OK !! I am soooo flipping happy and just full of inspiration I am going to start painting fantasy art with watercolours YAY I dont know why but I haven't been doing much fantasy art lately but now that things are looking up I can start that again and I am going to be casted to do a show it's going to be a documentary called "Underwater Miami" its about the diving community in Miami, Fla. Since I work at a diving center now, a filmographer who I might add did all the underwater and ocean shots in the complete Pirates trilogy. I am so excited. Filming starts in August so you all can see me swimming like the mermaid that I swear that I am. I soon will be posting up the final product of my Johnny Depp drawing for now you can check it out on youtube its the WIP 1

I have been so busy with my new job working 10 hrs a day and have been going through some really hard times that has disabled me to do my art work. I intend on finishing and work on some new stuff soon. Lets just say that this year hasn't really gone well for me. But as the old saying goes "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger." I hope everyone is doing well! I miss you all. Unfortunately I haven't selected a Deviant of the month because I haven't really been on DA for a while but I am going to bounce back and I will be doing more features. Who knows maybe all these things that I am going through will spark a big inspirational mood!

Well I am so excited to say that I am happy that 2008 is here. It's a new year to start things fresh I have only a few new years resolutions here they are
go vegetarian (no more eating poor
animals for me)
Practice more on my art work and
post up more on DA
And that is it OMG so one of my Christmas gifts to my lil sis was 2 tickets to go see Sweeney Todd the musical on January 5. It's coming to Miami she was so excited because she loves theatre and musicals (she took drama in High school and graduated a Thespian!)

Well POTC the last one I wish they made more (although I think with the ending there should be a 4th) I want Jack to find the fountain of youth which I have heard should be in Florida ( close to me !!!!) Well it looks as though I am the CHAMPION of the Pirates of the Carribean scene it DVD game. OMG it was soooo much fun. I knew soooo many questions. Not only did I manage to come out with a cold but my boyfriends' car was stolen yesterday right in front of our house I am so mad !!! I can't believe that people go out and take things from other people especially CARS WTF!!!! The look on his face when he went downstairs to go to work and didn't see his car broke my heart because that car was so important to him. (Kind of how my art is to me.) It really made him sad and seeing him this way made me all the more sadder. Well, we are going on the hunt for a new car for him pretty soon ...I guess since the holidays are approaching that will be good as a gift Now the cold that I have developed is due to all th

I decided that I was going to create my halloween costume instead of buying one at a costume store because many times those don't look so good. I finally finished and I tried everything on and it looks awesome I am going as Lara Croft and strolling down Lincoln Rd (a major open air pedestrian mall in south beach) sooo many people go there on halloween. I have not a clue what my boyfriend will be because he loves doing things rather late ....yes... he is quite the procrastinator! we have a few Jack Sparrows, a Spartan (300) which should be fun as always, a Burger King some fairies, death and some other crazy things. It should be a good time I finally have some free time on my hands so I am going to start some new drawings and finish some that I have been lazy with. so as soon as I am done I will be posting up a lot of stuff. Well the other day at my job the head bartender saw me working on some art and he said that he would love to exhibit my art every Saturday at the bar with a live DJ since the hotel is very much into the arts. I told him that I will bring every thing that I have finished paintings, pencil work , pastels ..etc. So I am loading my art work in the car (which most of my work is in some form of page protectors) and finally when I get them out some are wet not only were they wet but they had washer fluid on them. OMG I didn't even see that in the car or even know why it was leaky. The only ones that are completely distroyed were a pastel that I did a long time ago (still life ) and my Akasha that I did not get to finsh because that was the one that I was going to work on at work. (ironically that is the one that sparked up the idea for the bartender) So I will have to redo Akasha all over again ....who knows maybe she'll look even better. maybe it was never meant to be. What ever the case I am not giving up and she will be finished !!! I all of you !!!

After being away from DA for sooo long I really miss it and everyone but I am back and will be posting and drawing once again. I have been swamped at work. It is high season in South Beach, between school and pulling doubles at work I have little or no time at all to drawLuckily I work with my boyfriend so he is helping me with shifts On a more chipper note my parents bought me a car for my birthday I was so excited its sooo cute its a 2002 Toyota Corolla it even has racing tires lol !
