So my options are: take orange photos forever; force it out and strip the filter threads and then not be able to use filters ever; break out the Dremel and have some fun cutting it up, or; pay for someone to sort it D: I will probably do the latter.

I really don't want to leave the city this year. I've really got used to life here, and I'm pretty sure three months of Leeds is going to bore me to death :( I can't wait for the beginning of October when I can come back down here and start my third (third!) year of uni. It's honestly preposterous to think that I'm halfway through my degree. Or, if the examiners don't happen to think my answers to the exam questions are any good, I'm going into my FINAL year. Shit!

Other than working this summer, I have absolutely zero plans. Yay. What about you guys? Anything interesting going on to make me jealous?

Finally, some nice warm weather. Apparently it's going to be hot for at least into the middle of next week, which is all well and good, but when you're in a lecture theatre famed for it's consistent hell-like heat, things begin to look less rosy. Add in the temptation to head on down to the Waterside for a cool beverage and a seat by the Thames when you're supposed to be working, and things look pretty much rose-free.

Anyway, in four weeks or so, it's going to be me in a head-on collision with an exam paper. And then six more or so after that. Great. Wish me luck, I'm going to need it.




And if you can do that, you're sitting my exams for me. Deal? Good.

University is going really well for a change, all of the classes we have are interesting, and I seem to be able to understand it.

Landlords are useless. Especially when they don't reply to emails or phone messages. I'm just going to buy and fix the stuff that is broken in my flat, and then send them an invoice.

I installed Vista for the lulz. However, it isn't actually that bad >_> Granted it is the 64bit version, but I haven't had a single problem with it, and now I've got used to getting around the new Explorer windows it is much nicer to use than XP. It is about as fast too.

Also, I am going to buy a fisheye lens for the fun of it. They make me laugh so much that £350 is a bargain for that amount of amusement.

I hate Christmas, and I really can't face going shopping for peoples' stuff. I may go down the Internet shopping route this year.

Oh well, despite the insane amount of time it takes to get from home (Leeds) to Cardiff, I still went. I got there a couple of hours later than everyone else, only to have missed the IS POI? shit from twatplz, so I only heard of the legend second hand from `peskaa :(
I hadn't seen most people since April time, so it was great to catch up, and equally great to see/meet new people too :) It is good to know *episkey is still as gay as ever, `dxd's hair is still as ridiculous as ever, ~thesinisterpenguin is still as drunk as ever, `alyn is as insane as ever, ~2bitter-being6 is still as Essex as ever and of course that `peskaa still has a vocabulary pretty much limited to "your," "face," "is," and "gay."
I still can't believe we got like £120 worth of pizza and £80 worth of booze :lmao: Good times.

- George Bush, yeah, I know we’ve already had him, but he’s still a fucking twat.
- People bitching about the word ‘cunt’. the combination of the third, twenty-first, fourteenth and twentieth letters of the alphabet is only a fucking word, so don’t have kittens about me saying it you oversensitive bitch. I couldn’t care less if you find it offensive, I don’t. Get over it. You fat fucking cunt.
- London youth culture, just a poor excuse for talking Jafakan and wearing shit baseball caps. Oh, and killing your classmates. So what if so and so ‘dissed’ you, you’re going to spend the rest of your life getting homosexed in jail if you knife/shoot them, you dumbass. And last time I checked it was hardly ‘street’ for you lot to be fags.
- The Daily Mail, just a waste of trees really isn’t it?
- The Daily Mail’s readers, i.e. half of Britain. Stop lapping up all the ‘scare’ and ‘almost raped’ stories, and stop fucking tutting you miserable bastards.
- Bob Geldof and the media circus that surrounds each and every one of his immediately doomed crusades. I don’t think anyone even remembers what Live8 was about, let alone cares. I bet the people who actually went to the concert just thought it was a flash name for it.
- LiveEarth, what a waste of electricity that little flash in the pan was.
- Chelsea tractors. Not so much their “carbon footprint,” yes it is Bigfoot-sized, but that’s a lot less worse than how vile and distasteful the lumps of shit look. The Range Rover Sport is a good example of this. Because it is fugly.
- Ready meals, not really ready though because it takes just as long to cook the same one from fresh. Like that Uncle Ben’s rice. It says put it in boiling water for ten minutes and it’s ready... isn’t that what you do with normal rice anyway? What a con. And they all taste crap, too.
- Media studies as a university subject. Mainly taught at places that aren’t actually real universities, it is also not actually real subject. Go and do journalism or English, you’ll get a better job, lazy.
- Robert “Share or Shaft” Kilroy-Silk. Several reasons:
   - He hosted that shit chatshow.
   - He hosted that shit gameshow.
   - He’s a big fat racist.
   - He’s a tit.
- Smoothies. I have to congratulate the person that came up with these. Stick some fruit, some water and a bag of sugar in a blender, turn it on, put it in a bottle, call it “organic” and sell it for a fiver. Genius.
- Bottled and branded water. I really don’t know what caused everyone one day to forget that water is FREE YOU FUCKING IDIOTS IT COMES OUT OF A TAP FOR FREE NOT A POUND PER BOTTLE, IT IS FREE!
- Piracy warnings in DVDs. Whoever made the link between piracy and terrorism is my favourite ever comedian. The person who stops me from skipping all five minutes of multi-lingual legal babble, though, is not my favourite anything.
- People knocking on my door selling me their religion. Of course, feel free to come in to my home and waste my time telling me how the Second Coming or Judgement Day is imminent and if I have sinned I am going to burn for a million years. Just the thing I want to cheer me up, thank you.
- Junk science in make-up adverts. Sorry to tell you women, but pro-retinol A nanosomes don’t really make your skin look 20 years younger. It just makes you look like you’ve got too much make up on.
- Tim Henman crashing out of Wimbledon. It is not news, he does it every year, just one round earlier the older he gets. And I swear he is shrinking too, the little runt.
- “Come on Tim.” No, YOU come on. What’s the point in wasting your breath when it is inevitable that he is going to do a worse job than last year? Shut up.

University is great, save the exams. Anyone who has experienced university level exams will know they're pretty gay, if you haven't, just save yourself and firstly don't come to Imperial College because you will feel that life is no longer worth living, and secondly do the work they give you throughout the year. It may seem at most times better to sleep or go to the pub, but come the exams, you will, surprisingly, need all that stuff you "learned" throughout the year. Results come through in a week, I hope to fuck I don't have to do any resits.

Money is a bitch, too, boys and girls. I spent waaay too much last year on general crap, next year I'm going to have to limit what I spend it on to rent, bills and food. And that's it. Great :roll:

I want to go to New York next Easter too. I've been to Philadelphia, Chicago and all around California. Chicago and Los Angeles were okay, but not great. I liked the east-coast feel of Philly, I could see myself living there in the future actually. However, New York just looks about 100000000000000 times better, so I need to go and scout the place out. Oh, and I want to do some photogramaphy there too :nod: Soooo if you are feeling generous, send me money so I can go!

Oh and also I think I am going to upload some of my old vector art, and also have a go at creating some new ones, both trendwhore and traces, now that I am on holiday and have absolutely nothing to do. Any ideas of what I should do (I used to do mainly snowboarding and skateboarding scenes), let me know :)
