I was and have been a single mom on my own my sons whole life until a year ago when JCD and I met. I am not your typical single mom who have Mom and Dad to help. My parents do not help me. Never have. In fact I live over 4 hours away from my parents. Okay so that gives you the mind set. Everything in my home I worked my butt off for. I did it alone.

My son set the fire it was child curiosity.He use a match liter that was to lite the stove. He did it in a matter of less then a minute. The time it took me to start the shower and walk out he had taken the liter and boom it was started.

My house was gone in less the 4 minutes.

EVERYTHING was gone with it. Well I should not say everything My son and I got out okay. And dont ask me how but the fireman brought out my smoke damaged, water damaged and warped cell phone and I will be dammed the thing was ringing so let me tell ya I answered it and it still worked. LOL.

Anywhoo How I did I will never know and neither did the Fire Marshal. I walked through a wall that was on fire and never had a mark on me. The marshal told me he had never seen a fire as bad as mine that someone walked through a wall of flames and did not have a mark on them or smoke inhalation at the very least esp considering I went back in after it was on fire 4 times. I was in my nightgown it was 6:40 in the morning.

Now ever since then I have a horrid fear of fire. I smell smoke and I panic. Esp if it is in my house.

So now you have history you may understand my post a bit better.... Okay so today I get off work, am pulling into my sub and their is fire trucks on my street. The black smoke billowing up.

Total panic attack is all I can say. My son was home and I was in hysterics. The firemen would not let me get close so I was really crapping down both legs. I finally went to the house behind my neighbors and hopped their fence and then hopped into my backyard. I just sat their starring at my house. I half expected it to be in flames. I just laid on the grass and stared at my house and cried.

I cried out of sheer relief. My son came outside he had been oblivious to the whole deal. But he walked out saw the smoke and he started paniacing.

Luckily It was not my house but a neighbors. Happily it was not a sever fire but a kitchen fire.

Anywhoo I just got to looking around my home and even today we still have not recovered from the fire.

I cant help but wonder how long does it take to recover fully or do you ever? Do you ever get that smell of your life going up in flames right in your face and being absolutely helpless to do a damn thing out of your head? Does that paniac leave.

Guess this seems pretty lame but I wanted to get this off my heart and head. Sorry again folks. So onto positive things.

Then a chance has come up for a mass upgrade to what I have now, I prolly wont get it but hey what the heck, I will be pretty tickled for however does. That is a awesome prize for someone.

Okay anywhoo I am off to search for the remaining 3 pieces I need.

Okay so I have had this one piece rattling about in my head for over a year well actually three different pieces. The only hold up on them is that I have lacked a particular background. At least for one of them.

Unfortunately I have not had the ability to get a shot on my own because I dont live near the ocean. Over the past few days however I have stumbled upon two of the key elements to these pieces that I have lacked. YAYYYY for me so I will have some new art up in the next few weeks. YAYYY YAYYYY

Okay so onto stock..... I have some mass uploading to do. I have managed to get some of the places I wanted to shoot. I have to go today on my way into the office and stop and snap a few more shoots off of a few places and this weekend I am going to hit a few others pretty hard.

I have found a killer walking path but sadly I have to go obtain permission to walk along it because it is on private property. I am hoping they will give me consent. It is has an absolutely amazing Gazebo and bench area over looking the river.

I am jonesing for this area big time. I am going over there tomorrow and am going to walk my little self right up to the door and knock and ask if it would be possible to walk on there path. LOL I hope they are not whacky doodle. That would sooo suck.

I will keep you all posted on that.

I am working on a steam punk series as well. There is such a plenitude of avenues for artistic release to do this genre in a series.

For those that do not know what this is... dont feel bad neither did I. LOL until I went to ask.com and did a search. What it is... is a book based fantasy series of people that are in a world that is steam powered. The clothing is victorian with a newer twist to it. High industrial, is another aspect to it. I personally have never read this series so I am going solely on what I have read online in re to this. If anyone else can better explain this to me I would be ever so appreciative.

Okay I am going to crawl in my dark corner and eat a doughnut.

Also I am shooting the Hobbit series tonight with JCD. I want to shoot the toga/roman series with him. I am trying to talk him into a loin cloth but alas I fear that wont happen. HA not for lack of trying mind you. I am also going to finish the elf series I did and hopefully get them up this week as well.

I have also successfully cracked my old hard drive and have accessed all my old stock shots.... I am debating the upload on them. They are old and I am wondering if I can get better, newer shots???? The cam I now have is a lot better.

Anyway off to my corner to blush and a eat doughnut and suck a gallon of coffee.

Also I received a very heart warming letter from Brits parents and I wanted to share that with everyone and thank everyone who has noted me in reference to the angel headstone, I will post that later today after I reply to it.

Please let me start with OMG THANK YOU to all of you that have faved and placed me on your watch list. I am soo flattered by that. Please be prepared to get slammed. I mass upload far too often I apologize for that in advance. LOL I dont always comment back to you folks but please rest assured the fav and watch means a lot to me. In fact I keep the notice of my watchers in my list that way I know exactly who you are. Thanks everyone.

To those that comment. I am really a big one about replying to comments. If you comment I will reply. Same with if you use my stock I will comment on it. I know being a photo manipulator myself comments from the stock providers means a lot. So you can bank on getting a comment and a fav.

So onto things... I finally got off my lazy arse and posted some of JCD's Stock. They did not come out as I had hoped I am experiencing technical difficulties with my camera WAHHH WAHHH WAHHHH. For some reason they came out low res and grainey. I think I had remedied that now! * crosses fingers drops to knees and pray*

I am going to reshott the whole lot when I get my new camera a Rebel XSI yayyyy for me.

Upcoming stock in the next few days the canal and a few places here have caught my fancy so it is on now, LOL. I drive by them everyday and everyday I cant stop staring like a freak so I need to feed my obsession.

I am also going to post the disgruntle cupid shots as well. I hope that is. I need to get with Andy and get some paperwork signed before I post them so keep your fingers crossed this set is wild... buck wild, to say the least.

I am going to shoot some more JCD shots the man is a perfect Hobbit so I am going to exploit that to the fullest extent.

And as much as I loathe this idea I am actually going to pose myself. I have natural elf ears. I am not shitting ya those things point like a vulcan and it is natural. I guess it could be worse I could have Radar dishes. LOL LOL

What I am going to do because I horrible hyper sensitive and self concise I am only going to post a few if they get enough positive feed back I will post the rest.

I will be returning to the areas these shots were taken and getting better shots in May. The ones up now are not the greatest they are good but not greatest. The best ones I kept out for exclusive packs for my Muses...... That is something I will explain later.

The shots that are up took a lot to get... I was in Avalanche country for starters, there was in certain places up to 3 feet of snow. The shots you cant really tell but there was mass snow and my 4wd is only so good and I didnt want to get buried and have to wait till spring when the tow truck could get me out. LOL Been there done that... It sucked!!!

I did not have snow shoes with me. My bad I knew I needed them and left em sitting in the foray of my house. OOOPS. Hate it when that happens.

I was also in Cat country. Taking the very few I took at Hooper springs was a risk and a half. I could hear a cat growling that is why I did not meander any further then I did. Now when I say Cat I do not mean some house Kitty or field Lion, I mean a Mountain Lion. I have already tagged my one in a lifetime Kitty and I dont want another. I did it when I was 11. It was me or him. Anywhoo There is a Mother and cubs that come down to Hooper to drink from the springs. She only comes down in the winter. So spring I wont have the hassles of Cat or snow.... Mud and water well that is another story but Mud is easy to get out of.

The snow was a huge pain in my ass this time. Many of the places I wanted to go to I could not get back to because of snow. The wildlife also was non cooperative, This country is Bear, Cat and Moose country. I have gotten my Bear as well I was 13.

I did not have my Gun with me when I went home this time, I will however next time. I dont make a point to screw with these critters I know better. Therefor my lack of armory did stop me. It wont next time. MUUUAAAHHHHHHAAAAAA

Come May I will be going home again and it will PRETTTY!!! I am going to hit Lava, Georgetown, The Canyon, Soda again... Hooper, the other springs, Immigrant Cemetery (I could not get there this time) and some other places that way including Reed Mansion!! I got permission to go in. YAYYYYY. I will also be re shooting Standrod. I am getting consent to go inside this time as well. I will hit Bear Lake and a few others and will grab some of the Mighty Mighty Snake River. The bottoms are also on my list. I am also going to hit the Pass. YAYYYY again. I am going to get Massacare Rocks too.

I also did just receive consent to hit three victorians from the area. So those will be cool as all get out.

I am excited. I hope everyone has enjoyed the shots and look forward to the feedback. If you can think of any shots you would like to see drop me a note and let me know.

Also DO NOT ASK for Cat, Moose, or Bear shots.... I do NOT want to hassle with these bastards. If I see them I am grabbing my gun not a camera. I dont want to be Critter feed.

So I need to tell everyone I am just flat lazy and refuse to open a stock account. Now because of this I ma mass organizing. If it does not say stock it is NOT stock! I am placing these in folders that will say unrestricted stock restricted stock etc. Well hell you will see.

Okay so these shots are kinda funky because everything is ugly here right now but I will go back there in May when things are awake and pretty and grab more. I will leave these up as well. Hopefully you will all get some use out of these.

Here is what I will be posting The Geyser, I got right up in the thick of it. LOL LOL Hanson Farmhouse... Murder site so I did not go in it, You cant. The old MCDaniiel House .... murder site and I did go in it but what was in it was too sad so I am not posting the interior shots, The Standrod Mansion, sky shots.... awesome storm came in, Sunken Gardens, Lava Hot Springs, Hooper Springs, and one other springs cant remember name, And the bottoms. In going home. However this time I am going armed with 2 cards and my camera.... I am going to Soda and Lava as well. I want to head to Swan Lake and Downey while I am there as well. I am going to hit the Cemetery in all five places and Poky is Crypt rich. YAYYYY.

I am going to hit The Stanrod Mansion, The Stairway, The ONLY man made Geyser in the world... that is if they have it on.... the crappy Portenuf and the mighty Snake. LOL See going home I know right where to go. I thought about hitting the bottoms as well but I always worry about Water Babies because I know that is real.

Okay so I will explain that if I can get the nuts up to face the bottoms.

I am also gonna try and hit the Reed Mansion.

The shots I will be uploading next week should be awesome!!!!!

I am still working on the profile, I have it for the most part done I am just doing the fine tuning of it.

I am also going to when I place the shots up in each description U am going to put a link to up here where I am going to post the back history of each place. I know I always find that the coolest thing is to read about the history if there is one.

The places that have storys are Reed Mansion, Stanrod Mansion,The bottoms, The witches Crypt, and if I can get back far enough on my land back home with my Pick up a genuine Indian Burial Ground. The Geyser and the metal dump off from Monsato ..... it looks like a lava flow its tight. The old whiskey still, The Kraft plant and I am hopping a few other places. The shots should be awesome.

This led me to do a google search and I found this handle being used by several people other then me on several different sites. 723 was one of them as was Myspace and Xanga.

My original handle and the same handle I have had since 1998 and generally use everywhere was taken out here by someone else.

That is why I went under Fallengraces. While I am on Myspace, Facebook, Xanga and a few others this is the ONLY site I am under fallengraces on.

So in doing this I need to post stock rules. I am trying to cover all the bases here and I tend to be a bit long winded sorry.

As many have seen I pretty relaxed about this for the most part. You can find the rules for stock in the folder they are in right on the sidebar and I will be doing a mass update soon editing rules and such on the pieces themselves.

So just in case you have missed the rules somehow here they are....

On ALL Unrestricted Stock..... for clarifications they are tagged in the title as URS

1- Please credit and send me notice to my inbox PLEASE do not comment me or the piece!! Send me a note that way I see it. I really do like seeing what you can do with it all.

2- Be creative and have fun!!!! Dont slap a filter, make it black and white or some other color or make minor changes and call it your own.

3- Do not use my stock to make brushes, or textures then redistribute them as your own and/or try and make a buck off of it.

Prints I dont care about that. YOU put the work into it. It is YOURS. This stock was simply a resource to it. However Brushes and textures yeah I do care. I put this out here for everyone free of charge why should you make a buck off exploiting that you know how to do something when others do not when after all you got the resource for free.


4- The headstones...Most are very old so I cant notify family but still.... This is a respect thing folks and is non negotiable. Before using the headstones or Crypyts you have to remove the name from them. These headstones are the epitaph of the folks buried there. I will do a tut on this to show you three or four ways to do this.

5- NO RACISM! NO RELIGIOUS PERSECUTION! NO HATE PIECES!

6- I reserve the right to ask you to remove the art if you violate these rules. I hate doing that but if you act a fool I will.

I am at the point of screaming awww what the hell am I saying I over stepped that point about three hours ago.

I dont get it I can HTML out an entire site using Divs and I can trick out myspace and Xanga like no other, but for the life of me I can seem to get this one.

Dammit something!!! I have never had to use premade layouts before and here I am facing doing it. I actually found one I really like, its not what I had in my head for my layout but hey it is pretty nifty.

I have some more stock to upload be patient.

This coming weekend I am heading up to a ghost town. What makes this place awesome is the sidewalks are wooden. Some of the buildings still stand. I have not been here in literally years so I hope I can find my way there again. I have my dads old maps so One would think I should not get lost too badly. But hey even if I do that will still be cool and I will still have some great shots.

The last week of Feb I am headed home and the cemetery there is Crypt rich to say the least! LOL I am also going to get consent to go into an old haunted Manor.

I have posted pics of this place before and actually got something in the window... dont ask me what. The place is empty, the current owners barb wired it off. NOBODY lives in it and has not been able to since like the 70's. I dont know what happened there, I tried to look up newspaper archives but it is a small town area and people dont exactly post that crap in the paper. But I will try and get some dirt before I post the shots.

I had to really rattle some trees but I got consent from the owner to go in the house. YAYYYYY. The old man will not let me go in a lone or at night. NAR! But alas these will be killer shots regardless.

Some more cemetery shots, misc helpful shots (hair, ribbon, lamps, flowers) some Pixie shots and then some really awesome male stock and some other female stock.

I will also be getting quite a bit over the next few weeks. Please bear with the mass filling of your box. Most of what will be uploaded is Unrestricted stock (URS).

The people stock does have some restriction but they are not bad.... I dont want your first born or anything like that. The rules are pretty standard... but each file will have the rules for that stock clearly posted.

I would ask that you remember that this is real people with feelings please keep snotty comments to yourself, however if you have constructive criticism I would love to hear it. Your feedback only helps me to put up more of what ya'll would like to see and use.

Okay so things have been insane to say the least.I have far too many irons in the fire.....

The recent works I have not uploaded yet because of this but rest assured I will over the next few weeks as time allows....

In regards to the stock Unrestricted and restricted....

I know far too many out here are still sitting at the kiddie table and making snotty comments publicly instead of going to others in private because there to childish to run their lips where someone will reply and blast them to kingdom come. Plus I think there are far too many out here that have to make snotty comments instead of exercising there god given right of getting off the page if they dont like what they see. YAYYYY aren't you cool you can tag snotty stuff.

Anywhoo this just happened to me and has caused a serious delay in uploading. I sincerely apologize to those of you that have been waiting patiently for the stock. I have not forgotten you and if I have already spoken to you and you have requested anything PLEASE drop me a note and I will send it to you privately. Again I am sooo sorry. To everyone else..... time for me is sparse to say the least right now and I dont have the extra time or energy to waste having to deal with kiddies right now.

Eventually I will get the stock up however that time is NOT right now.

To better explain and ask for advice from some of the great stock folks out here...

Here is what happened.... as those of you know My daughter from another mother has maticular degeneration which basically is she is going blind. She does see right now with the aid of a strong prescription eyeglasses, however one morning she could wake up blind. That is just a reality and there is nothing anyone can do to stop this.

So I did some stock shots of her, that started off as being just for me, she was eager to see some work done with her shots by someone other then me, and I reluctantly displayed and offered her shots under some pretty rough terms in order to protect the shots... she is only 15. Mainly I wanted to know who had them and what was made. The rest were pretty basic and things I have seen every other artist ask for. Now my terms were not as nicely put and they were NOT meant to be put up nicely, I wanted it put across that in regards to her I mean business. Anyone that is a parent that has seen what she looks like I am sure can appreciate my position. I have enough to worry about Daily in RL without worrying over what goes on online with her shots.

On one of the shots located [link] there was a rather nasty comment left on it that sadly my girl did see and cried over because she thought it was an attack on her. NOT COOL is all I can say. This jack off could of written me privately and I would of been willing to listen and discuss this with him and I may of been willing to put some weight in his comments and opinions. However he felt placing an attack publicly was the way to go. And I did turn this to DA staff who felt attacking someone and calling them an idiot this way was okay..... But again moving on.....

This comment basically called me an idiot. I wrote this guy and asked why....this is how adults do things!! I know what a novel idea eh? It is his opinion whatever he is entitled to it but I wanted clarification on who he was calling an idiot. He proceeded to write me back and tell me that I was an idiot because I posted shots of my Minor daughter who is a teenager and that he had issue with anyone who posted a minors shots. Again his opinion...... and instead of just getting off my page and/or out of the album he felt that leaving his comment publicly was more appropriate. Yeah NICE guy huh?

Okay whatever.....I wrote back and explained her shots were protected and some hard core rules were laid on those shots. And then tossed him to iggy.

So here is where I need advice....
I have been DA before but never really posted stock..... Was never my big thing.

How do you deal with this and not lose heart and keep posting stock?

How do you not take something like this personal?

Is posting stock of your kid such a big deal?

The stock packs do require a password to open that way I know where her images are going.

So here are the rules, I promise they are not painful and I dont ask for your firstborn at least no yet. ROFL.


Rule 1- You must credit me at [link] Pretty much common sense don't take claim to what you did not do.

We are not asking for a print just a copy of it so I can print it off and place it in a scrap book for her. Her eyesight is failing more and more everyday so these pieces will mean everything to her. These images will NOT be redistributed they will printed off with my crappy printer. I would also ask that you leave your name on it somewhere so she knows who the artist is.

D- Abuse of animals. She is an animal lover so please none of this.

E- Satanism. This goes without saying she is 14 and innocent. Satanism scares her to death. Just for the record dark works are okay, gothic knock yourself out, tarot cards are fine, Wicca and paganism is okay as well. I am referring to out and out satanism. Should you need clarification just ask me.

F- Do not make brushes with her images

I reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.

I also reserve the right to ask you to remove any images made with her stock and you are bound by law once you have downloaded these images to respect and abide with such request.

Rule 9- Be creative!! Do not slap a filter on it and or kick it black and white or sepia or color enhance and call it art, it is not you must photo manipulate it.

Okay so before I upload these packs and write the terms of use I need to explain a few things about Baby Squirrel. Yup that is her nickname.

Baby Girl was born with a very severe eye disorder that generally only effects older people; Macular Degeneration. What this means is she is going blind. This disease is basically attacking the macula's of her retina's, because she does not have the AMD type this type is considered very severe. They have told us that as she gets older this disease will progress. They can slow it down but there is no cure.

In first grade she was taken into surgeory and received an eye operation which enabled her to see with the use of glasses a very very strong perscription. We have been told that one day she will wake up an no longer be able to see.

To help you all better understand why this stock means everything to me and to her as well as any art done with it; Baby girl is 14 and will be 15 in December. She is an 8th grader who is very active. She is your average teenage girl. Loves her cell phone, her computer oh and boys let us not forget that. LOL As much as I would love to forget about them she just is not going to let that happen. LOL. Well actually shes not so average I think she is purty darn special. But as you can see I am not biased or anything. LOL. She is a JV Wrestler. Yes a wrestler and she is second seat, that should tell you she is amazing on the mat.

She hopes to one day design clothing. She has scads of designs sketched in her sketchbook.

And not withstanding this disorder she is an average 14 year old with a smile that lights up a room. She is always such a beacon of light to all of us that come around her. She is aware that she has this disorder and NEVER lets it hold her back. She is just an amazing girl.

So with all of this said in the morning I will post the stock rules and the terms of use.

Now sadly because I am following the lead of a few stockers I am going to set her stock as password required to open it, so that I know who has it.

Anyway I will get these up come morning.

While I recognize credit and lack of crediting is a HUGE issue on here. I have stock up myself and am getting ready to put up some more. So I would never fault a stock artist for shooting off a nasty gram to someone about using their stock and not crediting them. However is it really so hard to write someone in private and say hey you used my stock and did not credit me wtf? Why is it stock artists are finding it a necessity to tag a piece of art with some nasty ass shit and defame the art itself? Is it so hard to write someone in private? You have the time to tag the piece why dont you just write the person first and then if they dont reply within 24 hours then nail the piece?

I really dont understand this behavior of NEVER even bothering to attempt to contact the person instead tag the piece itself.

As many of you know I am prone to idiocy it is never intentional but when I have a huge ass brain fart which does happen not often mind you but does happen (Hell I am NOT perfect like soooo many out here) and do not credit someone. And then sometime I am later contacted about it I am the first to step up and say Yup I screwed up apologize sincerely for it because I genuinely feel bad for it. Because it is NOT intentional and this last time in particular it was done out of sheer accident and lack of ability to do so.

I am also one to make amends and I will lay my own idiocey right out for everyone to see. I am NOT perfect like apparently far too many of you stock artists are.

Sorry I am really upset about this and am of even more of the opinion that the art flat is NOT worth the headache of it all. That is sad because I am one that actually does care about credit and I am getting slammed like these other ass clowns out here who dont even bother or try.

Let me explain what has happened, there is an artist on this site that I have used their stock many times in the past, esp with my last mass upload the Minatche deck. I have always given credit and noted this individual. I dont tag piece or profiles because I feel it takes away from the work itself. That is just a personal code for me. I enjoy looking at the work not the comments. So it is very rare that you will see me comments on art. I do it in private.

Okay so I have a piece that went up it was in the miantche deck. Those of you that know this deck was massive 96 cards. So this was not exactly chump emailing it was mass emailing and mass credit and far too many can attest there boxes were slammed from me.

I uploaded all of the cards, sent credit the whole 9 in two days.

Okay so this one card when I went to upload it I saw there was no credit on the background in the card. Okay great I pull the original pieces ( I keep then all in separate files when I do art so I can always reopen the file to get the original to give credit) and look because generally it say the piece name and who it was by. Okay so this piece did not have a name or an artist, it merely had a series of numbers. So I am like DAMMIT okay do a google search on the numbers hoping the piece will pop up and I get nothing and it dawns on me that I had gotten this piece from a club.

I generally save a great deal of people in my book marks esp if I have taken stock from you. That way I can always get back to that person. I find the club and jump to it and DA has closed it so basically F**K me with a chainsaw what the hell do I do? Rip the whole deck down and redo the piece or post it and pray the artist will see it and contact me I can explain the situation and then credit them accordingly.

I chose the later of the two. Posted it and honestly forgot about it.

Now as many know I have not posted a piece since the Minatche deck ( which was a labor of love for me in honor of my grandmother who taught me to read cards when I was little and my heart was laid out in those cards each piece was thought about and the stock chosen very carefully) because of the behavior of three of the stock artists whose stock I used. I had also ripped down the entire Rider Waite deck because of a sh*t head stock artist pulling the same type of crap that I am venting about now. And honestly anymore I look at posting any art as a bad thing. I am still doing tons of art however posting it has become a mass fear for me because of crappy behavior on the part of stock artists.

Okay so yesterday I come on and I come on everyday (usually 2 a day) to find a comment placed on the piece. So anywhoo here is the deal her shots have very strict rules that I will not have even bent slightly. These are not like my other stock shots where I dont care about much. She is a person and on here and she is my baby girl. So if they are I will contact staff and the proverbial doo doo will hit the fan!!! Trust me people there are three of us that are on here watching out for her and we will see it and we are on easily 100 other sites so do not go there.

If I find these violated I will remove her stock to request only.

So here are the rules and I will post them very clearly in her file.

1- DA USE ONLY Now this I may consider allowing other places but only with MY written consent.
2- You MUST contact me via note NOT on my front page. You do this I will ask you to take it down because you did not read the terms and send me a link so I can favorite and see it
3- You must credit me and I will note her where she is out here as well, and she may contact you herself if she really likes it.
4- NOTHING Racist, sexual, vulgar or violent. Nor her father, I or her have an issue with Gothic but we dont want to see some crap like her killed or maimed or anything like that. She is just 15 at this point and is on this site. And I will go ape shit if I see something like this or her father or she does.

My own children have seen this gallery, they sat here with me while I was looking at it. My own 11 year old child stated Mom that is a great shot the way the light hits her body and the look on her face she is so peaceful looking and it makes me feel peaceful. That is what art is supposed to do, it is supposed to make you feel!!! Not make you want o go have wild pig sex.

Okay so I see this and those of you that have seen my last two posts know I am really fired up about restrictions on art and people who lack manners and have to flame etc....

So I post a comment, not something I do often on other peoples blogs. But I did this time because I feel so very strongly about this.

I state that it was probably a holy roller and I vented a bit about how ridiculous that was. Wanting this artist to understand that I agree completely with his point.

I immediately get tagged back by two people one stating that it was a concerned parent and that people go to jail for showing porn to kids. Umm Kay I am a Lawyer by day so I know the law and I can pretty much assure you that if someone actually got charges for something like this they would get laughed out of court. NO prosecutor would ever bring this to a court room.

Okay so I post back stating that hey Parents should be parents what a novel idea and that this is in fact an art site. You get on an art site you run the risk if seeing OMG a Boobie or nudity.

Then the next one and this is the one that has me fired the hell up.... Gets on there and states she is an American and Christian and that I did not like his work and etc. I freak when I see this..... I go respond because NOWHERE in my post does it say one specific religion, I say Holy roller which is a term for fanatics. In other words people so busy trying to run my life and everyone elses and tell me what is right for me and my family, and what me and my family should and should not see and what is right and what is wrong and trying to shove their crap down my throat. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

So I am going to say this very very the hell publicly so there is no mistaking wtf I think or wtf I am saying.......

1- This is an "ART" site. You getting on this site you have to assume that you will in fact see nudity. It has been a classical form of art dating back to the times of Christ himself. OMG Blasphemer someone geta priest I am the D-E-V-I-L. You can go in churches and what do you see Frontal nudity. Adam and Eve were both ready for this NUDE in the beginning. They did not gain shame and humility in their forms until that damn snake and apple.

So if you have issue with that then get off this site dont try and dictate to everyone else your view of right and wrong.

2- I understand being a parent and not wanting to have you little darling see nudity. Okay I am a Mom myself I have a 12 year old and a 11 year old boy. I also have 22 nieces and nephews, 9 nieces and 13 nephews They range in age from 1 to 22. My family is very close knit and I spend tons of time with them and my kids with my siblings. I am one of 9 kids. So umm yeah it is not like 3 sibling and we hump like rabbits. There are 9 of us.

Now understand I completely see the point from a parents view. But here is the thing I dont even let my 16 year old niece or the kids under that; let alone my own children get on the net unmonitored. If you do that then you have a shit load mor eto worry about the DA and them seeinga Nipple.

If you have an issue with your kids seeing this or you yourself have issue do NOT get on this site nor allow them to have an account on this site or monitor it yourself.

And I have to ask since you have such an issue do you watch TV and if so shame on you. Do you read the newspaper or magazines? Again Shame on you. Have you ever seen an art book or any classical art... tsk tsk bad bad bad on you. This persons gallery is tame compared to some of what I have seen on here, so if you have an issue with him holy roasted dog balls you must be freaking out over some of these other accounts which has me wondering why are they still on here?

It is finally up as many will notice or will hear or read about there are 12 cards missing. These cards are missing because 2 different stock artists felt that basically the tarot deck I did which by the by is the most positive deck out there was a "Tool Of The Devil" and I was forced to remove or to not even post 9 of these works. As to the other 3 well I was being forced to deal with a pain in ass. You know the type of stock artist with a butt thousand list of rules and hoops to jump through and blah blah blah and then this B**CH decided to write me and jump my ass because I did not jump through one hoop exactly how she wanted... so I said screw it and ripped down the two cards of hers I had up. As to the third I had an issue with over lapping that I had yet to fix on it.

So anywhoo... In this venture I have learned a few things and it has led me a few very sad revelations. And to be blunt shit has gotta change folks.

There was a movie a few years old called Pay it forward. That is what needs to happen out here. There are some great people out here and there are some real ass clown F**Ktards.

After uploading my deck today I seriously thought about taking it all down and closing my account once again. Yes I am not new out here... I was out here when DA was young.... and we are talking reall young. I left DA awhile back because of idiots and doing the art stopped being fun and was more aggravation then relaxation. I was gone for a few years then came back. The bullshit I went through today was completely uncalled for... and I really questioned whether staying out here was wise or not. And just straight up its not fair that I should have to leave because a few stock folks forgot they are NOT they only ones out here and that a stock artist is only as good as the stock used. Which basically means the photo manipulator can not exist with out the stock artists and the stock artist can not without the manipulator. These folks have also elevated themselves in their own heads to to be stock artist gods and that they have license to abuse and mistreat other people because that person made the mistake of using their stock.

Yup folks it is very much time to Pay it forward.

When I was out here before DA was a community and we all cared about each other. Yeah we did not always like each other. Hell we fought and bickered and had drama and the whole nine but all in all we were a COMMUNITY.

By god there was respect and honor. There was manners and common sense.

So here is what I have been led to do.... I am kicking around the idea of starting a recognition program for the amazing and wonderful stock artists that are out here. Now this is merely in its thought stages... so be patient.... if anyone would be interested in throwing in ten cents worth on this idea that would be great.

Now I myself do not view a tarot deck that way for several reason

1- I learned to read from my grandmother who is in fact staunch catholic. This woman has beaten herself I think. Yeah she is that staunch. And that woman is in her late 80's and even today does not view rated R movies. She thinks seeing it will condemn her to hell. Hey dont ask me people like that scare me...... anywhoo The day she is a witch is the day I will go burn myself at the stake.

2- The nowday everyday deck of cards that far too many use was in fact evolved from the tarot deck. The tarot originally was used as a Game.

So I would like to publicly apologize to this person and thank them for privately coming to me. Again I did not view it as a bad thing so my apologies.

So the deck upload will have to wait I have to redo a few cards....

Also I was asked for a set of these cards.... I will actually be redoing the entire deck at a later day and will use all of my own stock including my own portfolio shots. Except there are a few I will contact privately when I am at that point to see if they would like to participate.

So anyway if anyone has any other issue please contact me privately and we can deal with this.

Okay so as I am sure more then a few of you have noticed I have removed the ENTIRE Tarot deck.

The reason for this is the frame I had used around the cards was in fact a frame I had scanned from a book my TEN year old child has. For several of you that followed the string and wrote me in private about the frame you were aware that I had in fact told someone openly in the comments that I had seen someone elses frame on this site that in fact had stuff in the center of theirs but that I had forgotten whom it was and that when I did remember whom it was that I would have to contact them and ask to do a comparison shot for proof neither they nor I had plagiarized the work.

Which by the by one must wonder if this person had scanned it from a book as well which by the by I will scan the cover of and the frame prior to editing it and the finished piece and post it up here in the blog for everyone to see.

Now this does seem reasonable does it not?

WTF else was I supposed to do not remembering whom it was that I had seen but that I had scanned the frame in question from a book. Okay but fine whatever....

So I am on here today and get a comment on the 4 of chalices from the person who had the frame and she decided instead of writing me in private to publicly post an rather nasty ass comment on one of the cards.

So instead of engaging in a two year old cry ass baby match I have elected to delete the whole set.

Now as many of you have seen when in fact I have forgotten an artist or credited the wrong person I immediately make amends and corrections and send to the party forgotten or miscredited the option to have me delete the work. I am never a bitch about I unlike this person do not walk on water and think myself so holy that I must act an ass in someones comments instead of approaching them in private and settling the issue. I am also as any that have followed my blogs are aware am one that will publicly in blog announce when I have made a screw up like that. Here ya'll can check out one of these yourself here [link]

So yeah anyway sorry to those of you that favorited or commented on the works and please rest assured that I will posting the Minatchi deck soon and many of those cards are in fact the original deck updated and decked up a bit more.

It is unfortunate that people like this person have to get on this site and forget there are people on the other side of the pc and act like a horses ass.

Anywhoo those of you that did in fact have stock in one of those cards please let me know if you would like a copy of the work I will get consent from any other parties in the art for the copy to be sent and send it to you accordingly....

Also Elandria I will be sending a mass email to you with the Minatchi and the older deck here in a week or so when the minatchi deck is completed.

When I do the final deck I will be sending the stock artists that I use a copy of the entire set as a Thank you for the use of their Images. I am however not releasing these as prints these are strictly for my own and everyone on DA's enjoyment.

I am really flattered by all the attention and requests for prints. I however do not do prints for anyone. This is not a slam or anything like that. I do the art as a relaxation thing and I have discovered when money is involved things stop being fun and relaxing and become a huge cluster F**k.

Now in re the Tarot cards please take note if I have used your stock and you would like a copy of the card let me know. Now there are a few I have used that this is a requirement for use of their stock, ie Elandria. I will be sending her a copy of it. Please note that she does not print them she keeps one for her own records and that is it. I will also be sending my Favorite Part of the morning Dawn (lol hope she catches this pun LOL) copies as well for Her, Nicki and the boys, Should anyone take issue with this please let me know.

Unfortunately this has been an issue recently, hence me bringing this to light... here is what happened.... I used Elandria in some work and asked the other parties for consent to send her a copy and they pulled I am an ass clown and never replied to me therefor the art in question was removed. That is just how I do things folks deal with it.

Anywhoo I am off and I will start the upload process in the next few days....

Okay so I have pretty quiet.... The reason for this is I have had rheumatic fever for the past while and have been sicker then a dog. I have also been working on two separate decks of tarot cards.... I have the entire Major arcana done on one set and 1/2 of the other as well. I have the entire suit of chalices done as well. I am starting on the pentacles suit next.


I did get my new camera woop woop. I have a crap load of male stock and etc to upload. I will get that uploaded soon. I am still feeling like crap.

So things have been interseting to say the least.... My body decided to reject my stitches and I tried to bleed out while I slept. HA HA HA Talk about rude awakening wake up in a pool of your own blood. all you think is OH SH*T!!!! Yeah so it has been a lot of fun. They put me on bed rest again so I have lots of time to manip. Gotta love that. Now if only the kid would leave me alone LOL LOL

I have picked up some funny crap that if yall have never heard of him I recommend doing a search and checking him out Jeff Dunham. I laughed my butt off him and those puppets D'OH Anyway my new saying around the house is "SILENCE!" I kill you!!!" Nobody here worries. LOL LOL LOL

What else is new... I have been getting a lot of emails about Prints and if I would send private copies if my artwork to people. As flattered as I am by this, I have to decline, I do this because it is a form of relaxation for me and not a source of income. I fear that if I ever agreed to make this about money instead of something I enjoy I would not enjoy it as much and I would distance myself yet again from DA.

This was one of the reasons I left back in 04, so no I will not do prints. I am sorry. If that is an issue and I have some of your stock let me know and I will take it down.

Sadly I have already done so with several peoples stock and have removed any and all stock of theirs from my pc and will never do anything with ANY of their stock.

Now I do make unpublished prints that I do send to my favorite stock artists for no other reason but that I can and I enjoy giving things like that to people when they least expect it. Plus it always makes my day a bit brighter to know I made someone elses happier.

So I think that is about where I am at. I will be doing 4 new series in the upcoming weeks..... Elements, winds, season, sins, virtues and am presently debating the zodiac and Months. But hey who knows?????

I wanted to say Thank you again to all of the amazing stock artists out there who inspire me and deal with my mass emails. Thank you without you none of this is possible because I am too lazy to go get my own stock or use my own. LOL. No really I do use my own as well but I like using yours more. LOL

I have stated this before but I will do it again I am really particular about whose stock I use and what I use. So if I flood you please rest assured it is a compliment because I am REALLY picky.

I also mass upload so there will be days you will get flooded and then nothing for awhile. Sorry. I also send multiple emails that way notice to you does not get lost in the shuffle. Again sorry.

Just FYI when I use your stock your pictures will go through mass change, I change hair, clothes etc. while it is not meant offensive it has been brought to my attention that there were a few that were offended. Sorry It was not a slam on your pic I just have a mental pic in my own head and bam that is what happens. If this is an issue please let me know and I can assure if I feel the need to do so after you have let me know I wont use your stock in that pic. And trust me people Faestock can attest to my alterations. She has ended up with Black hair, red hair, hair to her butt whatever really tickles my fancy.

I am also really odd about wings and I dont use many pics that have wings in them because I would rather put the wings in myself. Every now and then I will run across one that I am like weehaw and I just have to use it. But if you have wings in the shot I will generally remove them or not use the shot.

Also I use several different peoples brushes, in addition to my own. Now before someone writes me flaming they have not been given credit ......yet but please rest assured as soon as I get the account paid for they will. It is too hard for me to keep track of each and every brush I use per piece and It would end up being a novel in the comments so What I am going to do on the front page is give open credit to each person on the front page. So please bear with me.

I cant tell you whose and what per piece but I do know who has created what and they will get credit.

Another little tid bit of info I dont pass stock or brushes on, if you would like these items please go to the original artists site and get them yourself. I know this sounds grouchy but it is a respect thing. There are some amazing artists out her who spend a lot of time to make these resources available who all too often end up hosed and pirated and Frankenstiened and I am not down with that. So sorry.

I will also be uploading some of my own brushes.

Some have figured out I am no slouch and I am NOT new to the site but they have done a lot to the site since I left so I am still bumbeling about a bit. Please bear with me.

Also I am really odd about child stock and if I use your stock I will send you unpublished works in recognition and appreciation, I also do this with Favorite stock artists. If you have difficulty retrieving the photo let me know.
