I'm inactive here in DA but I wish to let all who actually knows that my works and what I can do, that I'm open for commisions. I havent set the prices for each of what services I'll be offering yet. I'll try and come up with a price list by next week.

I need the income and I need the practice. Heh. Oh yeah. I'll do requests too. But only for characters sketches. Something like the latest submission I have now on the left. But I won't be accepting all. It depends on my time. Well, those who request for something, it would be a great support. Even friends I do know, can ask for a simple sketch for a gift. I know gifts are meant to be given and not asked for...but hey, drop me a not. When I have the time, I'll be glad to draw something. It's nice to draw something for people.

I might be quitting my job. But that's a thought. So... that's all.

This is about the animation jobs available here. Its disappointing. But maybe its just me disappointing the employers. "You style is too anime/mangaish"

Its hard to work with people who can't understand what it is to enjoy drawing what feels good. But if all jobs are like that, I guess no one would be making the money eh?

I'm self-learning Maya at the moment and waiting for my Chinese New Year holidays so that I can work on the pre-production of my animated short film with a calm mind.

Thanks to all who supported me and especially the one who loves me. No support is greater than that.

And just to state, Life to me is my animation and my drawing. I chose this career and even if I do fail terribly. It was the life I had. Even if it's bad now, I look forward to better things to come. I look forward to work with the great people I've met through the years. This is my life.

I've been trying to figure out how I can get myself to be able to study in Vancouver Film School for a year. [link] The biggest problem for me is the financial side and it really is depressing when that's the only thing that's preventing me from learning from that school. Other than loans, I can't figure out what other options of financial aid I can acquire.

I had a plan of working as a 2D animator for now and try to save up or work my way up. So that i'll be able to get to VFS soon enough. But it seems that working here as a classical animator is really..I can't find the exact word. It's just hard. There's no industry for it here. Even if there is, it's all Flash animations and I truly think that I will not be able to excel in Flash animation because its too limited.

I'm looking for more infos for studying in Vancouver. I did found some information but what I really need most is to know more about accomodation. Needa calculate the expenses and all. Since the tuition fees have risen to a really shocking amount for me. If anyone knows anything about it, please do let me know. Vancouver is so far. Heh.

Also, are there any options for courses on 3D animation and visual effects? Other than Canada. I'm sure there's a lot but would love to know if there are any recommended ones. I've been scouring for Singapore schools but there aren't much of a result back. There is also Australia, but it seems as though the currency rate is almost the same as Canada and the expected expenses is pretty much similiar.

Well, am hoping for the best.

Next up, would be a remake of some old characters that I've created when I was still 13. (Psst. I'm 22 this year) It's something fun to draw. I can't believe I'm so terrible when I was younger. @_@;;;

Been sketching and wanting to sketch more. I wanna pracitce more and hopefully it goes well for me. Work's been pretty mundane lately. And been having some chats with ~gndagnor about what should we do for our animation life. It was all very interesting and its definitely making us wanna do more than just sit around and continue wondering.

I've been wanting to make a full animated short for a long time and since I have a story or two lying around, maybe it might work out. Since I have discovered the usage of a simple and fast tool known as ToonBoom Studio and some support from ~gndagnor,~ sexyblue and my other friends.

I really hope all will work well for this animated short. I'm gonna try and get the works and designs done before Christmas or hopefully even before December. MUST WORK HARDER~!

Well, must say everything's fine. Except that I must put in more effort in my job. I get more chances to animate now since I am placed as a key animator in the studio. But I still want to try at making my own animated short. But not alone of course. I'm still looking forward to a group project with my close friends in college.

I guess I should proceed onto Storyboarding? But the whole idea is still rather...I don't know.. blur? But I might try my hand at it.
