So I clicked on the image myself, still confused because I didn't really know what was going on. Then I noticed the Daily Deviation box below the Comments area.

And I was blown away. I had never gotten one before and I never thought I ever would. I knew people really like I'm Comin' Home?, but this was just spectacular.

So, I really have to thank YOU guys. To all the people who Watch me or to those people who just randomly pop by, thank you so much. It's because of your support that I'm Coming Home? received a Daily Deviation and if it wasn't for you, it never would have happened. Also, because of the flux of visitors because of the DD, I managed to push past 30,000 pageviews and would also like to thank you all for that.

I hope to get more stuff up soon, as I know I've been on a slight hiatus because of school, but hopefully I'll find the time to do more personal projects, like over the holidays. Anyway, thanks again everyone. I really appreciate it

Forte here again, but not with good news I'm afraid. Art theft has found it's way to my stuff again and I'm afraid I'm here asking for your help as well as to warn you.

On a site called FunnyJunk.com, I have discovered my Spongebob SuperJail! image there twice. I'm sure both are claiming it is their own work and both can be seen at the following links:

Unfortunately, the Flag button in the upper right part of the page will only allow you to choose between Porn or Illegal content as options and will not remove images if it's not in either catergory (I don't know if they have Art Theft under their Illegal catergory, but I don't see anywhere to check to see if it is). I also don't know who to contact either.

It is quite a predicament.

Anyway, I urge you all to maybe check this place over and make sure none of your stuff has been stolen and posted under someone's name for their credit.

Forte here with an update from the home front! I know it's been a while, but as you may or may not know, I have started my first semester of college at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit. Needless to say, my schedule has been hectic, so that explains the lack of updates seen both in my artwork and my Journal.

I hope to get my schedule regulated soon so I may post more stuff.

Anyway, this Journal is basically to mirror what I have already posted on my other dA account, ~Creative-Paws.

This fall, from Oct. 29-Nov. 1, I will be making my first appearance on the Artist Alley floor under the name, Creative-Paws. I will be selling my Anime Tamago (seen on the C-P dA) there and hopefully some chibis and prints if I can find time to actually get around to them (probably not with those dates coming up rapidly). Anyway! If any of your happen to be out in the Dearborn area and at Youmacon, be sure to stop by and visit!

Anyway! Forte here with a small update. Firstly, I'd like to apologize for my sudden lack of activity. I would've posted more if I could, but my last few projects are on a strict need-to-know basis and unfortunately, you peeps do not need to know, so you're outta the loop. Also, that and I've had to kick up the drive to finish my 135 Anime Tamago for this fall.

And this is why:

I may be premiering at Youmacon's Arist Alley this year. Currently, as I know of, I'm third on the table waiting list, so I'm still playing it out by ear. Because of this though, I have to get back to work on my eggs, because I kinda slacked off when I found I missed out and was waiting for news on if I was on the waiting list and was somewhat busy with stuff for other people (YOU know who YOU are) and yeah. Right now, I still have 105 eggs to do up.

Joy.

Anyway, I graduated Thursday. I don't feel any different, but then, I didn't expect to. The entire ceremony thing took about an hour, which was nice and the gym wasn't as hot as it normally was, which again, was nice. It was also nice to have a majority of my family there.

My grad party was yesterday. It was cool, too. A bunch of people came, but the shame is that some of them, I can't connect names to their faces. But on the plus side, my family got me a new Wacom Intuos4 pen tablet! So plan on seeing more stuff from Forte with that new sucker at my disposal!

The only problem is that I'm still getting used to it, but peeps... I LOVE IT!!!

Well, okay, not really. I'm leaving tomorrow and it would've worked better if I posted this tomorrow, but I don't know if I'd have the time to do so. But tomorrow, Forte-cha is leaving for New York City for the weekend for her annual school's marching band trip. I'd just thought I'd tell you all, even though I've neglected to post anything new in a while, though there are a few things I have coming up.

Well, hopefully if I stop being a big, fat lazy.

Also, I'd like to remind you all that I have more than one account here. Besides this one, which is used for random stuff, like mainly fanart and other casual, personal projects, I have two other accounts for other needs.

This account is the one I use for portfolio reasons. I updated it on special occasions, which is when I get newer, better stuff that I normally create for portfolio reasons anyway. Sometimes, stuff I have on here will make it's way there, because I think it's good enough for my portfolio (such as my Superjail!/Spongebob one), so yeah. If you managed to find duplicates of stuff by ~F-Romero, it's me, so don't freak out too much.

This account is my other account I started a year or so ago with *ts-heidi. It's meant for convention and Artist Alley purposes, but she has recently dropped out, so it's only managed by me. Again, this gets updated once in a great while, because I'm rather behind on my work for that as of now. Hopefully, I'll be getting more of that up soon, to be prepared for this fall. Most of the stuff posted on this account will never appear here, so, yeah.

So, that's the run down. I really appreciate it when people alert me of art theft, but it's kinda annoying, yet funny, when I get accused of stealing my own art. I know the reaction is clearly automatic and I"m not mad, but I'm just letting you all know.

Today, was like my first eye exam ever. Now, I've known for a while now that one my eye sucks. I've been preaching hi and lo that my right eye is nearsighted. Well, yes, that was true. My right eye is very nearsighted, but a lot. But there's more.

Here's the general run-down of Forte's eyes:
- Right eye: Really nearsighted, with like.. a small astigmatism
- Left eye: Slightly farsighted, with a small astigmatism, only like... a tad bit more than my right eye.

Needless to say, I know have prescription glasses, so heads up to all my friends on here that I occasionally see, even if it's not that often... I figured I'll probably won't see you (Heidi and Kristina) probably like... 8 bazillion months even after you get home, so, this Journal is basically to let you guys know.

Then again, you, Heidi, never check this place anymore, so I'm gonna have to go spam your Facebook later, after all my friends at school have found out in person.

It's really weird having glasses. Especially with like... my weirdo eyes and all. I'm kinda used to them now, but still... This just highlights how much of a geek I am. Guess you can't be a proper nerd without glasses of some kind...

And besides not being used to them, I'm kinda mad because I have to wear them ALL THE TIME now... I didn't really think my vision was that bad, but again, I have some kind of freakin' mutant eyeball thing...

Anyway, I'll try getting pictures of my new specs up for anyone who's intrested to see. I don't look like a complete dork though, so don't come back expecting some hilarious, black-mail picture.
