I know that probably places me somewhere on a freakishly fangirly plain of obnoxious FF fans, but man--I love FF7. It was one of my very first rpgs and existed in the time of my life when there was no internet to fannon-rape everything. (Though from what I've heard, Vincent's backstory was better left to fan interpretation. Haven't actually played Dirge yet.) Anyway, yeah, despite all its drawn-outness, I still love that game. <3 Game play on CC is a little screwy and that DMW thing makes me mad, but oooh man those cinematics have got to be the prettiest things ever.

Oh and *pargile made me a pretty, new temp-avatar so I can be recognized now. See? See? So all credits for that go to him.

I think I missed the first rain of the year, which is kind of a bummer since I've been longing for rain since January. It makes everything all green and pretty, plus it smells nice. It's supposed to rain all this next week though, so that's okay.

So I'm fairly sure most of you watch and already know all about this, but just in case you don't, here's what's going down:

For each round of the contest, you are given one hour to draw the character presented by the host. After a week of submissions, the host judges each of the entries and selects one winner--who will effectively take the place as the next host.

So basically, if you win, you get YOUR character of choice drawn by everybody else for the next round.

Sounds awesome, amirite?

You bet it does. And the best part is? You're not allowed to spend a lot of time on your submissions. All you need is 1 hour, or less, of free time.
