Hiya all my peeps! As you guys can see, I'm back now. ^-^ I've put up some new art and I'm going to keep working on original sketches as well as the digital art I've been putting up. I've also been challenged by my bestest buddy, , to start a new type of art. Emotes! So, I shall be trying that and we'll see how it turns out.

And now, an update on my art. I won't be getting any new art up anytime this weekend and probably not at all next week either, though I'll try. I've been sick since the beginning of this week and on Tuesday I found out why. I have walking pneumonia. So, not only do I not have a brain, but I don't have any energy either. Not to mention my rib is killing me and I can't even sit up or move without feeling like there's a dagger that had been slipped between my ribs, but nothing can be done about it without making the pneumonia worse.
Oh, and to make things better, one of my professors decided that, sick or not, I'm going to flunk her class because I haven't been able to make it for the past three weeks. I have been cooped up on my bed and just going to the kitchen and back wears me out! So, I'll have to spend extra time trying to get that grade up or there's a possibility I might lose my scholarship, and if that happens then I'll have to drop out of college.

Anyway, quick update in my life. Like I said earlier, I'll try to get some more art up, but we'll have to see how things go. Thanks for hanging with me for so long! You're all awesome!

Anywho, remember that comic I mentioned a while ago? Well, it's been pushed back some. My friend ended up losing the scripts and we had to redo them. Then our artist ended up pinching a muscle in his arm and couldn't draw for a while. Luckily he's doing better and he said he should have the pages to me soon. And once I get them, I'll put some up for the others to see.

Hey! We finally convinced my dad to change his phone plan so starting next month, I should have text. ^-^ Finally! Now I can keep in touch with those family members and friends who don't talk on their phone. And not only that, I can probably keep in touch with my new friend.

Speaking of friend, it's kinda strange with him. He's in the army and he works with missiles, and his currently stationed in Okinawa. Why it's strange with him, is I've fallen head over heels for him. Honestly. This guy is perfect. My dream guy. And he's fallen for me too, but that leaves bigger questions. He's looking at the same college as me and says he wants to go when he gets back, and that's in August of 010. But my main question and concern is, could this be real? I mean, could he really be my dream guy? He's absolutely perfect! And I'll stop now before I bore you all to death with this.

Well, I think that's the main points for right now. And now I'm off to rescue the puppy before that ant bites his tongue. Sheesh. That ant is as big as his muzzle! Well, that's what happens when a chihuahua plays with a giant ant. xP Toodles!

Sorry for my absence on here. Been kinda busy. And lazy. Lol. Anywho, I might be getting some more art on here later. Not for about a month or so. Depends on how fast it can go and how well it's done.

Alright, on to the news. I've got a story going on, well, more of a role play actually. A guy from Dark Horse comics wants to turn it into a comic. I'll get the first samples of the comic within a month if everything runs smoothly. We're working together to get things planned out and such at the moment and so far it's looking promising.

When I get the samples and sheets I'm going to put them on here. If we can get enough people reading it and find a publisher willing to work with us then we can get it published. So for the next month or so I'm going to be helping with this comic. Keep your fingers crossed, people! 8D

Luke threw his arms up to cover his face and fell back as flame exploded from the damaged cruiser and enveloped Kylina.

“Kylina!” he screamed.

A grim smile crossed Jaredd’s face. The flames died down to reveal Kylina hunched down on the ground. Mist swirled around her and disappeared as she looked up. Jaredd’s smile was replaced by a look of fury. He surged forward.

“Jaredd! Stop!” a voice shouted, bringing the cop to a stop.

The Immortal turned toward the voice, his mouth turning down in a snarl. Damon stood with his fists at his side. Jaredd reached toward the flame. It flared up furiously and leaped forward to encircle him. Jaredd stood in the middle of the flames. He pointed to Damon and the fire rushed to do his bidding. Damon threw himself out of the way just in time. He felt the searing heat pass by.

“Don’t make me do this.” Damon pleaded.

“You will all die!” Jaredd shouted.

“Jaredd!” Joyce screamed. “No!”

Her cry fell on deaf ears. As Jaredd reached out to the fire once again Damon struck. He threw out his fist as if he was throwing a punch and Jaredd was knocked to the ground. The fire, now without control, shrunk. As Jaredd jumped to his feet Damon reached out and drew the fallen gun to his hand. He quickly took aim and fired as Jaredd brought the fire back up to a raging furnace. The Immortal stiffened, his eyes wide in surprise. The fire died down and he collapsed. Shaken, Damon dropped the gun. With a fearful cry, Joyce ran forward to the fallen Immortal and knelt down next to him.

“Jaredd, answer me!” she begged.

Sirens split the air as an ambulance raced toward the scene. People crowded around the two Immortals in the street but refused to get close. Kylina stood next to Luke, her hand over her mouth. The ambulance slid to a stop and three paramedics jumped out. One, a young woman, ran to Joyce, quickly kneeling down to check Jaredd's pulse. The two met eyes and the paramedic nodded.

“Get the stretcher over here!” she barked. “We need to get him to the hospital.”

The two men scrambled to do as they were told. The woman said something to Joyce before helping to hoist Jaredd onto the stretcher.

Next to Luke, Nathaniel pulled out his phone and pushed a few buttons before holding it to his ear.

“It's me.” he said after a moment. “We've got a problem here. Jaredd just tried to kill Kylina.... No, she's fine....Jaredd is in an ambulance right now.....Yes, Raine is with him....How am I supposed to know?.....Fine.” He hung up and walked toward Joyce. “Korin wants us to meet him in twenty minutes down by the river.”

Joyce nodded, unable to speak.

Nathaniel put his arm around her shoulders. “Hey, it'll be okay. Raine is with him and it’s only a single bullet wound.”

Luke reached toward Kylina and saw she was trembling. Her hand was still over her mouth and she looked like she was fighting against tears.

“I don’t understand.” She stammered. “I didn’t do anything.”

“It’s not your fault.” Luke said softly. “Come on. We’ll find out what happened.”

She nodded and let Luke lead her toward the others.

Why is it that every single time I decide I want to do something and plan to stick with it until it's done, people tell me again and again that it's obsession and I need to get a life? I’ve realized I’ve only drawn one picture since May. Only one. It was a pic of Mewtwo. For some reason I can’t draw. It just won’t come. Mom blames stress. I agree. Whenever I’m stressed I can’t do anything. Except eat candy. I need to get caught up. I’m taking college art classes and I dun wanna be out of practice.

My mom is strange! Sorry, have to say this. She got new dyes for her and my hair and decided to do them on Friday night. So, we didn’t get it out of our hair and to bed until between 11:30-midnight. Then, at 7:30 the next morning she comes bouncing *literally* down into my room going, “I wanna dye your hair! Come on! Let’s dye your hair!” Funny thing is, both times we dyed it my hair ended up its natural color. Which is strange for me cuz I’m used to light brown hair. Now it’s a rich dark brown. *blinkblink* I keep mistaking it for black. Candy, I swear I’ll get a pic of the new me up! *hides under a leaf* I’ll try to get it done soon. That way any more of your friend pics will be accurate.

School ends next Friday! And on May 30th, at 7 PM, I am graduating. I can't believe it! School has flown by soo fast. Then I'm off to college this fall. Hopefully I'll do good there. I'm so nervous! I'm moving to a small town, and it is WAY bigger than the towns near where I grew up.

And, for response to my last journal about leaving dA. Due to the enormous pleading from some friends, I have decided to stay. Maybe I'll use this place for my new comic I'm working on. Thanx guys, you made me realize how much I'd miss this place and all of you. Hugs for all!

Had some problems concerning a sis. Apparently, I'm her personal keeper, making sure she has everything ready for college, calling people to check stuff out for her, doing everything college related for her. I've had it! No more! My mom can't even get me to pick up the phone if it's college related. >.< At least not for her. She's older than I am. She can take care of herself.

Comic!! I had a random idea about a comic that I want to make. Of course, I'll need to learn how to work computer art programs (which I am so bad at) and learn more of about a dog's anatomy. I love wolves. They are perfect for stories! Then again, I keep seeing my comic as a cartoon, so I'll have to work around that. See what I come up with. I'll probably put some sketches up on here and maybe a comic page if I can get one. Big maybe there!!

*squees* I found a book that is uberly awesome! It's called Ranger's Apprentice. Sooo good. First book had me hooked, second book I wanted to throw across the room, third had me grinning so hard my jaw hurt, and fourth was just awesome. First off, I’m sorry for not getting on lately. Or posting pictures. All of a sudden I find life thrown at me all at once and I’m still sitting here wondering where the past few weeks have gone. Maybe the dust bunnies under my bed ate them.

Good news! The laptop I’ve been hating and wanting to throw out the window is going back to Dell. They will either fix it or refund our money. However, I bought me a brand new laptop. It works beautifully! I luff it! Toshiba. Very nice.
School is almost over, meaning I will have more time for me. Or I should. If work doesn’t keep getting in the way. I quit Subway and now work at a Mountain Ranch Smokehouse as a dishwasher. Not bad work. I actually enjoy it. I work with my friends now. And the hours are better too. Pay, not so much.
I’m off to college this fall! I’m getting my classes figured out next week. I’m excited. And nervous. I’ll finally be able to take art classes and learn how to draw! Yay!

Bad news. I went through Candy’s journals. For those of you who don’t know, Candy is my bestest Internet buddy ever. Apparently she’s been going through some tough times. I feel like such a lowlife! I haven’t been around for her! *headbash* Candy, I’m so sorry! *huggles* I feel like such a jerk for not being around to drive you nutz and take your mind off of stuff. >.<
And, as my title suggests, I’m considering leaving dA. Maybe, maybe not. I just feel so bad about not putting pictures up very often or replying to comments or even commenting on ppls journals/pictures. I suck. Except I can’t seem to get it into my mind to seriously consider it on a deep level. I’ve just been around for so long that I can’t imagine not having my profile. I don’t know. I’m really confused. I will do my best to get on and post more pictures more often and see how it goes from there.

Well, my brain is dead now. I have to finish a final essay for English 2010 and then I’m home free. Literally. Lol. As for how the art is going, it’s very slowly coming. Lately I’ve just been fighting with my “art teacher.” He refuses to give me back my pictures! And one of them I really really liked. Other than that, I’ve been considering starting a comic. That is if I can ever learn how to work these computer programs. *pulls out hair* It just makes me mad. I’m learning all of this by myself. It gets frustrating. Ok, now that that's done, on to good news! My mom signed me up for a sweepstakes. Never in a thousand years did I expect her to do this for me! So, I'm in a sweepstakes to win a brand-new 2009 Chevy Camaro modeled after Bumblebee from Transformers! And, thanx to The Secret, that car is mine! *doubly excited* For those who have questions about The Secret, ask and I'll be more than happy to tell you. It's worked for me so much, and I luff it. So, I'll be getting two new cars next year and my bro wants me to get a bumper sticker for my KTS car that says, "My Other Car Is An Autobot." I want it. So, I got my graduation present early. It's a new laptop. Problem is? The Windows program on it is corrupted, so we need to take it in and get it nuked and redone. Stupid factory.... It was not my fault!

What else..... Oh yeah! Autobot Bumblebee attacked Subway while I was working! My dad said that, not me... Ok, here's what happened. While I was working, some people were working by the drive-through window. I was heading to the back to start dishes when there's a big bang and the area starts shaking! Me and Brian (guy who works at Hot Stuff next to Subway) stared at each other. Then everything went poof! Lights went off, machines died, etc. The register also tried to bite me (it sparked!) so I called my manager and had her come down to help me. Apparently, we had a blown transformer. So, the next day I told my dad (I didn't get home until 11:30 PM) and he got all excited and said, and I quote, "Bumblebee attacked Subway!" So, it's been decided that Bumblebee attacked Subway.

Then we looked out the window and saw legs sticking out of the bottom of the plane! It looked like the legs were dancing. We were like, "Hey, it's Flinstones landing gear!" Then, the legs disappeared into the plane and my friend, Jessie, jumped up and started saying, "Oh my gosh! The plane ate him!" Then, the announcer got on the intercom and said our plane was having technical difficulties. lol. So, after waiting 15 minutes later than we were supposed to, we finally boarded. We had a layover in Denver for three hours. It was so flat! OMGhosts, at D.C. it felt like we were in an indoor swimming pool cuz the air felt moist, and it was flat! I missed my mountains already. Then we had a night tour and saw the White House, the Washington Monument, ran into a CRAZY NUTZ guy in the park, and got stuck on a broken-down metro for an hour! The rest of the week went by fast. We saw the different monuments, talked with the representatives of the Department of Defense, met with our representative and Senators, got a tour of the Supreme Court building, barely missed the President by one floor, and was totally embarrassed on my birthday! We saw the Senate Hearing about the firings and saw a protester get dragged out of the room. There were 500 people in our Close-Up group from all over the country, had 17 states, and there were 44 deaf people. My two room mates, one was hard of hearing and one was deaf. The deaf one was Vietnamese, I met a guy from Chicago who was awesome, met a guy from Japan, and met a girl from China.
My birthday was last Friday!! We went shopping that day in the Pentagon Mall and I got a crystal necklace shaped like a key and a black shirt that said: YOU DON'T KNOW ME Federal Witness Protection Program Washington D.C.
Then, at the formal dinner, Jessie got 500 people to sing happy birthday to me! I felt soo embarrassed! Then after the dinner, we had a dance that lasted until midnight. We did the Boot Scootin' Boogy, and out of 500 people, only 8 knew the line dance! I was shocked. So, Friday we pulled an all-nighter because the dance ended at midnight and we had to get up at 2 to make sure we had everthing and at the airport by 4 cuz our plane left at 6. So, I got home at around noon on Saturday and totally crashed. I was sooo tired.
Oh, and on Wednesday, our fifth grade teacher, Mr. Nielson, was killed in a car accident and his wife was in the hospital. They were going to a Jazz game, hit a patch of black ice, did a 360, and blew a tire. Mr. Nielson got out of the car to fix it, and a van came by way too fast. It hit the black ice and hit Mr. Nielson and the car. We didn't have school today because the funeral was today.
So, we celebrated my birthday yesterday, and for a late birthday present, we get to go see Meet the Robinsons! lol. Well, I better go before I bore you all to death. L8r!

Everyday life:
Wow, I dunno what to say. I got in a major fight with my dad the other day. He's talking about taking away satellite, Gamecube and Internet. After our fight, I cried for about half an hour. I haven't cried that hard or that long since my real dad died. And apparently something bad is going on, but I can't say what it is right now. I'm just saying, something might be wrong with my dad, and it could be bad. I'm just praying there's nothing wrong. School is terrible! Well, the majority of school is okay, but math is harsh! I've got a C- in that class, and unless I can bring it up by Friday, I'll be limited even more! Not to mention my chorus teacher is mad at me because I spent the first twenty minutes of chorus trying to bring up my math grade! And, I've got the second-to-last payment for Close-Up, so now I'm just waiting for March to come around! So, as soon as school and life kinda calm down some, I'll sorta be outta order.

And just to say, I want to thank all my friends on here that have helped me through everything. I greatly appreciate your prayers and inspiring words. I don't know where I'd be without you guys!

I have to say where I stand as a fan! First off, I CANNOT STAND slash! It is just wrong, and for me it kills the greatness of the show. Others might like it, and I'll respect their opinions, but I do my best to stay away from stuff like that.
As for the rest of the fandoms, as long as they're funny and clean, I like it. Butch Hartman rocks!

Also, I'm thinking of dropping my club: It's not going anywhere, and I've gotten pretty busy. So.....

Oh yeah! We got Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess for Christmas! *screams and dies* I love that game!

Lol, random updates. I now have the ability to get more pictures up quicker! So, if anyone wants any requests, let me know. And, I'm trying new art techniques. We get to go to D.C., get tours of the monuments, go to Capital Hill, participate in the wreath-hanging ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknowns, sit through a meeting in Congress, go the the Library of Congress, get a tour of the West Wing of the White House, and possibly go to the Japanese Embassy. For the past few weeks, it didn't look very promising for me, because my family's pretty tight on money. We were doing what we could to keep paying the fees to go. It's $1900 to go.
Anywho, my teacher told me that I was the only one in the group that qualified for these scholarships that the participating schools got. He's getting two scholarships, and each is worth $900. So, between $900 to $1800 of the trip is paid for! I can't believe I get to go to Washington D.C.!
The time I'll be gone is between March 24th to March 31st. I'll be up in D.C. during my birthday! I'm so excited!!

Military Christmas

'Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the

Air defenses were up, with electronic eyes.
Combat pilots were nestled in ready-room beds,
As enemy silhouettes danced in their heads.

Was triply-redundant, linked to the Blue Cube,
And ELINT and AWACS gave coverage so dense
That nothing that flew could slip through our defense.
When out of the klaxon arose such a clatter
I dashed to the screen to see what was the matter;
I increased the gain and then, quick as a flash,
Fine-adjusted the filters to damp out the hash.
And there found the source of the warning we'd heeded:
An incoming blip, by eight escorts preceded.
"Alert status red!" went the word down the wire,
As we gave every system the codes that meant "FIRE!"
On Aegis! Up Patriot, Phalanx and Hawk,
And scramble our fighters--let's send the whole flock.
Launch decoys and missiles, use chaff by the yard!
Get the kitchen sink up! Call the National Guard!
They turned toward the target, moved toward it,
converged.
Till the tracks on the radar all finally merged,

So we sent out some recon to look for debris,

"How To Keep A Healthy Level Of Insanity"

- At lunch time, sit in your parked car with sunglasses on and point a hair dryer at passing cars. See if they slow down.

- Page yourself over the intercom. Don't disguise your voice.

- Every time someone asks you to do something, ask if they want fries with that.

- Put your garbage can on your desk and label it "IN".

- Put decaf in the coffee maker for 3 weeks. Once everyone has gotten over their caffeine addictions, switch to espresso!

- Finish all your sentences with "in accordance with the prophecy."

- Don't use any punctuation marks

- As often as possible, skip rather than walk.

- Ask people what sex they are. Laugh hysterically after they answer.

- Specify that your drive-through order is "To Go".

- Sing along at the opera.

- Go to a poetry recital and ask why the poems don't rhyme.

- Put mosquito netting around your work area. Play a tape of jungle sounds all day.

- Five days in advance, tell your friends you can't attend their party because you're not in the mood.

- Have your coworkers address you by your wrestling name, "Rock Hard Kim".

- When the money comes out the ATM, scream "I won!", "I won!" "3rd time this week!!!!!"

Ok, I feel a little change. Not much, but a little. My mom let me stay home from school yesterday and I slept in UNTIL 10:45! I haven't slept in that late since July! Anywho, my mom thinks she knows what's wrong with me. She said I've got a small (small? o.o) deficienty in either Vitamin D or B. Can't remember which. And that makes me cranky, snappy, and really tired. Well. I felt better after that sleep, until Friday night. -_- I was driving everyone home from the movies (we saw Happy Feet. i liked it!) and I was ready to yell at every driver we passed. I swear, they wouldn't dim their lights! I know, they did, but it felt like they didn't! My head was killing me, and the lights didn't help either. So, I had it majorly bad last night. Still haven't gotten my appetite back though. I skipped breakfast, lunch and dinner yesterday and wasn't hungry at all. I managed to pick up my pencil the other day. I drew for like, ten minutes, AT THE MOST but couldn't get any more. I feel weird. I've gone for about two weeks without drawing!

Wow, today is better. I didn't get snappy at my brothers, my parents gave me a list of chores and I didn't spazz, etc. I hope I'm getting better! I'm gonna try to draw today. *crosses fingers* Ok, I actually suprised myself: I started singing that tra-la-la song, my two brothers joined in. I yelled at them to stop, but found out I was laughing! o.o Yeah, either I'm better, or I've lost it.

I've hit artist's block. I know, I'm doing a request for . I'm so sorry! I'll work on it when I can. Right now I don't have so much as the urge to pick up my pencil. I just end up sitting and staring at a black paper with a pencil laid across it. I'm not getting the urge to do anything. Hopefully I'll get my art back soon. -_-

Is it just me, or is winter kinda draining? We've got lotza snow, but I've been feeling worse since it first snowed. (Not to mention I'm a pinch away from throttling my two younger brothers and their "friend") *grumbles*

First off, my cake: It was a Raspberry filled six-layered vanilla cake with prize winning cream cheese frosting. The frosting was pink with cherry blossoms on the top, draping down the sides, and along the bottom. There was Japanese writing on it that said "Unforgettable peace". Our theme. ^.^

Second: Interiew and essay: Interview was good, I think I took like third or fourth. Essay, I got first place.

Third: Performance! ^.^: It was friggin' scary! The opening number was good, the dance went perfect! The came talent. I was number one, so I was the first one out there. Yes, I did "Kesenai Tsumi" and everyone said it was a hit! I wore my oriental dress, silk shiny blue with dragon designs on it, black pants, and black (high) shoes. (hey judge, the pants was SUPPOSED to go with the dress! oh...) I LOVE MY SISTER SO MUCH!!!!! She got the crowd clapping with my song, gave me tonza confidence, and yelled "YOU'RE MY SISTER!" while I was modeling. I highly doubt I would have done as well as I did without her. *lotza luv* ^.^ I totally blew the onstage questioning though! I know it! My answer was short, and basically incomplete, my mind went blank! -_-

Results: Ok, I got a trophy for getting first place in essay. And (I can't believe it, honestly) I got 2nd Alternate! There was Homecoming Queen, 1st Alternate, 2nd Alternate, and Miss Congeniality.

So, results! I'll probably get pics up. Dunno when though, probably when my mom stops bragging about it to the rest of our family. -_-

Now here's a good friend! She's crazy, like me, but way fun to talk to! I think I found her (or she found me) with Full Metal Alchemist pictures. We talk alot, have so many conversations going, and she helps me keep my spirits up. Thank you, KingdomAlchemist1!
