Well, I got some good news today, looks like i'll be able to get the camaro my friend left me after she passed away fixed, stage one is the body work for which it will cost me 1k, 4k less than what the body shops around here wanted for the same repairs, they should have it fixed within 2 weeks. Stage 2 will be to get it repainted....I can't wait....

Hi all, sorry I haven't posted for awhile, but for the past few weeks I got my first commisions, doing album covers for a local christian music producer which has kept me busy. Also I have been training new employees at my job for the past 4 months, staright days were nice, but didn't leave much time for artwork. Now that training is over, i've gone back to my normal shift and hope to post new stuff real soon.

I started my crossover to the dark side of computer graphics about 4 years ago when a friend gave me a copy of photoshop 6, then I found a cool site run by an artist named 4F who does amazing things with it. I got pretty good manipulating photos, I posted them on a few sites and got some good feedback on them. I post to 3 different sites under different handles....Gunstar1 is my primary handle i've used since 1999, On the AF discussion board, i'm known as Wetwilly, and on artzone i'm Elwoodblues.

3 years ago I was web surfing when I found a link to Daz productions and Daz studio.....well, after 3 years of learning to use programs I've bought from them, like shade 8, carrea 5, bryce 5.5, 6, 6.1, and hexagon 2, my seduction to the power of the Dark side of CGI is complete, now I do most of my art on my computer. I hope to post more stuff that i'm working on right now and I hope you check in every now and then to see what i've got cooking (besides dinner)....as alway's, comments welcome.
