In these days my work is keeping my mind away from DA and I can't create something interesting... I'm really busy: I have a terrible timetable and people are such a tease!! I know, it's a hospital the place where I work, but... damn!! some people are very intractable even when you're trying to help them (and this is the reason I'm very very disappointed: I'm always shiny and sunny and nice but people keep on treating me bad)
Btw I hope to come back soon with something good for my gallery! ^__^

I think I'm a person who respect rules when I decide to subscribe an account. I respect other people's work, so I always try to put the right credits when I write the deviation's description.
So the first thing I made was to read the link to see if something was wrong with my deviation, and I agree with that post of the DA staff: you always have to give credits when you use something it's not yours!
But the matter is: how to have permission if the image I found were posted on a forum or on a website that is a collection of pics? I can also have a website and I can also put pics of my favourite singer or driver or actor/actress in it. That doesn't mean I have the credit of those images and that doesn't mean people can ask ME for permission to use those pics. The right thing to do would be only to write a letter to Keira Knightely (for example) to have her permission to use the image. But to be honest: a pic of Keira BELONGS ONLY TO HER! Logical...
So if I can't ask permission to anyone (write a letter to Keira is not so simple), what can I do? apart from don't use the pic...
And then, you have always to think about DA gallery: if you see it, you can easily find wallpapers made with a collage of images of actor singer etc... but I've never saw special credits or whatever and those deviation are always on the gallery, when mine were deleted

NB: for this person, the one who linked me DA rules, I am an art theft... interesting! so I think my deviation will be deleted once again because people read rules but don't ever think about what they read!

Hey!!
I've been so busy because of the work in this period, so I'm sorry I didn't keep in touch with all of you, DA friends! The matter is I don't like so much writing on a journal, too...
Plus, I don't like to put my art here, no more. There are too envious persons: many deviations of my gallery (it takes me sooo much time to do them!!) were deleted by the staff, but you know better than me that the staff is not here every day to watch what I put on my account to control, but some person report to them so-called violations... I'm tired of all that!

but honestly I don't understand this lyric: Buddha for Mary. That's not a matter of translation: I just don't understand the inner meaning of the song (expecially the part where Jared sing "he said... she said...").

the staff send me a note, answering my "mail" to the help desk about the deletion of one of my works:

"I've checked the logs and the difficulty seems to lie not in whether or not you created the entire image in question but rather the fact that you are precisely duplicating copyright photographs when you do so."

NO, NO, NO!
this is the last time: if the DA staff don't answer in a right way to me in the next days, I delete my DA account.
it seems that for me it's not possible to upload some works, because someone start to say "you cheated, it's only smudge, it's only this, it's only that". it's because of this people that my works are always deleted!
I accept every kind of comment, but not the ones that insult me and the ones that force me everytime to see my art deleted.
What the hell can I do to demonstrate that I entirely made those things?!?!?!?
Maybe I have to cancel this account and create a website on my own... I'm only so sorry to you all that always supported me: thank you!!!

Well, if there are some rules, it's ok to respect them all, but onestly I don't understand: some DA users posted in their galleries pics and photos from the web (landscapes, people, etc...) so how - for example - my Lestat's wallpaper broke the rules?
