Any Advice?

_{Background noise! Actually, movies. Does anyone have a movie [preferably something animated/computeranimated with music maybe?] they'd recommend to me while I'm working on big fat artsy fartsy projects?

So I needed a new CSS. I'm hopping around on here and found three good ones by the same arteest to use.

_{Tellur is actually short for Tellurium. I couldn't think of a proper name, so my ex best friend who was and still is overly obsessed with chemicals said Tellurium. I liked the short version better. Another answer that could be true to this is that I think Pen and Teller are awesome. O: Now you have NO IDEA which one is true. BETCH.}
3 | What species is your fursona and why did you choose that species?
_{Self made species of dragon; Veenziinas. Tellur is by far unlike any other dragon species, and as such she gives me a certain amount of individulality. And I kinda like being like that.}
4 | What color is your fursona and why? Hair/fur/eyes/etc.
_{Tellur is pretty much a big long black dragon with a dark grey [sometimes silver] underbelly. This is because I have a thing for black dragon, I think they're the bomb. when they pull the look off.
Her highlights can sometimes be blue. Although I'll switch from blue to grey highlights often. MY BAD.
The rest of Tellur is simple when you got it down pat [I kinda have to. xD]
Lime Green stripes. Silver horns. Purple tail fin. Blood red markings over her eyes and on her knuckles. Multicolored electric blue mouth, it gets darker towards the inside and in shaded places. It is a mix of blues though. The inside of the wings is a green-blue-grey mix.
Her mane is rainbow, Red in the front, then blue and purple towards the back. This is on the tips, though. The mane is very, VERY specific. At the base where it connects to her neck, it fades from a yellow-green [because of the stripes.] to a creamy yellow. Most of her mane is actually made out of cream yellow which then fades into bright yellow. From there, most of the bright yellow f...}

FUNNY STORY TIME.

So here I am, goofing off on the internets. Earlier today I ventured out, got my mom's birthday gift [today's her birthday and she's with some friends] and picked up Jak 3 as well. Now, I've beaten the game awhile ago, but I missed playing it and think Light Jak is too cool to play as. So I've been messing around with it for a couple hours, figuring out how to do the make light jak's wings bigger glitch and the infinite flight glitch. Whatever. So, I come back in here with the VCR on, both remotes on the footstool thing next to the chair I was sitting on. I left the game to be idle and came back in here watching this: [link] and screwing around. Now, that game is pretty quiet when you leave it idle during gameplay, at least in the Spargus section it is. So yeah. Puff, the oldest cat in the house [around 14 or so] has been out in the living room for a good while now, and she's still out there while I'm typing this. Maybe after fifteen minutes, I start hearing voices from the tv [I have oddly good hearing]. Now, I'm sitting here thinking I thought I left the VCR on, what's the game making odd voices for? I get up and walk out, coming to realize that the VCR is now OFF, and Puff is quietly watching television in the big chair. She's watching one of those old people comedy shows on PBS. I just kinda stared from her, to the tv, with her giving me a look back. Eventually I just picked my controller up and moved it, in case she bumped it. She's still watching tv.

I checked Tellur's Fury, and it's hit over 100 favorites. It took over a YEAR for that to happen. xD And it's probably the best thing I've ever drawn, lmao. SO GUYS, thank you for all the kind words, it means alot. Weird mood swings lately, most of them being negative. Something I'd like to point out is the new bit on my page that shows my art status. IF I OWE YOU ANYTHING, DROP A COMMENT ON MY PAGE, NOTE ME, OR SHOUT AT ME IN THE SHOUT BOX. And then I'll be sure to add it in. As of now, I'm pretty sure I owe someone else a trade, but I can't remember who. If anyone knows, or if you're the actual person, tell me, cause my memory SUCKS.

I said no, of course, mostly because I'm not interested in him that way, and, as an added bonus, dating co-workers is against the rules. He seemed to understand and we're still work-friends. What a day!

Yeah I'll stop with the journals. But first I wanna tell you guys about my day, it's been a very interesting. Now that I look back at it, because it's almost over, it was actually kind of fun. So lets get started!
First, on my way to the store today, a gasoline tanker truck turned right in front of me. If I hadn't noticed, I would've exploded in a huge fiery mass. However, I was smart, and hit the brakes. It slowed me down enough [because I was going the speed limit and couldn't stop my car in that short amount of time] so that I could swerve around the back end of the truck while he was moving. I'm surprised this fellow didn't see me. Or the other cars that weren't that far behind me in the other lanes. By the way, this guy was turning in front of me from the oncoming lane, if you hadn't realized that. But anyway, my car has Daytime Running Lights, meaning that as soon as you turn it on, the headlights are on. It has a censor, so that they'll be dimmer when it detects sunlight, and they'll turn themselves on at night, in case the driver forgets. In other words, my car is fucking smart. Anyway, so I almost exploded today. I think I probably would have exploded if the rest of my day wasn't going to be so interesting, so that's probably why I'm still around and making journals and spamming your inboxes. Aren't you just so happy.

I also fed Roxy today. [My snake.] She was very happy, and I helped her fight the evil mice off so they wouldn't hurt her.

Oh! While I was pulling into the pet store, I saw a Paris Hilton knockoff. A Mercedes bought by her daddy, big sunglasses, tiny shorts and top, and that disgustingly popular blonde look. I promptly started talking like a valley girl [What do they call valley girls now anyway?], and mentioned something about her going into the pet store for a parrot. When I was walking back to the cash register, she was looking at bird supplies. LOL. [I'm sure it's a parakeet. You know, something small, flashy, white, and cute. Sort of like her. Pets sometimes are like their owners.]

Later on, I put up a picture.
Edited my page a little, a new song in the lyrics department, and finally made a favs feature on my page for the giftart of my ocs. Honestly, anyone who draws my characters for me as a gift is fucking amazing. They mean ever so much to me, and other people enjoying them just makes me feel so super duper dandy!

Noticed a character looked alot like mine. Mentioned something about it. Then had a comment war over it because people get defensive so easily. It had it's long moments, but now that it's mostly over [there are some remaining parts still going], it was rather enjoyable. Millions of Kudos and Karma points to Nicoo for going along for the ride. I think she had some fun after awhile. Hell, maybe even shirt's attacking watchers had some too. GOOD TIMES HAD BY ALL! At least it was interesting. People probably got to let off some steam too.

It's about three months away, and I like to get an early start on these. Especially with the job and all, my track of time gets off. The background....well, it'll be optional, or a simple patterned gradient. They seem to work the best anyway. I can't do any traditionals atm, as my scanner's scanning thing needs to be installed.

Bob.

It was random. The name Bob is so common and silly that I named my guitar that as a joke.

I needed an oc, and created one from a mixed version of Link and my black&white guitar. Now he doesn't really make me think of either a guitar or Link. Most of you have heard Bob's creation story enough for me to not have to explain it all over again.

Bob used to be a goth wannabe, he had big white gothic pants [which I actually have IRL], had a disturbingly large V in his hair, and you could say he was going bald because it just looked like some sort of wig, he looked gay most of the time, and the other times he looked like a girl. Sometimes I wouldn't even draw his body and would make him look like a snakelike creature...thing.

There are alot of these, especially about Bob because I play FAVORITES with him. Actually, Bob is composed of alot of my favorite things. His eye color is my favorite normal color, while his hair is my favorite style of color. His red jacket makes me think he looks gay, but it's dark red and I like really dark red. I absolutely love long ears, and his are like TV antennas. I bet you could move them and Bob would pick up different stations. Bob's afraid of butterflies, as everyone knows, and he tends to be very shy around people he doesn't know. He's a Guitarian, and he can understand instrumental language. He's been known to complain about one of his guitars that talks incessantly about bubblegum. Uhmm...Bob is oddly talented with his feet. He can actually drive his car with only his feet. By the by, Paul snatched up an old beat up Barracuda and fixed it up for Bob. So again, there's another favorite. For being the big pussy he is, he can actually fight, he'd just rather not. And pretty damn well too, Paul's the one who taught him how and both will occasionally spar. I need to draw this. I'm lazy. Anyway, Bob's very skilled with his two .44 Magnums [Desert Eagles, if you must know.], throwing knives, and Jeet Kun Do skillz. But again, even if he could go and kick your ass, he'd probably rather avoid you. Alot of his childhood still makes up his decisions in life, and sometimes he's unable to just grow up. Especially when with people he doesn't know. Bob's fear of butterflies came to be after he had a pet caterpillar that went into a cocoon. That was bad enough for him, because he thought it died. Then, when a big butterfly popped out, well, he ran. Unfortunately, butterflies are attracted to him, he's a big magnet for them.

**As an added note, Bob's hair is pretty much fixed now, and it makes me laugh when people try to make it flatter/more normal looking/whatever. It's supposed to be kinda high up.

Tellur.

I probably watched something with Penn and Teller in it. Those guys are freaking awesome.

Dragsonas were cool and I wanted to hop on the bandwagon. LIKE SO HOW SO MANY OF MY OCS CAME TO BE.

Oh dear lord. Some of you remember the first Tellur. She was crap. Tellur used to be a black and silver dragon with only glowy green stripes and a biohazard sign over her shoulders. She was sleek and wasn't really in my style at all, mostly because I wanted something simple that other people could draw. I was never really happy with her, and the same went for Rad. Until he became a Luptratus, he was a carbon copy of Tellur. this made me all :C. UHUH ANYWAY. So around Janurary last year, I decided Tellur needed a serious revamp. I always liked her thin body style, so that was one of the things that was kept. She used to have line green bristles on her head, which changed into purple*green mane, then turned into the fire colored mane after her major revamp. She's obviously without any stupid biohazard signs, has a cooler looking tail [it was just six spikes before], and is now a fucking rainbowdragonsnakecrocidilesarus. She's probably the weirdest, coolest thing I've ever drawn. I absolutely love her now, because she can be such a challenge to draw.

Weird facts? Other than her being one of the weirdest dragon species ever? She's a canibal. She has trouble drawing sometimes. Her legs are kind of short, so her run is more of a lope. She's rather fast in the air, because she's got big wings and is streamlined. She's not a great swimmer, so she's got a fin on her tail to get her to GO SOMEWHERE. She's not all that quick on land, but she can stretch her neck out alm...

Took me awhile, but I finally got this laptop working. The tablet is working a little differently, but it's all good. Today was fucking torture, cause I kept thinking I was about to get fired and worrying myself to death because I wasn't fast enough and couldn't do everything as right as the people who have been there two or more years. I'm beginning to think I'm stupid. Also, the manager and another coworker both told me I was doing a good job for it being my second day. I know I should believe them, but my naggyness towards myself is naking me feel like shet.

I got a paper cut on the end of my left ring finger, and it's bothering the shit out of me. There's also four days of this hanging out @ this house. CB And Freakazoid being on TV again [sort of] is making me really happy.

EDIT, YO. So I just got back from Arby's and a chowder shower. Worked almost three hours, cause it be my first day and all that jazz. Learned how to make a bunch of sandwiches, which I can only remember the regulars. 1Â½ ounces of meat for Junior Reg. 3 ounces of meat for Regular Reg. 5 ounces of meat for Medium Reg. And 7 ounces of meat for a Large Reg. And that's all I remember. Tomorrow I work from 7-1. Six hours. Lol. I'm gonna be sooooo tired. I hope my coworkers are nice tomorrow like they were today. D:
The next project I should probably get started on is Tellur's ref sheet. Rad and Tellur go together, so their ref sheets should too, huh. After Tellur, I'll probably want to shove Bob's ref sheet up next. He's the oldest oc of mine [excluding Eggnog, who I made back in either elementary or middle school. He was a super hero dragon. with a weird name. I should redraw him, cause I barely remember the guy.], and he deserves my full respect. Which he usually gets, unless I toss in a butterfly. Har.

Rem, then Paul would probably be after Bob. Then Kim & Koac if I have the time. Although she's the least popular. I think I just keep her around because, hey, I actually ave a female character, and because she pisses ya'll off. HA. Fun.

I go in for orientation Thursday. YAY ME. Getting a job gets me 1: Money, 2: A new pair of black shoes [even though I'm usually the only girl who doesn't need to buy a million shoes], and 3: A bottle of champagne. Yes I'm serious. Mum made that deal with me awhile ago; ge a job, get a bottle of the bubbly. Epic. Win.
The Last Guardian. I don't hate it. I actually like the concept of befriending a giant beast. If I didn't, Rem and Bob wouldn't be buds, now would they? The only thing that bothers me is the head of the monster. It just looks...silly. Too out of place for the rest of it's body. There was some bickering and I thought it needed to be solved. I feel like you fucking mother. THIS I DO NOT LIKE.

During today and tomorrow I'll be resting up. It's a chick thing. And I'm an old lady. I need my rest. This isn't going into any further details.

Ummm...I'm thinking that since I'll be getting paid from a job, that I'll re-open requests and trades. However I won't do everyone's, and I will be picky about who I choose. Here's a couple things I feel I must nitpick about: The creature itself. The head. It's too goddamn cute. The rest of it looks pretty neat, and I like the tail, but give it a cooler looking head guys, five year olds aren't going to be the ones playing this. Chihuahuas have big heads because they're small. That thang don't need no big cute CHIHUAHUA head. Rem would tear that sucker to pieces. [And he'd probably be more useful in a game anyways.]

The kid needs a weapon too. He's a pussy. Link was what, ten[?] in OoT [and probably a few others], and he goes out, gets a weapon, and starts fighting shit. This kid? He...runs. OH, AND HE JUMPS. WOW GUYS, SOUNDS REALLY FUN.

I could honestly see Remus and Bob doing this better than this fat kid and his...GiantChickenChihuahua. I mean, it's the same sort of bond, and both could handle themselves without the other. This kid can't go a full minute without his GiantChickenChihuahua, and it can't seem to go much longer without him. They're way, way too dependent. Agro and Wander could go without each other.

Yes, I have actually given thought to my ocs being videogame characters. It's a rather fun idea, but I always imagined it a bit different, in where you could switch from character to character on the fly. For instance, if you were playing as Bob and needed to lift something that's twenty times his size so he can get under it, you'd switch to Rem and lift that sucker up. Simple. Each would have their flaws and strengths [Bob would be the quickest, easy to handle, but would lack sheer power. Rem would be a bit slower to respond because he gets distracted, and would be harder to handle, but he's got immense power. Paul...would probably be the guy who yells at you during your mission. :V As a plus, Rem can get to higher up places, and if Bob needs to go, he'd hitch a ride. This is fun to think about, shut up. Also, since both already prove as a challenge because you need to decide who you're being and who the Computer player is being, Both IceBob and Feral Remus would be omitted. They're too powerful and cancel out the needs of the other character. It'd...probably have something to do with the storyline. Cause, that'd make perfect sense.]

In other non-related news, things might be getting a little slow again, since the weekend's pretty much over. [Sunday's gonna be busy maybe.] Wish me luck on the interview Monday, lets hope I can think Arby's while working there.

As for the men lineup, Bob's skin was...orange looking, so that's all fixed now. Link's...getting there. If I've got time tomorrow I'll try to finish him up. There's a glow effect around the Master Sword, which, by the by, looks really fucking good. I'm more than pleased with the sword's coloring. Ace and Raz have to wait for now. And to be honest, I like the way Link's turning out better than Bob. LongEars' expression is good and fun, but I was lazy cause I just left him shirtless. It...gives it a lazy sort of look.

Lastly,

Why aren't there any more Shadow of the Colossus dubs? Especially from the guys who created these: [link] & [link] . I mean, these are both fucking funny. THERE ARE SIXTEEN COLOSSI GUYS, PICK SOME AND MAKE SOME SEQUELS. The twist at the end of the second one is epic too. Maybe if we pester these guys, we can make them make MOAR.

Rant? OH FINE THEN.

First off, I wasn't the only one right about texting whilst driving. [link] was mentioned on the Today show, and it just proves my point. Don't let it be you, or the person driving you. It's not fair, and it's plain stupid. Now, this of course isn't in every scenario, but it's happened alot, enough for a commercial to be made, and plenty of studies to be done. Now that that's said and done with, _{_{_{I really don't have much to say. Although, I can probably think of a few things. For instance, what's with all the computer animated movies? What happened to people sitting down and sketching EVERYTHING out? I mean, for videogames, comp animated stuff is fine, because the whole thing's animated like that. But cartoons? Gowd people, get back to your roots. Even some of these cartoons just whipped up in flash. Now for some stuff, like Adult Swim stuff? It's fine, cause the lines from the voice actors are what really counts. [ATHF is a perfect example.] But for a real action sequence on something? Draw it out on paper. And leave the damned ruler behind, it's cheating. Go with the flow, the emotion, the pulse of the art. Be a real artist. Now, for some people, they use alot of straight lines, but there's a difference between style, and laziness. Alot of people hate Spongebob, and alot of people like it. Me, personally, I liked the first few episodes but the new stuff is crap, he had alot of original flow back then. Some of the newer ones...they're just lazy. I simply don't watch it because the art's lazy, and the ideas are lame. Overused. It's the same for alot of shows, but in this case, it was obvious. Hrmm...there are a few, a very select few, of good comp animated movies. Kung Fu Panda is pretty good, Toy Story was amazing when the FIRST ONE came out [the sequel was a hunk of horseshit], Wall-E was a very original idea, and so was the first Shrek [the second one isn't as good of a storyline, but it is rather funny], Finding Nemo was also rather good, I liked Madagascar until it got sappy in the end, that was a crock of bullshit. Now, I've seen enough of the others to get tired of it. Bolt, while many people like it, it was boring to me, and there weren't any real surprises. I mean, all the hype they made over it was pretty much the entire storyline, in a couple minutes, rather than an hour of sitting through a boring movie. I dunno guys, I'm thinking Disney should get back to it's roots. You know what? I wanna see something reminiscent of Steamboat Willie. Not the same cartoon, but something that visits the same amount of originality. Besides, Mickey's whoring himself out to lame shit, rather than actually being a mascot and getting involved with good stuff. Dreamworks should really get on the ball with some animated movies as well, Prince of Egypt was rather good, had alot of originality and flow, but it was like a one hit wonder. Tellur. Short name cause I'm lazy. CB

2) How old is your dragon?
82!!! No, I'd say 19. Same age as the old lady. DUH.

3) What colour is your dragon?
Lol. Black. With a dark silver underbelly. Lime green stripes. A mane that fades from cream yellow to red. Silver horns. A light purple-grey fin on her tail. Underside of wings are a light blue-green color. Her mane may sometimes have blue streaks in it, usually if she's mad. She has rainbow glowy dots all along her body. It is a royal bitch to remember, but it's fun.

4) How tall is your dragon?
Varies. Usually tries to keep around Rad's size, And he' about 6'4" at the shoulders [I'm staring at his ref right now]. Tellur probably likes to stick around 6'0" at the shoulders when she's near Rad. Anywhere else, she's usually looking to intimidate. [meaning fairly large.]

5) What kind of body type does your dragon have?
Skinny and snakelike. Good speed, but a little weak on leg strength. However, her neck and tail have tons of power, especially when they're used like whips.

6) What element is your dragon? (JUST ONE)
Rofl, if I had to pick one, being Insane would be an element. [Lightning prolly.]

7) What is your dragon's eye colour?
Light green on the outer iris, and yellow closer to the pupil's slit.

8) What is your dragon's hobby?
Usually playing practical jokes on Remus, lazing around, or cuddling with her mate. She also attempts to draw and play videogames, but those things weren't made for her paws.

9) What season best represents your dragon?
Winter. She might be showy like Summer, but she's very cold towards others.

10) What mood is your dragon usually in?
Usually a rough play, actually. She likes to have fun, but won't dare let anyone know it.

Hmm...fried chicken. Lol, seriously.

Wherever she can have a good nap. Usually tends to steal Rem's bed. Hurhurhur.

Varies. Usually is that giant double fishhook spade on her tail, but if she's mad, that fire-lightning breath is frequently used.

14) How does your dragon want to die?
In a freak accident, involving alot of electricity and grey hair standing on it's ends. AKA, something funny or ironic.

15) What does your dragon think is the most beautiful way to die?
Probably with her mate, at the same time. This doesn't mean she'd go dragging anyone off a cliff, though. Rofl.

16) What is your dragon's favorite thing to do?
I thought I just answered this... Well, she likes to hang out.

17) What does your dragon love most?
Respect. And plenty of it.

18) What does your dragon hate most?
Anything that might pose a threat her reign. Even if it's unintentional.

19) Who does your dragon treasure most?
...A piggybank. NO, I'M KIDDING. Probably...the time spent around Rad.

Not really anyone in particular, she hates alot of stuff. She might hate other dragons the most, or folks who have pretended to be her friends, then royally screwed her over. Yeah, them.

Here's the deal.

So, instead of being dead, I'm gonna be more like a zombie. Here, but slow to respond. So, I'm not GOING AWAY or anything. Yet. But things'll be going a bit more slow for awhile. So...kiribans, commissions, and art projects in general will be very, very slow. Sort of like when I never had a tablet. Which is weird, you'd think that now that I have one, I could just be whipping up stuff all the time, but noooooooo. Anyway, so that's the big thing. When I am around, I'll mostly be working on stuff, so you'll just have to deal with it.

Watched Kung Fu Panda a couple days ago. I thought it was gonna be stupid, but it wasn't half bad. And this is coming from the person who is BLOODY WELL TIRED OF ALL THE COMPUTER ANIMATED FILMS.

I'm excited about something. But I don't know what. Now, none of you know me IRL, but if you did, you'd know that I hardly ever show emotion. So this is my excited face: This is my oh my god, I'm so super happy I feel like I might pass out face: This is every other emotion: I honestly have no idea why I'm like that, but it tends to make people think I'm a total jackass. I am, but I do have feelings.

I'm also very shy and secluded IRL.

Either way, I'm still excited about something. And I still have no idea. Maybe it's taking a shower and getting all the paint and grime off of me. This journal is actually pretty much the same. Except for the fact or course, that it's on a FUCKING MILK CARTON. I made myself go grab a glass of milk for this. It's tasty. I'm making this journal longer so that it'll stretch the carton, because I'm trying to figure out this mofo of a CSS. It's stubborn. And you can not believe how hard it was for me to not say "It's stubborn, LIKE YOUR MOM". My mom is stubborn, your mom probably is as well. Unless of course, you are a mom, in which case YOU ARE STUBBORN. Also, I should point out, that I can't start a new line in this CSS. Which is really annoying, I feel like I'm going on a rant here! Ever get one of those itches? You know, those itches? That itch? That itchy feeling that makes you go; "Oh!, I'd just like a little itch right here...or maybe I can rub it instead, I have long nails..." I bet you're getting it right now. You know what else I bet? I bet you have already itched this itch. Well, while you take in the pleasure of itching that newfound itch that seems new every time you have it, I bet you didn't know this: I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. That's right, all I had to do was think about something random, and this is how it starts: "Oh, my arm is itchy. *scratches* Hmm...I wonder what my rant will be about today. Hey wait...I just made some sort of motion. If I word this carefully enough, it'll be a good rant! OKAY, LETS DO THIS PAPRIKA!" And that's it. In fact, most of this is just made up as I go. I'm just that good. So while you're itching, or simply regretting you've itched that place, just imagine me laughing at you, or simply being very, very satisfied from this. And out of this entire little experience, I want you to know this: I made you itch yourself in the wrongest place. From a bunch of friggin' text on a milk carton. I'm proud of myself, and you're proud of me too. No matter how broken-hearted you may be, now that I've made you itch yourself, and then made fun of you for it.
This one is by far my favorite. The reaction it got was epic.

Okay, why is it that you can balance Pepsi cans on their sides, but not Coke cans or Dr. Pepper cans? What's the point of that?
