Yo !

So being back after a long time I noticed the "watermarks" and copyrights thingies. Then I realized how bad it looked when seen on a full view so I decided I won't be using them at all. The other reason is that I think that "art thefts" out there will still rob art even with a mark on after a little photoshop session I guess they can remove it anyway...
Maybe I'll change my mind when I will be famous world wide !

Other news :

I will be participating to a swiss art contest about schizophrenia. Any kind of style and tools are allowed but I will simply do a watercolor with some pen lines I think. Well will have to get to it asap because last entries must be given the 25th of May !
Once done be sure that I will post it over here !

CSS journal change :

Yet another new feature... Awesome `dreamspeak explained the basis to me but after browsing trough the downloadable journal styles I'm not sure I really like any of them... Well not enough I mean... So I think I will have to learn how to code HTML and CSS ! Will give it a try during my free time, luckily have one week of vacation soon. I'll let you know how bad it turns out !

A lot changed since my last entry. First of all I found my real love. Her name is Jayanti, she's indian and beautiful. We've just found an appartment and we're moving together in december this year.

I am still working quite hard in a entertainment store but I am searching for another job that won't take me 100 % of my time. I really want to take more time on drawing and writing other than exclusively selling my soul to Satan...

So here I am kind of. I would be happy to comment your stuff again if you're letting me put my cynicals and inapropriates thoughts under your pieces of art !

Also, I got myself a new camera, not a reflex one but still a nice Canon Ixus 70, so expect to see photografed pics of some new drawings. And also got a brand new scanner-printer. So I'm ready to walk the dirty deviant streets again !

Connected I am !
I almost forgot what it felt like to be able to post things !
So here I am. Feeling quite ok. I'm working in a big store selling multimedia stuff at the "after sales service". Oh dear ! what a party !!! Well it is what it is, but at least I'm meeting people, and some really strange ones ! Also I moved and I now live on my own, like a bubble of plasma in the mouth of King Kong. Alone all with my cat to whisper secrets at. Oh and also I have cool dreams lately.



In the next days I will submit some pictures of my trip in South America, also photos from my homeland. As always the pictures are never modified, taken with a canon ixus 2 camera (this series, I hope to change the cam soon).

I will also submit some drawings even if, because of the trip and the work I didn'd draw excessively lately. But I have some stuff so watch them comming humanoid !
I will also work on a website of my own, with nice features. It will take time but I'm excited to do one.

And of course, I'm back for commenting and admiring all the crazy-zarbi art over here and there and there and...

Now the question is : should I change my avatar ? Tell me what you think !

He really makes me think about perception of art, and gave me the energy at some point to keep the originality going on. Every piece of his works is deeply inspiring and personal, and Im totally addicted to its style. For all these reasons, I just bought him one mounth subscription. As you may already know, I will be gone to South America by the end of april, with my good friends ~silvercrow and Sebastien. Six mounths to travel around, discovring new cultures, landscapes, when it still is possible...
I cannot wait, even if it's a little scary too, to be abroad for so long...
I had to work one year in a damn mall to have enough money to afford that trip, and think it will be ok, but I'm still very far away from being rich, so if you feel like helping me to survive, just grab some of my prints !
Now we have a lot of things to prepare : vaccination, buying some necessary stuff and learning a bit of spanish could be a good thing too ! So I'm very busy at the moment, do not expect a lot of new work uploads until I'm gone, I will try my best !
I won't be totally away from DA during the trip tho, still be posting photographs every now and then when we meet cyber cafés on the way... But I don't think I will be able to really comment your work, talk to everyone, etc... And I know I'll be missing you all so much, so you will have to forgive me, m'kay ?
And if you have any question, feel free, I'll be happy to tell you more about it !

Going to travel all around, yeahhhh beaches and ancient civilisations to discover all the way ! can't waiiiit !!! Also I hope to be able to load some pictures, of landscapes, people, hopefully some creations, and things I cannot imagine now. We got the list of all the cyber cafes over there, so it might be possible.
Apart from that, I'm still doing some photography and still enjoying it, new sensations, good vibrations.
I feel creative and inspired too lately, want to say again that deviantart is such a source of joy and creativity here on planet earth, it stays one of the only site that makes me happy to have a computer.

Next in my creations list :
- more pictures of nature, experiments
- trying oil paint
- more watercolors on the way
- drawing / painting on glass
- of course new pens stuff !

Hey i just need some colors, btw thank to all those who recommended me to give it a try ! so obviously i'll stay in that direction for a while, until the pens malediction drives me insane once again !

im not thinking about myself or my problems, im not thinking about others neither... i'm in a sort of mental purgatory cocoon where nothing really matters. and i feel there are thousands of cocoons like this around me...
ah! these six mounths 'til the trip to south america will be blank. i should find a job to keep my mind busy.
i want to keep it quiet for once, it's never been so silent, sorry doctor i'll have to let it sleep like that for a moment, thank you.

Apart that summer has been ok, kinda out of a science fiction movie, but ok.

*glass-eater http://glass-eater.deviantart.com/journal/946442/ http://glass-eater.deviantart.com/journal/946442/ Tue, 15 Jul 2003 01:07:18 PDT J'entends qu' on gratte à la porte, oui, merci... je réfléchissais simplement - avant de découvrir quelle tête avait l'innomable - depuis combien de temps est-ce que je n'avais pas vu d'être humain..? mes voisins ?... peut-être hier, en sortant.. il y'avait bien quelques personnes dans la rue non ? c'est vrai, je ne lève pas souvent la tête... mais il y'avait des voitures qui défilaient, ça j'en suis pratiquement sûr. Je n'ai pas vraiment vu de visage de près depuis un bail c'est ça que je voulais dire...
Quand même!!... des mutations !...
Tout ça est confus, j'ai l'impression d'avoir dormi des sciècles, pour que les enceintes de ma chaîne me réveillent et me crachent le pire. "Fermez tout!, bouclez vous a double tour dans la cave et respirez dans des masques en rupture de stock !!!" des pleurs et de l'angoisse palpable... Le journaliste précise qu'il est en compagnie d'une enfant qui vient de voir sa mère se faire dévorer par quelque chose qui ressemblait à une limace géante crachant des tornades de sucs acides enflammés et de gaz. "Et si la maman de la petite Mira qui est avec moi avait porté un masque, les choses se seraient sûrement passées différement".
J'éteins la radio et je n'allume pas la télé : Ils passent en boucle des images du ciel. Les masses noires en mouvement aux éclats d'étoiles menaçants, et lui inventent des origines... désastre nucléair ou les crachats d'un volcan. Une météorite ? Non en fait les scientifiques penchent plutôt pour des chapes de plomb et de gaz en fusion qui tourbillonent au dessus de nos têtes....... Sans raison apparente. Il faut se protéger voilà tout. Sinon ces saloperies qui flottent te transforment. Il y'a déjà des drôles de créatures partout il paraît... des sortes de poulets diformes aux longues pattes maladroites, entourés de milliers de plumes, beaucoup trop de plumes. Des manteaux lourds, sombres d'hypocrisie, des kilos de fanfreluches de mascarades et de paillettes. Des paillettes de plomb dans les ailes, comme des petits bourelets infectés sur les côtés. C'est ça qui gratte à la porte. Je réalise que ma porte n'est même pas fermée à clé.
L'humanité se fait donc souffler par des choses incapables d'ouvrir une porte ?...
Je prends une cigarette et m'installe sur le balcon, la vue est magnifique... La dernière nuit sur terre; tout devient tempête. Des vagues à l'envers, noires comme la fin, striées de flashs éblouissants. Une masse de pétrole prismé, voilà à quoi ça me fait penser. Une masse qui semble si proche maintenant.
Je balance le mégot de ma clope vers les flots en furie, qui l'acceuillent avec une nouvelle explosion, et je vais ouvrir à l'horreur qui m'attend sur le pallier en riant.

La peur est là c'est évident. Les badauds aux yeux écarquillés viennent pour essayer de comprendre. Comprendre ces défenses illusoires protégeant les derniers signes d'une démocratie chancelante, les dernières valeurs sûres : l'argent, le sexe à outrance, les grosses voitures et les armes. Ces armes qui viennent d'un autre continent, prolongement d'esprits tordus.
Les huit ne seront pas blessés. C'est une évidence rassurante.
Ainsi ils pourront à loisir se serrer la pince et hocher la tête d'un air entendu sans régler aucun des petits détails qui nous rongent tous jusqu'à l'os.

Im just a bit offline lately... standing there, standing up, nothing really done, neither being creative.
just thinking and re-thinking about life and all the mess, and thinking that we all do the same. Thoughtful humans analyzing... and artists even more, expressing what they have in mind through their thing, maybe hoping somebody will notice you and your life, but still that's only one point of view. somehow egoist i guess...
Eveybody with one vision and now people have trouble relating with others... but thats mostly myself im not happy with. in those "off" moments, the cold screen of the computer
is a scary thing to me.
Then don't get mad if im being late with your comments and the rest, i promess i will come back soon

questions agacées, grognements, le ton monte les mots cognent. Ceci est l'apanage des Hommes...
Mince! comme les animaux ont la classe !!!
je crois qu'ils n'expriment pratiquement que leur bonheur, Quand il est assez conséquent pour être exprimé. Les oiseaux sont les plus forts à ce jeu d'ailleurs, et qu'on le veuille ou non, leurs vocalises sont toujours magnifique.
Je n'ai pas vraiment un souvenir précis de la dernière fois ou un animal m'a effrayé par son comportement, ni même vraiment agacé.
Etre guidé par son instinct ne doit pas être dangereux, ils semblent nous y inviter, plein de grâce, nous inviter à ouvrir la fenêtre et à crier son amour... cesser de se plaindre naturellement.

Im just a bit offline lately... standing there, standing up, nothing really done, neither being creative.
just thinking and re-thinking about life and all the mess, and thinking that we all do the same. Thoughtful humans analyzing... and artists even more, expressing what they have in mind through their thing, maybe hoping somebody will notice you and your life, but still that's only one point of view. somehow egoist i guess...
Eveybody with one vision and now people have trouble relating with others... but thats mostly myself im not happy with. in those "off" moments, the cold screen of the computer
is a scary thing to me.
Then don't get mad if im being late with your comments and the rest, i promess i will come back soon

Lorsque le moindre geste est corrompu,
Et que les pantins dansent sur cette musique,
Même si tous leurs instruments sont rompus,
Le mal sait se fournir seul en rythmiques.

Lorsque le vent ne porte plus que le frisson,
Et que la faune laisse sentir sa peur,
Le temps passe comme passent les saisons,
Toutes prêtes à distribuer leurs douleurs.

Lorsqu'enfin la tempête paraît trop calme,
Et que les espérances sont des contes,
Alors ruissellent les sources de larmes,
Le couperet descend, monte, descend, monte,...
