i've done two renders now that i think are ok, so i've decided to submit them as scraps. i just have to remember to bring them tomorrow.

both of them look kinda ~Rids-tN, that's because i was using a bliss tutorial of his that i found on terranuts, but the only real similarity is the look, because i was using the gamma and exposure settings that he recommends (which i will now continue to use, because they're better).

as you can imagine these thoughts took up most of my brain's runtime during the lecture and i learned almost nothing.

i went up to the lecturer at the end though and asked whether or not i as utterly doomed, but she said that i was fine, they just needed to see me for exam board reasons, and they were assuming that i was a complete idiot. phew.

and apparently i did well in the test too! yarg! ( i must remember this word)

it has a title, "For My Fallen Angel" (i've been feeling quite melodramatic and doom metal lately, (which btw means i'm in a good mood - if i' listening to too much power metal then it's because i'm feeling depressed), so my dying bride have been played a lot, also forest stream, in the woods, agalloch...)

also i've been listening to morbid angel, at the gates and demilich (and thinking how i could make a terragen picture that looks somehow "death metal", i've been trying for a while, the problem is that death metal i feel sounds too claustraphobic for terragen)
