David Tennant dosent help sexy, sexy man i was looking at a 2010 horse calendar in the supermarket today when my mum says, 'look theres a Doctor Who one' she picks up the calendar and i have to look away. ugh, its still there, just buried by something that shows a different side to his acting skills, a side which appeals *much* more to the hopeless romantic i am, thats what always gets me hooked after all.

ha. people are just gonna look at this and say. wow, she needs a boyfriend. i do, not desperately cause i feel fine being single, but i'm generally too shy to even talk to a guy that already knows me, cause i have a reputation at school and i know that guys aren't gonna be interested in what i have to say, even just to talk, i'm different, but i don't care. i want to be different, i can't change who i am just to be accepted by the people who care what i look like and what music i listen to and what clothes i wear and what my hair looks like. i am who i am and no one is gonna bloody well change that. so i'll just wait for a fresh start with someone who dosent automatically think i'm a freak. ah well, Shyanne is dating a man her dad's age, and David is nowhere near my dad's age...

So i'm convincing myself it's just the obsession doing this is helping, i can't resist it in the early stages, so i'm just gonna go with it and read some dxs fics to feel better. its kinda good that theres no Blackpool section on ff.net although theres enough fans out there somewhere. . .mostly DT lovers but still...
gonna continue with the crossover when i feel a bit better about it and the front room is done so i can get to my desk and tablet through the stuff piled into the new room. Nobody really looks at the crossover part anyway so i don't see why i should bother, i love it that people like my DP art, but they should at least understand WHY i made it that way. So more crossover ensues!! [ i like that word, ensues. not entirely 100% on what it means but its pretty awesome.]

[yes i'm the kinda person who watches crime dramas and cheers everytime a body is found, not quite, but i love murder mystery stuff ] but there was only one murder in this . but the investigation goes on for all of the 6 episodes so i can't complain.

I'm already plotting a crossover with DP... hmm. . . Danny as a hot seedy copper [scottish accent optional ] with an obsession with cakes, pastries, icecream and Sam also dancing with Dash to 'These Boots Are Made For Walking' hmmm [yes i think dash would make a good Ripley ] but Sam [unhappily] married to Dash?? *shudder* not even gonna think about that part *bad, bad mental images please go away.*

Then i saw the Twilight movie and you can guess what happened. i went to see it 4 times in the cinema and watched some of those awful quality recorded-in-the-cinema versions on the internet most nights. i wanted everybody to love it too etc. i was starting to get over it when a brand new series of Hustle came out in January. It involved two new members Sean [matt di angelo ] and Emma [Kelly Adams]. in the course of the 5th season, Mickey and Emma fall for each other. and i got addicted see a pattern developing here?

i was addicted to hustle until i read the twilight series books. i was gonna wait until the next film came out but i knew i was gonna give in sooner or later, and i got the books for my birthday i was addicted again but i was happy that i actually knew the stories before getting addicted to the film as i had done before. quite a while later, few months ago actually, i looked in more depth at the saga again. i saw that bella is a self-inserted mary sue, no doubt about that, most of the anti-twilight stuff isn't true, sparkling isn't that lame and Edward isn't abusive. most of the things actually could be scientifically possible, but bella and edward are lacking in the realness and personality departments. i did mary sue litmus tests on them and they came up as Irredemable-Sues but the books are well written, albeit using the word 'chagrined' WAY too many times. the twilight addiction still hadn't passed completely until i got so fed up with it that i wrote 'I will not read Twilight' on the back of my hand in my own blood [don't worry i wasn't self harming or anything, a mosquito bite was bleeding that shows that i have a really messed up head to even think of anything like that but i was thinking along the 'vampire' lines at that moment, kay. i normally hate blood] i havent read it since.

nice period of calm and happy dxs time then which was great. my obsessions take me away from DP and stuff. its weird cause although i am obsessed with DxS, its in a good way. like Requited Love, feeling warm and happy when i think about it

Then a few weeks ago, not sure how long exactly, i watched Doctor Who at school. I've seen it before and thought it was really good. it was the episode 'Being Human' i watched it at school but the bell for prep went before it ended so i watched the last bit at home. ]]> *dxslove http://dxslove.deviantart.com/journal/27361472/ http://dxslove.deviantart.com/journal/27361472/ Tue, 22 Sep 2009 17:03:48 PDT course i don't mind being at home but it is lonely. and ever so tense with my dad being ill too. now my mums got it and they've been arguing again. i don't think its fair what he said. it's never fair but it is understandable with the huge ammounts of stress he's in running his business, plus he's ill but it does not give him the excuse to lash out at my mum for being miserable when all she did was sigh once. my mum has had 5 clients today and i was meant to walk the dog as best i could in the afternoon. my dad said he'd comewith me. we barely walked 10 paces into the woods, which are about half a minuites walk from our gate, when he said the cold was getting him. i could see it was. i wasn't cold in the least cause i had run around the edge of the small tree tunnel, over a stile through the scout camp and up the steep bank to the path as fast as i could (which is quite fast cause i've done it everytime i've been for a walk since the beginning of summer)maybe that would prove to him i'm capable of sitting at a table listening to a teacher and writing down notes. so we went back. dad went to have a nap while i went on the computer. the dog had only had about 5 minuites of exscersise which was obviously not enough for her. i meant to take her out again properly on my own but i forgot cause i've been reading dxs fics all day my mum made a curry and some really nice gooey chocolate puddings that everyone loves (which are twice as nice with ice cream on top .) when me and dad came down she asked him why one of the men who works for my dad hadnt come to do something or other. he explained why. the dinner was taking a bit longer than normal so we sat in the living room for a while. she noted that the dog hadn't been walked much. i said that i would help her do it after tea. she said that it would be dark soon. my dad asked why are you being so miserable and moaning. she said that she wasn't. after a few times of that he said you've been miserable all day and you were huffing when olly didn't come (the guy who works for my dad) of course she denies being miserable cause she wasn't. then he says its hard for me and him cause were both ill and your being miserable does not help. she says that shes ill too (which is true and shes been working all day) she goes upstairs with her dinner and me and dad sit and watch eggheads in silence. i would have gone up to see if she was ok, but my dad would just accuse me of taking sides again, which i NEVER do. when the eggheads finished i went up and saw her. she didn't think it was fair, neither did i. she said that if she was miserable he should have tried to make her feel better not shout at her. she went downstairs and i stayed on the landing. i heard her open the cupboard under the stairs to feed charley, which i had already done. i came down and told her and she said ok guess she looks ready for another meal or something. then my dad says to me, completely ignoring her like he does 'it's ok, don't worry' or something and then says that mum was criticising me. she says that she didn't and then he said she criticises him as well. she said that if she was miserable then why didn't he try to make her feel better and some other stuff i can't remember and she went out with the dog. when she came back she watched a hustle with me then went to sleep.

i hate their fighting but i have been happier today because i think the virus is clearing up and food started to smell and taste not so disgusting at lunchtime and i can breathe through my nose again etc etc so i really want to get back to school. [wow never thought i'd ever say that lol]but i do. :devcheesigirlz: is missing me its nice to have someone that misses you and i miss her. plus the catchup work has built up

seriously it was hard not to cry when i saw one that looked so much like it. all the rings usually have really thin bands and wrong colour stones. i tried looking at class rings on the internet but they all had black stuff on them and had to have writing and stuff on. i have been looking for this for ages
it's not quite the same. the stone is smaller and slightly oval but the band is quite thick and the stone is exactly the right colour lovelovelove

Staying at Pousada Convento de Graca(Pousadas are like portugese state hotels) Convento de graca is by far the best hotel i've ever stayed in. the convent is an archeaological site and they've done an amazing job of making it into a 5 star hotel.
Went to dinner in Tavira at a new resturant Museo de Vinho (wine museum) very nice food. on the way over the bridge in town there was 3 of those painted people dressed up as statues. one was silver and his head was uncovered, he kept moving and he looked like he was melting. the second one was just a kid who'd got some mud from the river and plastered it over him and stood still (seriously, he had loads of caked mud on his face and a pot of it at his feet if any fell off. it was really funny...copycat) the third one was painted white all over but he also looked like he was melting (they were all standing in really hot sun).

second day...too hot to do much...stay by the pool and siesta. the pool was freezing but warmed up nicely

third day... we went to Aquashow nice water park about an hour away. swimming was fun, fell out of the rubber ring in the wave pool, waited for half an hour to go on a big slide in the shape of a snake which was pitch black the whole way through but really good. my mum was really ooc and asked if i wanted to go on the rollercoaster with her (bearing in mind she won't go on any other slides cause she dosent want her head to go underwater) so we did and she was the only one that screamed on the first dip and then she said 'i didn't know it was gonna twist like that' it was really funny cause we were the only two plus a little girl sat in front of me that screamed. but it was really fun

yesterday we went to the beach and the sand was so hot it burned our feet badly. the sea was so cold it hurt and the salt water made rashes on the insides of my legs so it hurt to walk. but i had a nice 'american hot dog'

today we're going to the new Pousada the renovated Palace in Estoi and cause we've been to Convento de Graca so many times (te most out of anyone whos ever stayed there, we booked first when it was still being built) they are letting us use the facilities of Estoi palace for a day!! (indoor and outdoor pools yay)

its gonna be so hot tomorrow 100 degrees F is the forecast
the waiter at brekfast was grinning like a cheshire cat and everyone he talked to went away grinning too, he just would NOT stop smiling.. it was kinda creepy but hilarious.

and theres a REALLY big new shopping centre just out of tavira called Continente and it has everything there and were gonna go tomorrow when its so hot noones around and bask in the air conditioning. and this computers so slow and annoying and full of viruses

the palace was awful. it tried to combine the REALLY ultramodern with the REALLY ornate and it didn't work. the palace was pink though and the swimming pool was nice (omg there was an indoor one and saunas as well)it was so hot that day that my mum nearly got heatstroke.

did not do much the next day. it cooled down a lot but the swimming pool here was really nice so i swam and did some diving. omg i can dive agaiiinn!!!

yesterday it was really cloudy. went on the boat to the ilha de tavira (tavira island) to the beach there but it was almost raining and there was a redflag warning sign telling people not to swim.

today were swimming then going into the hills for lunch then going to the beach. its warm enough today.

Lybia, Morrocco and Egypt in Africa and turkey in Asia.

now i know who flavia marries!!!!!! i will not say his name, but he is The Man From Pomegranate Street . the series is amazing it is thrilling. i STILL do not understand why it is in the 8-12 years section in the bookstores with one of the books opening with a description of the ending of a gladiator's combat, and an image that i could not stand to see on screen in the first book. i have learnt a lot about ancient history and the books each are loosely centered around an ancient roman/greek myth.

DA Oddness abounds. If someone (especially a friend) comments on one of your Deviations with a link that says "rofl this may be relevant to your interests" DO NOT CLICK ON IT! It will send you to a fake webpage that does not load, but somehow uses your account to quite randomly send the same comment link to other Deviations (pictures) that you never even visited. This of course makes the system think you're spamming and refuses to let you comment further and it can also apparently mess with your computer. Again, DO NOT CLICK THAT LINK!

MAKE A JOURNAL REPOSTING THIS STATEMENT! SPREAD THE WORD!

Be warned of the mentioned comment or others. In fact, if anyone links you to something and you're unsure of what the heck it is, ask the person first to know what they're sending to you. brother and sister who Albert took in from hustling on the streets and [all while he's in prison] gave them a mark --- cue Mickey & Ash!! [yup Mickey is back and looking for a new gang after trying to sell!the sydney opera house in austrailia] Albert gives Mickey and Ash Sean and Emma to con and they end up joining the team!! + using the money to give Eddie back his bar
Mickey also has a thing for Emma, which has given me another new pairing to obsess over in episode 5 they try to convince a mark that they were involved [causing Sean to get major huffy, he's v protective of his sister and he dosen't like Mickey being alone with her while he gets stuck with a tough part in the con]

i do have some reasons for being away
on xmas eve i got a really bad cold so, yeah i havent been very well over the hols and first 2 weeks of school, and i haven't posted my xmas pic [which i will do after i write this]

SO after xmas i went to see twilight [omg eddy = ] and it was AWESOME!!!! i havent read the books but i might soon. yeah shame on you people that think there is really bad acting in it, cuz i'm not one to try to blot out mistakes i see in my mind. the whole cast did the job really well
i saw it last week again with ~Cheesi-Girlz and i'mma try and see it tomorrow but i probs wont cuz it might snow

started my ICT coursework D: sooooo boringgg
but in good news my uncle paul is doing much better than he was with a scare about his lungs over xmas and is now on a cardiac ward

firstly my uncle had a heart attack last thursday he had a triple bypass and stuff but he's much more stable now the ops are over and he's in intensive care. cause it's exeat this weekend [no school on saturday] i wanna go and visit him...hoping they'll let me in cause i havent seen him yet

um a more happy note narnia 2 is out omgbenbarnesissohot which means there is hope for mummy 3 to come out before xmas you can find it on youtube btw, but there is no chinese-english subtitles so you don't understand what han,zi-juan ect are saying[but i know most of it :3]

it's forecast to snow here on the weekend sometime and i hope it does i winter!!!!

DO NOT EVER BUY AN ANTIVIRUS THING IF IT POPS UP WITHOUT YOU ASKING IT WILL ALWAYS BE A FAKE especially one with a date 1 year ahead

we bought a decent antivirus thing and after 2 hours of my dad and one of his computer-whiz ppl trying they got rid of it but the scanner came up with 75 virus threats [30 of which were trojan horses >.<] and got rid of them la-de-da!!
and now i'm using firefox cuz btinternet is still connected somehow to internet explorer [which is what started the problem somehow] so yeah i havent been able to use my computer
and its 2 years tomorrow that i first got into dp and i started to make a pic but i havent got near to finishing it yet [look forward to it folks ]

i havent posted a journal since i was on holiday like weeks ago so i say it was hot in portugal [too hot] and i bought a boomerang sokkacosplayhereicome!!!

i hadnt actually done anything for weeks until my friend alice came to stay and we went out to see the mummy 3 [which by the way is amazing] and then the day after i went to 's house and got back the day before yesterday, i think.


after i got back from holiday i saw sozin's comet and the 2 remaining book 3 episodes and it was AMAZING!!!! ohyeskataangforever!! and yes the book is not a fake even thought i'm sure most fans are ready to strangle nickolodeon for releasing it early

in my um, absense i found out some avatar things
yes, avatar is airing in july, the 14th exactly and all the eps are coming out then, until the sozin's comet finale at the end of the week!!

yes! the sozin's comet book has leaked out already! and i have bought it!! yes, i spoiled myself i couldnt resist i am in awe of the many people who haven't watched past day of black sun yet. the sozin's comet book IS the real thing though, not a fake. the finale was meant to come out earlier, and the bookafter it, but they delayed the finale but they couldn't delay the book for some reason.
