good thing....i guess......XDDDD
so...ya....i think im done ranting....for now....XDD
im sorry to my watchers who dont like hearing all of the drama in my life....i just need a place to say it.....
Oh! and i went to the free comic book day event at the local atomic comics and saw a lot of artists. i saw there. ive met him before and he gave me a bunch of pointers. he gave me some more today and said that i have really improved!! i was really happy about that. i really want to post the art i have been working on to show you all but....i dont want it stolen or anything....sorry its for my comic book so i dont want someone else taking the ideas....i also met and i had a lot of fun talking to her!! she was really cool! she gave me a few pointers for my work and all so i was glad about that.

anywho, havent ranted in a while so i will do that while i am in a good mood. XDDDD

-- the valentines day dance is coming up for my school and i am really excited! i have heard about it from some friends who helped plan it and it sounds like it will be a lot of fun!!! it was girls ask guys so i asked someone but i will not tell u who....he has a deviantart though.....
-- also, i have transferred a few of my manga pages on the huge delter professional paper O.O it looks really cool!!!! its going to take a while.....
-- im starting a whole couples thing if u cant tell. im going to do some requested couples, some of my personal favorite couples, and some weird couples :weird: i cant wait to see everyones reaction to that XDD
-- um......i had a bunch of homework over the weekend which sucked......but i finished most of it......i want to go back to school tomorrow but at the same time i dont......uggggg......
-- im really working hard on studying my japanese. got a good book and have learn a lot....i know this sounds pretty pathetic but i do know for sure how to say and spell "where is the cake" in japanese XDD Keki-wa doko desu ka.....i got made skills!!! XDD i have learned a lot more then that just not enough to go to japan yet lol

well anway, i got this computerby working out in the yard from 8:30 this morning until anot 2 in the afternoon! i had to mow the lawn (and my neigbors lawn (this has been my job for the past few months)) and we had to lay down the winter grass, so i had to make it really short! i went over all 7 lawns twice!!! uggg....i am so tierd and swore...i had to where an air mask the entire time cause it was windy and the mowed grass waslike saw dust. it was so flippin hot with the mask, sunglasses, hat, t shirt and gym shorts on!! the breeze every one and a while was nice except it made the grass fly every where......ugggg agian.....
anywho i got an i life. its the mac that is the big huge monitor and all!! it rocks!!! i luv it so much!!!! the screen looks really pretty and it has so much memory and ram that i could do as much art work and school work i want to last all the way through colledge!! I AM SO HAPPY!!! i also had to give up all the money in my wallet to my dad who went and bought this and i only had $80 so i got it for a great price!! XDDD
anywho i am o happy noww and i thought i would share that with all of u .....also does anyone have any requests for what i should draw? i need ideas...XDDD i a working on a really cool naruto picture. i will scan it sometime this weekend XDD

anywho, i hosted an anime party last night and it rocked!!! we had so much fun!!! we watched princess mononoke and played guitar hero!!!! YA!!!! XD i cant wait till our next one at the end of october. we r having a naruto ramen party!!!! and we r making homemade ramen not the cheesy cup o' noodle stuff.....so....ya....i am also totally stuck on how to draw the nest page for my manga and that is really pissing me off....i want to finish that damn thing...and i got a ton of homework.....so i bet i cant draw all weekend....NOOOO!!!! I NEED MY DAILY DOSE OF ART!!!! D:>
anyway, i am tierd and my allergies r kicking up.....uggggs again.....
our backdoor neighbors r haveing a huge party (most of then sound like they r drunk XD ) and it probably wont be over till like midnight.....man....and i wanted to get some good sleep after shopping all day for the thing i despise the most....down with dresses >: D lol jk....i just like jeans better....at least i can look forward to going to the comic book store tommarow! YES!!! XD
