my msn ma yafta7 w it came up with error code :80048823 so i was like ok ill wait a few days and try again and the same thing happend so i decided to try and reset my password as i havn't had to do this for a long long time i had forgot my secret answer therefore i couldnt get in and i tried a few more times but it was wrong so it locked me out of the reset password option and I tried to send the information to my alternate e-mail adress, but it hasnt sent. Can somebody please help me with this?
