Hi there, It has been so long since I updated my journal, more than 1 year and 3 months If I remember.

I've got so many questions about how I scan my traditional artworks, I also wanted to try out my deviantart Sta.sh storage, so I've uploaded some scanned files and put them on this journal.

: I use HP G4050 scanner
: My current working OS is Windows 7, but I always use Windows XP to scan my artworks
: I always put 2 bluish-tint transparent films under my pictures when scanning. [You can buy transparent film at stationery stores.]

I know that dA system has an option to clear all message in my inbox but I chose to keep these and try to give a thank you message back to anyone who watch me before deleting them, and I know that I don't have much time to do because of my art thesis project. :B

I try to send thank you messages to everyone as much as I can, but all the messages seems to increase all the time and now I think it's too hard for me to deal with that. o.o

It's possibly that you're watching them with LCD monitor.

Because this monitor will lighten the picture and show the contrast at high level.

I borrowed 22 inches sumsung LCD monitor from my dad and used it for 2 months, and then I notice that all of my pictures in LCD are lighten a lot since I changed my monitor into CRT flat screen and take a look at them again.

I would like to say something that is really important.

I've encountered a lot of problems since I joined DA....
and 95% of those problems are starting from my poor english speaking skills. D:

It's really annoying when I've something to tell to my foreign friends but I can't make it come out right D:

and I'm always afraid when I say something stupid [which I'm not aware of] and my foreign friend's misunderstand it.

If you don't mind... I would like all of you who use english as a daily language .... to teach me on how to speak English if you have the chance.

At this time I've already know how to submit my scrap works.

      My scrap gallery will include a lot of my doodle paintings, doodle sketch and some photo of my artworks that cannot be scanned [such as oil paints and some paintings from my sketchbook]
I will not put the serious descriptions in scrap gallery, just feel free to visit them sometime.
