They produce an incredible quality product for very reasonable prices.

But their forum moderators — some who are non-paid — are still public facing representatives for the Company — need a swift kick in the pants.

The moderators have turned the forums into a place where customers (yes customers) are treated like utter shit if they dare speak out against the current mood du jour in the "moderators' forum" which is subjected to the direction the wind is blowing.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
