It is raining really hard.

I found some interesting stuff in the grocery last saturday. A WIDE assortment of Pocky. They usually just have chocolate and strawberry, now they have stuff from that to reverse side pocky... Reverse side, pocky, the only other flavor I remember. I have a box of it in my room. I haven't started munching on it yet though.

Plus, choco peanut icecream. really yummy flavor. It tastes like choc nut. Brings back memories from manila zoo too.

Univ starts tomorrow, and I've decided to make a Kiriban for the 1006th hit. Just post it in my journal.

I was feeling down today, like every day, but I guess dev art did something I didn't expect, give me a one week subscription... YAY! Kinda happy, no one's done this before. Kinda makes you feel that someone actually cares in the world. Like there is a god or something. Not that I'm saying that I don't have any friends, my friends are great, just some people made me down these days.

Oh, it's my grandmother's birthday today. Happy Birthday to her! May her soul rest in peace.

I also picked up a couple of CD's today, all OPMs. Cynthia Alexander. Gotta love her music, it's cool, something like a Tori Amos thing, with a lighter and accoustic feel to it, with the occational little gong like sounding things... They sound like the Kumintang. And Mishka Adams, some British-Filipino newbie in the music scene. Picked it up out of curiosity.

I got a letter from De Montfort University, they moved me in the Engineering program o.O Like I'd want to do that, so I guess I'm declining the place they offered me. I do need feedback about Lincoln University and the London Metropolitan University. I'm deciding if I should continue my media studies there. If DLSU's got a sweeter deal that they have, then I guess I'd stay.

Sumitting something in the gallery, o.O it automatically brought me in the product submission o.O whatever, I guess I should just say "yes"? o.O Ok, I'm actually curious if someone would actually want to purchase my stuff.

I'll also submit the original pictures I took from bohol as scrap one of these days. Just in case anyone wants to see them, or use them for stock or something.

I'm going to be working on a website soon too, my org's actually. They made me the webmaster. Pretty cool position, especially since I haven't even spent a year in that org, and they picked me to be the webmaster! I didn't even apply for that postition. (I was applying for those like production crew position thingies, like making props and designing the venue) Out of no where, they just said, Ok, we want you to be the flash person and the webmaster for the org. Cool.

Bleh, I know I shouldn't be down, lots of good stuff's happening to me in this place. Hmm.. funny thought, maybe I should just give up the crazy idea to study abroad and ask for a car? O.o Despite not knowing how to drive one. I admit... I'm actually tempted to contiue with the very comfortable life I have here... hehehe.

Malaya... malaya... Whoo! Cynthia Alexander... Her music's kinda the one that cheers you up. Kinda a good change, instead of those hopeless, dark music. Definitely worth getting her cd.

Let's just say I'm making up for all the sleep I lost for staying up to 5am in the morning and waking up at 8am. I just had WAY to many projects in my hands the past few days. It was VERY stressful There actually came a point in time when I had around 12 tasks to do @.@ and I just had half a day to finish it. >.<

It seemed quite impossible to beat the deadline. But... tadah! I was working till the very last minute of that deadline and guess what! My super cramming skills just got leveled up! - Courtesy of my org, englicom ^-^ Whenever there are flash presentations, they manage to make me work till the last minute. Not that I mind it. I think it's a great oportunity to learn how to cram effectively! ^-^ Very useful in the univ.

Despite the fact that I resorted to cramming, I'm pretty pleased with myself.

I watched the flash presentation I did for an even for the very first time. Plus, I got treated out to lunch for it. Shallow I know, but it's the first time it's happened. ^-^

I just survived the prof that I've been petrified of since day one! And he actually complimented my story board for the advertisment of body shop. It's not a serious proposal, more like, pretend to defend a story board for a TV ad you made for this company. I chose body shop. Good choice I might ad. Body shop is quite interesting with all the values they have. That's why I just love buying from them.

And then, I think I just landed my first ever job o.O Lol, a bit of explaining is needed I guess. among the 12 tasks I had to do, one was to make a site for my friend's thesis. I made the layout, but at the nick of time, stace stepped in and asked if I needed help. I so freakkin did need the help so I asked her to put the contents in the site... And then yesterday, my friend approached me, if I am willing to take on a job and make a serious site for them. Cool ^-^

I really can't bear seeing my fish sick... it's really sad that she has to be separated from the others. And that cancels my first attempt of trying to make them breed. Plus I don't really know how to treat her. I'm going to try the salt bath thing I got in the internet. But....

I'm scared that I will make it worse. And the worst part is, the possibility of the carps getting sick as well since the other one that died shared a tank with the other fishes.

I left my ID at home today, the guard won't let me in the Univ. Bad Trip... I had to go across the campus to get to the other campus gate so I could get a pass. Then they made me call the office where I could get the pass. But they said that they couldn't give me one until 7.30am... What on earth are they thinking? I have ROTC that starts at 7am, only the lord knows what they're going to make me do and where they'll make me go to... [i] pag papasa pasahan lang ako ng mga offices siguro [/i]
Thankfully, I wasn't late in the ROTC class, I got there 7.10am, and then they started late, so I got to study for my finals, which were easy. And now, I'm in the Plaridel office.

WHy do I subject myself to going to the University this early and make myself wait for hours and hours. I actually feel like I'm waiting more than I go to classes. But then, it's probably because of the recidency that I have to fill up. I have to spend 7 and a half hours in the Plaridel Office for staff members during the press week, 5 hrs during non press week (I'm in the arts section ^-^) and 3 hours in the Englicom (filipino and chinese socio civic org) hangout. But then that only applies to the officers. (I'm just a commitie coordinator in the arts and communications department) Luckyly, I don't have any recidency for team comm (Communication arts proffesional org) I just have to revamp the bulletin board. Which I still haven't started on. But I do have a layout though.. I just need the materials and the software for it... And a LADDER! The bulletin board is way too high for me to reach. I can say that the ladder is my biggest problem right now. Who's insane enough to bring that to the university?

hahaha! I SURVIVED the first week of UNI! I'm still alive and breathing, with little eyebags that I gained during the battle! Ha! And I'm currently very sleepy >.< Anyway, First subject poligov- my prof's FPJ's campaign manager, he keeps on saying that someone cheated on the elections so FPJ's is currently loosing because, a lot of people always met fpj whenever he went to different provinces.
Artapre- we watched a documentary on the T'boli. kinda cool
Anthropology, the weirdest, the prof has a raspy voice >.< And he went ok, bring 1/2 lengthwise yellow paper, we have a quiz, and then he gives out this set of papers with bunches of text and you really can't tell which questions he wants you to answer, I couldn't find it, I feard that I'd pass an empty paper, I was at the verge of crying since I didn't even get the directions, DID he even give directions?
Last, English, talked about virginity.... discussing that with a bunch of boys AND they made use of our classmate's names that weren't there, so at the end of the period, we introduced the guy who was in the example... It was kinda funny, that was my friday... the most evenful day of the week, mebbe except from monday?
