doing better today..walked the dogs yesterday(albeit a short one)..and actually went to work for a few hours.
back to my maintenance level with the drugs...always amazes me that i can now do that..
will have 25 years of sobriety on July 8th...so i guess ive learned a few things in that amount of time..dont think i'll have a double gin to celebrate...
