It's a very important family time for me. Yesterday morning was like a dream come true. I woke up and saw beautiful peaceful snow falling slowly lightly. The whole town turned into beautiful snow pillow in minutes. Big WoW!

After last years - not a snowflake and barely around 0degrees - the 31st this time was amazingly beautiful.

Now I'm doing a small painting with color pencils and pastels, paints and all. But like with all my color works, I'll post wips after I'm finished.

And I've already found a few refs for my next graphite works. But when my friend showed a few beautiful pictures he made himself, I thought I wanna do those first. So I'll consider those before starting anything. But eventually I think I'll do it all. Considering a month+ for one drawing to make))))))

I love drawing with coals and love it more when it comes out good. The paper was not a serious piece and I've noticed when you don’t plan too big it comes out better than when you do. The pattern for the background was the first one for me too. The whole thing was removing coal to expose lighter areas.

That one still in process. I used piece of vellum paper that’s been lying around for a while. I've started drawing it some time around Classical beauty. And it’s been on and off since. Not too detailed, but we'll see. And in the last wip just one grade pencil and kneaded eraser.
