i'm back.. or trying to be.
been uploading a lot more pics from my trip to australia in june.. still have a few more to get through before i move on i reckon..

i've been out in the wilderness and moving houses and such for the past 3 months, which explains my lack of updates. now i'm back at university though, and just trying to get back into things...

so thank you to all for all the favourites, comments, etc over the summer

and hopefully some ideas i've had floating around in my head will be tampered with sometime soon... i need something.. interesting on here. bleh.

i am beginning to comtemplate my 'ability' to take pictures or anything..
i used to write poetry/prose over a year ago... i would write constantly, but one day i just lost it, and ive barely written anything since.. maybe a piece or two at most.
so what i'm wondering is.. will it be the same with this!?

i guess i've been busy.. seeing people, preparing for the trip to australia.. woohoo.

i got my hair cut, and i'm dyeing it this weekend.

again, it's been a while since i've been really active on here.. but i've been uploading some older pictures that i've had sitting around... its exam time here at university, so i wont be getting much new photography done.. but i want to keep putting stuff out there, so expect maybe some older works, odds and ends from other sets, etc...

anndddd its been hectic here. schools ending, going to australia soon [pictures?!], trying to catch up with things, with life in general... lots of ups and downs... and nightmares =/ anyone else have nightmares every night?? i had a weird one last night.. heh.

most importantly, thank you to EVERYONE who have shown their interest, favourited, comment or even just looked at my deviation called "unknown". its now one of my most popular i really thought i was going to be a one shot wonder with "with every light" but... all you wonderful people have made me feel like maybe not...... maybe??

it's been quite a few weeks since i've been *really* "active" on here..
i finally got back to all of your comments and adds.. thank you so much to everyone!

anyways, i'm trying to get "back on the horse"... i've taken a lot of cityscape shots, but theyre not very good.. i'll see what i can do.
if weather permits, i might be taking some more trips to the beach.
and on that note, i have to figure out when low tide is and what time the sun sets.. important information there folks!

i have a few 'interesting' pictures that i am somewhat hesitant to post.. we'll see how that goes.

its a canon A710.. my brother works at a camera store and recommended this one to me... it was either this or the canon S3, but that one seemed too big for me to carry around easily..
so now i have this one :] 7.1MGP, 6x optical zoom, image stabilizer, 1cm macro focal length, colour options, etc etc... aka a waaayyy better camera than my old one. i'm pretty excited to start experimenting with it, to say the least..
