That was fantastic !! the old town, St-Charles Bridge, ...
It's a so romantic and lovely city !!!!
Then we were for Christmas in his family and we had a such good time and we went to Caracala in Baden Baden (Germany). it's a big swimming pool with warm or cold water. Fantastic !!!
The second week i have worked a little for school and friday at the end of afternoon when I finished my work at Dernières Nouvelles d'Alsace the local newspaper in Alsace, I learned that we would go with some friends for the new year at Besançon a small city in south of Alsace. It rained all the time but we had a wonderful time together !!!!!

an our subject is a watch (my watch)!!!
it has differents opions like alarm, time zone, stop-watch, time switch, ...
the scenario is : the actor is one of us, his name is Germain.
In the first part of the commercial, Germain have no watch so he wakes up lateness (because he has no alarm), he burns a chocolate cake because he has no time switch (he forgot the cake in the oven because he looks at the TV with a beer in his hands!!), he phones to his parents who are in New York but when it's 10 AM in France it's 2 AM in NY, so his parents wake up and are no happy!! (because he has no time zone)!!,....

newspaper as an "encarteuse". I don't find an english word for this word, So I
will try to explain you : well....i have to prepare the insert for the night and
when they print the "Reflet" (an additionnal paper about cultural events in
Alsace with cinema, theatre, exhibition, lecture, ...) or "DNA Emploi" (an
additionnal paper about situations vacants), I have to put the parcel on a
plank (in french it's a "palette" but i don't find the english word)...
that's all!!!
and today is a public holyday!!! so I won't work!!!
then, this afternoon I will go in the sun!!!! and revise my german lesson because next week I 'll have an oral exam!!

but be careful!!! if you don't respect this recipe, your chocolate cake will be ...beurrrkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!! OK ?
Well...
0. warm up the oven at 210 °C (at thermostat 6/7)
1. in a big salad bowl : 100g flour without yeast (that's very important)
250g caster sugar
5 yolks
2. dissolve 200g chocolate and 200g butter in a pan. When it's like a sauce, pour
it in the salade bowl and mix.
3. beat the egg whites until stiff with a little of salt.
4.blend this egg whites into the mixture in the salad bowl and mix.
5.grease a tin with butter and flour, then pour the mixture.
6. put it on the oven during around 45 minutes (keep an eye on)
prick it with a knife. When the mixture don't hook anymore on to the knife, it's allright!!
Try with white chocolate!!
