Yes, I'm moving out of my sweltering converted attic room and moving into Appleton! I'm moving with my friend, Noelle, and getting a two bedroom apartment that has... DUN DUN! an A/C built right into the wall! Sweet glorious heavens! We picked such a GREAT day to move.. we both have off of work... and it's gonna be 97 degrees out with lots of humidity and my hair is gonna poof so bad!

You remember in my last News journal that a woman called 911 to see the "Cutest Cop she's ever seen"? Well, she wont be going to jail for that. Instead, she has 2 years probation and 100 hours community service and must pay $693 in fines and fees. But hey, maybe she'll see the cop during Community Service.

Oh, and the pizza driver who shot the kid who was trying to rob him with a bb gun? Well, he won't be charged for carrying a concealed weapon because he was robbed last year and, under Wisconsin weapons law, had a reasonable belief he needed to protect himself. BUT, the kids will be charged with the attempted robbery.

Anyone do any gardening and find something really odd? well, someone found a gravestone from 1828 and a human bone while rototilling his plot. Fun huh?

A 23-year-old man was sentanced to life with no parole for killing his pregnant wife and mutilating her remains before dumping them into the river. He pleaded no contest, allowing the judge to convict him of the charges as if he pleaded guilty. There was no trial. Reason? Alright... Jon Barlett, a fired Milwaukee police officer ( Remember the Frank Jude Jr. case? yeah, he was the one kicking him in the head) is in Shit River with deflating floaties. He is under federal investigation for the Jude case while being charged with substational battery in the Jude case by Milwaukee court. He is ALSO charged with calling in a bomb thread to his former police district station. Now, he tried to by a submachine gun, handgun, and 875 bullets with extended clips. He filled out the forms for the guns and stuff and checked the box that said he wasn't a criminal or under investigation or going to trial. THANKFULLY, background checks are really done and he got arrested at home, where they found MORE guns. Deemed a threat to society, he was arrested and without bail.

Anyways, here's the story. A 16 year old girl was driving her SUV on a gravel road in Indiana when she wiped out, hit a hollow tree and happened to piss off the HUNDREDS OF BEES living inside that where fanning the hive to keep it cool. When rescuers got there, there was a black cloud of bees all around the SUV and they start spraying the bees with water and foam. They had firefighters in full gear trying to save her on a 90 degree day (so it was just like a fire, good practice). She's in the hospital with broken legs and multiple bee stings. Anyways, so, 10 comes around and they all get up there playing a mix of covers and originals and some of the people in the bar were getting into it, they even played all of Jesus of Suburbia. Anyways, so their last song was a cover, then they just started jamming and fucking around, playing bits and pieces of covers, even though they didnt know all of the words. The place was really jumping for Guerrilla Radio, even though they were only playing the tune and singing just a little bit.

We finally got out of the place at around 1:35am and it was a really REALLY good show, lots of happy drunk people, the floor was all messy from spilt beer. Kevin had to part ways to get some sleep, as did Brandon, but Mark, Chase, Noelle and I went out to Perkins and had a really good time.

Can anyone think of the title of the movie with the evil tooth fairy in it where the main character had to stay in the light or she could get him because he was cursed?

Apparently a Milwaukee police aide had their Girbaud jeans stolen off of them right infront of their house. Why would anyone steal other people's pants? Anyways.. the thieves were caught later while wearing the pants.

Two former NY cops were on the Mafia's payroll and killed a few people for them while they were on duty. Lucky for them, they did them long enough ago that their convictions were tossed out because the statute of limitations had expired. Lucky for you guys.

A woman out in Oregon aclled 911 to meet a 'cute' officer that was at her house before for a noise complaint. LADY! Are you an idiot?? She didnt know the officer's name, so she called and started talking to the operator and wanting the cop to come back. Well, she got a date from him.. court date. Using 911 without an emergency is punishable by up to a couple thousand dollars and a year in jail. How about NEXT time, you get off your ass and go down to the station and ask around... jeeze...

Since we are on a roll of police, a police officer is accused of 4 raps in Bloomington IL. The victims ID'ed him in a photo line up and they found tools used in a few of the rapes at his house. Boys in blue... so nice.

An 18 year old was arrested for stabbing his cousin over an arguement about pot. Basically, his cousin said he had some bomb shit, but the 18 year old tried some and said it was shwag, bunk, crap, and they started fighting and he stabbed his cousin to death. Damn man.. just smoke MORE of the pot and chill out!

To settle a lawsuit.. 3 candy manufacturers have agreed to lower the lead content in their spicy mexican candy. I'm so glad they needed a lawsuit to come to THAT result. Hey Timmy, hows your Spicy Lead Bucket??

We also watched the SNL Best of Chris Farley.. heh.. The Chip 'n Dale's sketch... lovely... And we also watched FLCL, Saber Marionette R (if thats how you spell it)... well.. part of it.. hm.. what else...Sin City (fucking awesome), Rocky Horror Picture Show (both fell asleep), Aeon Flux (the cartoon series), and Blazing Saddles.... heh.. *winks*

So lets get rid of the bad right away, shall we? The only real things i can come up with is that the computer can be pretty cheap right near the end of the story mode, they changed a lot of unblockable moves to Guardbreaks or regular blockable moves, buttons pressed for some moves that have been the same for the past games has been changed, and they got rid of the quick dash forward and back.
All those things aren't all that major and with practice you can get good with your old characters again, they added a Tutorial practice mode so you can learn a few tricks and such, but its not like SC1's tutorial in the story mode.

Now, for the good things. They have added a lot of stuff, such as Interactive Cut Scenes, choose your own path story mode (which has replaced the classic Arcade mode), a sort of RPG mode, Create-a-Character, a gallery to watch the cut scenes you open up in the story mode, and other fun features. When you first start making your own character, you have only 4 jobs you can pick from and each of those jobs has a weapon you can use. It should also be noted that making a created character in the main game and creating one in the RPG mode doesnt transfer over. But here is the thing, creating characters in the RPG mode and leveling them up opens up new weapons each class can use and once you get to level 30, you can then use the moves of two characters.
Also by leveling up (or playing a lot of battles in the story mode or other modes) you can open up NEW jobs for your characters to be, such as a Pirate, Assassin, and other such things before opening up the SwordMaster. the Sword Master job can use any of the other job's weapons BUT even if you level it up to level 30, it can not use any character weapons.
Another thing that i would suggest is to PRACTICE with some of the character you are not good with for the story mode.. because i spent around an HOUR AND A HALF on the boss with Raphael and i swear i will NEVER PLAY AS HIM AGAIN.. i broke a chair from getting angry, though Maxi says it best when you lose against the boss and try again "Man, this sucks."
But that all aside, the RPG mode is fun, rather than pointless because it can open up Hidden characters, more outfits to buy in the shops, and your created characters can use character moves in the VS mode against your friends. With the create-a-character mode, you could make yourself all sorts of famous game characters, such as Magus from Chrono Trigger, Sephiroth from FF7, Harley Quinn from the Batman series... HELL, you could probally almost make yourself have Hitler and make him a dancer, having him hop around all over the place with tamborines.

Its a pretty good game in my opinion and it comes with a multi-game demo disc too. A good buy and it will take you a while to make your own master character, good luck!

So here we are, 18 and 19 year olds just milling around and getting candy from a few houses, heh, it was pretty nice, though a little cold. Good thing it was nice and dark..
After it was all said and done.. Brian getting grounded for not staying home and giving out candy, The group i was in, Noelle, Kevin, and one of Mark's lady friends all went out to Perkins for a while before we went our seperate ways. Dan, Noelle, and I went to Family Video and picked up a Steve O movie, Zoolander, and Old School. They were pretty good, though we didnt watch zoolander that night.

Anyways.. yeah.. im back and all, big whoopies! Sorta odd how i think i should get comments on my stuff when i dont really comment on other people's stuff... though im pretty sure i know the reason... and thats because you can only say you are jealous of them oh-so many times before it starts to consume you and then you start to feel like crap.
A story... I am not sure, but there is probally a chance i have Skervy or something.. reason being? I don't take care of myself. I can't say the last time that i had real fruit, not stuff inside of Fruit Pies. I barely eat as it is, probally only a handful of times a week, and that is usually at work, which are Little Debbie snacks for 25 cents and an energy drink. After those are gone, its just water because i am probally dehydrated.
Along with this, i have my self esteem, or lack there of; my loneliness, my emotional instability that i try not to show by nearly never talking seriously. Poor self image and self worth right near the bottom. I felt like carving insults that have been rattling in my head into my wall... no knife.. but fingernails work just as well... must remember to clean up smears.. red and white don't go together.

But enough self loathing! Must strive another day to keep myself sane and together. Alrighties. So, it seems i got selected to have a week subscription to DA for free, which is kinda cool. Things have been kinda odd around the house lately. Last week i thought i lost my sister's cat when i left the door to the basement and the door to the outside open. Spent most of the next day searching for her and durring the night, she showed up inside the house... turns out she was just hiding by the heating ducts.

That same day, my other sister, Erin, returned from her little Army thing in germany.. five-months pregnant. We had known from an email a while back that she got pregnant, no big deal, but still. So, the weeks before she got back, we fixed up her old room in the basement. You know, giving it actual walls with insulation, paint, a ceiling, a door instead of a shower curtain. It looks pretty nice, she even has carpet that covers the whole floor, even i don't have that.

Work has been going alright, been getting a little hectic sometimes when there are two weddings going on. But the good news of that is that I now have a new shot glass (congrats Mark and Tricia.. whoever you are). My work restocked the clear plastic bags two days ago, which was really nice since we were out for about two days. And of course i had to still do the outside garbages.. so i had to pull the trash out by (gloved) hand and put it into the trash bags we had left for two days. Not really all that fun.

I didnt end up getting my nipple pierced sunday night as i had planned because she had to do two papers due in the morning, and thats okay. Perhaps next week when i have off, they are going down to madison to see Green Day today. Hopefully then i will get my back massage Oh! i also got my books off of eBay this week. I got 7 long books by Robert R. McCammon, i had only read "The Wolf's Hour" before and i really enjoyed; the whole set was the only one that had it in it. I'm reading Baal right now, which is really interested and deals with demons and cults, so im having a fun time.

But other than that.. yeah.. cant really think of anything to put

first off, i have my eyebrow pierced now, which happened around 2 weeks ago this past saturday. It didnt hurt or anything, so that was sorta fun. In fact, it never really hurts, so thats a plus ^^ You might be wondering, 'Kyle.. why didnt you pierce your tongue or nipple?' And the answers are simply this: I need my tongue to talk at work, so thats a no go. Also, my mind tends to wander when someone's messing with my nipples.. and i dont think that would be a good thing 24/7

Last week tuesday, or the week before.. I ended up going to the doctor's office for a blood test to see if i got HIV from the unprotected sex i had about 4, 5 months back (yeah, that was my last time with anyone else, poor me) and it turns out im clean. yay for me, remember to wrap up everyone!

Hmm.. what else.. oh yeah, my sister is all paid up for her tattoo, so she can get the wings colored in whenever she wants and it will look really cool if you ask me.
