Just thought I'd drop a note to give my new avatar some PR.. it might not show yet, but that's just because of dA's slowness... give it some time. :)

Also, I've been doing a lot of vector work lately. Note that the "a lot of" is completely relative. XD When I've done some more, I'll release it as a free to use vector resource. I'm not saying anyone would use it, but it would be nice to get some critique. :)

Well, time for another update!

General

Basically, I have very little time for design and computers in generall, due to the fact that I'm moving to a new room. All, the furniture from my old room is placed temporarily in the bacement. Also, I'm refurbishing the new room before I move in there, so now I have nowhere to have my mac. Before I started moving, I was working on some illustrations that I hope to complete before school starts in two weeks.

ArcticStyle

Throughout the last few weeks, I've been making loads of mockups. Yesterday, I decided to start all over again. A few hours after that, the mockup is basically finished. All that is lacking are some minor details, like some separators and a proper footer. Then of course comes all the coding. :)

For those of you who have lived in a cave for the last 2 weeks, today is dA's birthday!! The little fella's turning 7! Can you believe that.

Well, I'm not gonna sit here all day! There are loads of things going on throughout the whole of dA. dAmn will be stuffed with people, prizes and giveaways. Also, the journals of GDs and admins might be worth checking. :)

I myself is hoping for a sub, just to get to play around with the CSS. :)

Fear not, some semi-big things are in the works, and some really big things (for me) are also on their way. I'm still waiting for my new Graphire4. Wacom is really slow at delivering to Norway. In the mean time, I've been drawing some sketches by hand, to brush up my drawing skills. (Not much to brush up I'm afraid... :) )

On another note, I'm making a new site! You can find the splash page here. I'm getting a new host in a few days, so there'll be some downtime as I redirect the domain to the new dns servers. Along with the new site, I'll release a new set of icons and maybe a wallpaper pack. (Note the "maybe!") The icons will be a rework of my SanteDiscs icons. These will a lot better, sporting a transparent middle! XD

When it comes to the wallpaper, I'm in a bit of a doubt. I'm wondering wether to make it an abstract wallpaper or an illustration wallpaper. Gonna give it some thinking.. :)

I'm done with my ninth year at school! Now I've got 2 1/2 month of relaxing and work. :) I've got a job at the local computer store, so I've at least got something to do. :)

Also, I got all my grades for this year back today. And boy was I pleased. 11 out of 14 grades were top grades! :D That's way more than I ever hoped for. ;)

Now I've only got 1 year left of high school. Next year is final exam year, so I'll be doing a real effort then. :)

And by the way, I'm buying a tablet as I'm typing. :) Expect some more deviations from me featuring my new Graphire4 A5. :D
