I'm just releasing a blog ([link]) and willing to re-design the layout.

What I Need
- for blog overview, read FAQ
- for template, make sure it's suitable for Blogger's Gadgets. The layout must look like my current template (up for header, left for content, right for gadgets, and footer for copyright). You are also responsible to fix any bugs before and when I use the design.
- for graphic:
:: draw original character(s)
:: I prefer bishounen/bishoujo
:: no pornography, no yuri/yaoi
:: avoid these colors: gray, pink, green, and spotlight colors

Work Progress
- a selected team/individual will be notify after I check your portfolios.
- I will make a new journal post as our discussion thread. Except you want it as private discussion, then contact me at mitayas@yahoo.com. Don't forget to CC to another party if you work in team.
- You will have 15 days to work the alternatives, starting 2 days after I send you notification. no need to make it perfectly. Backgrounds are important, I want to see the overall background colors first. The anime/manga character can be only outline or WIP. Let me know if you need more time and your reason but it won't be more than 7 days.
- make at least 2 alternatives so I can choose.
- Another 15 days to finalize it. Let me know if you need more time and your reason but not more than 7 days.
- if there is 1 template designer & 1 manga/anime artist to work together, you are pleased to discuss without my intervention. Let me know if there's any term and condition from you (please read carefully Copyright & Lifetime section).

In Return...
I honestly have not much money. Even worst, I don't have credit cards. But I hope my offers will benefit you:
- you (for both template designer & anime/manga artist) are permitted to put your signature (or copyright signature) at the layout , design by yourself, embedded to the graphic.
- I will watch+ you and put you on my "interesting dA" at my journal.
- I will put your URLs at my gadget called "Credit" or "They helped me" (I'm not yet deciding the title)
- I will review about our cooperation in the blog. It becomes your permanent advertising for free
- Whenever you release new templates or making new arts for free, I will check and will put your download URL at "free goody" section. If it's not free, I will just make a review and link to your URL

Copyright & Lifetime
- your work is your copyright. I have no right to say it's mine.
- I have a right to stop using your work (after using it at least for 2 years) and work another new one with other designers/artist. In that case, I will send you notice(s). however, your credit in my blog will not be removed.
- I consider the template and graphic as a package. If you (both template designer & artist) had a discussion and set a lifetime for me using your work, please notify me at least 2 months before it expires. I'm easily forget things so I need you to remind me eheheeheh...
- If you, by your initiative, offer me new design before it expires, the rules remain same as I wrote at What I Need. And uh, I will really appreciate it! ^^
- I won't reject if the design can used exclusively for me but it's up to you to make it totally public and everyone can use from the time it's released or people can use after I reach my expire. I will give a link to download URL if from beginning it's public. Well, you decide.

So far, I and the team have started our rehearsal. For that purpose, since the songs will be at least 10 (which equal to make an album, hahaha), I need to organize everything.

Months ago, the violin teacher asked me to install Sibelius. I never did that until last week. But the most effective time to learn (veeeeerrryyy quickly) on this program is less than 4 days. I must be quick since next friday is the D-Day! o_o"

When the demo is finished, I actually want to 'donate' it into some clubs where I'm in... the question is...

The party will be held on Dec. 12 evening. Hope, there will be no rain >.<.
As all the staff (I'm working at kindergarten) give nice respond, I'm hoping that the party will work well. Assistant teachers are willing to dance. Ms. Lorraine (teacher) will organize the games. I already asked other teachers to sing and even helpers must do something for the party. and anyway, this is an internal party. no children and parents will see. YAY!

As the big theme is "Bling Bling".. I hope they can 'shine' themselves. Play on creativity. We took 70s and hip hop as the specific themes they can choose. But, I don't reject if they want to be Mrs. Kartini (indonesian first education woman, quite traditional in appearance). The point of the party is to erase our crazy stressful days and of course because there will be long vacation, christmas, and new year. It's a farewell to 2007.. T_T oh, and of course there will be catwalk..

So.. I'm working on decoration and big organizer of the programs. I'm still struggling with the deco I need >.>

I really hope things are going smooth.

I love to see fashion, all kind of them. I always dream to make a magazine or forum about fashion. I guess this is a right place to start the idea. since this is still a rough idea, this is the description:

The magz name is grafifashion.
It is an online fashion magazine, launch every 2 months. Focusing on people, the work, and creativity on fashion. A non-commercial project that trying to gather people to share their love on fashion, those who just start their label, those who survive and succeed, and not to forget: those who lives in dreams and looking for inspiration. As the world of fashion is big, this magz is also share the joy with writers and photographers whom dedicate their lives on fashion.

grafifashion also wants to promote your work, make your link wider, getting new friends and colleagues, and we will be happy if someday you can achieve your dream (and hope you won’t forget us )

Inside grafifashion + how to submit your work:

The categories are:
- on the spot — this is where to locate the theme article/pages. Example: jul-sep’s theme is LEGEND. so whatever contributor had sent would be placed here.
- creativity… — whatever fashion pages which not related to the theme will be stored here
- more to live — articles that out of fashion. Ex: music, film, book, philosophy, travel, architecture, etc
- ring/link — place to advertise your artwork/bussiness (any kind of art and it’s FREE). And if you know any catchy/weird URL, tell here too.

the kind articles we’re looking for:
- you write yourself about you and your artwork/bussiness
- or if I really interesting on a specific subject, I’m the one who will interview you (^-^)
- when you review your own art (for example, you’re a photographer, submitting a pic of fashion), tell the story of the pic (what is all about), why you pick that theme/object, or even reveal how you make the photo.
- you can submit article out of fashion, like a new music group, philosophy, painting, book, poetry, and others.
- if you don’t know how to write, but you want to be on the page, send me link of your work (or send the photograph/picture) and just let me know what kind of project it is (fashion/literature/photography/gra. design/etc). Then I will ‘lurking’ on your work. if I think it’s good, then I will interview you.

How to send the article:
article’s formatted as microsoft word, in rtf (max. 4 pages, 1.5 paragraph space, A4, Times New Roman/Arial/Verdana). picture/photograph at least 2 with size at least 800 x 600 pixels.
